Asking for help in regards of Almighty Hats Gestation-Based Age Duration Mod
Hello everyone! I don't know if anyone will read this but I might as well try… I am using this custom lifespan from Almighty Hat that was made compatible with ACR and I run into problems when ACR tries to add tokens to Sims, the problem seems to be some elders particularly. Whenever I try to add an ACR token to them manually the sim resets, I also get an error when ACR tries to add missing tokens at 8:30 am and 8:30 pm in game. The error log shows something like this:
Object id: 146
name: Controller - ACR - Main
Stack size: 3
Error: Invalid constant.
Iterations: 6283
Frame 2:
Stack Object id: 1532
Node: 5
Tree: id 4209 name 'Tokens - Sub - Calculate Pregnancy Odds' version 2
from ACR-Controller-Main-HatV2finalFINAL
Prim state: 0
Params: 1532 Locals: 232
Frame 1:
Stack Object id: 1532
Node: 32
Tree: id 4105 name 'Function - Main - Recalculate & Add New Tokens' version 2
from ACR-Controller-Main-HatV2finalFINAL
Prim state: 0
Params: Locals: 40 0 16 0 5 70 1 3 254 17
Frame 0:
Stack Object id: 0
Node: 9
Tree: id 4101 name 'Function - Main - Controller' version 2
from ACR-Controller-Main-HatV2finalFINAL
Prim state: 0
Params: Locals:
Sometimes it shows a random object as stack object, like the wallphone, an archway, a garden plant or even job data. If I remove the mentioned object it just chooses another object next time the error pops up and I have no idea what the problem is. I tested it in a vanilla neighborhood, with no mods except for the lifespan + ACR and the error still occurs.
Did anyone else have this problem before or has more knowledge than me regarding how to read log files? Any help would be appreciated. :)

somethin that drives me directly up a wall is how the owners wont answer general design concepts in the modhelp channel like dont they realize if they just did THAT or made a proper faq with all the commonly asked nos then itd be more consistent w/ less pissed people? like my dudes yall are answerin the same qs 5mil times and its what makes yall inconsistent which then leads to the "argumentative" customers. just answer qs publicly instead of makin it feel like being singled out and secretive

#Cabt post video on reddit mobile mods
Still, if you still positively HATE the new Reddit, at least you can switch on over to the old Reddit with just a simple click. Similarly, Reddit has now fixed a lot of the initial issues/bugs that affected the redesign, tweaking elements and improving overall performance. I tend to use Reddit mostly on my phone, though, so that probably has something to do with it. The actual mobile site is so forceful about getting you to use the app that they clearly don’t want the site used on mobile anyway.Ĭontroversial point, I know. Because there’s no good reason for the site to look at act like a mobile app on a PC.It doesn’t make any meaningful improvements it’s just meant to give a facade of user-friendly design because that’s what’s marketable in trying to turn this site into more of a literal social media thing. It’s chunky, it rearranges stuff that was fine before, it’s aesthetically unpleasing and offers less customization, and worst of all it’s totally needless. The new reddit loads the framework for the page first and then tries to load the content, but sometimes it gets hung up and it takes longer to load than the old reddit does.I don’t want 40 percent of my monitor being eaten up by a sidebar and another 30% on each post. Old Reddit is nice and compact, and on bigger monitors, that means more efficient use of space.Reminds me of old iTunes vs the current builds. They literally made navigation more difficult. New reddit isn’t very desktop friendly. Not being able to have a banner and side bar just makes everything look generic.
#Cabt post video on reddit mobile mods
I can understand why they did it – there’s the possibility that mods will remove the ad frames – but the way it’s handled is terrible.
The new Reddit design just looks like a mobile app that’s been ported to desktop, there’s way too much empty space on the sides of a post, and never mind the fact that it completely strips a subreddit’s ability to be unique with CSS.
Here’s a collection of just a few of the comments made by Reddit members post design switch. Beatmap Spotlights: April 2017
The Spotlights for April 2017 have been released and can be found here! Their respective packs are available at the Beatmap Pack Listing for easier access.
Each month, a selection of volunteers work alongside the Quality Assurance Team to pick out the best of the best for each mode. We reward the top beatmap in each category by providing 1 month of supporter status to the mapper. The April 2017 spotlight rankings will conclude on the 15th June 2017.
Past Spotlights results
First of all, congratulations to the winners of the March 2017 Spotlights. They receive one month of supporter status for their efforts!
osu!: Toy
osu!taiko: mangomizer
osu!catch: RAMPAGE88
osu!mania: Jinjin
osu!
Being one of the less conventional maps ranked in April, dsco's Pitch Fucker stands out among the crowd as a mapset with its own noteworthy design. It strays from the usual object arrangement catering to the comfort of a player, and instead attempts to feel more representative of the song through its various interesting mapping techniques.
It may have only placed 3rd in the Modhelp Mapping Contest, but this mapset still deserves to be in the spotlight! Insane and Hard use a simplistic mapping style that's based on symmetry and parallelism to the axes, but it follows the song surprisingly well. Irreversible's Extra is a great addition to the mapset, as it uses a lot of interesting patterns and SV changes, while managing to keep a nice flow. Be sure to check this one out!
Inspired by another map currently on its way to the ranked section, this map provides a calming experience directly related to the song it's expressing. The map itself may be mild in difficulty, but don't let that persuade you to skip this one! It's more enjoyable than it may appear at first glance.
You wouldn't know that this was Kibbleru's first time creating a "big" set on his own, from how well-designed this mapset is! The highest difficulty has some interesting concepts here and there; and the Insane fits the song perfectly. Not to mention there is a clear contrast from the less intense sections of the song compared to the chorus. Topped off by some excellent hitsounding from Naitoshi, this mapset feels quite special. Make sure to give it a try!
A wonderful map that captures the beauty of the song. -kevincela- shows us how fun unorthodox rhythms can be with interesting movement concepts, and the classically amazing aesthetics of his style as usual.
osu!taiko
The winner of this month's spotlights, Charlotte's talent, experience and skill with mapping really shines through with this formidable set. The Inner Oni displays superb usage of pair patterns and maintains a good flow throughout the entire difficulty. The climax is represented clearly by long patterns and streams being both enjoyable to play and following the music perfectly.
The lower difficulties are also excellent, with the Muzukashii by qoot8123 being a prime example of how it should be done - with consistent use of monocolours triplets used as emphasizers on certain parts of the song. Accentuated by solid patterning choices and clever break placement, brought together most of all in the kiai time, the two lowest difficulties use perfect rhythms and note timings to create a truly fun way to learn osu!taiko.
Go ahead and enjoy this exceptional mapset!
What is this, rap in osu!taiko!? Seeing is believing!
One of this month's osu!taiko maps in the spotlight, Zetera's Dawn of a Dark Day features not only the aforementioned rap sections mapped closely to both the vocals and the beat, but also a number of volume and slider velocity changes to reflect the intensity of the track.
From simple slider velocity slowdowns to difficult 1/4-snapped slider velocity increases in the kiai sections, Zetera did an excellent job in capturing the cadence of the track with his work, creating something truly special.
Guest difficulties to Strategas' osu! set, Arrival's Muzukashii and Oni adds some additional variety to this highly technical drum 'n' bass mix. Starting off with an uncommon 1/3rd snapping, both difficulties convey a clear rhythmic intention, and the maps are made all the more enjoyable as the meter shifts to 1/4th towards the latter half of the song.
In his flagship Oni difficulty, Arrival demonstrates a flair born of expertise by emphasizing intense sections of the song through the use of smooth SV changes, as well as employing fitting 1/6th bursts and doublets throughout.
Overall, the maps were constructed very well, and I would not be surprised to see this map being used as a common pick in future tournaments to come
We make the choices, and united we decided that Unmei Muma’s United deserves a spot in this month’s spotlight!
Wait, this sounds familiar. With more difficult, longer patterns and more drastic slider velocity changes than last month's United map, we have another approach at mapping this song.
The huge variety of patterns in this map will surely keep you on your toes, and it's just getting harder towards the end! Hopefully you'll enjoy this map as much as we did.
osu!catch
We really liked how the Rain is executed in this set with only using the best suited beats from the music. The Platter meanwhile could have been a little bit easier but it is still not on the usual level which feels good to play. All in all, this set should be a followable example for anyone who wants to make a good and suitable set for every level.
For their first ranked map, this is of impressive quality in terms of flow and song interpretation. The movements feel as if they're following the song and it's entertaining to play. Mapping like this shows what we should look forward to from new mappers. Good job.
osu!mania
Cool songs always produce a cool chart. Here comes an extreme 7-Key mapset by Garalulu, with guest appearances from Wonki.
Charted in a way that draws out the harmony between the music and the patterns themselves, this map truly is something special. An excellent example of well-designed difficulty spread, this set's pattern density slowly grows greater as you progress, starting out straightforward early on and moving up with the heavier chords and long notes at later difficulty levels to truly test your skill.
Well patterned to match the intensity of the track, the construction of the chart really brought out the best in the music. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed!
And that just about covers the Spotlights for April. We hope you enjoy the new template graphics for each chart, and we hope you look forward to what we have in store next month as well!

osu!weekly #89
It’s the season of the best. The best of 2016 is live, players are voting for the best players of the year. Maybe after this, we should hold a best weekly of 2016. That only seems fair, doesn’t it?
Previous Next
Weekly news
The third Aspire mapping contest has started. This time around, we’ll be using The Solace of Oblivion, one of Helblinde’s tracks from this new album, Ephemerality. The contest will run for 32 days which should give people more than enough time to create some wonderous eye candy for this almost 6 minute beast of a song.
Our new year gifts don’t stop there though with though, as the best of 2016 voting is now finally live! For those new to osu!, at the start of the year, we hold a vote where you - the players get to vote for what you think were the best maps of the year.
ztrot and myself (deadbeat) have released another new osu!talk. This time around, we got to talk to two time OWC winner, Toy. So if you’ve ever been interested in learning a bit more about him (or where his name came from), now’s your chance!
youtube
We have some new additions to the BNG this week. Give a warm welcome to the following users: * Bakari * Battle * F D Flourite * Garden * Nao Tomori * Naxess
We also have 2 returning members to the GMT. ToGlette and Atrue are now back in green and ready to lay down some smack down.
osu! players have long since admired the nono keyboards, but what about extending that to other game modes? Surely osu!mania could also benefit greatly from something similar? Well you’re not the only one to think so. LastExceed has created something similar to the infamous nono keyboards, but with mania more in mind. Could we be seeing more of this in the future?
The guys over at #modhelp have decided to host another modhelp mapping contest. Contestants will have 48 hours to create and submit a single difficulty. Winners will receive 6/4/2 months of supporter with first place also receiving a fancy profile badge. The contest will start on the 28th, so be sure to check out the thread for all the information.
The Community Mentorship program has started preparing for round three. Hosted by Yuii- and Okorin, the program is scouting for mappers motivated enough to take on a beginner mapper to show them the way into the mapping community. The applications are open until the 5th of February so if you are mapping osu! and are interested in this idea, give this thread a read.
handsome has gone out of his way to dig up some neat stats and records regarding mapping during 2016. For example, did you know that there were 481 mappers in 2016, 153 of which were new?
Scorewatch: January Week 3 (with Scorewatch Patrol)
Vaxei just can’t stop choking can he? He managed to set an impressive choke on Izumi Akazawa (CV. Madoka Yonezawa) - Responsibility Response on the Slayed’s Answer difficulty with a 98.08% 2 miss 632pp play. This play, however, is at 303BPM with the DT mod slapped on, forcing him into situations where he singletaps at 303BPM! What can this kid not do?
youtube
Cookiezi went a step further beyond the boundaries of insanity and HDDT FCed M2U feat. Guriri - Magnolia on AngelHoney’s ExtrA with a 97.92% 454pp play. Watch out at 0:54 where it all goes down the drain, Cookiezi manages to FC all the sliders despite dropping some sliderends which is an incredible feat regardless. Take a gander at this amazing score.
youtube
Chiyoko - Baby Fantastic!(Epsilon Remix) is a 5:34 6.37* marathon map for taiko. So what happens when the global No. 1 decides to try this map with HDDT? Well, he FCs it of course. _yu68 shows that he can still hit those drums to the beat with a 99.57% 633pp play. This is nothing short of breathtaking for this Japanese player.
youtube
WindyS has been going on a DT mania run himself too, clinching an amazing 3rd place on the DT leaderboards for orangentle / Yu_Asahina - HAELEQUIN (Extended ver.) on Jinjin’s 7K difficulty. This places the song at a staggering 258BPM. This play is also, apparently, worth 1629pp. I don’t know if that amount of pp equates to the speed seen in this video, how about you judge it yourself!

osu!mania 7K World Cup Week 2: As we Wave goodbye
The quarter finals got off to a solid start with convincing 5-0 win for South Korea in their match against Thailand. South Korea left the group stage having only conceded one point and are looking to make sure it stays that way. With an average accuracy of 99.67%, South Korea are looking just as strong as ever.
We’ve already seen one 5-0 win, but did we see any more? Yes, yes we did. In the second match, we saw another convincing 5-0, this time between China and France. While France did put up a strong fight with some rather close scores on Sora no Senritsu and Hyori Ittai, it just wasn’t enough to calm the Chinese storm.
Chile and Indonesia took to the stage next, with many hoping that this would be the match to break the 5-0 streak. To everyone’s relief, we saw not a 5-0, but a 5-2 in favor of Indonesia. Chile did put up a valiant effort, having the highest scoring player in 4 of the 7 maps.
Our last match of the day was between the United States and the Philippines. While the United States was the favorite going into the match, and managed to snag a few points on both Pink Gold and X-D-A-T, it wasn’t enough as the Philippines surged ahead to a well deserved 5-2 win.
With all the mapping contests, MWC and voting out and about, it sounds like you’ll all be busy for a while. However, If you have any suggestions for what you would like to see in the weekly (and have some spare time), feel free to drop by the osu!dev discord and directly highlight Nyquill or myself (deadbeat) in the #osu-weekly channel. Alternatively, you can also e-mail as usual at [email protected].
See you next week!
