Pushing myself forward. Yes, and that includes showing my post-pregnancy belly 4 months later. I want and need fire under my butt, so whatever helps is good to get my energy back up. And I’m feeling it already 😍 I haven‘t had much time nor energy to work out since becoming a mommy, just the regular weekly postnatal recovery gymnastics and very few #Pilates sessions with myself.
