C- answered!

L- If I have siblings.Yes. I have one younger sister. She’s 19 but basically everybody who meets us thinks she’s the older one. And we also look nothing alike which is very bizarre.

P- What kind of music I like.Oh goodness, my music taste is so varied. Mostly, I listen to film and video game scores (basically just nancy drew and bioshock. lol) and instrumental versions of songs. Also musicals. And my other loves are Katy Perry, All Time Low, Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy, and My Chemical Romance.

R- 10 of my curiosities. 1. I’m a lefty. 2. One of my toes doesn’t bend all the way. 3. I grew up in Hawaii. 4. I went to a weird, tiny charter high school. 5. I don’t have a car or even a driver’s license yet. 6. I have seven cats at home and they have their own cat-house. 7. essential oils are a very important thing in my life and you will never catch me going out without a vial of lavender and peppermint oil in my purse. 8. Dita Von Teese is my idol and I strive to be half as fabulous as her. 9. I live for vintage and macabre things. 10. what most people consider “dressing up” is just my normal attire.

Espresso: Describe your usual morning routine.

Not very exciting. I might lie in bed for a while and think about the dreams I had last night, particularly if they are interpretable. Then I check notifications. Then I get up, brush my teeth, get dressed, contacts, makeup, etc. Usually have a cup of tea and either cereal or I make myself some eggs with spinach, cheese, onions, and peppers (if I’m not feeling lazy). Then the day begins.

My favorite cozy day-to-day outfit? It’s so simple, and in Edinburgh there are usually several layers underneath, but this one:

Kopi: Describe an incident when you tried something new.

Traveling by myself is something new. Like, I've flown on planes on my own before, but there was always someone to pick me up. These past few months are the first times I've ever had to make my way somewhere completely on my own, and it's kind of terrifying. Most notably was when I had to get home from Paris (with a stopover in London) to Edinburgh. My friend I was with was staying for a few extra days so I had to find my way back myself, and riding the Metro at 6 in the morning with only a few people around and signs I couldn't read was kind of terrifying. But by some miracle, I managed to get to the right train station and on the right train. Coming back from London was of course a lot easier without the language barrier. But man. What a day that was.

honestly, I'm just very selfishly posting all of these for myself, so that I can remember how a day that had been weighing on my heart beforehand was transformed into a day of absolute joy, and in no small part by the sheer virtue of each of you.

I feel like I keep repeating the same sentiments and I don't want my sincerity to ever sound diminished because I mean it all, I am wonderstruck, always, by the goodness I receive here. you are treasures.
