Mercedes deserves to have a Hamlet moment
#modern au where garreg mach is doing a production of hamlet#and mercedes is cast as ophelia bc Of Course She Is! she's just like ophelia!#beautiful. pure. not too smart but oh so sweet! (/critical of that interpretation of ophelia)#but then the actor playing hamlet (let's say dimitri) breaks their leg and Mercedes has to go on as hamlet#and she just connects SO MUCH with the dialogue and character. the grief the anger the self disgust etc#and absolutely kills it in the role#mercedes doing the You cannot upon me scene. chills#mercedes von martritz#mercedes posting#the transformative experience of acting blah blah blah
