Morimae Ginza Maple~

I’ve become more interested in Maples as I’ve encountered more that aren’t the classic formal upright style. This is an intriguing example presented at Morimae Ginza bonsai shop in Tokyo. This tree is nicely ramified, but not to the point that the branches can’t been seen. Trees with an abundance of ramification are highly valued and take years to develop. To my eye however, they can become so thick with branches that not a one can be seen, or appreciated, while the tree is in foliage.

Iru Irudoma, former presidential candidate in Kantouba, assassinated

The former presidential candidate of Kantouba, Iru Irudoma, has been found dead in his house by his wife, Aibi Lāpaki. Irudoma recently dropped out of the race for president over anti-Storinka comments made in private.

Speaking out against the current Korlanic regime has been something countries in Ailou, especially Kantouba, has been trying to avoid. His death is presumed to be from a poisoning.

His body was discovered in his home in Morima. He was face down on the ground, with no visible struggle or injuries on his body. His body is being tested later this week.

Theories have begun spreading about the involvement of the Korlanic government in the death of Irudoma, however President Doufuya has denied all rumours of Korlanic spies and assassins being present in Kantouba.

The Korlanic government has not spoken on the rumours.
