idk if its just me but being a ghost has kinda made accepting the whole part-of-a-system thing a lot easier. im used to controlling a body thats not mine. im used to watching someone else control a body. sure its not the most ideal way to look at it but its helped me cope while i find a better way

Anybody have tips for unblurring/finding out if you might be a new alter? Ive tried looking at tips and asking myself questions, but I get stuck on favorite color. Multiple voices at once yell different colors

Something I find a little funny with Basil is that when he sees posts that are like “there’s no sense to how your system works!” he gets really sad… And yet those same things continue happening.

Yes, it’s nonsensical how much we split. Yes, it’s nonsensical how many fictives we have. Yes, it’s nonsensical that we can hardly even tell if we have amnesia barriers unless it’s a really bad day. But a post saying “grrr that means you’re faking because it doesn’t make sense!” isn’t going to stop any of that. A post telling us (and systems that may be like us) that we aren’t valid isn’t going to suddenly fuse us into 20- alters. Healing is messy. Healing happens differently for everyone. It’ll be okay.
