I want to have the confidence of racists who hear the one European language they know spoken badly and immediately conclude that the other nine languages from regions and language families they don't even know exists must also be mangled.

Other people have said that her French wasn't very good, so that checks out. But most of the languages of South Asia are from the Indo-Aryan (North Indian - Hindi, Punjabi, Nepali, Farsi and my own Sinhalese) and Dravidian (South Indian - Tamil, Malayam, Telugu) language families, and they sound as different from each other as Romance and Slavic languages do. Dravidian languages have a percussive tone, with strong "d" "t" "trr" "umm" "unn" sounds, r's rolled from the very back of the tongue, going hard on the "l" "m", "n" and "p" consonants. Aryan languages have loose and elongated vowels, flute-like Rs and Ss and Fs from the very tip of the tongue. Those different language roots change the shape you get used to your mouth making, which is how accents happen. Malay, meanwhile, is an Austronesian language (light, airy, staccato sounds) and Somali an Afro-Asiatic one.

If your Euroamerican ass can't hear any difference in enunciation of 10 languages from four entirely different language families and six world regions then maybe the problem is you, my dude.
