How would the inquisition react if Cole and the inquisitor went out for a day in the city and proceeded to get kicked out of every establishment?
(Note: No Cole reaction because he’s involved)
Cassandra: Exasperation, if she’d heard of it second hand. There’d be a big lecture incoming, you can count on that. If she actually sees them, though, she’ll be dragging them both out by their ears. “What in the Maker’s name do you think you’re doing? Ugh, we’re leaving. Now. Yes, Cole, yes I am angry, in fact.”
Sera: Loves it. Regrets not being there and feels a bit left out but compensates by living vicariously through Inky’s retelling. Surprisingly okay with Cole’s involvement, but Inky suspects she might just be ignoring his presence in the story. “Hahahaha, wicked. What’d you do that was so bad, hey? No wait; gonna guess. Bees? It was bees, wasn't it? AHA, knew it!”
Blackwall: A bit exasperated, but understands that sometimes people do just need to let go...even if that includes getting kicked out of places. Maker knows it’s happened to him. He is a bit confused about why Cole was there and why he went along with it. “Now, Cole...you didn’t get any ideas from anyone, did you? Maybe Sera...or Varric, or...Maker, you didn’t get them from me, did you?”
Iron Bull: Had spotted The Inquisitor and Cole leaving for the city, and had realised from the look on their leader’s face that something mischievous was afoot. He’d shrugged and let them be; everyone needed to cut loose sometimes, even Cole he supposed. He still acts surprised when they bring back the story of their shenanigans. “Haha, you did what? I didn’t know you had it in you, Cole!”
Varric: Listened to the Inquisitor’s story eagerly, and encouraged Cole to make his own comments. Finds the whole thing hilarious though. “Getting kicked out? That’s when you know you’ve had a good time. But word of advice? Avoid Cassandra; she’s going to want your heads.”
Dorian: Applauds the Inquisitor and Cole for their misadventures. Rather impressed, if somewhat confused about why Cole would be willing to cause a bit of trouble for people. Also a little bit worried about how this might reflect on the Inquisitor, but won’t show it. “Oh, bravo. Somehow you’ve managed to cause more of a stir than my presence in the South does. Whatever is your secret? And tainting Cole’s innocence with you? Tsk, tsk, indeed!”
Solas: Not particularly happy. Not entirely because of the misadventure itself (though, he is exasperated about that because he knows how fragile a public appearance is), but because of Cole’s involvement. “This is against his nature as a spirit, Inquisitor. I implore you to be more careful of your action in the future; never forget that Cole is not human and to treat him as such is to be reckless with his well-being.”
Vivienne: Is very concerned. She has survived the Great Game of Orlais; she knows the importance of appearance and this could be majorly damaging to the Inquisitor should it be discovered. She goes right into damage control and tries to squash this scandal before it reaches anyone outside of the Inquisition. When she speaks with the Inquisitor, however, she will be polite, but distant enough to convey her disapproval. “I imagine you had your fun, dear, but do be more considerate in the future. You no longer represent yourself alone, but the entire Inquisition. There are appearances we all must maintain.”
Josephine: Is straight into damage control mode the moment she hears of this. She rushes to letter every noble she knows that might have a chance of hearing about the scandal, and promptly reminds them politely, but firmly, of the Inquisition’s standing and power. She also rushes to the Inquisitor to scold them, and tries to do the same with Cole...if only she could find him! “How could you have been so wild, Inquisitor? This is our reputation at stake! Oh, the favours I will have to call in to avoid this leaking out...oh, Maker, what if the Empress heard of this?”
Cullen: Is a bit concerned about the state of their reputation, but ultimately shrugs it off. They’ve recovered from worse than this, after all, and people surely wouldn’t disregard them over a bit of wild behaviour after everything done...would they? He’s a bit out of his element, and is even more confused and uncomfortable when he learns of Cole’s involvement, but he tries to hide it. “I...hope you got that out of your system. Hm? No, there’ll be no lecture from me. If you were under my command, it’d be a much different story, but...I don’t control you; you’ll make your own decision. The Maker can only hope they’re the right ones.”
Leliana: Goes into her own damage control mode. While Josie sends the messages of sweet words and veiled threats, Leliana sends the warnings; firmly reminding people of their position with messages of ‘look at all this wonderful dirt we have on you!’ But as for the Inquisitor; she will be a bit irritated about the mess the scandal causes, but ultimately is forgiving. Everyone makes mistakes, and she thinks the Inquisitor has and will do more than enough to earn a few scandals here and there. “That was a very interesting choice of bonding with Cole, don’t you agree? Oh, I’m not disapproving; I know what it’s like, my former companions did the same thing once or twice. Besides, every great leader needs a greater scandal, no?”

How about companions reacting to the Inquisitor falling asleep while talking with them?
Cassandra: Trails off when she realises the Inquisitor hasn’t been responding for a while, and when she sees them sleeping she gives a quiet huff. “I wasn’t that boring, was I?” But nevertheless, she leaves them be; they probably needed the rest.
Blackwall: Chuckles as he realises they’ve fallen asleep mid-conversation. He makes sure to shrug a blanket over them and keep the fire warm for them while he goes back to tinkering with his latest wood project. “Get your rest, Inquisitor, we can speak later.”
Iron Bull: Had noticed the Inquisitor steadily getting quieter as they spoke. “Hey-uh, boss? You look like you need to sleep for a bit.” When the Inquisitor denies this, he shrugs and continues their talk. Inevitably, they fall asleep, and Bull makes sure they’re nice and comfy on their chair and keeps an eye out so nobody tries to mess with them while they’re weak (”Because it’s not fair, Sera.”)
Varric: Was in the middle of his story when he noticed the Inquisitor was asleep. “Seems our gracious leader thinks I need to work on my storytelling skills!” He makes sure they’re nice and warm by the fire and keeps them company while he scribbles down little notes and ideas.
Sera: Oh no. The Inquisitor has fallen asleep. It would be awfully unfortunate if something were to...happen to them. Sera’s favourite idea is putting cream on their hand and tickling their face so they’ll get cream all over themselves! “AHAHA, grand! Teaches you to keep up when you’re with me, yeah? Or maybe it doesn’t. Doesn’t matter, you’ve got cream on your mug!”
Cole: He was sensing that they were falling asleep, but he doesn’t stop because they don’t want him to. But he knows they want to be comfortable, so he goes and retrieves some blankets and pillows. “Soft, warm, a cloud for dreams, you can be comfortable and sleep and dream. Good night.”
Dorian: Mildly indignant when he realises the Inquisitor has fallen asleep. “Oh, come now, I’m not that dull, surely!” But he nevertheless settles them into his- yes, his!- comfortable chair and makes sure they’re warm enough.
Vivienne: When she realises, she raises an eyebrow in amusement. “It’s a good thing you’re not in Orlais, darling; the Vicomte de Melun was banished from the annual soiree of the  Comtesse d'Arnee for this very...crime.” She chuckles and drapes a soft blanket over the Inquisitor.
Solas: He had been wrapped up in the conversation, but when the Inquisitor stops responding, he turns back to them to realise they’d fallen asleep. He sighs and rubs at his temple. “I...have been known to have this effect on people.” He makes the Inquisitor comfortable on one of the nearby chaises and continues with his work in silence.

Could you guys do headcanons for companions and advisers sharing a bed, platonicly, with the Inquisitor? Like they got drunk together and just passed out while talking or there weren't enough beds and the Inquisitor wouldn't accept them sleeping on the floor
Cassandra: Sleeps on the side of the bed closest to the door, even if drunk, to subconsciously make sure she’s always guarding the Inquisitor. Huffs when the Inquisitor teases her about how close they are, and shoves them none-too-gently away. “Stop being foolish and go to sleep.”
Sera: Smooches right up next to the Inquisitor with a grin, and is a total cover-hog. The Inquisitor will wake up at about 3am to a fit of giggles as Sera tugs more and more of the covers over towards her and wraps herself in a small burrito. Before going back to sleep, she will mutter, “I’m gonna be a butterfly,” and snuggle deeper into her cocoon. The Inquisitor will have to find their way into the cocoon or just accept defeat.
Varric: He will allow the Inquisitor to use his chest as a pillow…once they’ve paid him for his services in the good ale…or have beaten him at Wicked Grace. As they go to sleep, he can almost close his eyes and imagine he’s back in the Hanged Man after a night of cards with friends, and the snoring weight on his chest is his old friend.
Iron Bull: Like Cassandra, he will likely make sure he’s between the door and the Inquisitor- though he absolutely knows what he’s doing. Will probably try to sneak a tickle attack at some stage, usually if the Inquisitor has complained that he’s too warm or he’s taking up too much of the covers.
Vivienne: Will probably draw the Inquisitor into a cuddle sometime in the night, and will be embarrassed about in the morning- but she will not show it, no she is definitely not blushing she is perfectly composed, thank you. She will also let the Inquisitor experience the privilege of Orlesian silk sheets and blankets, and will recommend the best merchants for them when the Inquisitor falls in love with them.
Blackwall: Very prim and proper, wants to make sure the Inquisitor feels comfortable. If he accidentally brushes against them, he will apologise immediately, and ask again if the Inquisitor is quite sure they don’t want him to sleep on the floor. Despite this, he is an absolute teddy bear to cuddle up to when he loosens up a bit.
Dorian: He considers it a great little party and will probably sneak in some treats like he used to with his friends back home when they stayed over. Will likely rest his head on the Inquisitor’s shoulder and snooze there, and if he wakes to find that he’s drooled on them, he will be absolutely mortified.
Cole: He will be so happy to sleep in the same bed, though he won’t remove his hat, but he reassures the Inquisitor that it doesn’t bother him. He wiggles his feet from his excitement during the night, knowing the Inquisitor is content to have him there with them, and that they consider him ‘snuggly’. “Warm, soft, safety, I’m so happy you feel safe with me!”
Solas: Will be distant and insist on sleeping on the other side of the bed, and the Inquisitor chalks this up to Solas being Solas initially, but overnight they discover Solas’ greatest shame: he cannot stay still during his sleep. Legs go flying, injuries are made and come morning Solas is sprawled over half of the bed and he’s managed to mysteriously tear the hem of his shirt. His ears are bright red as he heals whatever injuries he accidentally caused the Inquisitor.
Cullen: Similar to Blackwall, he is very proper and blushes and stammers out an apology if he ever happens to brush against the Inquisitor. To his amusement, however, he will grant the Inquisitor’s request to use his fur mantle as a pillow.
Leliana: She will set up the most comfortable arrangement of the pillows and blankets as she can manage and snuggles in next to the Inquisitor. If the Inquisitor asks nicely, she might whisper a little story or lullaby to them.
Josephine: A complete teddy bear and snuggle bug. Will wriggle up to the Inquisitor and puff up all the pillows for the best comfort. She’s also unfortunately that one person that doesn’t shut up when you need to sleep. Just when the Inquisitor is about to fall asleep, Josephine talks. “What do you think birds think about?” “Josephine, no.”

DAI companions react to a Solas dumped, Elven female Inquisitor hooking up with Fenris (assuming Hawke brought Fenris with him to Skyhold and is non-romanced by Hawke or Isabella).
Cassandra: Is fine with it. She has read the Tale of the Champion (many times, though she will vehemently deny this to anyone) and thus knows that Fenris would be a good match for the Inquisitor. “I am glad to see you happy and I wish you both the best.”
Varric: Introduced them after a respectable amount of time had passed from the Solas Incident. And well...if said introduction just happened to have taken place a little too close to the rotunda...Pure coincidence, of course. When Cole asks how he knew they would be happy, he says, “Ah, they suit each other. Broody put a smile on their face for the first time in weeks and they make Broody...a little less broody.”
Iron Bull: He gets along well enough with Fenris, and notices how much his demeanour changes whenever he catches sight of the Inquisitor. From the very first meeting, he notices Fenris’ eyes lingering just a little bit too long on their leader and chuckles to himself. Maybe getting over Solas won’t be so difficult for them, after all.
Sera: Ugh, another elf...but at least he’s not too elfy. She likes that he doesn’t ask too many questions about her like everyone else. He doesn’t ask what she’s doing when he overhears her cataloging the feel and texture of each material in the room, and she doesn’t ask when she sees him brushing his feet back and forth against the stone steps in Skyhold’s garden. And hey, he makes Inky happy so that’s good!
Blackwall: Thinks the two are a great pair. He bonded well with Fenris quickly; the two frequently sharing drinks and cards with Varric and few others. He and Fenris have also taken to sparring during the late nights when neither can sleep (though they are quite ashamed come morning to hear the complaints of the people they woke up). Blackwall offers his congratulations and thinks they’ll have a happy relationship.
Vivienne: Is happy that the Inquisitor has been able to move on. And to such a nice alternative to the last man...though she doesn’t say that, of course. It is a bit of a pity, though, as she’d been so eager to introduce the Inquisitor to the darling nephew of the Duchess Nicole de Val Montaigne. But nevertheless, she wishes the pair all the good fortune.
Cole: Is very happy. When he first met Hawke and the elf warrior he was curious enough of him, but was disappointed to see there was little he could do to ease his pain. But when he saw the elf meeting the Inquisitor, he could feel the perfect chance coming along. “Bright; a balm, gentle and soft, yes, good. They need it too! Broken, wasn’t I good enough, will I ever be good enough? This is good! You can help each other’s hurts!”
Dorian: Is supportive of the two, though he has had little to do with Fenris since his arrival. Varric had slipped him a message letting him know he may not be received too kindly, so Dorian had tried to stay out of his way to reduce the chances of triggering any unpleasant memories. They have met on a few occasions and the conversations were understandably terse, but cordial enough. And when Dorian wishes the two the best of luck, he adds in a sentence in Tevene, which Fenris answers with a nod of his head. They’re making progress, he thinks.
Solas: He’s no fool; he knew by forsaking them, he was ultimately pushing them into another’s arms. The knowledge doesn’t make it any less painful.

Modern AU Ask Cont.
DA2:
Aveline: Captain of the football team. Is notorious for being lovely and kind in person, until being faced on the field. Then nobody wants to get in her way. If she sees someone getting picked on, she rushes to the rescue. Will probably fight a bully, damn the consequences. She has a bit of a reputation for patrolling the school halls with some members of the football team as back up muscle, and keeping watch for any bullying that may be happening.
Tumblr media
Fenris: Tried out for a few sports teams, but didn’t really like them. He sat alone during lunches for a while, and pushed away a lot of possible friends, until Hawke and Varric plopped down next to him and absolutely refused to budge. From there, he had lots of friends, and his social skills had a lot of development. His favourite subjects is his language classes, in which he is top of the class. He had some reading difficulties for a while due to a learning disability, but he worked overtime to make up for it, and he refuses to let it lower his grades.
Tumblr media
Varric: Elected the class representative nearly every year, and he really takes it in his stride. He wasn’t the sort to think that leadership would be his thing, but he is surprisingly good at it. The first day of high school, he was sat next to Hawke, and the trouble began. He’s kind of known for always having great stories, and a lot of people like to be around him just for the chance of seeing one of his outlandish stories happen in person. He also seems to just know everyone, even if they’ve never spoken to him before. It’s a bit unnerving really, but Varric just shrugs it off when asked and says, “Come on, I have my connections.”
Tumblr media
Isabela: Knows everybody. Random new girl? Isabela will know everything from her birthmarks to her favourite ice cream in five minutes tops. Isabela is basically inseparable from Merrill, who Bela took under her wing the moment Merrill first arrived at the school. The two have weekly coffee dates, and will usually invite a few friends with them. Bela is okay at her subjects, but doesn’t really want to apply herself more, as her classes rarely interest her. She doesn’t mind languages and music as much, though.
Tumblr media
Merrill: Tried to play hockey once, but stopped when she was knocked hard to the ground and got a concussion. Not an experience she wants to have on a weekly basis, thanks. As a previous ‘new student in a foreign environment’, she makes an effort to make every new student to the high school feel welcome and safe. She’s been elected class representative her last few years, as people have found that she’s a very good leader. The school building now has maps on display so that new students (or all students really) never have to worry about getting lost in the massive school building.
Tumblr media
Sebastian: Moves to the school and somehow manages to have people flock to him in droves. A reformed play-boy, his past escapades at his old school is the subject of much gossip and interest, though Seb is an open book about these things. Varric resents him a little because his class narrowly vote Seb in as the class representative, but Varric moves on from this and two make an efficient pair. Seb loves his religion studies class and history, and people swoon over his singing in music.
Tumblr media
Carver: Initially, he just tried out for the football team because he knew Hawke hated it, but after playing a few games, Carver comes to find he really enjoys the sport. He also really loves the teamship aspect, and quickly bonds with his new teammates. He starts to come out of his shell a bit more, as it were, and with a group of friends that aren’t comparing him to his older sibling, he begins to feel a lot more confident in himself. He’s okay at maths, but algebra frustrates him. He does enjoy science, and actually goes quite well at it. His scientific reports are very detailed and get a lot of praise from his teachers, which always makes him feel very proud if a bit embarrassed.
Tumblr media
Bethany: Her first friends in high school were Merrill and Bela, who decided they would take Hawke’s sister under their wing. Beth was kind and polite, but she struggled making deeper connections. She ends up developing quite a close friendship with Anders, as the two seem to just click. She saves him a lot of the time if he misses a very important point in a class he’s skipped on, and lets him borrow her notes when it’s closer to exam time. Anders shows her some of his best hiding spots (which she is sworn to secrecy to) and the two spend most of their lunchtimes in the empty dance studio chatting away happily. Through these chats, Beth discovers Anders’ infatuation with cats- particularly a certain Ser-Pounce-a-lot- and she loves to poke fun at him with this information. Beth is a great student, though she slacks a little bit in history because she finds it so boring sometimes.
Tumblr media
DAI:
Cassandra: Vice captain of the football team. She originally had no plans to join any team sport, but then she happened to see Aveline patrolling the halls one day...and she was gone. She admires Aveline and hopes to one day be just like her. She’s highly driven when it comes to her grades, but is always willing to help anyone who’s struggling. Her tutoring methods may come across as a bit brusque and harsh, but she truly does just want to help.
Tumblr media
Blackwall: Tried a few team sports but wasn’t particularly good at them. To save himself some embarrassment, he thought it would be best if he just avoided the other team sports. He doesn’t mind field events at the school carnivals though, as he knows he can throw a discus pretty far. His grades are average, but he really enjoys art because it lets him tinker around with woodworking. His pieces get quite a lot of attention, which embarrasses him a bit. He will usually keep Sera, Bull and his group company, though he doesn’t really say too much. If he has a few drinks at a party however, his filter is off and people see the real Blackwall, who his friends have jokingly nicknamed “Rainer” for the one time he threw a jug of flavoured punch at some asshole.
Tumblr media
Sera: Struggles at times with her classes, particularly if they’re not engaging to her. She is easily side-tracked, but her brilliant mind is able to let her harness her ability in other ways. She excels in science, and has such a vivid interest in it that the teacher sheds a proud tear. Usually sticks around Blackwall, as the two effortlessly bounce off each other’s wit. Sera’s has about five different trains of thought going on in one moment, and Blackwall never tries to limit her to just one. Even if he loses what they’re talking about, he will always find his way back, and that’s fine with both of them.
Tumblr media
Iron Bull: Iron Bull does play team sports here and there, and they are a great way to vent his aggression, but he has a fantastic mind. He usually surprises people when he rolls in the top marks from nearly every class. He is the dark horse for the dux of the school. He has his group of pals, the Chargers, and they’re always a buzz of joy at the school oval. Everyone wants them at their parties- they are the party.
Tumblr media
Vivienne: Similar to Merrill and Isabela, Vivienne will make it her business to know everything about everyone as soon as possible. Is going to be the future leader of the country one day and everyone knows it. Her academic drive is envied by most students, but Viv has established a weekly study group with an open invitation to anyone who wishes to come along so that she can help her peers if need be.
Tumblr media
Dorian: History and science are his favourite subjects- though he does like to dabble in literature too. His father wants him to get into a good university (his father’s Alma Mater, no doubt), so he has always been raised to strive for good grades. Met Vivienne when they were very young and they work well together, despite her initial begrudging him of his ‘family legacy’ that he would rarely shut up about as a child.
Tumblr media
Solas: Transferred from some posh school, but whenever asked, he merely says “You wouldn’t have heard of it”. Has an air of arrogance about him and a knowing smirk in class that quickly gets wiped off the moment Vivienne beats him to an answer. Sera loves to rile him up, and constantly teases him about his elitist attitude- which he vehemently denies and curses at her in old Elvhen. The only time he seems to drop any sort of arrogance is in the art room, where he loves to sit and paint large frescoes that will likely be moved to the canteen or hallways by the teachers when finished.
Tumblr media
Cole: A quiet boy who never quite says the ‘right’ thing, and was shunned initially by other students. Then Iron Bull took him under his wing and now he has a group of lifelong friends. Sera, whilst initially wary of him, soon realises that he can keep up with her conversations effortlessly and thus whenever she needs to stim this way, she always knows he will listen to her. He loves music class and loves to tinker away on the piano or grab a guitar and strum out a few chords- whatever sounds right to him.
Tumblr media
Cullen: Plays football, and loves the teamship aspect of it. He was once promoted to vice captain, but he didnt like it so he stepped down. He goes well in his religion studies, but struggles with science sometimes- his reports are always a bit lack-luster because he finds them so tedious to write. Sits with his football teammates during breaktimes, and gets along well with Carver- especially once Cullen admits that Hawke irritates him sometimes in class.
Tumblr media
Josephine: Social butterfly. Goes from one group to another without batting an eye. One time, she even managed to get the lacrosse team and the football team to sit together with zero arguments breaking out. Everyone who wants to run for year representative wants her on their campaign team because they know she will get a large majority of the year group swayed. She loves to spend time with Isabela and Merrill, and often joins them on their coffee dates.

Modern high school au, what would the companions for all the games be as students? Advisors for inquisition too plz
DAO
Alistair: He’d be a part of the school’s lacrosse team. He tried football, but he didn’t like it. The football coach desperately wants him back on the team, but Alistair has found his calling in lacrosse. Socially, he’s well-liked, as he can somehow make every situation into a joke, though this does get him in trouble sometimes with teachers.
Tumblr media
Leliana: The quiet student who shines in the music room. She’ll spend most lunches there, strumming away at a guitar or tinkering on a piano. She transferred to the school and never really made an effort to get to know people, but she prefers it this way. Most people forget she’s there sometimes, which definitely is an advantage. When the school bully tries to target her, she reveals that she knows quite a bit of information about them…information that would be awfully embarrassing should someone share it. Leliana is never targeted again.
Tumblr media
Zevran: Zevran seems to float around every social group. From the nerds to the jocks, everyone just knows Zevran. His classmates try to make him go for the year group’s representative (president, prefect etc) but Zevran doesn’t want to. He prefers his ability to just…meld into the crowd. He gets in trouble in Sex Ed, as he is frustrated with the teacher’s immaturity when it comes to women, and ends up just walking up to the board and speaking freely about the female body, talking about proper genital hygiene particularly during periods. The teacher is red in the face by the time Zevran finally listens to his order to wait outside the classroom.
Tumblr media
Morrigan: Home-schooled for much of her life, Morrigan struggles with the social aspect of school. She tries to hide this through harsh words and scowls, but somehow, she does manage to attract a few friends. One day, Merrill and Isabela just sit down next to her and despite Morrigan’s insistence that they leave, she eventually gives up and starts a begrudging companionship with them. Through them, she makes a few more acquaintances (she refuses to call them friends). Her favourite class is history, and she loves to find obscure primary sources to use in essays. Worst class is gym- she skips every time. She’s very competitive with her grades, and if someone even seems like they’re going to be competition, Morrigan will start to work on destroying them.
Tumblr media
Oghren: Football is fun, if only because he can basically attack other people. It’s a great way for him to let out his aggression. He did try lacrosse once because Alistair convinced him it was a fun game, but Oghren hated having to hold a stick, and ended up breaking his in frustration before the game was done. His grades are okay, but they’re not his main focus.
Tumblr media
Sten: Captain of the lacrosse team. Never attends any parties. Not very social but is somehow just leadership material. The other members of the Qun who attend the same school look to him for guidance. He is a devoted student and manages to average an A in most subjects. Despite his commitment to languages and philosophy, his favourite is art.
Tumblr media
Wynne: As a student, Wynne asks many, many questions. Usually completely obscure, left-field questions, designed to test out the full extent of one’s knowledge of a subject. Most of the time, she actually knows the answers perfectly well, and she is just trying to test the teacher. If they slip up, Wynne tends to purse her lips, and just give them a thin smile. It’s a special, trademark Wynne style of torture, though she does seem to target the teachers who are particularly arrogant and harsh…
Tumblr media
Shale: Is disqualified from the football team. And the basketball team. And every sports team. They love watching in some sort of twisted amusement as the coaches try to explain exactly why they aren’t allowed to play the game. No matter, Shale is content playing no sport- they would crush the other players into tiny pieces. It’s a mercy for them. Shale has little interest in most subjects, but finds a particular fascination with history, to everyone’s surprise. Sometimes Shale will sit with Sten and his qunari posse during breaks, but if they become wearisome, Shale will be perfectly happy to sit on their own. Someone always manages to interrupt though, whether it be a curious Solas, or a talkative Varric. Shale can’t catch a break.
Tumblr media
Loghain: He wanted to keep his head down in school and just get through it unseen by everyone. He really did. He was harshly bullied in his younger years by some of the Orlesian students, and he never really has gotten over it. He just wanted to stay in the background until the frustrating years of school were over. But then Maric just had to interfere, didn’t he? He took a shining to Loghain when they were paired up for a lab project once, and despite Loghain’s attempts, Maric just wouldn’t leave it alone. He dragged him along with him to his lacrosse training, and when there was an open position on the team, coerced Loghain to join in. Begrudgingly, Loghain enjoyed it. A lot. His favourite subjects were art and history- he found something about the past just so fascinating to study. It also helped that he sat next to Maric in both of those classes…
Tumblr media
Dog: A certified helper dog. A very good boy.
Tumblr media
Awakening:
Mhairi: Vice captain of the hockey team, though she was captain the previous year, but she didn’t like it that much. She much prefers to advise from the side than do the leading herself. She works hard in school, but sometimes struggles to pick things up if she isn’t 100% invested in the subject. She has a small group of friends, and will sometimes join them at parties as their designated driver, but she’s also very much comfortable with her own company too.
Tumblr media
Anders: Somehow manages to pass every class despite hating school. He’s forced to go to, but he’ll skip his classes. The school has officially designated a particular office worker named Gregoir to track Anders down at the start of each class. Usually Anders will be hiding somewhere on the grounds, and if he manages to be dragged to class, he’ll sit there with a pout on his face and complain about what an injustice this is. He is a good student when he actually applies himself, but he just doesn’t think that a student’s merit should be determined by how well they do in tests, and he thinks the school environment is a toxic place. He will viciously needle a teacher if they make a student feel bad, and is quite well-liked by his peers. Kind of an outrageous flirt, but nobody really knows if he’s ever had a proper significant other.

Nathaniel: Plays lacrosse with Alistair, much to the disappointment of his father, who hates the game. He tried other sports, but he really enjoyed lacrosse, and Alistair convinced him that he should play what he wants to, not what his father wants him to. He is an average student, but he really excels in English and History. He has a few close friends from the lacrosse team and some from his classes, but gets along perfectly fine with most people. He is convinced to go for class representative by his friends, and to his surprise he is elected. His father was proud of him, until he found out that Tommy had been made captain of the football team and he was brushed aside. His father rarely comes to a lacrosse match, though Delilah and Tommy attend every single one. Nate tries not to let it hurt when his father goes to every football match of Tommy’s.

Velanna: Leads the debate team, and is the class’ pick for “Most likely to rule the world one day.” She’s an excellent student, and loves history and philosophy. She takes a religion studies class, but drops out immediately upon seeing that apparently ‘religion studies’ actually only means ‘Andrastian’. She reprimands the board of education- this one small student girl staring down a group of majorly white human men- and manages to get the name of the class changed.

Sigrun: Plays hockey, but isn’t really that invested in the game itself. She just likes the camaraderie of a team working together. She hates maths, but loves science and creative writing. Is very sociable and gets along well with most people. She loves chatting with Merrill and Isabela, as the two just make her giggle a lot. She spends her afternoons in the library, reading whatever she can get her hands on.
Tumblr media
Justice: Doesn’t play a sport, as he doesn’t see the point. This is to the misery of the team coaches, who have on multiple occasions tried to recruit him. He does very well in gym class, and is good long distance track runner. He usually takes home many of the school carnival medals. He loves science and English, and usually excels in them. He doesn’t really bother with making friends, it’s inconsequential to him.

Art is literally hell. Spend months on a canvas only to finish it, stare at it for a good five minutes, and then force yourself to put it away before you destroy it because it is not at all what you'd hoped it'd be. Yeah I'm salty, bite me.

Pardon me, but if you insist…

Tumblr media
Oh, I have met many beautiful people over the centuries, and I have never counted myself among them…but I thank you, nonetheless.
Tumblr media
You should count yourself among them, you are beautiful.

You’re in a very complimentary mood, Geralt. What have you been drinking?
