Here's a new picture of Emie. I made it specifically to use for the MTL OC Wiki launched by @chordsykat and @thatwritingho. I'm a slowpoke, but I hope my meager offerings are acceptable.

I haven't done any doodling in two months or more, and the last thing I did was just a redraw, but here's something. Almost did an oops and uploaded without checking the colors on my good monitor. Hopefully it's not too bad looking because I literally cant do any better.

Gointothevvater's main here! 🖤 Consider this for the green Mordhaus idea: Human composting is getting legalized in more and more places lately. Perhaps they compost the remains of Klokateers killed in the line of duty?

HELL YEAH HELL YEAH THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. I know there's real-life facilities where human composting is done, I could see something similar going on for Mordhaus! A lot of real-life people would love to be composted after death (myself included), if I was a Klokateer it'd also be an honor to have my remains continue serving Mordhaus (and, by extension, Dethklok) after I die

Final Dethklok throwback post. And this is probably my best. It's for a fic someone did of Toki's death. The title of the art piece is "Death of a Friend" so maybe that's the name of the fic? If someone knows please share with the class.

Anyways that wraps up my trip into past fandoms and I'm excited to catch up on what I've missed before the movie!

Do you have the Mordhaus breakdowns for the backgrounds you use in Dethkomik for download or maybe at least some without text? And do you have any warnings for us about the next comic like there was for Cherry last time?

If you mean major protagonist death then, no. Major villain death, yes on several fronts (nobody canon from the show, however)...

There is a scene where two characters hallucinate a musical number while bleeding out. But if you can watch Lady Gaga's 2009 VMA performance of Paparazzi, then you should be good when we get to that, though.

...come on man. Did you really suppose the worst thing my very evil brain could do to one of our heroes was kill 'em? :D

Anyway, onto your first question... Yes! Which one do you want?

As you can see, they're all heavily referenced/glorified traces/remixed designs of concept art, and you all may use them freely and for anything because I just sorta remastered them and put my own style points on them for their dethkomic purposes. Go nuts!

@dichromaticdyke Me too omg, I believe there's an official In Memoriam bit for her on one of the DVD extras; tutoring Dethklok would definitely be my most direct path into Mordhaus. She seems like she'd fall into a Klokateer Mom role or some such easily.

My favorite Charles moments from the alas, short-lived Metalocalypse comics from Dark Horse, including the three-part mini-series and the Dethklok vs. The Goon one-shot [Part 1 of 2]:

Panel 1-2: The band questions whether Charles is a commie when he expresses confusion over how smashing a thousand bald eagles into Mount Rushmore is an effective advertising tactic for Dethklok's upcoming album;

Panel 3: Charles inadvertently guides Toki to create an entirely new musical genre;

Panel 4-5: Not even potential temporal rifts shall keep Dethklok from watching TV;

Panel 6-7: Charles finds a creative way to combat the band's ongoing nightmares about being eaten by a troll (aka convincing them that they got high on "Kallio Brain Chunder" the last time they were in Finland and hallucinated the entire thing);

Panel 8: Spoiler alert: Dethkones are retconned to be Toki's brainchild, but Charles still deserves partial credit;

Panel 9: Pickles looks like he's seen some sh!t.

Honorable mention: Facebones' full-page insights into Mordhaus' excessive food waste (Issue #1) and murdertrains (Issue #3).

it makes me giggle how in dethvanity they make fun of dethlklok for aging and specifically pickles for balding as if he hasnt been the same amount of bald for like 20 years 😭
