I don't know what head cannon I prefer:

1: Elias lives in Jonahs house and all the heads have lived there because "it comes with the promotion" but nothing has been changed in like 200 years. All the decor is the same because Jonah is sentimental like that.

Or

2: Elias lives in a house he bought with Peter's money when they were married, the only reason Elias got it in the divorces afterwards was because Peter didn't want to own any building that had a house warming party thrown at it.

my dad and i both like martyr-knights but he means saint george of lydda and i mean akutagawa ryuunosuke from the hit manga bungou stray dogs....

it's interesting to me how saint george's story can be interpreted as a victory of the human spirit over its deepest fears and challenges... and in that story, he slays a dragon. akutagawa had to overcome one of his greatest fears—vulnerability—to become a true protector again, being without rashomon. rashomon often takes the form of a dragon.

and akutagawa wears that victory on his back proudly, with the dragon motifs now incorporated into his new knight armor. he has kind of submerged the idea that the dragon must always be loathed, feared, and killed, because it now symbolizes protection, represented in akutagawa's armor. he used to just attack and kill with rashomon in the form of a dragon, but now he can also protect himself and others with it...
