The Trial's pivotal Track was inspired by a Sushant Singh Rajput, Rhea Chakraborty, and Arnab Goswami episode.

Three years ago, the COVID-19 pandemic was causing havoc in India, but the Sushant Singh Rajput death case was also receiving attention from the media and some online users. Rhea Chakraborty's portrayal as the villain eventually turned the situation into a media spectacle. A number of outrageous accusations—the majority of which lacked any supporting evidence—were made against her in connection with the actor's death. This iconic episode is covered in a key track in the most recent web series, The Trial, which debuted today on Disney+ Hotstar.

In the leading role, Kajol plays a mother trying to support her family after her husband is implicated in a bribery and sex scandal in The Trial. To make ends meet, she must work at a law firm. Every episode depicts Noyonika Sengupta (Kajol) battling a different case. The death of cricketer Mohit Singh, which occurred in mysterious circumstances, is one such case that is quite memorable. Juhi Bhatia, his girlfriend, has been detained on suspicion of aiding suicide. Despite the fact that the deceased is depicted as a sportsman, it is obvious that the Sushant Singh Rajput case served as inspiration for the film's creators.

The 2020 case is also notable because popular news anchor Arnab Goswami tried his best to persuade his viewers that Sushant Singh Rajput was killed by Rhea Chakraborty by presenting them with various theories. Daksh Rathod (Atul Kumar), a character based on him, also treats Juhi in the same way. Daksh Rathod is depicted as working for SNP News while Arnab happens to be the owner of Republic Network.

Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute along with VGI Meerut hosted a grand Poetry Seminar and Literature Award Ceremony” on the occasion of World Hindi Day.

Renowned poets and litterateurs expressed their complete faith in our national language.

They delivered excellent performances to honor Hindi and emphasized the importance of working, communicating, and doing business in our mother tongue.

On this occasion, the Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, along with the Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, honoured over 2 dozen poets & litterateurs with a shawl & memento.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, VC Dr Krishan Kant Dave & internationally acclaimed renowned Poet Dr Madhu Chaturvedi inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.

Dr Yatindra Kataria, Mrs. Shashi Tyagi, along with Dr Yogendra Nath Sharma ‘Arun’ joined them to unveil the Poetry Seminar and Literature Award Ceremony marking World Hindi Day.

Renowned Poet Dr Madhu Chaturvedi sang the inaugural poetry as उम्�� भर हमने ऐसे कसाले जिये, तम निगलते रहे पर उजाले दिये, प्यास में आँसुओ का रसायन मिला, तृप्ति के घट तुम्हारे हवाले किये Her heart touching poetic lines made the audience clap incessantly.

The Pro Chancellor & renowned litterateur Dr Rajeev Tyagi showcased his poetic skills like एक हिन्दी टीचर मेरी वाइफ को हिन्दी सिखाने लगी, उनसे ज्यादा हमें भाने लगी which made the audience burst into laughter.

Poet, Dr Yatindra Kataria who is honoured with State Language Award spoke these lines about Hindi- सात समुन्द्र पार है हिन्दी, भारत की जयकार है हिन्दी, विश्व पटल पर बढ़ती जाती, भारत का विस्तार है हिन्दी ।”

While Mr. Rajesh Saraswat recited “लोग कहते है कि तू अब भी खफा है मुझसे, पर तेरी आँखो ने तो कुछ और ही कहा है मुझसे ।”

Likewise, senior litterateur, Dr Yogendra Nath Sharma ‘Arun’ said “शिकवा करने गये थे, इबादत सी हो गयी, तुझे भूलने की जिद थी, पर तेरी आदत सी हो गयी । which further mesmerized the audience.

Dr Gopal Narsen, Dr Anjana Vyas, Senior Poet Shashi Tyagi, Rekha Rani, senior poet Dr Rajesh Saraswat, Dr Indurani, & Aakrash Tyagi also addressed the Poetic seminar.

One of the greatest and best leader Indian Army can have.SO LETS BEGIN Major Sharma was born on 13 jan, 1978 in Rohtak Haryana. From the very early age he wanted to join Indian Army and serve his second mother for rest of the life. When he get young he gave Exam of NDA(NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY) and cleared it in his first attempt. His parents don’t want him to join army as it is very risky, they hide his calling letter from NDA but anyhow major sharma manage to find that he is selected for training and he went there. He was one of the best Cadet of NDA and he got medals in SWIMMING, HORSE RIDING AND BOXING. After passing out from NDA he went to IMA and completed his training of becoming “MEN FROM A BOY”. IN 1999 He got commissioned as LIEUTENANT in Indian Army and sent to the 5th Battalion of Madras Regiment. After few years of service he got chance to work with RR and was a part of OPERATION RAKSHA in which he led his team to eliminate the terrorists attacked on Parliament. For his Excellent leadership and Bravery he got CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF COMMENDATION LETTER from Chief of Army Staff. There he met lots of special forces personnels and in 2002 he gave his first attempt but due to some health issues he got disqualified but again in 2003 he gave 2nd attempt and Cleared the provision AND JOINED 1st UNIT OF PARACHUTE REGIMENT. Her mother was so angry on him because he joined the most dangerous unit but luckly his first posting was in Punjab. In Punjab he met Captain Reshma Sharin, they both felt in love and ON 19th December, 2004 They both married. Every thing was good but then he got call from Kashmir where there were a plan to operate an UNDERCOVER OPERATION in which any one have to cross border go to HIZBUL and eliminate two top rated terrorists ABU TORARA AND ABU SABJAR. Major Sharma nominated himself for this task(again a great reflection of Bravery, courage and Patriotism) He started growing his beard and hairs so that he could look like a terrorist. He crossed border and met both of them and said them that Indian Army had killed his brother few years ago and he want to take revenge. He showed them the plans. HE lived there for 2 weeks. One day before the operation Abu Torara find something suspicious about him and start investigating about him. Then major sharma throwed his AK-47 and shouted “IF YOU DON’T HAVE TRUST ON ME KILL ME, WITHOUT TRUST THERE IS NO MEANING OF THIS OPERATION” as soon as Abu Torara turned major Sharma took out his 9mm Pistol and killed both Abu Torara and Abu Sabjar. For this operation his assigned name was IFTHIKHAR BHAT. He went back to India and living normal life. But in at 20th March 2009 he got intel that there are some terrorist hidden in the jungle of Kupwada, Kashmir. AS soon as he got the intel he went on the spot with his team and take info of surrounding. Then he splited his team in groups and start insurgency. After few minutes he saw terrorists and start firing. Terrorists were also firing on them he ordered everyone to take cover. He used LIGHT GRANADE LAUNCHER AND KILLED 4 TERRORISTS and while saving his teammate he got hitted by a bullet on his chest and fallen down. His troops said him to fall back but he refused and keep on firing with his single hand. Bulandshahr News: Fast track court of Uttar Pradesh convicted the son in the case of rape of his 60-year-old mother and sentenced him to life imprisonment

Bulandshahr. A fast track court in Uttar Pradesh has convicted a son for raping his 60-year-old mother and sentenced him to life imprisonment. This shocking case is from Bulandshahr. Additional District Judge Varun Mohit Nigam convicted Abid and sentenced him. A fine of Rs 51,000 has also been imposed. Government lawyer Vijay Sharma said, 'Today the honorable court has given a historic verdict. I have not seen such a case in my professional life. During the evidence, the victim cried in front of the court and repeated the same thing 20 times and said that her son raped her. Her son is a monster. The incident took place on 16 January 2023. The court has given the verdict of the case within 20 months.' According to the victim, 'After my husband's death, the son wanted me to live as his wife.' Giving information about the case, Sharma said, 'The accused Abid took his mother to the field on the pretext of getting fodder. He took his mother there and raped her in the field. Today the honourable court has sentenced the accused Abid to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 51,000. In a 376 case, the statement of the victim is sufficient. Abid's younger brother Yusuf had lodged an FIR in the police station. His mother had expressed her pain to him. Yusuf said, 'When my mother returned from the field, she told me about the incident. We first tried to settle the matter at the family level but Abid started threatening my mother to live with him like a wife. After this I lodged a report.' JLF New York announces speaker list

JLF New York, produced by Teamwork Arts, pioneering Indian curatorial company, returns for its 8th edition on 10 and 11 September 2024, at one of the world’s most culturally alive cities. The festival, which embodies the energy of its mother ship, the annual Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF), will bring back its signature camaraderie, books and writers, and ideas and conversations that make it truly special. Held at prestigious venues including the Asia Society, the National Arts Club, the Center for Fiction, and Sundaram Tagore Gallery, JLF New York promises a rich tapestry of debates and dialog, featuring a roster of speakers.

JLF New York 2024’s speakers include André Aciman, author of Call Me by Your Name, Homo Irrealis and Find Me, whose new memoir My Roman Year will be released in October 2024. Joining him is Devika Rege, celebrated for her debut novel Quarterlife, recognized as a landmark in contemporary Indian literature. 

The festival will also have Navdeep Suri, distinguished diplomat and translator, who has brought to life his grandfather Nanak Singh's searing ballad on the Jallianwala Bagh massacre, Khooni Vaisakhi, alongside Harpreet, well-known singer and composer, known for his innovative repertoire. Renowned filmmaker Shekhar Kapur, celebrated for cinematic works like Elizabeth: The Golden Age and Bandit Queen, will also grace the festival, as will Josephine Quinn, professor of Ancient History at Oxford University, and author of the book How the World Made the West.

The line-up continues with Shashi Tharoor, prominent author and politician, and Izzeldin Abuelaish, a Nobel Peace Prize nominee dedicated to health and education advocacy in the Middle East. Tarun Tahiliani, famous fashion designer known for his fusion of Indian textiles with contemporary styles, will also be featured, bringing his unique artistic vision to the festival.

Nermeen Shaikh, co-host and senior producer at Democracy Now! will also be a part of this year’s program. Shri Venkateshwara University organized an All India Kavi Sammelan & Bollywood Musical Night on the evening of historic Kartik Purnima in the Ganga Fair.

A grand spectacle was held on the banks of the river Ganges.

Over a dozen police, administrative, and judicial officers, along with thousands of spectators, enjoyed it.

The All India Kavi Sammelan & Musical Night became so popular with the audience that the event continued until 3:00 AM the following morning, after starting at 6:00 PM the previous evening.

The District & Session Judge Mr. Zafar Ahmed, DM Mrs. Nidhi Gupta Vats, SP Mr. Kunwar Anupam Singh, Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, & the Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp on the portrait of Mother Ganges.

The CDO Mr. Ashwini Mishra, & Chief Fair Officer ADM Mr. Mayashankar Yadav joined them to unveil the All India Kavi Sammelan & Bollywood Musical Night.

The DM, District Judge, SP, CDO, and senior police administrative officials, along with the management of Shri Venkateshwara University, felicitated Bollywood singers and poets. They were gifted a shawl and memento.

After that, popular female playback singer Ms. Nivedita Nanda from Saregama and Mr. Manoj Verma from T-Series entertained the audience with mesmerizing Bollywood and Punjabi songs.

The All India Kavi Sammelan was hosted by Dr. Dinesh Raghuvanshi, a renowned poet. It started at 10.00 PM.

Poet Dr Rahul Awasthi from Bareilly recited a poem that filled the listeners with positive energy. He said, “दाल ना गल पाएगी दुश्मन हाथ मारेंगे भारत के- चाले ना चल पाएंगे राफेल चलेंगे भारत के। प्राणों से प्यार है- यह देश हमारा है.....”  

Then renowned poet from Dausa with expertise in Shrangar Ras Ms Sapna Soni sang जमीन पर चांद मेरे सामने उतर आया, जिसे निहार मेरे दिल में प्यार भर आया। खुदा से तेरे सिवा और कुछ नहीं मांगा, जिधर भी देखो मुझे तू ही तू नजर आया which was well admired by the audience.  

Hemant Pandey, winner of Laughter Champion Season 2 & part of Kapil Sharma Show, entertained the audience with his jovial talk about politics & love.

Great poet Dr Dinesh Raghuvanshi expressed the distressing state of farmer & soldier through his poetry   - हमेशा तन गए आगे जो तोपों की दहानों के, कोई कीमत नहीं होती क्या प्राणों की जवानों के। बड़े लोगों की औलादे तो कैंडल मार्च करती है, जो अपने प्राण देते हैं वह बेटे हैं किसानों के that brought tears into the eyes of the listeners.

Apart from this young poet Mohit Shaurya, Laughter Poet Pavan Aagri from Agra, Rahul Sharma of ooj, local Poet Dr Yatindra Katariya & Laughter poet Mamta Sharma presented excellent poetry that made the audience clap incessantly.
