convienence. a means to end. that's all this was for both of you right? when katsuki is fed up with the crazed fangirls who just won't leave him alone, he works out a deal with you. it was just coincidence he had a huge crush on you.

post-war brought troubles for a lot of the students in class 1-A. especially bakugo katsuki.
he had to completely relearn how to write with his other hand, had to learn how to fight without injury to it.
and he had to learn to deal with his crazy amount of fangirls.
his fight had been broadcasted, the manner in which he pushed himself to the very brink broadcasted to the world. his victory brought spoils, though not in a way he expected.
he didn't expect to be chased down the hallways every morning, to have a line of girls wanting his autograph as he ate. he didn't expect to be gifted things, things they just assumed he liked, but couldn't be farther from the truth.
luckily, you seemed to like chocolate. he found refuge these days sitting on the roof floor of U-A next to you during lunch, passing you the chocolate gifts he'd been given.
he hated chocolate. but to be honest, he loved seeing you smile.
"thanks 'suki." you said for the nth time, picking the best chocolates out of the box and leaving the gross ones alone.
"yeah." he sighed, glancing at you occasionally as he moved to support the weight of his head with his hands. he found himself speechless around you often. words failing as he leant into the comfort of your presence.
you were about to say something, he thinks. your mouth was open though the blaring of the bell cut you off. "oh, let's go 'suki." you said, holding your hand out to him.
he took it, letting you pull him up and holding onto your hand for just a second too long. you dumped the rest of the chocolates in a trash can and made your collective way down to 1-A. you laughed at how he seemed to try and hide behind you, eyes darting around for the general course girls who seemed to have nothing better to do than follow him around.
they didn't come though. he saw a group of them but when they saw your proximity to him..
they left him alone.
a lightbulb went off in his head, he mentally kicked himself for not thinking of it sooner. as he sat in class, eyeing your seat between momo and jirou, he thought about how he'd ask you.
test papers were being passed out, graded ones. "yo man," kirishima started, looking over his paper, "what'd you get?"
katsuki scoffed. "what do you think? another 100, easy as shit."
kaminari groaned beside him, "you're cheating or something! i got an 80."
"that's high for someone like you!"
"hey!"
"aw man, i got a 70. you're so manly bakubro!"
"yeah, guess i am."
katsuki tried to resist the turning of his head, he really did. but he wanted to know what score you got, if you did well. though from the expression on your face and the way momo patted you on the back,
not to mention the red ink used all over your paper. he knew you didn't.
"man this totally sucks!" you exclaimed, your hands clutching the paper of your test. "i studied and everything, i don't even need math, im a hero for crying out loud!"
jirou's teases and momo's comforts faded into the background as he only focused on you, and the nagging feeling for him to help you.
with another ring of the bell and a sigh from mr. aizawa, katsuki left early to try and beat the crowd of girls who seemed to pounce on him.
he didn't though, he found himself at the entrance at U-A, almost to freedom when the crowd pointed at him, "that's him! i can't believe it!"
"dynamite, an autograph please?"
"hey- don't be so casual. it's lord explosion--"
"who cares? i want a photo!"
at that, they chased him. all his progress down the stairs and through the halls was gone as he was led right back down to class 1-A. he stupidly lead himself right back into a corner.
his head darted around, until he noticed a tuft of familiar hair in the classroom. you hadn't left? oh well, he needed your help and quick.
you were sobbing internally, looking over your horrific test score with a sad expression. a 70? you might as well just drop out now.
as the hours of studying you'd done for waste passed over in your mind, a noise caught you off guard.
he had burst in, making your deflated form jump off the desk. "katsuki, don't scare me like that!"
he rushed over to your side, grabbing your hand off where it was hanging limply on the desk. "be my girlfriend for a second."
the words barely even processed in your brain before you were being manhandled off the desk, your mind rushed to catch up. "wait-- wha-"
before you knew it you were led towards the door of obsessed fan girls. his hand was intertwined tightly with yours, a slight flush on his face.
"listen up." he started, making his fans shush eachother. "my girlfriend hasn't been appreciating all your bullshit. and neither have i, so for the love of god stop it already."
he pulled you alongside him, "move." a path opened for the two of you, letting you two through. he walked you to the entrance, no words spoken between the two of you until you stopped infront of the lockers where you'd keep your shoes.
"[name]-- uh." he took a breath, his heart sped up rapidly around you. it sped up at the simple tilt of your head.
"so. if you help me with this shit, i'll tutor you.
or whatever."
a hand was behind his head, his averted eyes now focusing on you as he awaited your answer with baited breath.
you had an expression of thoughtfulness on your face. your finger on your chin as you looked up to the ceiling to think.
'have everyone think youre dating a cute boy and get a tutor?'
the pinkie of your hand shot out, a closed eye smile on your face. "i'm in!"
a soft smile graced his lips, his pinkie intertwining with yours and sealing his fate in more ways than one.
because you really did have him wrapped around your finger. literally and figuratively.
"let's go to my room so we can talk over it!"
you really were going to be the death of him.
it's not like he'd never been to your room, just not in a situation like this.
not when he'd declared himself your boyfriend an hour earlier, not when his hands were sweaty with his nervousness, and not when you'd agreed so hastily to be his.
he wondered if you'd accept if anyone else asked you. if izuku or todoroki had been facing this situation instead of him.
"'suki?" you patted the side of your bed next to you, "sit with me."
he sighed, the thoughts disappearing from his mind at your words. he really was whipped for you.
"yeah, yeah. i'm goin'" he sat beside you, oddly stiffer than normal. he held his own hands as he waited for you to say something.
"okay, so, we should have like-- a plan or something right?"
"a plan? what the fuck for?"
"like so we don't get caught faking this or whatever. if they find out your fans will just come back running, no?"
he shuddered at the thought. "yeah, don't wanna deal with that shit."
"right? so the first part of our plan, is that everyone has to think we're dating. cool?"
katsuki's mind was racing. cool? more like the best thing that would happen to him. he felt as if everyone knew of his crush on you.. except for you.
being to say he was all yours and that you were all his, even if it was a lie..
"yeah, it's cool."
"great, that's really the only thing we had to establish. we hang out a lot anyways so, we'll just have to be affectionate or something to seal the deal."
his heart jumped at the idea of hugging you, wrapping an arm around you, holding hands with you in public. the ghost of a smile came over him.
"right."
"cool. so nothing else matter--"
"we're starting your studying shit tomorrow. the next test is next week, so we don't have time to play around [name]."
"ughh. i wish you forgot about that." your head fell into your hands. "i hate math, what do i even need it for?"
"advanced math, nothing really. but estimates are important in hero work. estimating time, the abilities of your body, the amount of civilians, all that stuff."
"you're such a nerd."
"hah?"
he continued explaining the importance of math to you despite your grievances. his finger was pointed in the air, you swore you could see the need emoji popping over his face.
your eyes closed, the weight of the day, your grade, and the thought of studying alongside a nerd like katsuki tiring you to no avail. you yawned, laying your head on his shoulder.
you could hear the thumping of his heart, the racing of his blood in his veins. it rocked you to sleep, "wake me up later, m' a take a nap." you mumbled against his shoulder, before falling asleep.
his mouth shut, eyes peeled on your body that now clung to his side. his face grew hot, when did it get so hot in your damn room?
he tried his best to stay awake, to let you nap and wake you up in the morning. but as the clock hit eight o clock, the time he was supposed to head back to his dorm.. he found himself stuck in place.
not by an invisible force, not by some obligation. it was only the thought of wanting to be with you, next to you. wanting to let the comfort of your weight next to him drive himself to sleep.
so he did. he fell asleep, letting his head lay on top of yours, holding your body closer to his. shutting his eyes.
the light of the sun woke him up first, you didn't close your blinds yesterday, and the sun shined brightly,
directly into his face. he groaned, his voice deep from sleep as he peeled himself off of you. he was confused from fatigue, wondering why he was still in your room.
he felt an arm around his waist, he rubbed the sleep out of his eyes to see it was you who was holding him close. he thinks you were using him in place of your huge teddy bear, the one laid neatly in the corner of your bed.
his heart rate quickened once again, wanting to go back to his room, but fighting the urge to stay looking at you.
an absentminded hand moved a couple strands of your hair out your face, pinching your cheek when he got bold.
you don't wake up, he sighed a breath of relief. 'til he felt your body start to stir, you pushed your head more into his chest, your eyes finally starting to open slightly.
"oh? g'morning kat'." you were sleepy, your words slightly slurred and muffled from how you were pressed against him.
"you slept here?" you asked, pulling away from him as you moved to stretch your upper body.
"uh-- yeah." he was once again lost for words at the sight of you, your shirt slightly pulled up from how you'd slept, your hair messy from the lack of a protective style before sleep.
"sorry for waking you up then, 'suki."
"no, i was already up. i just didn't wanna wake you."
"well, you failed." you joked. "anyways, you should get out of here soon, if iida sees you he'll probably flip out and tell mr. aizawa."
"right."
"let's walk to class together!" you clasped his hands in yours. "okay?"
you were going to be the death of him once again. "okay."
you let go and he got up, ruffling his hair slightly and looking back at you who sent him a small smirk and wave. before slowly walking out your door. he did his best to keep his movements quiet and minimal.
he was at the elevator, before uraraka walked out. shit. "bakugo? what are you doing here?"
"uh.. got lost."
her face scrunched in confusion, a knowing smile on her face after a second. "right.. tell [name] good morning for me."
".. tell her yourself." he got into the elevator, already seeing the grin in uraraka's face as he went up a floor to his room.
the same grin everyone greeted him with as he went to sit next to you in the common room, having made you some breakfast. he and you were all ready, you had refreshed your hair from when he was playing with it, simple makeup and your uniform ironed. he admired you while he ate his meal.
"ah, thanks 'suki."
"mhm."
you moved to whisper in his ear, "why's everyone looking at us?"
"fuck if i know."
"so you two lovebirds aren't gonna say anything?" denki said, putting his hands on his hips as he looked you two over.
"'bout what?"
"that you two are totally dating!" mina exclaimed, pointing at you. "and you didn't say anything? wow [name], i thought.. we were closer than that." she mock fully cried.
katsuki was about to say something, you cut him off though. "i thought everyone knew?" with a tilt of your head, a question mark almost visible from the blank expression you wore.
the class only sighed, kirishima shrugged his shoulders. "yeah, we should've guessed. i mean bakugo had a obvious crush on you for the longest."
"yeah, good looks man." sero gave him a thumbs up.
"tch. let's go [name]." he sat up, placing his and your finished dishes in the sink before you followed behind him.
"right! bye guys!"
you grabbed his hand as you walked out the door. nobody was around, there was no need to keep up appearances now.
but that didn't stop him from holding your hand tighter.
and that didn't stop you from clinging even more to his side.
it seemed you two were now together all the time. a clingy couple is what you seemed like to your friends, and more importantly his fans.
at lunch he could now be in the cafeteria again, you were stuck his side as you ate, an arm around you as you shared his food, insisting his cooking was better than the U-A food.
you were caged in by his body, you really did just look like a sappy couple to everyone.
during class, he was caught glancing at you. a lot. he'd roll his eyes and pretend nothing even happened, but everyone knew he was far gone.
during training, as you sparred you noticed he was going harder on you than before. some would think that because you were his crush he wouldn't get so aggressive,
too bad katsuki only wanted to push you harder, get you to show the strength he saw you unleash on those villains in the war. he wanted you to be stronger beside him, if he was number one, he'd want you to be ranked closely to him, because he knew you were strong enough.
that didn't mean it wasn't any more hard to fight him, the man was a maniac.
"you can chill out you know!"
"what? can't take it?!"
"no, slow your fucking roll!" you barely dodged his other attack, just barely moving out the way as he threw an explosion in your direction.
you now had met the conditions to use your quirk, comeback. by generating a max of 8 orbs, they'd absorb energy that you could use back for your offense. the only downside?
melee attacks couldn't be absorbed at all.
a kick to your legs sent you to the ground, you dispersed one of your orbs with the explosion stored inside of it.
"be nice and let me win!!"
"no."
he dodged your attack and pinned you to the ground. he won.
"you're so mean 'suki." you shoved him off you, making him grunt. "a good boyfriend would've let me win!"
a nagging voice in the back of his head was telling him he wasn't yours, you weren't his, and that he was only doing this for his convinience.
"well, i guess i'll be a better one next time."
even that voice couldn't deny that the way he cared for you wasn't anything less than real. that even if this relationship was fake, that he was undoubtedly yours. that the way he held his hand out to you, lifting you as gently as he could fathom.
"wanna go again?" he asked, a boyish smirk on his face.
"you know it!"
your plan of tiring katsuki out with exercise didn't work, so you found yourself in his room at his desk. showered and wiping the dew off your neck with a towel, you sat in front of him with a book splayed open.
he was hammering topic after topic into you.. statistics or something? you weren't really paying attention, you were more interested in the bulge of his muscles out of his tank top.
his words were a blur when you suddenly found yourself reaching a hand out to feel his muscle,
your hand squeezing it.
'firm. hm.' you thought, until he pulled you away, an incredulous look on his face. "this is why your class ranking keeps falling [name]. focus!"
"how can i focus with you in front of me? it's like dancing a donut in front of a cop!" you whined, face planted onto his desk.
"you're.. insane."
"you love me though, don't you?" the words slipped out of your lips without a second thought, your face flushing slightly. "oops, sorry! almost forgot you arent my like-- real boyfriend!"
he swore he heard a bit of disappointment in your voice, felt a bit of reluctance in your movements as you pulled away at him, saw a bit of longing in your eyes.
"uh.. yeah. 's fine. let's just.. take a break." he said, motioning over to lay on his bed and do nothing for a little while.
if you would've told him a couple months ago that he'd be sat, face to face, body next to body, hands awkwardly close to each other as you remained in silence. you'd had a movie on in the background, something stupid he thought. not like he payed attention to it at all.
it was comfortable, being around you. he'd be a liar if he said that he didn't like the fact that everyone now thought you were his and vice versa. not just his fans, not just yours, but your mutual friends. family.
"do you wanna try again?" he asked after a while, voice soft and his hand moving to rub his eyes. it was his bedtime, eight o clock sharp, but he'd break it for you.
"hm? to be honest no." you moved to face him. "you look tired anyways 'suki, you should sleep."
he grumbled, his eyes closing slightly as he slowly swatted your hand away from his face, his grip lingering on your wrist.
"right." he yawned. he didn't know if it was the sleep or impulse, maybe a mixture of both. but he pulled you closer to him. making you crash against his chest with his head in the nook of your neck.
"stay." he uttered, his breath flush against your neck making the hairs stand up.
"katsuki?" you thought you were dreaming. you'd move to pinch yourself if you weren't being pinned down by him.
"please?"
"..okay." your words barely matched your actions. you cuddled more into him, pulling him impossibly closer as you melted into eachother.
a blanket was thrown over the two of you. you fell asleep in his arms, the beating of his heart matching yours as you breathed a sigh of realization.
you were horribly in love with katsuki bakugo. and he was with you.
your 'fake' activities as a couple were coming along a little bit too easily to the two of you.
feeding him a snack in his room as a joke, him finding out he kind of liked being babied, him blackmailing you so you shut up.
all couple things. normal couple activity.
you didn't even have to continue those things behind closed doors, but it just came so naturally. it seemed wrong not to do it.
it seemed wrong for him not to sling a hand over you, not to hold your hand when it was so close to him, not to move the stray strands of hair and tuck it behind your ear.
it seemed wrong for him not to save a spot for you at lunch, not to wake up a bit earlier and slip out of your sleepy grasp to prepare you a meal alongside his.
not to make some breakfast for you, light or heavy, depending on what he'd learned you preferred.
not to walk with you to class, even walking with you to go see your general studies friend in the morning, leaning against the doorway with a smile on his face as he watched you rave on about a show you'd watched recently.
why wouldn't he do it if he could? why shouldn't he watch your favorite shows just to have things to talk to you about?
he found himself fighting to stay focused during your study sessions now too. he found himself noticing things about you, the smaller things.
how you'd flip your hello kitty pencil around while you were speaking. how you'd bite your lips in concentration, your expressions of disbelief when you actually started getting things correct.
he'd have to cover his hand with his face. you were just too cute.
sometimes he'd even get distracted mid sentence. he was explaining simple things over again, just to make sure you knew what it meant.
but it was hard even keeping eye contact with you.
"so, in this problem x would be.. uh.." he went silent, his mouth open but no words escaping.
"x would be what? 7?" you showed your page of work to him, with a nervous smile. "if it's not right tell me already! i know im kinda dumb, it won't hurt my feelings too bad i swear!"
he looked down back at his page. mentally slamming his head onto the table, before recovering. "yeah, no you're right. you got it."
you slammed the work onto his desk, "finally! then we can break now right?"
"yeah, 'guess so."
"let's do something fun. take a walk, my legs hurt from sitting." you pulled him up by his hand, dragging him to his door. "hurry up!"
he couldn't help the small chuckle that escaped him, you really reminded him of just how young you two were. how he was just a high schooler with a huge crush, how--
"why are you looking at me like that? are you sick?" you placed a hand on his forehead, making him promptly rip it off. a scowl quickly replaced the smile that been on his face moments prior. "no i'm not. let's go."
you walked hand in hand, the sunset the background for your 'date'.
the last few days, he'd been nervous to bring up what was happening between you. he was nervous to ruin the odd relationship you two had, he didn't want to lose you. he thought the things you two had been doing crossed the line between friendship and lovers.
you didn't have to do any of this. though he was sure you knew that already.
"math exam's tomorrow."
"don't remind me! you totally ruined the moment you know."
"you'll pass. i mean, i was your tutor after all. if you fail with me as a teacher? you are a lost cause."
"that's not nice to say." you ripped his hand away from yours, crossing your arms on your chest. "thats really messed up 'suki."
he leant down to face you, the sun goldening you two in its wake as he grew a cocky smirk on his lips. "oh really?"
"yes really."
"n' what're you gonna do about it?" his face was barely an inch away from yours. with a glance to his lips, he moved closer.
he barely pecked you, before he heard a loud, obnoxious idiot speak from behind him.
"[name] and bakugo are totally making out over here!"
denki and kirishima were looking at the two of you, a glare crossed over katsuki's face as he basically dragged you with him back into his dorm. he was about to leave you at your dorm, the hallway empty since curfew was around the corner.
he held your hands in his, running his thumb over the knuckle of yours. he intertwined your fingers, only letting go after a while.
he tilted your head upwards with his two fingers, wordlessly asking for permission. moonlight now struck you two as he moved in.
uninterruptedly, he kissed you. deepening it with a pull of the hand, holding you against him.
he let go after a while, his internal clock signaling it was almost time for curfew.
before he left, he whispered to you. "i don't.. really care what we're labeled. and if this shit is real or not.
i just want to be close to you."
he turned, walking to the elevator. leaving your breathless, with your heart in your throat.
no more words were spoken between you two, not as you screamed into your pillow, and not as he stared up into the ceiling of his room.
you passed that math test. and each assignment that went with it.
the end of the year was now coming quickly, of the school year that is. you and katsuki still kept up your 'act', the activities now stretching to dates after school mixed in with your study sessions.
one's that'd leave the touch of katsuki on you more than the touch of knowledge. but it was working nonetheless.
it was all good between you two, an eternal honeymoon it seemed. after all, by now it had been at least seven months since this began. your class ranking was higher, he no longer had to worry about strolling through the halls, it seemed nothing could get in your way.
well, besides two things.
one: the fact that you two were scared to label in between yourselves yet, too bashful to call him your boyfriend and you his girlfriend in private, yet proud fully admitting it to others.
two, the girl currently straddling him with no regard to you whatsoever. your entire cafeteria table was staring at her, looking at what katsuki would do to move her off.
but when he didn't immediately, didn't immediately curse the girl out and push her off him? you did the job for him.
you yanked the girl by her hair, sending her to the floor with a tray of food falling onto her body. all attention was on you as you stared at katsuki, your mouth agape in anger.
"what the fuck bakugo?" you ignored her, even stepping on her leg slightly as your hands were agitated, your whole body was. you didn't even know why you were jealous. this wasn't real, it never was, he was just playing his role too well.
you should've known katsuki would go too far. he always did.
"babe-- it's not what you think-"
"then what was i looking at? and don't call me that. don't- don't fucking call me anything. we're over."
you knew to him that probably meant something different. you acclaimed the despair in his eyes to the loss of protection, to the loss of ease as he walked in the halls and the lack of paparazzi that'd ask him questions on his love life.
but to him it was so much more.
it was those things, yes. but it was more so the thought of losing you. the thought of the affection over the months being nothing but a memory and not his future. the thought of not having you close to him.
the thoughts of becoming nothing to you, less than a friend.
he didn't know why he didn't move, it was like he physically couldn't. the look in the girl's eyes, the grip she had on him, the weird smile. he recognized her as one of the girls who usually would be in the crowd following him around.
"you don't mean that." his voice sounded more desperate than it had in the whole time he'd met you, more longing slipping through than he intentioned.
but the sun's casting light had moved away from you, casting you in a shadow. "i do mean it. fuck you."
he was going to run after you, to chase you as you slammed your lunch tray into the trash. heading up to the rooftop to he alone.
but a hand, mina's, pulled him back. "i think.. you did enough bakugo."
she went after you instead, promising to bakugo she'd check on you.
fangirls were one thing? but a messy public breakup where you were never really something in the first place? surprisingly worse.
he'd been more snappy lately, his aura making the girls around him keep their distance.
he'd become quieter, closed off. you didn't come to eat lunch with him anymore, obviously. and he didn't go up to the rooftop to join you.
he didn't know how to speak to you, how to explain what happened, how to say that he was sorry.
he ran the scenario in his head a million times, thinking over the girl's quirk that had forced him into place. but it sounded so convenient, like he was lying.
but since your entire relationship was based off of one, he didn't know how to approach the topic in the first place.
a week. a week passed before he could muster up the words to speak to you.
a week of being ignored in the hallways, side glances and being walked off on. a week of not having you by his side, not having you to talk to, to study with,
to kiss.
you were alone on the rooftop, eating silently as you felt a presence behind you. you saw his hair in the shadow and sighed, placing your plate onto the floor next to you. "what?"
"let me talk."
"...fine."
he breathed a sigh, hands balling as he forced the words out. "i know what you saw. and i know it was bad, but listen. that.. girl. she had some quirk on me or something."
he paused, seeing as your movement shifted. he took the fact that you didn't leave as a sign to continue.
"i couldn't move, i would've. you know that. but, it was right for you to be fucking pissed. i'd be too.
and i know, this is my fault in a way. i've been.. a fuckin' loser about this." his hand went up to support his head, his eyes averting from where he felt yours eyeing him.
"i needed to ask you out, officially i mean, a long time ago. it was wrong of me to use you-"
"it wasn't like that and you know it." you moved now to face him, you taking his hands in yours once more.
"what are we? to you i mean."
"right now..
we're nothing, right?"
your eyes widened, his eyes came back to look at yours.
"what?"
the words settled between you, it sent a cold shiver down your spine at the implication.
"wait-- fuck i'm messing this shit up. i mean, we're, not anything right now. we weren't anything."
your heart sank, eyes falling to the floor though your hand still held by him. your bleeding heart was in his grasp too, it was apparent.
"but,
i'd like to be? if you'd have me."
he squeezed your hand tightly. "i, i think i did this all out of order. but, would you go out with me?"
you let out an anxious laugh mixed with emotion. relief? despair? you honestly didn't know. tears burned the corners of your eyes.
"you're-- you're real weird, you know that?"
"is that a no."
"no, it's a yes. i think."
"ya think?"
"you don't get to question me!"
"yeah, whatever." you shared a laugh of relief together. he held you, moving away to bring something out of his pocket.
a small bento box for you.
you gasped at the sight of it, it was so cute. "thank god! i hate this school shit." you sat down, patting the side beside you, prompting him to sit down.
"wow, a heart? don't tell me you like me or something katsuki."
instead of deflecting, of telling you to buzz off, of shoving you lightly, a small smile came over his lips once again. after a beat, he laughed boyishly.
"you caught me."
...
he patted your back as you choked on the heart shaped seaweed.
your first date was cute, a small picnic with the country of musatafu as your backdrop. it was weird, this scene had played out between you two various times. in his room, in public, in private, to everyone else you two had just recovered from a messy breakup. and yet,
your stomachs were filled with butterflies at the affection between you two.
your rank was high, the dates were endless between the two of you now. study dates, just going to cafes, mundane things became more when you were by each others side.
years passed, and your poor dorm was going mostly unused. you'd sleep in his bed most of the time, actually- you'd spent most of your time in his room. he even cleared out a section for you in his closet despite the fact that yours was perfectly fine.
graduation came along, your careers came rushing at the two of you.
you were the top rated woman hero, and he was number one. just like he dreamt, just like he imagined the future would be for the two of you all those years ago.
you were picking out some drinks from the vending machine, a pocky hanging out your mouth as you decided between two flavors.
you finally chose, having two drinks in your hand for you and katsuki when he suddenly dragged you into an alleyway, grunting when he pushed you against the wall.
deja vu? maybe, you felt like you lived through this before, the same mindless stampede of girls rushing past.
"i told you to clip down your hair."
"shut up. don't they even care that we're married now? why do they fucking bother?." he sighed, annoyed as he lightly grabbed the can out your hand, his frustration not matching his actions.
"well, maybe we need something that'd make it even more official." a lightbulb went over the both of your heads. you faced each other, a streetlight letting you see the slight pink tint of his cheeks.
"a ca-"
"a baby."
you laughed, keeling over at the sight of his face that grew impossibly red.
you went home, hand in hand, the photos of the two of you together making rounds in the media again.
but as you laid with his head laid on your lap, your head rested comfortably against the furniture you'd chosen for your home?
you couldn't help but feel like everything worked out perfectly.
and with the new addition of your family laid sleeping on top of katsuki's chest.

i fall to pieces
dilf!toji x college student!fem reader
!! this is a mess of tropes that i’ve always wanted to explore (such as lovingly tending injuries and being in love with your best friend’s dad) - the second one is a major CW; legal age gap (reader is in her early 20s and toji is in his late 40s); mentions of bullying (not between toji and the reader); petnames; no curses au // 2.9k words
: i had fun writing this even though i kinda forgot what the plot is midway; i hope u guys would like it <33; title is from cherry - lana
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
your knuckles, the ones that aren’t bruised, raps on the door, impatience thrumming in your veins. the ache in your jaw still stings, but you are far too focused on the split skin on your knuckles and how the trickling blood had turned the hems of your cream-coloured long sleeves into a garish sight. your chest heaves at another ragged exhale, your whole body trembling, feeling the burning remnants of exhaustion.
the door opens after your last bout of knocks.
“jesus, what- y/n?”
you startle, not expecting toji to be the one to answer the door.
“what the fuck happened to you?” he asks when you didn’t reply, reaching to wrap around your less injured hand, clasping his thick fingers and warm palm around your wrist to tug you inside the quaint home.
“uh,” you say unintelligibly, following him with unsteady feet as he leads you two to the living room. “is gumi-chan here, fushiguro-san?” is what you said instead, not really knowing where to even begin with unpacking the dumpster fire of a fight that you were in just minutes ago.
he clicks his tongue. “i told you to just call me ‘toji’, kid.” he sits you on the sofa, your body bouncing on the plush cushions in a cartoonish way. “and brat’s with y’r other friend. the loud one with pink hair.”
you hum. “yuuji,” you say even though toji would just forget your friend’s name again.
he grunts. “yeah, that one. a’right, you,” toji points at you. “y’stay here and don’t even think about movin’.” then he disappears, his feet padding quietly on the wooden floors.
only when he’s left do you realize how tense you still are, your shoulders poised as if expecting an attack. you force yourself to let go, feeling your body tremble at the extra effort it needed to exert to unwind your aching body. your eyes slip shut, your brows furrowing as your side throbs in pain again. fuck, you thought, the bitch got me good.
any other day, you would’ve found yourself winning a tussle with no injuries. or, you grumbled to yourself, i wouldn’t even be in the tussle. but they had no right to pick on mai like that.
(“heard you sucked cocks to get here,” fake blondie crooned as she wagged her stick-like finger, tutting like mai was a child.
mai bristled—who wouldn’t?
she’s put countless efforts to get to where she is right now, and for her integrity to be questioned, because what? mai’s too pretty, too confident in herself, for a smart kid? clearly fake blondie hasn't seen enough of your friend group if she’s baffled by how someone could be smart and pretty and confident. even panda was charming, and no one even knows what he looks like underneath that mask he stuffs his head in.
so next thing you knew nobara was throwing a punch, with momo jumping at fake blondie, and of course you had to join in; you weren’t going to let your girls fight on their own. but then one of fake blondie’s friends pulled out a bat out of nowhere and hit you at your side.
you stumbled on your feet, almost tumbling to your knees at the sharp pain. mai’s shrill scream had been enough of a wake-up call before you were reaching at bat girl’s hair and yanking hard, forcing her to crumple before you.
it was a blur after that. then mai was nudging you out of the alley, murmuring her thanks, before you four were parting ways.)
you hear toji walking back in and you peel your eyes open, tracking him as he makes his way back to you. he falls on the floor, almost between your legs, and your breath stutters when you realize the lack of proper distance between you and your best friend’s dad, so you clamp your legs shut and looked away just before toji could lift his head to meet your eyes.
you startle when warm hands clasp with yours, your eyes jumping back to toji.
“easy,” he grunts like your heart isn’t thrumming loud and fast within the cages of your ribs. you swallow the lump lodged in your throat.
“ok-y,” you reply, internally cringing when your voice breaks at the end of a single word. fuck, you’re a mess. you clear your throat, feigning nonchalance even as toji begins uncapping the alcohol. “okay,” you repeat.
he hums, spilling alcohol into the cotton ball before pressing the soaked cotton on your split skin. a hiss makes it past your teeth before you are clamping your lips tightly, trying your best not to jostle your body any more. you didn’t even notice your flinch until you hear toji’s soft shh sounds, his thumb running soothing circles on the part of your skin that isn’t wounded or bruised.
“m’sorry,” you murmur, feeling shy all of a sudden, your lips still pursed at the dull thrum of pain.
“s’fine,” he says. “should’a warned you.” toji pauses, the cotton pinched between thick fingers. he looks at you. “good to go?”
you nod, not trusting your treacherous voice anymore.
toji’s lips quirk up in a small smile. “good girl.”
your mind screeches to a halt, your breath getting stuck in your lungs. it is like the world has stopped orbiting—it hasn’t, not when you can see toji dressing your wounds with gentle hands and even gentler touch—and all that’s left is the echoing words that toji just uttered.
good girl, he said naturally. genuinely.
good girl, he said in a voice that denoted nothing out of the norm, the same way we’d say the sky is blue and the ocean is deep and you are a good girl.
(his good girl.)
good girl, he said like he meant it.
fuck. fuck.
a squeal is building in your throat, your body trembling softly as the emotions seated in your chest began to expand and spill over and–
“ow!” you hiss, unconsciously tugging your hand away from toji’s hold, feeling the bite of stinging alcohol running along your tender skin where scratches and beading blood laid.
toji blinks at you. you blink at him in return, feeling prickles of embarrassment creeping from the base of your neck.
you laugh, something so fake and brittle, feeling so ashamed and awkward. “sorry.”
toji shakes his head, huffing fondly, and his eyes crinkling in such a soft way. “c’mon kid, give y’r hand to me and we can finish patchin’ it up.”
you gingerly give him your hand again, licking your lips, wanting to say something even though words aren’t structuring themselves properly in your head, only to collapse into silence as toji’s hands cradle yours softly once again.
(he’s always been so soft with you.)
he hums, approval dancing in his tone. “y’r doin’ well, kid.”
before you could stop yourself, a wheeze punches itself past your throat. christ, the praises.
toji looks up, concerned.
“just parched,” you say before he could ask, feigning dry coughs to strengthen your obvious lie.
“…i’ll get you somethin’ after this,” toji replies hesitantly. “you still like those ramune, yeah?”
“yeah,” you answer, your voice curling as you smile, watching as toji begins to bandage your hand. your cheeks tingle when toji’s lips tug up at hearing your quiet excitement.
you cough, clearing your throat. “i’m shocked gumi-chan kept a stock here,” you say, after a while, wanting to break the loaded silence. “he said he doesn’t like them anymore.” your nose scrunches in judgement.
toji kept to himself for a moment and you wondered if you said something wrong. shame curls in your stomach, chasing away the previous excitement that had been budding in your chest. an apology sits on your tongue, prickling and heavy, then toji huffs. it’s only then do you notice that the bandages are secured but toji still hasn’t let go of your hand.
“yeah, megumi’s done with ‘em,” he finally says, running soothing circles on your skin again. “i just kept buyin’ a bunch cause i know you like ‘em.”
“oh,” you mutter, feeling so breathless and choked up at the same time.
toji chuckles without humour. “yeah. ‘oh’.”
there’s a certain hesitancy in his next caress, an internal battle flickering from within his eyes, and you feel lost, anxiety and desire mixing in an uneasy tandem, overwhelming your veins to the point of silencing the previous beating you had. then, toji lets go.
your hands twitch, jolting to pull him back, but you catch yourself before your touch can connect. but it’s too late: toji had seen your aborted move.
he looks at you, searching for something in your eyes. a heartbeat passed, and you don’t know what’s gotten into you but you fall into his space, your knees hitting the floor with a loud thud. it’d be another pair of bruises that you’d carry home today but for now, with trembling arms and roaring heart, you let your hope choke you to the point of acting stupidly.
the kiss was chaste, cracked lips just landing on top of scarred ones. the world felt faraway yet scorching at the same time.
you feel toji tense under you and panic explodes in your chest.
stupid. stupid!
you pull back, an apology on the tip of your tongue, but you are stopped by toji’s arms encircling your waist to tug you to his lap. one of toji’s arms snake to your back, his palm coming to rest on the back of your head, before you feel him pulling you back into another kiss. this one is deeper. more heated. more desperate.
good. you think to yourself as your eyes shut close, feeling yourself drowning in toji’s kiss. so good.
you loop your arms around toji’s neck, tugging him closer as if you two aren’t already pressed flushed onto each other, raking your fingers through the straight strands of his hair.
you savour the kiss, the moment, toji’s touch. you know that after this, there will be nothing between you and toji. a shared kiss is easy to forget as time crawls by, after all, nothing good will come out if things between yourselves are made serious. you’re not allowed to hope.
but god, the way you still do.
you hope that toji would make you his, whatever “being his” even means. you hope that he’d whisper confessions, stilted as they always are from toji’s lips, or praises. lots and lots of praises. you hope that when you two pull apart for air, toji would push himself back in your space and kiss you again, just as yearning as you are.
(you hope he loves you just as much.)
then, despite your internal cries of ‘too soon’, toji is pulling himself from the kiss. you let go, sucking in air desperately, filling your lungs with needed air to distract yourself from the searing loneliness that is crushing you already.
you clamber off his lap, not meeting his eyes, only to pause when toji refused to let you go.
“uhm,” you begin, trying your best to ignore the tingling of your lips, when toji refused to budge. “toji-san?”
you startle when he cups your cheeks. “told you it’s just ‘toji’, kid.”
“okay,” you murmur. “toji, what’s, uhm, what’s up?”
he chuckles. “well if you keep rollin’ your hips, then somethin’s gon’ be up, a’right.”
you choke, startling on his lap upon hearing his words, the previous tensed atmosphere shattering into something light and humorous. “what the hell?”
but toji doesn’t regale you a response, instead he caresses the skin under your eye, smiling cheekily. “my pretty girl,” he coos.
your lips part, ready for just as cheeky of a response, when toji’s eyes turn sharp and steely, chasing away the stuttering words on the tip of your tongue.
“you fought them well, didn’t you?” he continues, his voice still in that crooning tone. “you came to me, beautiful in y’r anger.” toji’s voice has turned into measured murmurs. “and i know you must’ve won—you always do, kid.”
you nod, not knowing where the conversation is going.
“but you came to me, bleedin’ and achin’ and it terrified me.” he leans forward and presses a kiss on the corner of your lips. “and it got me thinkin’–” he pauses, going silent.
you shiver, feeling the way his lips are still pressed on your skin, ghosting with their touch—teasing, caressing. the desire keeps growing in the pit of your stomach.
then, toji pulls back, his eyes finding yours as he says, “i don’t think i can handle lettin’ you go anymore, pretendin’ i don’t love you.”
“what.” your voice came out as a gasp, your lips (still tingling from toji’s kiss, you noticed with satisfaction) falling in surprise.
“wait,” you say because you couldn’t fathom a reality where toji said he loves you. “what?”
“c’mon kid, up-up,” he replies instead, carefully pushing you off his lap and urging you to stand before he can clamber to his feet. you follow his command, feeling lightheaded and overwhelmed by everything.
he loves you?
“let’s get you y’r ramune,” he continues, pulling you to the kitchen, like he didn’t just drop a bombshell on you. still, you follow him to the kitchen—you would honestly follow him everywhere—hovering by the fridge, bandaged hand intertwined with toji’s own scarred hand, watching as he rummages past refrigerated produce, before pulling out the peach-flavoured soda. your favourite.
toji lets go of your hand and rips the seal off the nozzle before pushing on the ball. the clink of glass on glass is the only sound in the kitchen as toji turns and hands you the drink.
“thank you,” you say before taking a sip.
toji leans forward and presses a kiss on your forehead. “always.”
your cheeks burn, your veins thrumming with each wild pump of your yearning heart. the affection you have for him is spilling over and even with toji’s disjointed confession, you know it’s your turn to make the move.
so you step on your tiptoes, kissing toji on his jaw, before murmuring, “i’ve loved you since.”
as if that was all that toji had been waiting for, toji doesn’t waste any time before he’s scooping you off the floor and plopping you on the counter, his lips are hot as they met yours for another kiss. he cups your jaw, tilting your head up to deepen the kiss. the ramune slips from your hold but toji catches the soda, plopping it beside you, before turning his now free hands to touch whatever they could of your body. you reciprocate with the same ferocity, tugging at black strands and nipping his bottom lip, trying to convey the want and the love and the heat simmering inside you.
toji growls, deep and satisfied, his voice rumbling between you two. it was loaded with an emotion that easily reflected the storm raging in your chest, silencing the budding uncertainty over toji’s affections for you. you scratch at his back, trying to hold onto him tighter, afraid that this is just another dream.
(you used to count every single one of them, only stopping when one of those dreams left you too raw, feeling like you have been gutted and left to bleed on your bed.
you don’t remember the whole of it, but even with only the fragments you were left with, you know why you ache: flashes of a little kid with toji’s eyes and your nose; flashes of a life beyond flirty conversations and fleeting touches; flashes of vows that lasted a lifetime.
you woke up sobbing in your dorm room, feeling so small, so robbed of what you wish life could be with toji.)
toji pulls back, the whine in your throat cutting off into a moan when his lips latch on your throat, sucking and biting—marking you up because you are his. you arch your back, giving toji more room to stake his claim on you.
lust and love are mixing, leaving you breathless and teary-eyed because god you’ve been waiting for this for so long.
“love you,” you hiccup, trembling when toji’s hands hook under your shirt, tickling your skin with his ghosting touch.
“shh,” toji murmurs, fond and understanding, straightening up to gaze back at you again. “i know, baby. i’ve got you.” he loops your legs around his waist before toji is hoisting you up in his arms and, without staggering, carrying you to his room.
your eyes flutter when he carefully lays you down on his bed, his eyes watching you with reverence.
“let me love you,” he whispers.
you nod, softly. desperately. “please.”
his touch is a gentle scorch, his bigger body easily covering yours. when he thrusts, it is deep and and strong and filling, reaching your most intimate parts with measured strokes and unwavering intensity. when you cry his name, he croons and coos, praises spilling from his scarred lips along with his promises of loving you and caring for you, something that is so sentimental even as he continues to fuck you filthily.
“my sweet girl,” he murmurs on your skin, his lips latched on your collarbone. you almost don’t hear him amidst the consistent slaps of his thighs on your pelvis. “my precious, sweet girl.”
that’s how you cum: toji deep in you, your name slipping past his lips like prayer, and your pleasure consuming your every nerve.
you know things aren’t perfect, not yet anyway, but your mind is a mush, overwhelmed with toji (his scent, his touch, his words), your body is singing with euphoric contentment so you bury the worries deep in the pockets of your chest because for now, you are in the arms of the man you love. and he loves you just as firmly.

Sitting at your desk in your dorm room, you immersed yourself in the soft melodies playing in the background while diligently jotting down notes on how to enhance your quirk. Each page was filled with valuable information shared by your mentor, and you found that writing them down helped etch them into your memory. Suddenly, a loud and abrupt knock shattered your concentration, causing you to snap out of your bubble. You turned your head towards the door and called out, "Come in."
The door burst open, revealing a flustered Denki who seemed to be rambling incoherently. Amidst his jumbled words, you could only make out something about a fight and blood, but it was clear that the teachers couldn't find out. Concerned, you stood up and walked towards him, only to be joined by Tsu entering the room. "Hold on, Denki. Who's hurt? What happened?" you asked, trying to piece together the situation.
"It's Midoriya and Bakugo. They got into another fight, kero," Tsu explained, her voice filled with worry. Denki chimed in, his rambling now replaced with a more composed tone. "It's pretty bad. There's blood all over the floor, fists flying, and explosions everywhere. It all happened so fast, and we barely managed to pull them apart," he revealed.
Confused, you questioned, "What does this have to do with me? Shouldn't we be getting Recovery Girl?" As you reached for your phone to text your grandma, Tsu hesitated before responding, "Well… we can't. We wanted to ask if you could use your quirk to heal them. This is their third fight, and Mr. Aizawa warned that if he catches them in another one, they'll be in serious trouble, kero."
Everyone in UA knew one thing for certain: you were the granddaughter of Recovery Girl. It was common knowledge that you couldn't heal major injuries like she could, considering her years of experience, but you had the ability to mend cuts, bruises, and other minor injuries to some extent. Your father, who was also a healer, had been teaching you alongside your grandmother since you were little.
You had used your quirk to assist your classmates before, but never to conceal something significant from the adults. "So you want me to keep this a secret from Mr. Aizawa and my grandma?" you questioned, releasing a sigh. Deep down, you knew you would eventually give in and help. Both of them looked at you with hopeful eyes, pleading for your assistance. "Alright, let's do it."
"Thank you, Y/n! You're amazing," Denki exclaimed, patting your shoulder. The three of you then headed towards the lounging area, where Deku and Katsuki sat in separate seats, each holding ice on their hand or nose. Several of your classmates surrounded them. "Thank goodness you're here, Y/n. We didn't know what else to do," Momo said, stepping away from helping Deku. Curious, you glanced at Deku, who had a bruised fist and cheekbone, and asked, "How did this even happen?"
"None of your damn business, first aid!" Katsuki's sharp retort echoed through the room, his frustration evident as he winced in pain and held the ice against his throbbing nose. Rolling your eyes, you leaned down and planted a gentle kiss on Deku's cheek, causing him to blush softly and smile in return.
With a soft blush, Deku looked at you and spoke, "Oh, you know, we were just caught up in a brawl." He expressed his gratitude as he flexed his hand, relieved to see the pain and bruising subside.
A smile played on your lips as you nodded, acknowledging the intensity of the fight. Walking over to Katsuki, you noticed him pushing Eijiro away, who was attempting to clean up the blood on his face and clothes.
"Don't touch me, hair-for-brains!" Katsuki grumbled, shoving Eijiro's head away with frustration. "You're bleeding all over the place! Just hold the cloth to your nose," he pleaded with the blond. Reluctantly, Katsuki snatched the cloth and placed it under his nose, watching as it quickly turned crimson. His gaze then shifted towards you, standing before him. Anticipating your next move, he immediately shook his head. "No way, I'm not letting your perverted ass anywhere near me," he declared, his tone defiant.
Confused, you questioned, "Then how am I supposed to heal you?" Taking a seat beside him, you observed the swelling on his nose. "I don't care, just keep your weird lips away from me," Katsuki huffed, averting his gaze.
Deku chimed in, attempting to persuade Katsuki, "Come on, Kacchan. We can't get in trouble. Y/n was kind enough to help us."
You couldn't help but roll your eyes at Katsuki's snarky comment. "I didn't ask for your opinion, nerd," he retorted, as you started pinching his swollen nose lightly. He let out a yelp of pain, causing you to smirk. "Does that hurt?" you asked, increasing the pressure on his nose. "Let me fix it for you real quick," you offered, ignoring his protests. "Come on, we don't want Mr. Aizawa catching us," Kirishima chimed in.
Katsuki grumbled, reluctantly agreeing. "Just hurry up, you perv, and keep your hands off me," he grumbled. You smiled softly, releasing his nose and leaning in closer to his cheek, feeling the warmth radiating from his face. You hesitated for a moment, biting your lip. This wasn't the first time you had done something like this, but it felt different this time. Taking a deep breath, you pressed your lips against his cheek, pulling away after a few seconds. A blush crept onto your cheeks.
"Alright, now get lost," Katsuki muttered, looking away, his nose already looking better. "Thanks again, Y/n. We really appreciate it," Deku said with a grateful smile. "No problem at all," you replied, standing up and quickly making your way back to your dorm. The music you had left playing filled your ears as you closed the door and leaned against it. Your eyes widened slightly as a whirlwind of thoughts flooded your mind. Did you actually like him? Or was it just his attractiveness that caught your attention? Lost in your thoughts, you stood there for what felt like an eternity until a knock on your door snapped you back to reality. Blinking a few times, you opened the door.
Katsuki stood there, hands buried in his pockets, his gaze fixed on you. "Hey," you greeted softly, feeling a bit uneasy as you awaited his response. "Is everything okay? How's your nose?" you inquired, concerned. "Just shut up," he snapped, his tone harsh. "I'm not sure what I'm feeling," he started, his expression conflicted. "I don't like it because I'm supposed to hate you, but I can't. And that kiss… even if it was just on the cheek. I couldn't get it out of my head," he admitted. "Although you're a total pervert, I didn't hate being kissed by you."
You were taken aback by his words. "What?" you began, only to be interrupted. "So, don't go kissing anyone else, got it?" he warned sternly. You nodded quickly. "Okay," you replied with a soft smile. Katsuki's eyes softened as he moved closer, his hand reaching towards your face. "Stop picking at your lips, you're going to mess them up," he scolded gently, wiping away a trace of blood from where you had been picking at them earlier.
"Thank you," you said gratefully, smiling at him as he withdrew his hand. "See you tomorrow, first aid," he muttered before turning to walk away.

Class 1a (romantic)
• Your powers are very strong and you knew that you could bend iron, and have chaos magic, telekinesis, Teleportation, energy manipulation, and light manipulation you were so powerful (not as powerful as the big 3 tho) that you got many praises from your elementary and middle school teachers but the other students despise that and called you a witch or a villain despise your past you were gonna keep going and be a hero! With your classmates totally not insanely infatuated with you supporting your goal!
• the class has been obsessed with you ever since day 1 there was always someone walking with you to class, school, and even home, and even when you arrived at home they would always spam text you about your day or did you arrvied safe at home, wanting to spend time with you, you it gets a bit annoying but you didn't mind much or see it wrong with it
• Whenever if it's lunchtime both Bakusquad and Dekusqaud fight over who gets to sit with you and whoever wins in the end both squads glare at each other or one evilly smirks while the other glares at each other
"They should sit with us!" ochako grabbed your hand and tugged you over to their table only to be stopped by Mina "Back off you already had a turn!" Mina glared at her "That's because you're always hogging them *kero*" Tsuyu said with a bit of venom in her voice "Not true!!" Both groups were going at each other arguing you were getting tired of this so you walked over to where Jiro, momo, tokoyami, and Ojiro sat and ate there while the group was busy fighting
"Are you ok dear?" momo asked worriedly while the others looked in concern "Yeah it's just them fighting again and I couldn't take it so im sitting here!" you smiled the group signed dreamily wishing you were theirs, they'll be the one to see that smile "you're always welcomed to eat with us whenever you don't wanna eat with them plus dark shadow always loves your company" tokoyami said while dark shadow was smiling and waving at you "aw guys you're the best!" you beamed unaware that dekusquad and bakusquad were sending a menacing glare at the group your sitting at they did a "we won you lose" smirk
•the class is VERY protective of you if you get a small injury from a villain battle or even a single scratch from a villain everyone is trying to assist you whenever you need something like a drink some more bandages or even carry you to the bathroom they would it's like a competition to them for who cares more for You
•in training your classmates would be pulling you around like a doll arguing about who will be your training partner and at the end of the day it gets so bad that Aizawa, mic, or Midnight had to step in and be your partner while they assign your classmates into their partners they all groan
•When hanging out Dekusquad would always either cuddle with you when it's movie night or a sleepover or whenever you walk beside them their hands are on you whether it be your shoulder, your hand, or even ur waist (if you're comfortable) anywhere for the bakusquad they would always go to trampoline places or arcade games to compete who gets the most tickets and would see who got the best gift for you. They would always flirt with you trying to get a reaction from you whether it be a flustered face or an annoyed glance they'll still be in awe
•Your classmates make sure you don't overwhelm your powers iida makes sure you don't overuse your quirk and tries to observe it Izuku would write down 4-5 pages about your quirk and maybe some unnecessary things about you too he needs to learn more about it he just has to even if it means to sneak in your room for it bakugo would try to make you spare with him and lecture about your skills and quirk and how you should use it safely Kirishima and mina is your hype friend they'll try to hype you up whenever your tryna spare katsuki even try to sneak in a new strategy or 2 but katsuki would always yell at them
•You and Koda have a bond because of animals he likes to about animals he helps you learn about nature and animals and would make flower crowns for you and him. he adores it when a bunch of birds fly on you and starts to nuzzle on your cheek he instantly Dies of cuteness right then and there and swore to always protect you
•You and Sato bonded because of your love for sweets he loves to make all sorts of pastries and if you don't like pastries that's ok he'll search up your favorite food and surprise it for you with a big smile on your face whenever he's baking he always let you be the taste tester he loves how your eyes sparkle and always complimenting his dishes it makes him more confident to bake more and whenever he makes a big batch he always have a leftover portion in a box or bag with a cute bow on top just for you
•Jirou loves to jam with you and makes you hang out in her room if you are a singer or play some type of instrument she will take you somewhere so that the two of you can be alone and y'all can jam out make jokes and talk about your favorite band she would always gift your my melody gifts while you gift her Kuromi merch or plushies you 2 even have matching my melo and kuromi hoodies
•Ojiro would always wants you to touch his tail every time he sees you his tag is wagging like a happy dog! •Tokoyami prefers to be in a quiet place alone with you so whenever you want to study to get your obsessive classmates off your back he would offer you to stay with him just in case you need some quiet time or wanna go to the food court to study tokoyami is a pretty good study/project partner if you get to know him, whenever your in trouble dark shadow would go feral like a wild animal for whoever messes with you tokoyami loves to hang out with you and dark shadow it lights up his world and he won't let anyone take his light

•Whever you train them they'll be so spellbound to your fighting and ur quirk heck they'll even hype you up whenever they get the chance cheering for you they love how you'll get so happy but that's cause you to float up to the air (hehe another reference) which they'll panic trying to get you down

•Hes so spellbound by your quirk that he always praises you for it he always loves to see how you train and how you work he's extremely protective about ur clothes he doesn't care if ur showing an inch of your stomach or even ya knee caps anywhere above your knees is off limits unless your wearing tights other then that it'd a no-no for him he doesn't wants those filthy perverts look at his listener or they will be consequences~
•Midnight is like ur aunty or ur momma she would always take you out shopping making you wear the most fashionable clothes or take you to cute little cafes she calls it mother-daughter/son/child dates after school she would never whip you with her whip she can stand her little moonbea (hehe another reference) getting hurt she whenever your bad or fall asleep in her class she gives you detection only for you to get a free cuddle session with midnight (and to piss off aizawa)
•Midnight is also very worried about ur quirk what if your quirk hurts you what happens if you use it too much that you'll die? She gets all these thoughts that make her almost cry so she lets you skip out training a bit but aizawa and Mic would yell at her to stop but she has tricks on her sleeve
More characters I wanted to make a hc of but is too lazy
Hawks would be a big brother type of yandere
Nezu is ur rich uncle
Fatgum would be the fun uncle
Vlad king would be your strict uncle
Mount Lady would be ur cool aunty
All might is your favorite grandpa
And endeavor just wanna go home

Mha girls x reader onsen trip
A/N:I had a theory that during the time that my hero academia was set, a monkey called "japanese snow monkeys" probably went extinct.
You happily sat in the water Wich was up to your chin.
You loved soaking in hot springs. Especially with your japanese snow monkey friends before they were hunted to extinction.
Just then you hear the door open and the girls of class 1A walk in.
"oh, sorry girls. I didn't know that this is the girl's bath. I'll get out" you said getting up.
"no, no. it's ok,babe" momo said getting in. "we want you to join us"
The others nod in agreement and step in.
The girls were talking about stuff while you sat on the opposite side of the hot springs.
You have memories of when you sat in hot springs with the last of the japanese snow monkeys and two of them groomed you, a male monkey with a scar on his left eye you named "scar" and a female monkey with no hair on her arms due to Mange named "swoop".
You often protect the troop with scar or collect food with swoop.
But then one day when you got home from school.
"hello? Scar? Swoop?" You said looking around for the snow monkeys. You walk thru town to find them face to fang with a pack of feral dogs. You can only watch as the dogs massacred the last of the japanese snow monkeys, one by one.
A law was then passed to never have feral dogs in their town.
They chased all the feral dogs out of the town.
You look at the fatal injuries almost all the monkeys took and you held a monkey's hand.
"NOOOOO!!!!!!" you yell and the memory ends.
You snap back to reality as toru hagakure touches your shoulder.
"hey, honey. How about you join us. You seemed lonely " toru said.
"oh, um. It's ok,toru. I like being by myself." You said sinking into the water.
"aw,C'mon, ribbit " tsuyu said swimming to you.
"ochako, do the thing" mina said
"ok" ochako said before she gives you the puppy dog eyes.
"oh,oh my god, ochako stop! no,no,no,no. " You said looking away.
She gets closer to you with her puppy dog eyes.
"d'oh all right all right all right all right! Just stop it already." You said.
You blush wildly because.
1. you're serounded by pretty girls.
2. you're feeling highly uncomfortable
And 3. It. Was. Hot!
"AHHHHHH!!!!" you screamed in your head.
"Soo, reader-chan. Was it true?" Mina asked
"what was true?" You asked.
"that you did this with japanese snow monkeys?" Ochako said.
"uhhhhh, yeah, I did." You said.
"would it be ok if we asked some questions?" Momo asked .
"oh yeah sure." You said.
"ok, first question" kyoka said "what does a japanese snow monkey look like?"
"well, a japanese snow monkey is a type of monkey who love to live in snowy areas of Japan. They have white hair and red faces. They also love hot springs. Because it keeps them warm." You said hugging yourself.
"next question" momo asked " how did the Japanese snow monkey go extinct ?"
"well, there are different ways they went extinct." You said pulling out your sketch pad.
"for example... Being exposed to the rabies virus, wildlife conflict, illegal hunting/poaching and habitat segregation all played a key roll in the extinction." You said drawing on the sketch pad.
"no one has seen a japanese snow monkey in 10 years we'd have to be very lucky to actually see one let alone a whole group." You said looking up from the sketch pad.
"well reader chan, we won't have to look very far." Tsuyu said.
"look up there!" Mina said quietly.
You turn to see a white fluffy monkey with a red face.
The monkey jumps off the fence and it walk to you.
It started to groom you.
"umm, what's it doing?" Toru asked.
"it's grooming me." You said "monkeys often groom one another"
You then noticed a similar scar over his eye.
"what the... Scar? Is that you?" You asked.
The monkey jumps for joy and hugs you.
"awwww. I missed you too,old friend." You said returning the hug. Momo sheds a tear.
"how? How did..." You asked.
Scar makes incoherent noises.
"uhhhh, what's he saying?" Jiro asked.
"he's saying.." you said translating, "my troop was ran out by a stronger troop of japanese snow monkeys. We had to move out of the forest and into the local town."
"but then we were ambushed by a pack of feral dogs. We had to go. I ordered a few of my troops to hold back the monsters so we can sneak away. And sneak away, we did. We traveled for months for a year until we found this place." You said still translating.
"I see, but why?" Momo asked.
The monkey chitters and you nod. "They were looking for me this whole time." You said hugging scar.
"awwwwwwwwwww" the girls said.
Scar climbs out of the water, and hoots.
A female monkey with no hair on her arms comes out holding two babies in her arms.
"hey, it's swoop." Jiro said.
Ochako gasps "oh my god! she has babies!!!"
"congratulations, swoop. With these babies you'll most certainly save your species" you said.

Non canon things that are canon to me Mha 430
Toga lived and helped with the Quirk counseling program. Her whole quirk was blood related, the fact she just died of blood loss was so insane to me. In my mind, she had some kind of ability to regenerate blood faster than other people. Back to the elementary school tours, picture a school assembly where Toga is the speaker and tells her story. So many children with quirks like her can relate to her story way more than if just iida, tsu, uraraka and momo were to do it (aka people with socially acceptable quirks).
Uraraka and Toga get married
ENDEAVOR FUCKING GOES TO JAIL!!!!! Rei having to help that man was sick and twisted, he got barely any consequences. His consequence was Natsuo cutting him of. Go to jail. The fact he was able to just retire pisses me off so much, he didn't even get his hero license revoked.
Speaking of todoroki's, Dabi lived. Bakugo literally died twice and survived, Dabi was burned once, he can survive again. Unfortunately, due to his injuries he can never use his quirk again and even after physical therapy he's still limited in his mobility. I imagine he'd have to go to Taurterus unfortunately, but at least then he could actually get to apologize to Shoto. They could enjoy soba together too :(
Shigaraki lived. I think the ending was way too... perfect? I think he should have lived and that would cause an uproar in society. Izuku has to try to convince people to accept him back into society and whatnot. I don't know how his body would really adapt since it was being so mutated but Eri could have reversed him to before the transformation.
On the other hand, Edgeshot should have died. They literally said he might not've survived saving bakugos life then the fucker survives. I lowkey think all might should have died but i get it, i get it, thats too far.
I'll add more when I think of them

More Than It Seams (Chapter 5)
summary: you're a hero costume tech working for one of the biggest fashion companies in quirk society, and the days until the most important fashion event of the year are dwindling fast. if you weren't stressed enough, a certain half-and-half hero keeps appearing with rips in his suit. (pro!todoroki x reader)
word count: 3k
cw/tags: swearing, mentions of needles, probably inaccurate fashion design vocabulary, strangers to lovers, no specified pronouns for reader but they do wear a dress, mentions of food/eating, mention of character death/disappearance, descriptions of wounds and blood
note: final chapter!!!! i hope you liked this lil series, it's my first time writing a longer story like this so hopefully they only get better with time :D
likes/reblogs/feedback are appreciated :) thank you for all your support <3

The click of heels against wood startles you from sleep, and you fumble around for that pair of fabric shears in a half-awake daze. Your shoulders and lower back ache from sleeping slumped against the couch, legs protesting spending the night on the floor. A gentle voice calls your name from the other side of M’s office door, patient and kind. The voice sounds vaguely familiar, but you can’t remember where you’d heard it before.
Cautiously pulling back the door, you’re met with a loungewear-clad woman, long black hair messily tied back and looking very flushed like she’d gone on a run. You take in her large, worried eyes and the pieces finally click in your exhausted brain.
“And with the establishment of this company, I hereby pledge my full support to the expansion of Quirk-related employment to all women. Congratulations, M; The Creati-Earphone Jack Agency wishes you the best in your future endeavors. -Yaoyorozu Momo”
“Hi,” she says warmly. Her slender fingers find your shoulders and she looks you up and down for injuries. “Are you two doing okay? I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to get here sooner. I received Midoriya’s message only an hour ago.”
“It’s alright, we’re doing okay; I don’t wanna speak for Shoto, but he’s been sleeping deeply for the past few hours.” A glance over your shoulder reveals his face contorted and breath shaky, like he’s having a nightmare. You’d woken up several times during the few hours you’d spent with him to find his hand desperately squeezing yours like you’d vanish if he let go, or frantically choking out your name under his breath. Now, even with Momo in the room with you, your body moves instinctually, quietly sitting beside him and taking his hand in yours, fingers intertwining naturally. His breathing calms instantly. “You’re here to take him somewhere safe, right?” Deku had mentioned something about making a call before he’d taken off to sort out the rest of whatever mission had gone awry. Like Deku, you couldn’t help wishing that you’d met the sponsor of the company under different circumstances.
Momo continues to stand in the middle of the office, watching you care for Shoto in awe. “Yes, though it looks like you’ve already got it all under control.” She gives you a knowing smile, raising her pristinely-shaped eyebrows. You laugh tiredly, shaking your head. As much as you loved being with Shoto, your body was screaming at you in need of a shower, food, water, and better rest.
A worrying thought pops into your mind. He’d said that hospitals weren’t safe, so it was fair to assume that nowhere else that would recognize him was safe, either. “You’re not planning to bring him back to his agency, are you?”
“Absolutely not,” she says adamantly as relief floods your body. “I’ll probably bring him to our apartment, and I’ll call in a few favors to make sure he recieves medical attention without alerting the press.” A moment passes while you work through what she’d said. Sudden embarrassment and confusion spread across your face as you replay what she said. Our apartment, she said. You blinked, unable to process what you were hearing. Had you been trying to win Shoto when he was already in a committed relationship?
She notices your spiraling thoughts, an equal amount of panic washing over her face while she stutters out an explanation. “Oh, no! No, no, not our apartment,” she supplies, gesturing between her and a still unconscious Shoto. Her elegant limbs flail in a rushed attempt to fix what she’d said, reminiscent of a ballerina trying to dance polka. “I mean, um, my apartment with Jiro. You know, Earphone Jack?” You nod, more pieces starting to click into place. Momo’s face has become several shades redder despite the pink of her complexion when you’d opened the door. “It’s…not something that I’d like the general public to know yet. So if you wouldn’t mind–”
“Of course. You don’t need to worry about me. I have more than enough to take care of,” you reassure her, pointing a thumb over your shoulder at the idiot on the couch. She smiles again, warm like the sunrise and radiating gratitude. Soon, she’s slinging Shoto’s arm over her shoulders and dragging him, half asleep, out the backdoor just as light starts to peek over the horizon.
“Get some rest, and thank you,” she says before disappearing into the city. “I hope to see you tonight!”
You crash onto your bed at 6:00, bloody clothes and all, only waking up briefly to deliriously explain to your roommate that it wasn’t your blood. Thankfully, she must have realized that you needed sleep more than you needed a wellness check, and you blink your eyes open naturally around 2:00 in the afternoon. Your body feels the grossest its ever been as you inspect the blood covering your clothes and sweat making your skin sticky to the touch. You take a few painkillers and stumble into the shower, relishing the warmth of the water cleaning the grime from your body.
“Oh, thank God, you’re awake,” your roommate gasps as you walk into the living room in pajamas, nonchalantly brushing your teeth for the first time in 24 hours. Her eyes run over your body anxiously, and you make a mental note to get her flowers as an apology for worrying her. “You okay?” You give her a dull thumbs up, and she laughs. “Thumbs up if you’re gonna tell me what the fuck happened last night. After you quit your job.” You grin, sticking a thumb up again before returning to the bathroom to spit out the toothpaste.
The ball officially starts at 7:00, but experience taught you that many tend to arrive early to take photos without waiting in line; being at the ball by 6:00 was the wisest choice if you wanted to catch glimpses of the heroes wearing the pieces you designed before they disappeared into the crowd. By 5:30, your makeup is nearly done and you’re ready to slip into your dress when you hear your roommate call for you from the living room window.
“Hey, there’s a police car outside.” You set the curling iron down on the bathroom counter, rushing out to see what your roommate was talking about.
“What?”
“There’s an unmarked car outside.” Sure enough, an unmarked black SUV was parked on the curb outside of your apartment window, concerningly parked on the side not facing the street that only residents were supposed to be able to access.
“Maybe it’s not here for us.”
“Then why’d it pull up to the window where it knows we can see it?”
“Coincidence? I think you’re being a little too paranoid. If I was followed, someone would have kicked down our door a few hours ago.” She looks at you skeptically and you turn back to the bathroom.
“Oh, shit!” Her hand yanks your forearm back to the window, and your jaw hangs open in shock.
“Oh, shit,” you echo as Shoto steps out of the car with a garment bag over his shoulder. He spots you both gawking at the window, giving a casual half-smile and a wave of his free hand.
You don’t even ask how he found your apartment number in the first place as you throw open the front door. “What the fuck are you doing here?!”
His soft smile turns into a face of bewilderment. “You’re not happy to see me?”
Your mind runs at two thousand miles per hour, imagining your job on the line because you kept the number three hero from arriving at the ball on time. “You’re not supposed to be here!”
His voice falls flat. “You’re unhappy to see me.” The disappointment on his face sends you reeling backward to try to fix it.
“No, no, God, no.” You grab his hand in both of yours, tugging him into your apartment while your roommate runs for cover. “I’m happy you’re here, I promise, but you’re supposed to be there early for photos.” You do a mindless spin in your living room, unsure of what to do about the man standing in your entryway. You catch a glimpse of your unfinished curls in the mirror and settle for returning to the bathroom, ignoring the amused smile from Shoto as he watches you hurry about.
His voice follows you into the bathroom, and he leans against the doorframe nonchalantly. “I can’t be there without my plus one, and I need some help getting dressed.” Your eyes find him in the mirror reflection, questioning why he needs your help. He sighs like a spoiled prince who didn’t want to go to court. “I’m not in the mood to explain to my team why I have a dozen fresh wounds.”
Your mouth forms a single oh in understanding, wrapping another strand of hair around the barrel of the iron. “It’s usually stylists that get heroes ready, you know. My job is just to make the clothes, not put them on you.”
“I know. I’m sorry for the sudden intrusion,” he apologizes but makes no move to leave. If anything, his mouth quirks like he’s trying to fight back a laugh.
“You’re enjoying this, you asshole,” you smile, ducking under the sink and rummaging around for the hairspray. Shoto’s pretty hand finds the edge of the counter wordlessly, protecting you from knocking your head.
“Enjoying what? Being in your company after missing it for a day? I wasn’t aware that was a crime.” His two-toned eyes shine, and you give him a single spritz of hairspray, sending him laugh-coughing as you move back into your room.
Shoto stands respectfully at the doorway of your room, waiting to be invited inside with an expectant look. “Go change in the bathroom first, then I’ll help you with the finishing touches.” His mouth opens in protest, but you beat him to an answer. “I’m aware that I’ve already seen you with no shirt, Sho. It’s different when you’re not bleeding out at 1:00 in the morning.” Rolling his eyes dramatically, he closes the bathroom door. While you wait, you finish touching up your hair and slip into your dress.
You almost cry when he leaves the bathroom, frozen in front of him. He looked incredible, the way the button-up accented his lean body and the trenchcoat swept elegantly in the back. He’d combed half of his hair back, leaving a few red strands falling on his forehead. When he turned to let you see the other side of the coat, your heart stopped as you took in the dueling cranes stretching across his back. The detail you added made it look like the design was printed, but the texture revealed that all of it was thread.
“Wow.” At first, you’d thought the word came from your mouth, but you looked to see Shoto’s jaw slack as he took in you in your dress. “You look…wow.”
You chuckle, suddenly a little bit embarrassed at how much skin you were revealing around your neck and shoulders. “You look pretty ‘wow’ too.” There it is, that stupid smirk that sends butterflies into a frenzy in your stomach. “C’mere, though. I think one of the buttons loosened while you were getting dressed.”
He lets you drag him in front of the full-length mirror in the corner of your room, and you grab a spool of white thread from your drawer. Standing in front of him, you smell his cologne again and his breath, minty and fresh. His eyes rake over your face and your body as you fight to keep your hands from shaking. It felt harder than ever to focus as you looped the thread through the buttonholes and tied it in the back, dropping the thread to maneuver the button into its hole.
His hands stop you, holding them there against his chest as you meet his eyes. “I have a confession.” His voice is a murmur meant for only you to hear. Your eyebrows raise in question to make up for the words caught in your throat. “I broke the button on purpose…and all the buttons.”
Your eyes trail down his chest, confusion setting in as you see fully intact buttons. Maybe he hit his head when Deku brought him to you.
“Not…not those.” His gaze turns down and he smiles fondly as he brushes the pad of his thumb over yours. A lightbulb goes off in the back of your mind, and you look at him, stunned.
"No."
"Yes."
“All those visits to the office?”
“On purpose.”
Your heart slams against your ribcage and your mouth struggles to create coherent words. “But why?
“Because I wanted to see you.” He looks down at you like you are all the lights in the sky. "All I've wanted is just to see you."
"And here I am."
"And there you are."
“So you still were interested even after I made that dumb thumb joke the first day?” You huff out a laugh to relieve some of the tension in your chest, and he grins at you.
“Especially after that.” His thumb brushes over your bottom lip. He was so close, close enough that you could…
“Can I–”
“Please.”
You’re barely able to nod before he pulls you in, pressing your lips against his. He kisses you sweetly, hands finding your hips and your arms settling around his neck. You fiddle with the hair at the base of his neck and he hums into your mouth, rubbing his nose against yours as he pulls away. He leaves a feather-light kiss on your forehead and your eyes flutter close, leaning into the gentleness of his touch.
You sigh, head tilting to check the clock on your nightstand. He groans when you look at him, silently telling him you both have to go and you can’t help beaming. “I know. As much as I also want more–”
“I have to show off your craftsmanship first,” he finishes.
His hand finds a home on your thigh during the entire ride to the ball, absentmindedly tracing circles with his fingers on the silk of your dress. You realize that kissing him was unlocking a part of Shoto he’d previously shut off purposefully, giving you a chance to back out if you didn’t reciprocate his feelings. But now, since you’d made your feelings clear minutes before, you found that there wasn’t a time when part of him wasn’t touching you. His hand was on your thigh in the car; his arm wrapped around your shoulders as you stepped out; his fingers firmly intertwined with yours as he guided you through swarms of cameras. Before you have to go separate ways so he could pose for pictures, he squeezes your hand and shoots you a thumbs-up. You give him a thumbs up back and steer around the backdrop of the red carpet.
“Oh, you’re here.” A high-pitched, shrewd voice you’d only heard for the past weeks in your nightmares cuts through the sounds of camera shutters and interview chatter. You pivot on your heel, face to face with M. “I wasn’t expecting to see you here considering the shitshow of an office you’ve been running in my absence.”
Your eyes narrow suspiciously. “What are you talking about?”
“My phone has been blowing up lately with agencies calling my number. My personal number! Of course, I haven’t answered any of them because I’m on leave. But that just goes to show how well you’re running the business,” she says, giving you a conniving smile. “I can’t say that I’m not disappointed. All these years and you still haven’t learned anything about running a company.” You’re speechless, and your gaze falls on her pregnant belly. “Oh, her? Yeah, she’s not supposed to come for another four months, so I’ll have to leave again, but not with you in charge.”
Frustration wells up in your eyes and throat, threatening to spill over and confirm to M that you’re too weak to run a business. She had zero idea what you’d been doing these past two weeks, cleaning up her mess and carrying her slack on your shoulders all without her industry contacts that did most of the hard work for her. If you weren’t in public, the back of your hand would already be finding the side of her foundation-caked face.
“Love?” A gentle, familiar hand finds the small of your back as Shoto’s voice registers in your ears. All of his focus is on you and only you, not even a breath directed in M’s direction. Your boss is rooted to the floor in astonishment, and you watch in real-time as she puts on her entrepreneurial mask, sticking out her hand and introducing herself with fake diplomacy.
“My friends would like to meet the designer of their pieces,” he says evenly to you, seemingly unaware of M’s presence.
“I–”
“That would be me! So nice to meet you Todoroki. My name is M.” She shoves her arm out further, and you recoil backward. Shoto’s eyes flick over to her for a second, then return to you as you give him the faintest shake of your head.
He makes a great deal out of looking at M’s still-extended hand and her strained smile. “Why should I care to know you?” Brilliantly acted confusion paints his handsome features and you bite down the urge to laugh. You cut M off before she can reply.
“She’s my former boss, Shoto.” She whirls on you, red spreading across her face.
“Former?”
“Mhmm. I’m quitting.” Shoto mirrors your smirk and mouths a satisfied let’s leave, snaking his arm around your waist.
“You can’t quit,” M hisses to your back. “You need me. You won't make it in this industry without someone like me.”
“No, M. You need me, and I’m done with you.” You leave her trembling with rage, and Shoto pulls you closer to his body as he notices your fingers shaking from adrenaline. Looking up at him, you let out a breath you didn’t know you were holding. “What the fuck did I just do?”
“You freed yourself.”
“But the clients–”
“Are all right here,” he says, gesturing to the lineup of beautifully-dressed heroes standing around a cocktail table that cheers and smiles when they notice you approach.
Momo snatches Jiro’s hand, pulling her to meet you in her extravagant gown and wrapping her arms around your shoulders. You’re hit with a wall of expensive perfume and Jiro looks kindly at you, nodding in understanding as your nose scrunches from the strong scent. Deku looks relieved to see you both, bouncing on his heels excitedly as he takes in Shoto’s more-than-friend proximity to you. Bakugo gives you a curt nod, and you swear you hear a small apology for last year under his breath. Sero, Mina, and Kirishima introduce themselves as well, singing your praises for the amazingly crafted pieces they wear. In the midst of all of this, Shoto settles at your side, poking his thumb up as you ease into this new life, this new life with him.

You weren’t sure how long you had spent in limbo waiting for Katsuki.
It could have been seconds.
It could have been years.
You prayed it had been years for Kazuki’s sake. That sweet little boy deserved to have at least one parent to guide him through life.
You had also prayed that Katsuki had lived the rest of that life as well as he could have even if you weren’t by his side.
Even though your time in limbo was indeterminate, you spent it wondering when you and Katsuki would get a full lifetime together...
Because once you got one whole lifetime together, from meeting until death by old age, it was guaranteed that every single life afterward would be like that.
You were tired of one or both of you dying young, never able to finish out the lifetime together.
In the eyes of the Goddess of Fate, you were both still young souls, but the pain of losing one’s Eternal Love in horrible ways over and over again can make it feel as though one is much older than they are.
...
...
...
For 500 years, you had lived on an Earth where humans did not exist. Large creatures with massive wings, scales covering their bodies, breath made of fire, and the ability to communicate telepathically were at the top of the food chain during this reality. And you were born as one of those magnificent creatures.
The scales that covered your body were a deep midnight purple and had an iridescent shine in the sunlight, and the scales of your underbelly were a dark blue. The horns protruding from your head along with the claws on your hands and feet were pitch black. The massive wings on your back were iridescent black along the ridges of bones while the webbing was the same dark blue of your underbelly scales. The fire you could breathe from your sharp-tooth-filled mouth was violet in color and molten hot. Your eyes were violet with cracks of piercing blue, the same as they had always been.
Just like your previous lives, your mother showed you endless love while your father ignored your existence. The family, or more appropriately called flight, of dragons you were born into was fairly large and decently powerful. Not long after you hatched you were thrilled to discover that you had some familiar souls surrounding you. Souls such as; Izuku, Ochaco, Shoto, Momo, Tsu, Iida, Itsuka, and Tetsutetsu.
It puzzled you that they remembered you from their previous lives. That was one of a few firsts in that new life you were living. Another first had been entering that new life with more than just your parents, Katsuki, and Katsuki’s parents as familiar souls you could recognize. You guessed that the group of souls you met in your previous life that now surround you were either new souls cast down to Earth by the Goddess of Fate or you all were simply too spread out to run into any of them in any of your other lives. Either way, it made you realize just how much you seemed to learn about reincarnation with each new life you lived.
In that life of giant scaly beings, though, you decided to let Katsuki come to you. It had been a few lives since he was the one to find you so you wanted to see how long it would take your Love to set out on a journey to reunite with you. You could spare the patience and quite frankly you thought that it could be entertaining. You wondered if he would travel by himself or if he would bring others with him. You hoped he would finally reconnect with the red-haired friend he had during your Mermaid lifetime. Katsuki had seemed to really like that soul and you missed the cheerful energy the redhead always carried.
So you spent 500 years learning the ways of your flight, roughhousing with your friends, doing the tasks assigned to you by the elder dragons, and maturing. Dragons were known to live for a long time, the end of their lifespan reaching anywhere from 1,500 years to 2,000 years. Once a dragon had reached the age of about 500 years old they were considered mature adult dragons. At that age, they could leave their flight and go off on their own, join another flight, or stay within their birth-flight. They could do whatever they wanted to, even find a mate.
That world of dragons was much more peaceful than one would think. Dragons from all across the world had gotten along, so wars were simply not a thing. Sure, there were small fights occasionally either within flights or between two different flights. But that was just what would happen when one dragon touched another dragon’s treasures.
Peaceful. That’s what it had been like when you woke up to the routine sound of the flight elders’ roarings and wake-up calls echoing through the air. Early morning rays of dawn were slipping into the mouth of your cave when you opened your eyes. You let out a long huff as you stretched your sleepy body then stood up and made your way out of your cave. You sluggishly made your way to your flight’s field of sunbathing rocks. You found yours then laid yourself out on top of it, ready to soak in the warmth of the rising sun. Ochaco, Izuku, and Momo along with your other friends joined you and lounged out on their own rocks not long after you had arrived.
It was your flight’s morning ritual; the elders would go around to wake everyone, and then you all prepared for the day by letting your cold-blooded bodies heat up in the rising sun together. It was like a community bonding type thing done before everyone headed off to do their tasks. It was common for most to chat idly as you all splayed out on your rocks and gained energy from the sun’s golden rays.
Like most mornings, you chatted with Izuku, Momo, Tetsutetsu, and Shoto about where you would be hunting that day. That was the main task the five of you were assigned to do by the elders. Every morning, midday, and evening you and the other four members of your group would go out and bring back loads of meat for the whole flight.
As your bodies woke up and became more energized and warm, your little friend group got more rambunctious like usual. Playful swipes at each other, teasing words, and small puffs of smoke or fire had ensued like you were all still young whelplings. You and Tetsutetsu were probably the worst out of the bunch; constantly throwing teasing remarks back and forth, play-fighting every chance you got, and spitting harmless flames at each other. It was safe to say that you and Tetsutetsu were best friends in that lifetime.
As soon as the communal sunbathing was over and everyone was warmed up and energized, you and the other hunters set off to gather breakfast. The five of you flew down to a valley that you hadn’t hunted in lately and split up to hunt on your own for a while. When the five of you met back up, each of you carrying a few dead creatures, Izuku took inventory of everything everyone had caught. He deemed it just shy of being enough for the whole flight and suggested that you all try to gather more during the flight back.
Your group had been successful in grabbing more creatures on your way back to the flight and were praised gratefully by the elders. The five of you plus a couple of the elders distributed the food amongst eagerly waiting flight members before settling down and eating for yourselves.
The rest of the day continued on as normal as any other day of your life. You sunbathed a bit more with Ochaco, Momo, and Tsu. You went searching for treasures to add to your hoard with Izuku and Shoto. You had a strength competition with Tetsutetsu that you most definitely won (read as; lost) and had proven to the stubborn silver-scaled dragon once again that you can(t) beat him. You did your tasks and even went to the hot springs with your mother. That night as you curled up in the darkness of your cave preparing for slumber, you let the feeling of near-contentment settle over you even though you knew you wouldn’t breach full-contentment without Katsuki there.
You awoke later that night, moonbeams spilling into your cave from the full moon hanging at its highest point in the sky. The sounds of another dragon shuffling around your cave sent you into attack mode. If there was one thing about your flight it was that everybody respected everybody else's space, nobody just wandered in and out of others’ caves. So with that knowledge at the forefront of your mind, you launched yourself at the strange dragon rifling through your small bit of territory.
The both of you tumbled out of your cave and you pinned the stranger to the ground as warning growls rumbled loudly through your chest. You built up an inferno within your chest and was ready to release it when the invader spoke.
“Wait! Please, wait! I know that wasn’t very kind of me to do, just walking into your cave without permission, but I mean you no harm!” The dragon beneath you pleaded.
You glared down at him for a few moments as you took in his words then got off of the strange invader. Once he was upright again you took in his features the best you could in the light of the moon.
His body was all red, the scales of his underbelly a darker shade of red than the rest of him. His horns were the same shade of red as his body and his claws seemed to be gray in color. His eyes were red as well, similar to Katsuki’s, but a different shade. Before you could ask the invader anything about who he was or why he was there, angered roars and telepathic shouts echoed through the canyon and within your mind.
Different colored flames could be seen lighting up the night from a few different caves and you began to panic slightly. The red dragon you had tackled took off towards Izuku’s cave where bright green and bright orange flames had been spilling from. You wanted to make sure that your friend was okay so you took off, following after the red dragon.
When you got to the ledge of Izuku’s cave the green and black dragon himself and another dragon tumbled out. The other dragon that Izuku seemed to be fighting was covered in black scales, its underbelly a bright shade of orange.
You and the red dragon dove towards your respective friends and pulled the two fighting dragons apart. You stood protectively in front of Izuku, glaring at the two invaders when your eyes met the ones of the dragon that the red dragon had been holding back.
“Katsuki..?” You asked telepathically in disbelief.
Immediately, the crimson-eyed black and orange dragon stopped struggling against his friend and looked at you.
“Fucking finally! Yes, it’s me, Violet!” Katsuki telepathically yelled in relief.
Before you could say anything else to him, other members of your flight were exiting their caves. Most were curious about what all the commotion was about and a few were hauling other invaders out of their caves while demanding to know what was going on. You let out an annoyed huff while looking back at Katsuki, wondering if he knew or cared about the drama he caused.
“Don’t huff at me, damn it! I was just trying to find you!” Katsuki agitatedly shouted at you telepathically, giving you your answer.
After a long discussion with the elders, you convinced them that the foreign dragons were not here to harm anybody and did not pose a threat to the flight. The elders even graciously granted the outsiders permission to use a few of the empty caves to rest in so long as they didn’t cause any more ruckus. You, the outsiders, and even Katsuki thanked the elders then you led the outsiders to the caves they could stay in for the rest of the night.
You wanted to be petty over the headache Katsuki caused you that night and not let him sleep in your cave with you but one look and you gave into his silent pleas. You and he made sure his friends were settled before you led him back to your cave. Once inside, you both wordlessly curled up next to each other and fell into the best slumber you ever had during that lifetime.
The next morning when you awoke to the elders' calls you decided that you didn’t want to join the rest of the flight for morning sunbathing. You simply didn’t want to deal with all of the questions that your friends would have. So, you and Katsuki moved to the ledge that extended from the mouth of your cave and laid out next to each other as you awaited the warm rays of the sun.
“So, who are the members of your little band of troublemakers, my Love?” You teasingly asked Katsuki. He huffed annoyedly as he shifted his body to lay his head on your shoulder.
“The red one is Eijiro, you might remember him from your mer life. He was the redhead that always came around to bug me, that hasn’t changed apparently.” Katsuki said in feigned annoyance and you hit him lightly with your tail.
“The yellow and black one is Denki, he’s kinda dumb but entertaining. The all-black one is Hanta, he said he knew you from our previous life. And the pink and yellow one is Mina, she’s just as annoying as Eijiro. They all insisted on traveling with me and I couldn’t manage to get them off my tail at any point along the way.” Kastuki finished explaining and you huffed a laugh.
“You said Hanta remembers me? It's probably because he was one of the cooks, and also one of my friends from my life in the castle, last lifetime. Do any of the others remember their previous lives at all? My group of friends here all seem to remember me from our last life along with some having memories of their other past lives.” You told him as you both moved to sprawl out and let the sun hit your bodies fully.
“Well, Eijiro remembers you and me from the life you were a Mer. Denki and his Eternal Love are possibly new souls because they don’t seem to have memories of previous lives. And Mina is actually Eijiro’s Eternal Love, we just never got to meet her during the lifetime you were a mer. But she has memories of her previous lives. I’d say, out of both of our groups, you and I may be the oldest souls.” Katsuki told you and you hummed in agreement.
You shifted your body so that you were tucked into Katsuki’s side and he wrapped a wing around you, “Tell me, Kats..” You started.
“What, my Violet?” His gruff voice asked gently within your mind.
“Did you and Kazuki live a good life?” You asked forlornly as a cold sadness that not even the warm sunshine could thaw settled over you.
“We did, my Love. It was fucking painful at times without you there but I made sure our kid knew he was loved by not only me but you as well. He was so strong just like you told me he’d be and.. and he was just like you in so many ways. He had my god-awful attitude sometimes but most of the time he was just like you.” Katsuki told you, a sadly nostalgic and awe-filled tone in his voice.
Your heart ached at Katsuki’s words and you wished so very desperately that you could have lived that lifetime with them.
“Did you-” You began to ask but Katsuki cut you off knowing what the question was.
“Yes, Violet. Kazuki had his pops around until he was about 23 then I got sick. It was a bad illness that was rolling through the other kingdoms until it finally hit ours. Damn me for saying this, but my body was too weak to fight it off and once I got it, my body just quit on me. But I left that lifetime not worrying about our son because I knew that he was strong like his pops and brave like his mother.” Katsuki said in a slightly somber tone, his voice thick like he could cry if that was something dragons were capable of.
“Kats..” Your voice cried even if your eyes could not and Katsuki curled around you tighter.
“It’s okay, my Violet. We will see our son again. We will have our peaceful forever together as a family. I’m not sure when but I know that we will.” Katsuki soothingly murmured to you as his head nuzzled against yours.
You hadn’t realized at the time that your Love’s words would ring true during that lifetime.
Shortly after Katsuki had found you in that lifetime you, your Love, and both of your groups of friends had set off to start your own flight. Your flight had found a spot of free territory and settled there. You and Katsuki had each other, and your friends had their mates.
The years went on and on, full of both happy times and tragic ones. You and Katsuki welcomed the arrival of Kazuki in that lifetime with overwhelming amounts of joy in your hearts. You had rejoiced the day that the little dragon had hatched out of his egg. He had your midnight purple scales covering most of his body except for the burnt orange of his underbelly scales. He had his father’s crimson-colored eyes and a lot of your personality. He was just as Katsuki had described him being many years before when he had found you in that lifetime.
The bad times were rough on everybody. You and Katsuki had to watch your friends lose their Eternal Loves in sad or horrible ways. You both knew what that gut-wrenching pain felt like but you also knew that there was no way to help your friends. Just like both of yours, your friends’ lives rested in the hands of the Goddess of Fate.
You and Katsuki lived that lifetime with a healthy dose of fear that you could be ripped from each other’s arms within a moment's notice but something miraculous happened...
Curled up into each other, neither of your old bodies willing to move anymore and your breaths shallow and labored, you and Katsuki looked at each other and knew.
You both had finally made it.
You looked into Katsuki’s eyes, the sun setting behind where you both were lying in that grassy field, and you felt so many emotions at once.
“We made it, Kats.” You told him, your voice soft and quiet.
“We did, my Violet. We made it to our peaceful forever together.” Katsuki rasped.
“I love you, Kats. Don’t forget to look for me.” You whispered as your eyes closed peacefully.
“I’ll never forget, my Violet. I love you.” Katsuki whispered back, joining you in closing his eyes and giving in to the familiar pull of death.
Though this time, for the first time, you both peacefully welcomed death knowing that when you find each other again in your next life and the one after that and the one after that.. That you will have the whole lifetime together.

Tumblr media
Nayeon had taken the School Meal Club to a playdate in the (G)I-DLE dorm, so the 96’ and 97’ lines had stayed home a little bit bored, they were all lounging on the sofa trying to kill the time ‘watching’ the TV, in reality their attention wasn’t on the show, that was until an interesting commercial came about a new indoor playground with an array of activities to do, from go-karts to a huge slide, ball pits, a mini-mart, and so much more. With a wicked grin they turned to face each other, and that was how the plan came to be; they went to their rooms to change into warmer and comfier clothes to be able to play to their hearts’ content, now they were ready to go and enjoy, not before Jeongyeon told them to get a extra change of clothes since you never know when it would be needed.
The ride there was filled with excitement coming from all of them, talking about what they were doing once they arrived, it was clear to anyone that the girls had regressed on the way, but Jeong wouldn’t have any other way, her children's enjoyment was the most important thing. Upon arrival, she paid the entry fee and everyone ran to the activity they wanted to do, Mina took her hand and guided her to a fighting robot mini arena, you had to get into a robot and try to shoot the rest of the players; the next activity was playing in the Mini-Mart with Sana who was a very strict employee, you were supposed to not take more than 10 items and she was willing to make everyone follow the rule; after playing with Sana, MoHyo intercepted her and took her to the Go-Karts for a race.
When they got off the racetrack after Momo’s win, Jeong got a call from Nayeon asking how they were spending the day at the playground, Jeong went on a rant about how in the future they should bring all the girls since they had also a lot of amenities for the babies with soft play so they wouldn’t get hurt, they even have a nursing room in case they would need it. Jeongyeon spent a while on the phone talking with Nayeon until Momo came running, rambling about something in Japanese, “Mommy quick Mina got hurt I’m scared, it looks bad! Please come quickly, she’s crying a lot!” yelled Momo in a rush pulling Jeongyeon’s hand toward the giant slide, from what she could decipher Mina was hurt, so she rushed there and found Mina on the floor sobbing while clutching her leg.
When she tried to pick Mina up to take her to another place to check her better she let out a piercing scream, so she put her back on the floor and called the emergency service of the playground to check her up and see how serious the injury was. Meanwhile, she got Momo to calm down enough to tell her exactly what had happened, turns out a boy had pushed Mina down and her leg got tangled on the way down and she hurt it; she went towards the boy and demanded why he had done that, he responded that she had taken too much time and he was bored, she located his adult, and told them about exchanging numbers because they needed solving for the issue. After checking her, the emergency staff told her that she had to take Mina to the hospital to get xrays taken because her leg was swollen rapidly, she sent Momo out to find SaHyo so they could all get going, while she picked Mina up and went to grab the rest of their things.
On the way to the hospital, she called Nayeon, “Yeoboseyo? Everything okay Jeongie, you ended the previous call so abruptly” asked Nay with concern laced in her voice, “No jagi, Mina hurt her leg, some boy pushed her and she fell on her leg” replied Jeong throwing glances at the back seat where Mina's leg was on top of Jihyo’s lap being held by the latter, “Tell me you got that boy’s name to have a nice talk with him” mention Nayeon with a saccharine tone. With a low chuckle at her girlfriend's antics, “Of course, I got his adult’s contact info to get a resolve for this later” she responded proudly, “Anyway I was calling to tell you what happened, and where we going. I’m taking her to the hospital near Yongsan, just so you know, ok?”, “Arraseo, let me grab the girls and we’ll be on our way. Love all of you, and keep me updated please love” pleaded Nay, and with an ‘okay’ they hung up.
Once at the hospital, Jeong rushed the girls to sit down in the waiting area while she went to sign Mina up, she told the nurse about her being in Little Space, and who is the doctor they normally see when the girls are little; the nurse told her that he had been paged and would come down in a moment to give her an evaluation, and in the meantime they should wait seated until they are called. While waiting came Nayeon carrying Tzuyu who was snoring away, with her sister in tow pushing DubChae in their stroller who were asleep as well, “Jeongie!? Jeongie where are you!? Oh, there you are. What did they say about Mina” exasperated yelled Nayeon trying to find her family, depositing a kiss into each one of their foreheads, and a big smooch on the lips of Jeongyeon, “The doctor has been paged already so we’re waiting for him, the nurse told me to wait here and that the doctor would come to retrieve us once he came to check Mina. So come sit here with us” responded Jeong patting a seat beside her, after saying a greeting to her sister in law.
They had to wait around 15 minutes more until Dr. Ahn came, he took them to a cubicle and gave a quick examination of Mina’s leg, “Okay I can see that the inflammation is considerable and since there’s much tenderness to the touch I would believe it’s broken, so I’ll need to take an x-ray to make sure of my suspicion.”, he told NaJeong before turning to Mina, “It’s that okay with you gongju? If you want to either one of your eommas can come with you” he calmly said finishing with a smile to ease the little girl's tension, after getting a tiny nod from her, he told a nurse to take her to the x-ray room and bring her back to continue with her treatment.
Jeongyeon was the chosen one to accompany Mina, while Nayeon stayed with Dr. Ahn so he could begin telling her the treatment plan, “Ok Mina eomma, the plan is putting her in a cast in case of the leg being broken, which is the most probable, I’m also giving her painkillers, anti-inflammatory to help her recover quicker. If it’s fractured in half, or if it’s only a hairline fracture, either way, she must be resting for at least 2 weeks that leg, which means not putting any weight on it, after that time I would like to see her again to re-evaluate the leg and if she follows all the indications she would be walking again. I’m also repeating all this again once Mina and her other eomma come back, so they also know, but this is if you have any questions before uli gongju comeback since it will be more difficult once she’s back”, he informed checking Nayeon was getting all the information, and seeing her shake her head no to the questions.
After they came back he repeated his explanation, always directing all to Mina to make her feel seen, Jeongyeon was also taken into account but she like Nayeon got everything alright, the only question MIna had was, “Can still play videogames and be with family? An’ medicine will help no hurt no more?” those were her main concerns, with a chuckle the doctor told her she was correct so the family was dismissed to go home, with clear instructions of following indications, that they should book an appointment for 2 weeks in the future, and that they could always contact him if anything arose. With everything in order they went home, where they ate some food chosen by Mina to bring her mood up and lots of cuddles from all her family.

fight for ya
(This is a Katsuki + MtF child reader parent scenario) (CW mention of transphobia, description of violent hate crime & injuries)
Katsuki had many regrets about his past and always wanted to improve himself and he was rather good at keeping his word. He wanted to show this especially once his daughter came out as trans to him. He made sure she felt loved that she didn’t need to hide and that he would back her up completely. Even while transitioning socially, Katsuki learned how to style her hair, which helped get her into the girls' school uniforms. Not much changed except she seemed happier at first.
Then things took a turn, some days were better than others, and although Katsuki wasn’t the best at comforting he would listen. He’d sit with his daughter and listen to her vent, or let her scream out her frustrations while practicing her boxing. He would occasionally ask for help from his own friends about how to comfort her, Momo mentioned using words of affirmation and instilling in her that she was loved and that she had someone who thought of her fondly.
Implementing that did seem to help a little, though he still wanted his kid to know that he was available and he’d come up to the school and handle it for her if she needed. (Y/n) always pushed away his offers, saying she wanted to handle it herself. Katsuki decided to back off with his offers after the third time, yet he still continued with his support.
Then he felt his entire world crash. When he sent his daughter to school he had a sick feeling in the pit of his stomach. That something would go wrong, that he shouldn’t have sent her. He tried to push it away as paranoia, his daughter was strong, and she’d call him if anything happened.
He was organizing paperwork with Deku in his office when the radio went off telling Katsuki get down to the lobby area fast! Getting up from his seat he dropped his paperwork and ran out of the office with Deku in tow. Arriving at the entrance he saw Ochako carrying his daughter to the couch. The child held her abdomen as she was set down. Katsuki ran over with worry pouring out of him. When he got close enough he froze. (Y/N) was covered in bruises and blood, and her hair which was usually in it neat ponytail with her favorite pro-hero-themed ribbon was now blood-soaked and a mess. Blood dripping down their nose, and mouth foreheads. The uniform torn up and dirtied, looked like she had been tossed into gravel!
“What happened, (Y/N)?” The middle schooler looked up nervously, obviously shaken up by whatever they had just experienced. Stammering too much to get it out, Ochako started to ask the questions.
“Just yes or no, were you in a fight, hun?” (Y/n) nodded and winced, Ochako continued.
“Was this a fight at school?” “y-yes ma’am” Before Ochako could ask, Deku handed her the first aid kit he grabbed once he saw the child’s condition. Ochako started working on the injuries while Katsuki’s head was overloaded with thoughts.
‘How could this happen’ ‘who would do this’ ‘Why didn’t a teacher handle this?’ and many more!
The girl could see her father being consumed by his thoughts and spoke up.
“d-Don’t worry d-dad, g-got some good hits on ‘em” Katsuki gave a small smile seeing the proud look on (Y/n)’s face. That still didn’t make any of this better, whether she defended herself or not she shouldn’t have had to! Katsuki hated seeing his child hurt! There was a rage in him that burned bright, he had to do something about this, he couldn’t stand by after seeing his daughter like this!
“I’m gonna handle this, i promise, munchkin” He said a lil more to himself than his daughter. Katsuki then started helping Ochako tend to the child’s injuries and getting the blood out of her hair. It was a process that only made more emotions stir. When (Y/n) was finally about to calm themselves down enough to talk, it took everything in Katsuki’s power to not go on a witch hunt right then and there.
“I was going back inside for class after gym when I got grabbed by a group of classmates and they started beating on me. I did what you taught me, i didn’t wanna cause too much damage but wanted to get away….In the end, I’m pretty sure I’ll take the fall but. I-its fine i guess.”
“No.” Katsuki blurted out, and the child’s eyes shifted up at her father who stood up at full height now. An aura of rage flowed from him even if he looked calm in the face, it wasn’t hard for anyone to know he was angry. Grabbing his phone he opened the notes app and handed it to the girl.
“If you know the names of those…kids put them down…put everything down. How long this has gone on for and everything that happened today.” (Y/n) nodded took the phone and spent a good amount of time typing. Katsuki moved away to give her space and went over to deku and grabbed him by the shirt. Dragging him away into the kitchen area of the lounge.
“Kaachan what are you doing?” Deku asked confused, Katsuki sighed and shoved his hands into his pockets. He didn’t face Izuku completely, just glanced at him as he tried to gather his thoughts. Finally, he says.
“I feel like a fucking idiot” He leans against the countertop, Izuku’s eyes softened and he asked for Katsuki to elaborate.
“I should’ve done more so this wouldn’t have happened, I should’ve gone up to that school myself instead of letting her handle it….I know she said that she could and that she would be fine but…still, I feel like a dick because I didn’t just go up there and now my child got beat up!” There was a moment of silence before Izuku spoke up.
“Kaachan, you can’t fix the past, you cannot fix or erase what has happened. Yes it was awful, it is fucked up that your child became a victim of a hate crime, but. Its not like you expected this to happen, you put your trust in your daughter, and in the school system. The person you should be upset with is the school for allowing such behavior! So instead of standing here feeling sorry for yourself, you get the notes from your daughter, take her out for some damn ice cream or something. Then the next day you march your ass to that school and tell them off!” Katsuki was a little surprised at Deku’s change in tone from start to finish. First, it was light-hearted and reassuring, but then quickly changed to strict and coach-like. Yet Katsuki got the message and went back out to check on (Y/n).
Still on the couch though seemingly in less pain, she hands the phone to Katsuki who sits down beside her. Opening his arms the child quickly hugs him, he wraps his arms around her loosely a to not hurt her. Whispering soft things into her ear telling her how proud he was of her. How he was glad she came to him for help, she didn’t have to go to school tomorrow, how he was gonna take care of the situation. He still apologized for not doing anything sooner. He promised to take her out to her favorite place before going home.

MHA 430, no real spoilers to the ending but I'm also discussing my au ideas under the break too so that's why I tagged spoilers and added the bar, because there's a variety of spoilers.
That was fine I guess, could've been worse... Sad no dfo but I kinda gave up on that being good 10 chapters ago. Insert Thanos I'll do it myself gif.
5.5-6/10.
I'm gonna start my analysis + reread on Saturday I think?
Here's thoughts I already have:
- Reduce amount of students in 1-A. I realized that I can't handle 20+ main characters lol. My original idea was 5, but I've got it down to 10 by fusing characters. Izuku, Aoyama, Uraraka, Shoto, and Bakugo remain the same. I'm going to review the fusions and draw them later...
Fusions:
Sero/Kaminari/Kirishima (Reason: I get them mixed up a lot.)
Iida/Momo/Ojiro (Rich kid + I like Ojiro)
Jiro/Tokoyami/Shoji (Characters with a "dark vibe" ((emo lol)))
Mina/Tsu (I'd feel bad having one and not the other)
Koda/Sato (Honestly they're here because they're the ones I think of when I think "they got shoved aside" as well as Ojiro but I like him more.) ((... Also combine their names and you get Soda....))
Most likely to be cut: Ojiro, Sato, Koda, Sero
Cut: Mineta (Obvious reasons), Hagakure (I couldn't think of anything)
I swear there's logic here but I'm unable to explain it better lol. I'm eepy.
- Bakugo will be expelled from UA in the first arc, perhaps that'll be the conclusion of it. Possibly return in a later arc, I'm thinking the vigilante arc? Minor character. Basically a starter antagonist before the stakes ramp up.
(Results in the same amount of students as OFA users! Which I think is a nice parallel.)
- First arc will be about the class bonding since I really wanted more 1-A bonding scenes. Mainly about them helping each other. (I. E. Izuku opening up about being bullied, the class helping Shoto with the Endeavor situation, etc.) Bakugo's role will be getting in the way of this. Minor antagonist.
- LOV shouldn't be introduced until after a bond is established. Sorry Shiggy my beloved, you must wait.
- All for One dies in Kamino equivalent. (Unsure of how to set this up w/o Bakugo, maybe Midoriya's the one kidnapped?) Sorry AFO I love you so so much, but I'm killing you off. You're op as hell and the kill should be All Might's. You can come back and possess people later if you're good.
- DFO will be there as well as reducing the role AFO played in Shigaraki's backstory. Increase the role in Midoriya's life (negative).
- Aizawa will have a bit of a tweak, he'll be less physically violent with the students. (Less scarf grabby, only in extreme circumstances) Also I think having a lasting injury from the Oboro incident would be a nice touch. Give him a House MD vibe with a cane??? God I fucking loved House. Gay and homophobic, what an icon.
- Eventually I want Endeavor to go to prison or face some form of consequence. Maybe death. I was also thinking about him being tricked into helping AFO out of desperation for that number one spot. Bakugo takes his place for redemption arc?
- I don't really want to kill Midnight off... Or Twice... Or like. Any of the LOV. Need to think about that... But I know Twice's death was very important, so I might have to get over it somehow.
Not saying there won't be death, it just has to make more sense to me.
-
Wrote most of this at 2 am lol so this is probably incoherent. It's not a critique of the series, it's just my idea for the au. Like I get that classes have like 20 people in them. And that characters die. That villains die even if they're children.
I think if I plan this in arcs, I'll have the best chance of finishing it.

i think part of why jirous hearing aid & prosthetic jack is hitting hard is how precious and specially made for her it is...
obviously the worst part of the injury was how violatingly personal it was. it was one of the most brutal scenes in the whole series. we were always told her jacks were industructible and yeah, they are... but ears arent. it felt so unfair that she had to be hurt so intensely in an end game with so relatively few injuries..
the thing is, her recovery feels even more personal. this was surely a unique device, custom made for her! as a UA student and war hero she probably got top of the line care from a truly talented doctor and prosthetic designer. just based on the blocky tech design and seemingly extendable new jack, they may have taken considerations to not only replace her quirk but also leave room for hearing amplifications and noodle modifications, who knows. theres no denying her hero career is still just starting thanks to their help
but more than that.. shes going to be such cool disabled rep, or at least I really hope so! its highly thematically relevant. shes amplified her powers through technology and innovation since the very start. she was basically born as a chimera of machine and human elements, to some degree. she also has some of the best and most supportive friends in the whole series, both of whom tie into this! like seriously, can you not picture momo getting to know jirous doctor so she can learn how to make custom parts and modifications or do repairs? literally WHO ELSE is charging her batteries besides kaminari? you have to imagine they were there with her at the first meetings, its an absurdly good symbol of their bonds and I'm pretty happy imagining their future helping each other even further through things like this
all in all, I'm just so much happier than I thought I could be from this resolution and I seriously hope it resonates with other people too

It Takes Two Chapter 20
Chapter 19 here
******
Shouta side eyed you, and said in a low voice, "Y/N..."  Your heart skipped a beat when he said your name like that.  "I'm going to take this opportunity while I have it.  I know this is short notice, but would you care to join me for dinner tonight at [Restaurant Name]?" he asked you.  "Yes," was all you whispered back.  "Great, see you at 6:00pm."  You looked over at him and just grinned, then made your way over to Momo and Yuga to see how they were feeling after their injuries.
Once the school day was over, you went straight home to mentally and physically prepare yourself for your date.  Even though you've known Shouta for over two years now, you were still very nervous about your date with him.  Besides that night you all went out to the bar, this will be the first time you will have seen him in a social setting, and it was nerve-wracking. It was only 4:00pm at that point, but you started to get ready.  You picked out your outfit, deciding to wear the same cowl neck dress you wore that night at the bar, as you remembered the way Shouta's eyes looked you up and down in that dress.  It was a very flattering dress on you, anyways, hugging your curves in all the right places.
You laid the dress down on your bed, then hopped in the shower.  After your shower, you did your usual routine....hair and makeup.  You also decided to do your makeup the same way as the bar that night by putting on some cat eyeliner and red lipstick.  This was a man you liked, you wanted to look nice for him.  It was 5:00pm by that point, so you sat down on your couch for about fifteen minutes, playing with Ariel.  When you were done with that, you finally put on your dress and red kitten heels. You took one final look at yourself in the mirror, took a deep breath, grabbed your purse and headed out the door.
As you got into your car, you suddenly wondered how Shouta was getting there, knowing that didn't drive.  Well, you supposed you would figure that out at dinner.  The restaurant was about half an hour from your house, so you put your key in the ignition, and made your way there.  Once you pulled into the parking lot, you noticed it was, for the most part, empty.  You were about five minutes early, so you sat in your car, and used this time to recheck your makeup.  Everything looked good and in place.  A few minutes later, you saw a taxi pull up to the restaurant, and Shouta suddenly exited the taxi, paying the driver.
Before you got out of your car, you took this opportunity to drink him in; he looked good.  He was wearing a white button up dress shirt, black slacks, black dress shoes, and had his hair half pulled up into a messy bun, with loose tendrils falling around his face; your favorite way he wore his hair.  You saw him go to the front of the restaurant and wait by the door, so you got out of your car and made your way over to him.  Once he spotted you, you smiled and waved at him.  It looked like he was also drinking you in, "Y/N, you look beautiful."  You couldn't help but blush, "thank you, Shouta. You look very nice, yourself."  Then you playfully hit him on the shoulder and said, "I saw you took a taxi here; could I at least give you a ride home after dinner?"  He just grinned at you, and said, "sure."
He opened the door to the restaurant, and motioned for you to walk in ahead of him.  The hostess looked up and smiled at you both when you walked in, Shouta gave her his name for the reservation, and she took you to a very nice table by a window overlooking a small waterfall and some beautiful scenery.  "I hope you both enjoy your dinner tonight," the hostess said with a smile.  You both thanked her, and you took the opportunity to look around the restaurant.  There were only two other tables there; one couple, and a table of four adults.  It was pretty empty, but that made it more intimate for you and Shouta.
After you were done looking around, you looked down at your table and noticed something different, something that wasn't on any other table in the restaurant.  It was a small vase with azaleas in it.  How...how did he know?  You looked up at him, only to realize that he had been looking at you this entire time while grinning.  "Shouta, azaleas are my favorite flowers. How did you know?" you asked him with sincerity.  "Y/N, I've been working with you for over two years now, I've learned little things about you during that time. One time, about a year ago, when we were all in the teacher's lounge, I overheard you mention to Nemuri that you were going to pick azaleas that night to put in your apartment," he gently replied to you.
Okay, don't cry, Y/N, you thought to yourself.  With a thick voice, you said, "that is so incredibly thoughtful of you, Shouta.  But how come our table is the only one with flowers at all?"  He shrugged his shoulders and simply replied, "when I called to make the reservation, I just asked if they would be able to put some on this specific table."  Your heart absolutely swelled at this; you did not take Shouta to be the romantic type considering his normal quiet and stoic personality.  "That is so nice of you..." you trailed off, instinctively grasping his hand.  "Thank you," you said with a smile.   He gently squeezed your hand and grinned in return.
You two then took a look at the menu, each ordering a glass of wine in the meantime.  When your server came back to your table with your drinks, you both placed your orders: you ordered seafood alfredo, and he ordered steak.  While you two waited for your food, you got to know one another better.  You already knew you two had a mutual love for cats, "I'd have a dozen if they could fit in my apartment!" you had said.  You also discovered that you two had a lot in common; the conversation flowed very easily between the two of you.
Once your meals came out, you both ate in a comfortable silence.  Once you were finished with your meals, Shouta said "I'm not really a 'food' guy, but that was one of the best meals I've had in a long time."  You just smiled at him, and told him you enjoyed your meal as well, and thanked him for suggesting this restaurant.  He just smiled and looked down at his empty glass of wine.  He then spoke up, "I had a wonderful time tonight, Y/N, it was so nice getting to know you more out of a school setting."  You looked up at him and nodded your head in agreement, feeling brave and said "you know, Shouta, the evening doesn't have to end here, it's still quite early.  Would you like to stop by my apartment for a nightcap?"  He smiled the first genuine smile you think you've ever seen, and he replied, "I would love nothing more."

Hey dear Rays!
Do you mind blessing us with some Hinamori headcanons? 🤗 I would love to see your vision about her discovering her feelings for Toushiro and also how you think she would confess it to him - if you think she’s the first to confess between them.
You’re amazing, thank u! 💫
Hi anon, apologies for only answering this now, but thank you for the kind comments! I feel like I've written these headcanons out already, but no harm in rewriting and updating them!
Hinamori doesn't realise her feelings towards Hitsugaya in the main story. For the most part, she sees him in a platonic light, as someone she has known for decades and is close to.
However, this changes after Aizen is defeated and the two of them reconile. She goes through her own recovery, overcoming various aspects of trauma with the help of Hitsugaya of course, but more so with Shinji, who knows what she's been through and wants to genuinely help her and division, and Rangiku, one of her close friends who is always looking out for those around her like a big sister and knows how much the bond between her and Hitsugaya means to both parties.
It's during the Thousand Year Blood War that there's a shift in her feelings.
She doesn't have a name for what she feels towards Hitsugaya, but we see it clear as day in chapter 659. She's worried for him, concerned about him entering a battle with an opponent like Gerard, but there's something more there. Something has changed.
She uses his old nickname, which we last heard her utter in the main story after he accidentally stabbed her. It shows she doesn't associate her trauma of that moment with him, that she sees him as 'Shiro-chan', her close friend who she cares for a great amount.
Random rant about the nickname over XD, let's get back to headcanons!
In the ten year time skips, these feelings grow bit by bit, and Momo still doesn't put a name to them or dwell on them - she's got a Soul Society to rebuild afterall!
Once everything has been rebuilt and she can finally enjoy the newfound peace, then she can finally take more notice of her feelings.
She becomes increasingly aware of them when she's around Hitsugaya, and it becomes hard to deal with.
It starts with her noticing things about him she never really considered, like how he holds an ink brush or the way he walks. She'll catch herself staring at him, sometimes just at his eyes, and she gets flustered when he looks back at her. He, on the other hand, is left confused.
There are even days when it's hard to be around him, especially when they have to sit close together.
Of the two, she realizes the nature of her feelings first.
When she does finally understand her feelings for Hitsugaya, it's in a quiet moment between them - nothing dramatic like in the middle of a battle or treating his injuries, but these are scenarios I wouldn't mind exploring in fic. She sort of has a moment where she goes 'Oh...of course that's what it is.'
This revelation leaves her rather mixed: one one hand she's relieved to finally know what she feels for him and is even a little giddy, but on the other hand, she's still recovering from having a deep and meaningful bond broken in such a horrendous way. She felt deeply for Aizen, like a crush and she deeply admired and saw an idealized version of. With the way the got torn to pieces, I can see her having a little bit of a hard time wanting to commit to something that's deep and meaningful right away.
She trusts Hitsugaya, but she's not ready yet to act on her feelings for him, not after she felt so deeply towards another and have it end the way it did.
She's hesitant to confide in Rangiku, as she of course works closely with Hitsugaya and Momo doesn't want to put her in awkward position. She eventually does, and Rangiku is very supportive.
She tells Shinji first when he finally confronts her about her reacts around Hitsugaya he's been noticing. He doesn't let on how delighted he is, not wanting to freak her out, so he's supportive of her. In private, he teases her about it, much to her chagrin.
Of course Shinji and Rangiku delight in this development and try to help the two along in their own ways.
As she comes to terms with her feelings, she becomes more comfortable around Hitsugaya again. Every now and then she catches herself staring though, her heart racing, or having the odd fantasy about a date they could go on.
Her confession isn't 100% planned. There will come a time where she makes the decision to finally tell him, but she doesn't have a specific place or time in mind for when this happens. She's more amping herself up to do it.
She confesses to him on their way back from a party or dinner in the Rukongai. Hitsugaya is content, reflecting on how much has happened and how they've been at peace for a while (this is assuming the No Breaths from Hell arc because it HAS to become an arc doesn't ruin things). He smiles at Hinamori as they walk on one of the balconies back to their divisions and reminisce about the past.
For Hinamori, it's only natural in that moment to tell him. He's content, there's no battles or wars to tear them apart, and she has learned to cope with what happened to her.
She stops him, but before can tell him, her nerves start to come in. She's already considered how doing this will change their relationship, whether it meant they become a couple or being awkward around her and giving her some space for a while - because she knows he'd never completely leave her. Even so, now that she feels she can tell him how she feels, it's about to become real.
Hitsugaya is concerned and asks what's wrong. His concern and the softness in his eyes, and the willingness he's always had to do whatever it takes to make her feel - better, even if he can't completely understand or knows what to do - reminds her of why she loves him, and it gives her courage to confess.
This is probably more than you wanted, but take it all anon! Thank you for sending this in! :D
