Shri Venkateshwara University organized an All India Kavi Sammelan & Bollywood Musical Night on the last day of the historic Ganga Fair.
Shri Venkateshwara University organized an All India Kavi Sammelan & Bollywood Musical Night on the evening of historic Kartik Purnima in the Ganga Fair.
A grand spectacle was held on the banks of the river Ganges.
Over a dozen police, administrative, and judicial officers, along with thousands of spectators, enjoyed it.
The All India Kavi Sammelan & Musical Night became so popular with the audience that the event continued until 3:00 AM the following morning, after starting at 6:00 PM the previous evening.
The District & Session Judge Mr. Zafar Ahmed, DM Mrs. Nidhi Gupta Vats, SP Mr. Kunwar Anupam Singh, Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, & the Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp on the portrait of Mother Ganges.
The CDO Mr. Ashwini Mishra, & Chief Fair Officer ADM Mr. Mayashankar Yadav joined them to unveil the All India Kavi Sammelan & Bollywood Musical Night.
The DM, District Judge, SP, CDO, and senior police administrative officials, along with the management of Shri Venkateshwara University, felicitated Bollywood singers and poets. They were gifted a shawl and memento.
After that, popular female playback singer Ms. Nivedita Nanda from Saregama and Mr. Manoj Verma from T-Series entertained the audience with mesmerizing Bollywood and Punjabi songs.
The All India Kavi Sammelan was hosted by Dr. Dinesh Raghuvanshi, a renowned poet. It started at 10.00 PM.
Poet Dr Rahul Awasthi from Bareilly recited a poem that filled the listeners with positive energy. He said, “दाल ना गल पाएगी दुश्मन हाथ मारेंगे भारत के- चाले ना चल पाएंगे राफेल चलेंगे भारत के। प्राणों से प्यार है- यह देश हमारा ��ै.....”
Then renowned poet from Dausa with expertise in Shrangar Ras Ms Sapna Soni sang जमीन पर चांद मेरे सामने उतर आया, जिसे निहार मेरे दिल में प्यार भर आया। खुदा से तेरे सिवा और कुछ नहीं मांगा, जिधर भी देखो मुझे तू ही तू नजर आया which was well admired by the audience.
Hemant Pandey, winner of Laughter Champion Season 2 & part of Kapil Sharma Show, entertained the audience with his jovial talk about politics & love.
Great poet Dr Dinesh Raghuvanshi expressed the distressing state of farmer & soldier through his poetry - हमेशा तन गए आगे जो तोपों की दहानों के, कोई कीमत नहीं होती क्या प्राणों की जवानों के। बड़े लोगों की औलादे तो कैंडल मार्च करती है, जो अपने प्राण देते हैं वह बेटे हैं किसानों के that brought tears into the eyes of the listeners.
Apart from this young poet Mohit Shaurya, Laughter Poet Pavan Aagri from Agra, Rahul Sharma of ooj, local Poet Dr Yatindra Katariya & Laughter poet Mamta Sharma presented excellent poetry that made the audience clap incessantly.
Those present included the ASP Mr. Rajiv Kumar Singh, SDM Mr. Pushkar Nath Chaudhary, SDM Vibha Shrivastava, SS Baghel, BJYM President Mr. Shubham Chaudhary, Arun Goswami & Sanjeev Rai.
The Meerut Campus Director, Dr Pratap Singh, was present along with the Media Incharge, Mr. Vishwas Rana, among others.

Shri Venkateshwara University celebrated the safe landing of Chandrayaan -3 on the Moon.
Shri Venkateshwara University, VGI Meerut, organized the Jashn e Chandrayaan 3 mission to celebrate the safe landing of Chandrayaan -3 on the Moon.
The teachers & students celebrated the safe landing by bursting crackers and distributing sweets.
They took out a rally, chanting patriotic slogans and proudly carried the national flag.
The Venkateshwara Group’s Chief Advisor Prof. VPS Arora, who used to work with Former President Dr. Abdul Kalam. Former MLA Kamal Malik, Dr. Anubhuti Chauhan, CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, and VC Dr. Ajay Yadav joined them for the inauguration of the Jashn e Chandrayaan 3 mission. They lit lamps and showered flowers on the portraits of Mother India and Goddess Saraswati.
Dr. Rishipal Nagar, the BJP District President, and Shubham Chaudhary, the BJYM President, helped them inaugurate the event.
We showed our appreciation for Dr. Anubhuti Chauhan, Chairperson of Arunodaya Institute, and other scientists for their work in education, social work, and research. We honored them with a turban, shawl, and memento.
The Group Chairman, Dr Sudhir Giri, called the success of Chandrayaan -3 mission historic for the country. He credited this feat to the strong leadership of our honorable PM and thanked the entire ISRO team & scientists of the country.
This achievement of yours has made the country proud. This is the actual image of a strong and resurgent India.
The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi affirmed India became the first country to land on the South Pole of the Moon. This shows India’s actual strength to the world.
The Registrar, Dr. Piyush Pandey, was present along with Venkateshwara Consultant Prof. RS Sharma, Dr. Rajesh Singh, Dr. CP Kushwaha Dr. SN Sahu, Dr. Vivek Sachan, Dr. Ana Brown, and Dr. Yogeshwar Singh.
Vikas Shrivastava, Arun Goswami, Balaji Mayappan, Neetushree Pal, Vikrant Chaudhary, CFO Vikas Bhatia, Maroof Chaudhary, SS Baghel, Mohit Sharma, and Vishal Sharma were also in attendance.

Raaj is heartbroken by his death and he tweeted,“मोहित मेरे भाई इतनी जल्दी क्या थी जाने की? मैंने तुझसे कहा था देख तेरे लिए सारी इंडस्ट्री रुक गयी है जल्दी से ठीक होके आजा उसके बाद ही सब काम शुरू करेंगे, तू बहुत अच्छी एक्टिंग करता है,इसलिए अगली फिल्म के सेट पे तेरा इंतज़ार करूँगा…और तुझे आना ही पड़ेगा ॐ साई राम #cancer RIP”.

Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute concluded the 4 day (March 8-11) women’s excellence award ceremony 2024 with full fanfare and fervour.
The Venkateshwara Group organized the women’s excellence award ceremony 2024 to mark the International Women’s day on March 08.
Through street shows & poetry recitation, students depicted women's empowerment that made the event memorable.
The focus of the street play was the prohibition of female infanticide.
We honored 132 women achievers with a Patka, turban & a memento for doing exemplary work in their field.
The Hon’ble Founder President of Venkateshwara Group Dr Sudhir Giri, Chief Advisor Dr VPS Arora, & the Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.
The VC, Dr AK Shukla & the Registrar, Dr Piyush Pandey, joined them to unveil the women’s excellence award closing ceremony.
Dr. Sudhir Giri, the Founder President, highlighted that the President of India, Her Excellency Madam Draupadi Murmu, reinforces the fact that women hold top positions in India.
Through the honorable PM’s Bet Bachao - Beti Padhao–Beti Khilao & Nari Vandan schemes, the stature of women in our society has improved.
Women took on leadership roles and had prime seating during the 4-day women's excellence award function, as directed by the Founder President. While their male counterpart’s bolstered women's empowerment by assisting them & occupied back rows.
The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi asserted through the honorable PM’s Bet Bachao - Beti Padhao–Beti Khilao & other women's empowerment schemes, the women are making their presence felt in every sphere.
Sakshi Malik, Nirmala Sitharaman, Late Kalpana Chawla, & Saina Nehwal are a testimony of this revolution.

The Venkateshwara Group celebrated its 24th foundation day with full fanfare & fervor.
On July 27th Shri Venkateshwara University celebrated its 24th foundation day with full fanfare & fervour which coincides with the birthday of our Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri.
The Group Chairman, Dr Sudhir Giri, announced over a dozen welfare schemes for the people of Meerut, Amroha & other districts of UP west.
These are educational & healthcare schemes for the underprivileged sections of the society.
On this occasion, we held a blood donation camp, rudrabhishek, cultural shows, a tree planting drive, and over a dozen other programs.
The students & staff donated blood & collected 156 units of blood to save the life of the needy.
The Venkateshwara Family celebrated the 52nd birth anniversary of our Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri by cutting a 52 kg cake. We promoted environment protection by planting 2500 shady & medicinal plants in & around the campus.
The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi, Chief Advisor Dr VPS Arora, CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, & the VC Dr Rakesh Yadav inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.
The Group Chairman, Dr Sudhir Giri, announced that the Venkateshwara Group has been proactively providing quality education & healthcare services for the past 2 decades.
200 pregnant women from the BPL category will receive free delivery facilities at VIMS under the Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao movement of PM Narendra Modi and CM Yogi.
Apart from this, we will perform free eye operation on poor senior citizens above the age of 60 years and also gift them specs. Every year, the Venkateshwara Group will educate a dozen girls free of the cost of BBA, BCA, & Bcom courses.
He encouraged people to celebrate birthdays and other functions by planting trees and donating blood instead of organizing parties and mega events.
In attendance were the Registrar Dr. Piyush Pandey, Dr. Rajesh Singh, Dean Medical Dr. Sanjiv Bhatt, Chief Administrator VIMS MA Chaudhary, CMS Dr. I B Raju, and the Additional Legal Director Dev Pratap Singh.
