I'm really nervous about this whole thing. I don't know how people will react to this blog. But I'm just going to yeet myself into cold water and see what happens.

Anyway, I created this blog because I wanted to see what it would be like to have my very own centered around a certain topic. This little blog will be focused on my own SCP canon plus the ocs in it. This includes the O5 council, agents and members from other GOI.

WARNING!! This blog will mention serious topics!! Some characters have dealt with bullying, homophobia and more!! Please be careful. I will try my best to tag posts like that include triggers.

Also I won't reveal my exact age but I am over 18 years old. So I would prefer that everyone who might interact with this blog is also an adult.

First things first: This blog is indeed inspired by other similar blogs. Tumblr has some really cool blogs focused on SCP content.

Let me finally start talking a bit more about my canon:

1. The veil is NOT lifted.

2. The Foundation has a pretty chill relationship with the GOC and Serpent's Hand.

3. Their relationship with the Chaos Insurgency... well, it's complicated.

4. There are different humanoid species. This includes the Saints, Starborn and Stareater.

5. Most characters you might know from the wiki do not exist in this canon. However, who knows? We might actually encounter a Clef from another canon.

Thanks! I loved wildstar! The housing system was fantastic as well as the characters and aesthetics. I was a massive slob for the Granok and Mordesh. I cherish my Wildstar babs, and I'm probably pasting the spirit of them into GW2 a bit haha. (I think my Granok and Mordesh are heavy inspirations for my Charr and Sylvari on principle of personality)

it’s hard for me to find a way to start this post off so i mean. i guess i can just jump into it. this is gonna be a long post so bear with me.

wildstar’s shutting down. it’s the sort of thing i knew was going to happen eventually, but that didn’t make it any less sad when it was confirmed. wildstar was a game that took big risks and dared to shake up the MMO market it had come into- not the same bland medieval fantasy as usual, but a collection of styles and concepts so strange and diverse that you could have been mistaken for believing they’d been pulled from completely different games.

whoever decided that victorian goth rave zombies, giant robots powered by crystals, and nature-loving tiny kemonomimi should all have been shoved into a space western has my eternal gratitude. the game checked my aesthetic boxes like nothing before it, and, very likely, nothing after.

the music. the art design. the housing! by god, the housing! the RP community was... wild, to say the least, but within it i formed some of my strongest characters, who remain near and dear to my heart to this day. i even have a plushie of one.

no, i’m serious. look.

wildstar’s community also had, and HAS, the highest density of talented artists that i’ve ever seen. strolling through the wildstar tag on any given day was always a delight- from visual works to written pieces, to the in-depth lorebuilding or the miracles created on housing plots; i’ve never been so impressed, or so inspired. the sheer power of the moment when i was moved to write up, of all things, a post about Mordesh marriage rituals, was crazy. i literally got up and left my earth sciences lecture so i could post it on tumblr. i’d yet to experience a ‘muse’ like that at any point in my life, but wildstar somehow brought that out in me.

were there low spots? were there problems, quibbles, issues? sure. nothing is ever perfect. when i left the game, it was for my own sake and my own sanity, and with a great reluctance. i’d hoped one day i could come back.

not so, it seems.

so this is my nostalgic farewell to the bright moments of wildstar- the friends i made, the lessons i learned, the characters and moments that i carry with me in my heart.

And Anolis now has a Cybertronian body deisgn, an Earth body design, a holomatter avatar design with a few different outfits, and her alternate colors for reporting to Decepticon higher ups and for posing as an Autobot. All for that tabletop setting, if it ever manages to get finished. Woo~

As a reminder, this is the character Anolis/Caroline from Wildstar was based on. Then Caroline the moon elf was in turn based on that Mordesh. Because I recycle characters a lot like a god damned chump. There’s even a TF tabletop Penne now, a shrimpy Autobot named Hatch.

I forget if it’s been stated on Tumblr before, so here we go again... Anolis’ schtick is she was a thief before the war, and she’s a pretty bad hedonist. When it came down to make a choice or flee Cybertron, she sided Decepticon and acted primarily as a scout and a sniper. But she still falls into old habits- a lot.

She’s helped in her hobby and her profession by what she calls her Chameleon Circuit, allowing her to alter her colors at will. This ability was originally planned out in the days of TF: Animated, when everybody had their own gimmick power. And it’s the source of her name. (The Anolis genus is not related to chameleons, mind you. But the green anole is commonly referred to as “the American chameleon” for its ability to shift between green and brown. I just cut a big biology rant about how we don’t actually know why they do but we know how they do- you’re welcome.)

For her Earth body, we took some inspiration from Generations Drift and Blurr to turn her alt mode’s front doors into pistol holsters in robot mode. But overall her transformation scheme is based on TF: Animated Arcee’s while her alt mode is based on the concept of an IDW Anolis that was drawn/designed by Weremole. For her Cybertronian body, we were mostly bullshitting with the idea that her back rig unfolded into her alt mode’s canopy.

This work, as with most of the Transformers tabletop-related stuff so far, was drawn by @malunis.

I bought a BRAND NEW GRAPHICS CARD JUST SO I COULD PLAY WILDSTAR after I saw the free to play trailer. I absolutely love the art direction, the humor, the animation, the characters, the world, the housing. HOUSING. I'm really sad to hear it's coming to an end but I sure as heck will appreciate all the people I've met and art it's inspired.

My one regret is I never mustered up the courage for in game RP events, or saw the story lol. BUT I'M GONNA GET TO THE LEVEL CAP BEFORE YOU CAN SHUT THE SERVERS DOWN YOU HEAR ME? And of course Valil will live on as an original character and species for my own creative endeavors, and I'll always want to draw Aurin and Mordesh.

12. What perfectly-normal-to-them-thing does your OC do that confuses/pisses off/terrifies their neighbors?

Ooftah, here we go.

Dragon Age: Inquisition - Rook “Notched-Knife” Lavellan has a habit of wandering through Skyhold with a nearly silent step as she thinks on matters regarding her forces, weighs her options on things. She doesn’t mean to scare people, but many passersby regard her as almost ghost-like in her ability to appear in one area of the ancient citadel and abruptly vanish, only to round back into sight from the other side. Cole comments on this innocent habit occasionally as well.

Elder Scrolls Online - Amalvoas (Bosmer Rook) is constantly barefoot as stated earlier. About the only time she wears adequate footwear is when she traverses colder climes or over rougher terrain. This means occasional muddy tracks and perplexed glances as the lean Bosmer woman stands among fully armored companions.

Fallout 4 - Her Do-Good moral compass is in stark contrast to many of those that come to know her over time. Being raised in a tight-knit tribe taught her that life doesn’t have to be cruel and she can help make things better for others, so she does. The problem is that the cold reality of the Wasteland is that people can abuse this aspect of hers and will seek ways to do so. Always. It can and will get her in deep trouble.

Wildstar - Mordesh Rook doesn’t have much for neighbors but the crew is just as good. I think the one thing that tends to irk people at times is how much of a mother hen she can be. It does get overbearing. Rook always means well by how protective she is of FE but it also rubs people the wrong way at times and how fast she is to offer herself up for the most dangerous tasks or missions could be considered concerning. It doesn’t inspire confidence in one’s self when a 7'2" blue beanpole places herself between you and whatever it is that’s the focus.

The feral aurin female (left). Is inspired by @hkluterman ‘s Arboria AU. The pajama aurin (right) was one of my first sketches done on procreate that I kept for body comparison.

I imagine that Arboria had it’s share of less than civilized aurin on the planet.  So I imagine that there must have been some busty, barbarain, aurin babes. :3

So my idea of feral aurin are the kind that wear animal furs and going against the grain of what connection to nature they have. or perhaps they are more the invading type of warriors, hence the yellow skinned female.
