But, I ended up redoing it like twice 🙄 Let’s just say life got in the way. I missed two days that ended up with more days of excuses after 😣⠀ ⠀ Am I proud? No of course not. But, I won’t beat myself over it either. Sh*t happens call it excuses, I call it life 😬 At the end of the day I’m still working at achieving my goals.⠀ ⠀ && even though I didn’t complete the program the way I wanted to, I’m still a lot more active than I was prior to even me trying to get fit again! lol 🙌👀⠀ ⠀ So yes it may be a slow progress & that’s okay. When things get in the way of your goals ... the secret is to keep moving towards them. ⠀ ⠀ Don’t give up & don’t beat yourself over it! Today he is 8. 3,000 miles away yet always safely tucked between my heart strings. This picture doesn't even begin to capture his explosive personality, vast imagination, or unlimited sense of humor.
