that's being sought by this cocky guy with daddy issues

who's right arm is mechanical some of the time

and his Dad is this massive guy with big horns (and sometimes glowy blue eye(s))

who's being manipulated by a powerful woman

that he freed from her centuries old prison

who may have had noble ambitions in the past, but now has been consumed by power

and the woman possesses a young girl in order to get what she wants

and sacrifices the lives of her minions in order to unleash her ultimate weapon ->

(Dozens of Gum Gums) (Spider Queen, Huntsman, Syntax, Goliath, Not- Mayor) You know what I'm talking about :(

and she's got this indentured servant *cough Slave cough* (with pretty gold eyes 😘)

who she refers to as "Her Champion"

who travels using shadows (I could not find a single picture of Angor Rot using his shadow staff)

who was really sweet and kind in his past but then... well... stuff happened

and has lost his right eye

and he's been killed before

but the big bad restores him back to life so she can use him

and he gets a redemption arc at the end of season three

and the main character doesn't have a bio Dad, but he attracts plenty of father figures throughout the course of the show

and he gains a non-human form that makes him even more powerful

and him and the others gain an armor upgrade at the same time

and the girl of the team has short black hair with dyed stripes

and you know the guy with daddy issues who wanted to steal his artifact in the beginning? He becomes one of the protagonist's closest friends

and there's this gentle giant character

who becomes one of my most beloved characters of all time 💕💕💕

and he has a history of violence and trauma

and has now vowed to be a devote pacifist

but breaks his vow in order to protect the people he loves (with angry glowy eyes to boot)

and has a deep love for cats (yes, I did just do that)

...then I would have two nickels.

Which isn't very much, but it's weird that it happened twice, right?

Lantern festival AU!

In the night of the lantern festival, little Mk accidentally enters another world by following a butterfly that has a monkey pattern on its wings. In this fantasy world. lanterns, puppets, and dolls are conscious, and they walk around and prepare for the lantern festival, as if this celebration never gonna end. Now Mk tries to fit in to find a way out of this world to get back to his own, with a little help from Mei, a dragon girl who was the first person to help him when he was lost.

Would mk (In the day the world eclipsed) ever teleport to flower fruit mountain and see macaque.Like in Steven universe, ( idk if you watched it) where Steven is inside of lion's mane and bismuth goes around trying to find him in the tall grass. Would that ever happen????

COUGH. I LOVE Steven Universe and this idea was SOOOO CUTE! Oh my goodnessssss. Like MK/Xiaotian just popping up all over the place. ;-; <3 Gosh it's the cutest little idea. Literally losing sleep to draw this as fast as i can cause ahhhh my heart!!!! Absolutely adorable!

Did an LMK art study with some of the show screenshots, ignore how Macaque looks ugly as hell, I need to work on him the most. I think I have better grip of the art style (helps with Brotherhood shenanigans about to happen)

I just read chapter 18 of Taken AU (lego monkie kid) by @smilesatdawnmain, and I must say I loved it!! This fanfic is very nice and I highly recommend it!! I made these drawings in my style!! They are something quick to get the emotion out, but it is possible that I will convert them to digital in the future, maybe? anyway! you have to read this fanfic!! please!! I swear you won't regret it!!.

In your lantern au, what is Macaque and Wukong's relationship?

And is MK a monkey, or just a normal human? Like does he get Monkey King's powers like in the show?

Wukong and macaque were very distant from each other before MK entered the spirit realm. They used to be friends, but things happened in the past that ruined their relationship.

When MK came, Wukong became his guardian to help him find a way to get back to his human realm safely. Macaque, on the other hand, is working for LBD (a banned witch) and the mayor (a puppet soldier). He follows wukong or MK around by curiosity or even by instinct.

The moment they see each other again, it's very bitter. Wukong doesn't recognize him because of his changed appearance, but he has the gut feeling that he knows him and he's a threat for both of them.

and macaque also doesn't reconize his "old friend" at first. What he did was be hostile towards him, but later, he does recognize him and just follows them in the shadows. As time passes, he has the feeling that what he's doing will not get the freedom he once had before he met the witch. But sometimes macaque helps the MK if he needs something, only if the mayor is not watching.

Mk is a human in this AU. He doesn't gain powers in this, but he gets trained by Wukong. Mei used to be human. Her body slowly turned into a dragon spirit since her family has a heritage of dragons.

Idea: Mk with an fem S/O with Spider-Man abilities! Like they’re human looking but spider powers. Like can shoot webs from thier wrist, can hold heavy stuff with its webs, spidey senses tingling, wall climbing and even web swinging! I like the idea that she could show him cool stuff about spiders. Like sure, they’re creepy and she respects his opinion/phobia on them looking but he doesn’t seem to see how cool they can be too! ( got this idea from spider man the movie ) and mk’s phobia of spiders. 👀 🕷️

Fears and Feats (MK x Spider-Man-Esque! Reader) Headcanons

MK found it so cool when you crawled on walls, but there was something irking him about it

He knew why once you showed him your webs slinging abilities

Oh, he screamed loud

MK had to step away from you for a bit, mainly to process the cognitive dissonance he was receiving at full blast

On one hand, you were so cool, like a superhero kind of cool

On the other? You were terrifying, MK hated spiders, couldn't stand to be around them

But you weren't a spider, you were human...ish

MK wished he could find you less creepy, that he could curb his phobia even a little

He asked Tang and Pigsy for the best ways to get rid of a phobia, both of them seemed to agree on exposure therapy

Sandy ended up having to guide the first actual session, because straight up handing a spider to the poor man led to him hiding in a closet for the rest of day

MK uses you partially for exposure therapy after that, seeing that while he may be afraid of your spider qualities, he knew you were a safe person who wouldn't try to hand him an actual spider

If you try to show him some cool spider things, MK will most likely back away a good distance before yelling about how cool it is

Seriously, you need to start small with him, the poor guy's been through enough

After a while, MK's hung around you enough to find spiders to be kind of cool, even if he still hated them

He goes more comfortable with you as you two spend more time, and he likes watching you crawl on walls and dragging couches and whole cars along for fun

Wore it earlier but posted a little late, but I blame it on the fact I had a latin exam yesterday (ON HALLOWEEN).

I got the shirt and pants from a thrift store, and just drew on the shirt with some textil markers. I also wore a bandana, which was just some fabric from an old shirt that was too small anyway.
