Blues’s lips tightened as he tried to process the situation. It has been a while since he’s seen Gemini, so only his imagination could fill in what happened between those two time periods. 

“Not much. The outside world is pretty much always the same unless you want it to change. What about you? You look... terrible.” He was becoming slightly concerned. “I have extra e-tanks if you want one. Or if you rather take a nap I know some nice places to sleep.”

Maybe he was being rash. Maybe he was being a bit vindictive after the whole pinning situation. He didn’t care. His wires surged hot and numbing through his body, pulsing behind his temples, and all he could think of was that utter disregard - for the idea of killing a harmless snake, one that could just as easily have been his pet, and for Snake’s ability to stomp him into the ground if Snake pleased.

Well, he’d get to demonstrate that last one soon enough.

He stormed towards Gemini’s room, claws unsheathed and tail lashing. He’d switched one hand to his buster; while better dexterity may have helped against other opponents, he’d want to take advantage of every weakness possible.
