It has always been a garish color for him. Yellow, the color of sunlight. Prince Aemond has always preferred the moon, with its accompanying dark clouds there he flies Vhagar. The old lady does not seem to mind.

And yet, he cannot seem to look away from the golden silks that grace the floor of the throne room. He bows. Aemond does not recall the last time he has bowed for a woman besides his Queen Mother.

In a rare event, the Martells has agreed to visit King’s Landing. In all of his nineteen years as a royal Aemond has not met or even seen a seat holder of Sunspear. He only wishes he was prepared to invalidate the poetic waxed about their beauty. Much to his dismay, he rather agrees with their words.

Peculiar, how the lady was announced first. Later he comes to learn that you were to inherit Dorne as you were born minutes before your male twin.

He then sneers once realization hits him. Of course it was his half sister who invited you to King’s Landing. Female heirs uniting under patriarchal challenges. You’ve barely spoken to one another when Aemond makes up his mind about you. Disdain for Rhaenyra clouding his judgment. If you acquiesced to his half sister’s invitation after centuries of tension between the Iron Throne and Dorne then that means you were on her side. Aemond also decided that he was to avoid you at all costs during your visit. He wanted nothing to do with you.

But he also could do nothing against his mother’s orders. She told Aemond to accompany Helaena as she walked the gardens with you. And his infuriating nephew.

Any other noble lady would’ve scattered at the sight of Prince Aemond’s frown. He’s been told once or twice that his reputation precedes him. Right now he was not sure if the frown was genuine or just for show; to intimidate the Dornish Princess.

Unfortunately she truly was unbowed and unbent. Aemond thinks it’d be satisfying to walk the path of breaking her.

Her spirit, he means. Aemond shakes his head.

“Is there a problem, Uncle?” Jacaerys asks, in a surprising move of making conversation.

Aemond only huffs, eye focused on the caterpillar skittering on his sister’s hand.

“I dislike her too.”

That gets his attention.

“Then why are you here?” Aemond sneers, hating how he wanted to hear his nephew’s answer.

“I do not trust her,” Jacaerys shrugs.

Neither the two of them look at each other as they speak but only look forward at the two princesses.

“Your mother invited her,” Aemond replies.

“Still.”

And that was that. Only the soft whispering of the two ladies echo in the wind with the chirps of birds perched on the trees.

Jacaerys moves and Aemond’s hand instinctively goes to the hilt of his sword. The Velaryon does not see and sits down next to you with a smile.

“Princess Y/N,” Jacaerys starts. “How are you finding the warm weather here in King’s Landing?”

You mirror the smile and Aemond watches in caution. Was his bastard of a nephew lying to him? Pulling a joke like some child?

“It is lovely, Prince Jacaerys,” You answer, voice sweet and high pitched, “I have had hotter temperatures in my ancestral lands.”

The smile on his nephew is familiar. Deceitful.

“Ah yes, Dorne,” Jacaerys says. “Forgive me, Princess, but you do not quite look Dornish.”

You keep smiling, “And you do not look like what books say about Valyrians. My prince.”

Aemond gulps, a smirk itching to show on his face. Maybe you were not so awful. Maybe.

it's the quickest thing despite being the most drawn out thing. Helimire as a city when Christopher stumbled upon it was nothing more than a nameless fishing village on the coast of Astor. But there was something that pulled him there after he ended up making his way to that side of the continent of Astor a few centuries past the passing of his first husband.

It's still unknown as to what force pulled him there, but now, he's been there so long that if he leaves, the longer he's gone and the farther away he is. The weaker he becomes, magic wise and physically wise. But he firmly planted himself in that city, had a home built up in the nearby mountains (later he buys another home in the city proper), and watches a city grow rapidly. Helimire wasn't the first large city in the world, but it became the quickest growing one, and soon, the most important city in the world.

His love for the city is akin to family, he watched it grow, he helped build parts of it. His entire self in some manner is apart of that city from the dirt to some of the books now in the library/museum. His love for it is both detrimental for himself and others, while he wants progress more than some other members of The Red Moon Council are holding back on certain technological advancements (mainly a train)

But his adoration for a city is mostly seen as charming by anyone outside of his personal circle. They just think this long lived man has a love for the history of the city (and he does) and knows more than anyone else. They don't know that if something horrible were to happen to this city, this strange man would stop at nothing to make sure it was fixed. No matter the cause. They also don't know that if something were to happen to him (when he was still immortal) the city would be rocky and... less than it was before. Once his immortality was taken away (he wanted that) that part of his spirit was put into the city to make sure it would be okay. And after Christopher's death, he returns to his deity duties to look over the city, without interference.

[There's also a little au/divergence I have for Helimire where Christopher basically has worshiped the city for so long that he ends up making a new deity manifest. A million different ways that can go and I think about it every once in awhile]

Watch With Me! Hotel Del Luna - Ep. 1

I have started watching Hotel del Luna, I am going to be putting my opinions and predictions of each episode on here! That being said...

SPOILERS AHEAD

So I am loving it so far. I am known for not being the biggest fan of IU. She is a very talented woman but her singing style is just not one that I can listen to often, but her acting career I do like. Her outfits in this episode were so bomb! Like every single one I was like damn. you rock. She is the owner of Hotel Del Luna and she assists those in passing on. He bought a little boy who grew up into that man that everyone says is very attractive but he is not my type. That man from Strong Woman Do Bong Soon was here as well, doing is usual role of comedic bad guy who tries to off our main protagonist. I think it will be a very comedic and somewhat dark show and I look forward to watching it. Below I am going to put the notes I took while watching the episode. Starts us offing the olden days with a woman walking in like a plain and she loses a bloody cloth, only for it to be discovered by some guards. We follow a hawk as we transition from Day to Night to a camp. She is a wandering warrior? She pours the alcohol onto a casket Old lady says that iu is either dead or has killed someone. She is looking for the in of the moon, where dead souls can be put to rest. There is a ton of souls in the coffin apparently that were killed because of her, like she killed them. THE GUARDS WERE GHOSTS! She killed them too, Damn IU, you slay literally. The fake blood is very fake. She stabbed a tree and it ate her sword, causing it to grow, then the inn of the moon is built like a hurricane in reverse. IU is now the owner of the inn, the old lady can charmspeak the coffin into following her. It is now modern day. A dad and his son, the dad rejects flowers. BODY IN THE RIVER AND ITS SPIRIT WALKED OUT, she cry now. And se secretes water. We see IU walking through her hotel and all the pictures of her through the years. Apparently IU is very picky about who gets to come in on the night of the full moon, which seems to be the day that spirits search for the hotel. THAT GROWS TO ACCOMODATE THEM NOICE. The dad guy stole a bag (With a pretty empty registrar) and fell down the stairs. He stumbles across the hotel. Ooooh is he dead? Why is her water sticky????? Obvious CGI elevator is obvious. But such a grand Tardis hotel it is. Dad is kind of insensitive. He is dead! He did the stanky leg too, lol. Wait he is still alive, just knocked out??? Snek vase is creepy, dude don’t steal creepy snek vase, its very outran. OH NO ITS REAL. To the pool! Which is a GINOURMOUS BEACH, same dude mind blown. Bar next!!! I love this dudes face, very accurate to the I can’t believe any of this. IU is a harsh boss… All the people working are dead. He is very likely to die. IU Has noticed the snake vase, its a thief trap lol he gonna get caught~~~ He found the ancient tree and is very impressed by it? NO HE GON PICK FLOWERS FROM IT DONT DO IT. Tree rejected him. IU caught him. She told him that he is dying. The son is watching him in ICU. The tree supposedly grew flowers for him IU is shook. IU said she was going to save him only for her to say go to your son and raise him then give him to me in 20 years. If I save the father the son should pay the debt. If you dont like it you die tonight. IU gives ) fucks. THEY LEAVE THE KID IN ICU TO LOOK AT HIS DEAD/DYING DAD. The dad is now realizing that it was not just a dream. IU is the boss of the afterlife.
