This is so random but I'm currently on Book 9 of the Wheel of Time and I JUST MISS MOIRAINE SO MUCH, SHE'S MY FAVOURITE CHARACTER IN THE ENTIRE SERIES AND TO HAVE HER DONE SO HORRIBLY LIKE THAT-

Not to mention, the way everyone treated her the entire time. She honestly deserved so much better. 😞

Also now I get why people say to read New Spring between 5 and 6 but I'm glad I read it before then because I probably would've been too sad about what happened to her in the books 😢

And that's my silly little rant for the day, now to look at show edits to make the whole thing hurt less!!

Love how there's a pronunciation guide on how to pronounce "Moiraine" on the Fandom page and in the books... but literally no one in the show said it like that (to be fair, I don't read it like that either so I can't really say anything 😂)

Also how do you pronounce "Alys"? Is it like "Alice"? "Uh-Leeze"? Or something else entirely??

When I was on book 3, I did in fact notice Mo being good at fishing, I immediately knew it must've been Siuan who taught her 🤭💙 Because who else would it be?

siuan admitting to sneaking out of the tower to go fishing in loc and moiraine being awesome at fishing in tdr……..

fish wives late night fishing dates? Did siuan teach moiraine to fish? Did they splash around sometimes, and scare the fish away just to have fun? Did siuan need this, a piece of the home and culture she left behind completely, just like the paintings in her office? Was moiraine so happy fishing with the boys because it reminded her of her happy childhood?
