This is so niche but right now I'm just thinking of a 3-gatsu no lion x kny crossover where the Kawamoto family basically adopts Gyutaro and Ume. Like the girls see them next to Rei (they're probably trying to bully him for money lol) and Akari is all (☆▽☆) bc she locked onto a scrunkly stray (Gyutaro) that she needs to make round and soft!! So she's like "Rei are these your friends?? They should come over for dinner, I'm making fried chicked it was on sale!!!" And Gyutaro is about to say no bc he's offput by this kindness but Ume is !!!!free food!!! so now he CAN'T say no.

Fast forward, Ume has adopted Momo as her servant (and they're both LOVING IT Ume has become the rowdy big sis that sneaks Momo candy before dinner) and Gyutaro def helps out around Gramps shop as well as helping carry the groceries for dinner (that they now frequent) bc he wants to pay the Kawamotos back for their kindess. And none of them are judging him ever and the siblings have FINALLY found a place that they BELONG and feel welcomed in.

And every evening the small dining/living room is packed to the brim and sometimes some of them need to eat while away from the table but it's warm and they can eat their fill and talk about they day without worrying what tomorrow will bring.

Just.... The Shabana siblings finally getting the happiness they deserve.

(Also I feel like Akari and Gyutaro would def understand each other since they both had to become a parent figure while they were still young.)
