I bought another Thai Con a couple of weeks ago! She just pushed out her first leaf at home, and she's a beauty! 🥹 This one was also $50 at a small shop in Standale (Walker) Michigan!

My original TC has still yet to push out any growth, and I unfortunately had to chop a leaf or two recently. Stay tuned for updates there, as well as my albo who's since put out two leaves, one of which has a little more variegation.

The species Monstera dubia (shingle plant) has juvenile foliage that clings to a host tree trunk or other surface, until the plant matures and produces leaves with splits called fenestrations. This plant is becoming popular as a houseplant.
