I provvedimenti, emanati su informativa della Stazione Carabinieri di Castignano (AP), si riferiscono a fatti occorsi nel tardo pomeriggio del 14 giugno u.s., nei pressi di uno dei bar più frequentati della frazione di Ripaberarda di Castignano (AP), in tale occasione avvenivano gravi disordini che si concretizzavano in una rissa con una dipendente del bar. Per i 2 giovani destinatari dei citati provvedimenti, oltre alle conseguenze penali del loro comportamento, è scattato il “Daspo Urbano”. I provvedimenti sono stati adottati dal Questore di Ascoli Piceno, Vincenzo Massimo Modeo, per complessivi 12 mesi. Nel periodo di valenza dei citati provvedimenti, i giovani non potranno accedere o stazionare nelle immediate vicinanze degli esercizi pubblici ubicati nella zona della Frazione di Ripaberarda e nel centro storico di Castignano dalle ore 18:00 alle ore 06:00 di ogni giorno. La violazione a tale divieto (D.A.C.Ur.), è punita con la reclusione da sei mesi a due anni e con la multa da 8.000 a 20.000 euro. Come noto, Il Daspo Urbano (D.A.C.Ur.) è stato introdotto dall’art. 13-bis commi 1, 1-bis e 1-ter del D.L. 20 febbraio 2017 n. 14 conv. con mod. in L. 18 aprile 2017 n. 48, modificato dall’art. 11 del D. L. 21 ottobre 2020 n.130 conv. con mod. in L. 18 dicembre 2020 n.173, ed è una misura di prevenzione: “Nei confronti delle persone denunciate negli ultimi tre anni per reati commessi in occasione di gravi disordini avvenuti in pubblici esercizi o in locali di pubblico trattenimento ovvero nelle immediate vicinanze degli stessi, o per delitti non colposi contro la persona o il patrimonio ovvero aggravati ai sensi dell’articolo 604-ter del codice penale, qualora dalla condotta possa derivare un pericolo per la sicurezza, il Questore può disporre il divieto di accesso a pubblici esercizi o locali di pubblico trattenimento specificamente individuati in ragione dei luoghi in cui sono stati commessi i predetti reati ovvero delle persone con le quali l’interessato si associa, specificamente indicati. “1-ter. La nona settimana: Det første “rissa” 

Mandag morgen stod vi tidligt op, og efter at have sagt farvel til Spoleto vendte vi snuderne mod Perugia. På vejen gjorde vi dog holdt ved et supermarked, hvor min far og jeg gik på jagt efter pølse og ost. Derefter tog vi hen til en meget lille restaurant, hvor vi blandt andet fik en pastaret og “torta al testo”, som er et klassisk trekantsformet brød fra Umbrien. Faktisk var restauranten så lille, at kokken også var tjener, hvilket alligevel var en førstegangsoplevelse. Desværre kunne min familie jo ikke blive for evigt, og efter et tårevædet farvel kæmpede jeg mig tilbage til Via del Verzaro med alt mit vintertøj, som mine forældre havde haft med i kufferten til mig. 

Tirsdag blev jeg interviewet af Julie, som er en fransk kvinde fra mit sproghold. Hun var nemlig i gang med at skrive en bog om forskellige madkulturer, og hun havde spurgt mig, om jeg havde lyst til at komme med et bidrag fra Danmark, hvilket jeg selvfølgelig ikke kunne takke nej til. Tirsdag aften mødtes jeg med de andre fra gruppen, hvor vi drak resterne af et par flasker vin fra en tidligere aften. Derefter tog vi hen til den café, hvor den svenske pige Anna havde fået arbejde. Selvom det var mod al fornuft og italiensk skik bestilte jeg alligevel en kop kaffe, fordi jeg var sindssygt træt, men som Anna sagde, så var det okay, for vi er jo skandinavere - hun elsker nemlig også at drikke cappuccino om eftermiddagen, selvom det ellers er forbudt. Ved titiden tog vi hen til Morlacchi, der er en café tæt på universitetet, der hver tirsdag holder sent åbent og forvandles til et minidiskotek. 

Onsdag og torsdag gik med at studere, så om fredagen besluttede vi os også for at tage ude om aftenen. Jeg havde dog glemt mine nøgler og efter forgæves at have forsøgt at ringe på derhjemme, ringede jeg til min ene coinquilina, som stadig var ude for at hente hendes nøgler. Aftenen fik dog en noget mere dramatisk afslutning, end jeg havde regnet med. For da jeg havde hentet mine egne nøgler og kom tilbage for at aflevere de andre tilbage, var der startet et slagsmål (“una rissa”), og det gik ikke stille for sig. Nu har jeg ikke været vidne til sindssygt mange slagsmål i Danmark, men generelt er min oplevelse, at de fleste fjerner sig fra situationen og ringer til politiet. Sådan var det ikke her - alle blandede sig og sprang frem og tilbage imellem de tog slagsbrødre, også selvom de på ingen måde kendte de involverede parter. Heldigvis kom politiet kort tid efter, selvom det nu ikke afholdt dem fra at fortsætte slagsmålet, da de var kørt igen. 

Søndag var jeg blevet inviteret på frokost hjemme hos Yafei, en kinesisk pige fra mit hold, og hendes to roommates Ezio og Cristiano, der begge var meget dygtige til at lave mad. De havde nemlig kokkereret flere klassisk kinesiske retter til os såsom 番茄炒蛋 (røræg med tomater), 蚝油白菜 (kål med østerssovs, som jeg desværre ikke kunne spise grundet min skaldyrsallergi), 土豆炖牛肉 (braiseret oksekød med kartofler), 蒜香鸡翅 (kylling med hvidløg) og 烤馒头 (bagt mantou, som er en hvid dampet bolle med en sød glasur i bunden). Jeg havde taget hjemmebragt dessert med, dvs. is og chokolademousse, og mens vi nød maden, havde vi en interessant snak om det kinesiske samfund, politik og censur.

New idea based on other anons idea; Characters seeing MC come home injured but it's not a costume

TRIGGER WARNING: Injuries.

muriel: he would freak. Out. He would freak out. Even though you yourself are covered in all sorts of gashes and wounds from your altercation with whatever ungodly being was stalking the woods that night, the look in his eyes frightens you- for just a second. then, he’s on you, enveloping you in his arms and holding you tightly. he’s making sure you’re still there, and still breathing, and telling himself that you look worse than you actually are. 

it takes you a while to calm him down enough to explain what happened. and then it takes you even longer to convince him not to go looking for the thing that injured you. instead you both stay in for the rest of the night. he refuses to let you do anything, bringing you drinks, blankets, etc. so that you don’t have to move a muscle. 

lucio: he’d perhaps think it’s a joke or a prank, and have a laugh for a solid half-a-minute before realizing that you’re not laughing with him. then, with an order to a servant to call a doctor, he’d be at your side asking you what happened. he’d be surprisingly good at getting you to lay down, elevating your legs (or whatever you need), etc., surveying the damage. he would try to lighten the mood with a joke or two as your wounds get worked on, but you can see the cold sweat running down the side of his face. 

portia: maybe it’s still Halloween night and she thinks the extra blood and paleness is you having put on more makeup. But then you look at her with your bloodshot eyes, sunken because you’ve dragged yourself all the way back to her cottage with a trail of something red leading right to the door. she would hesitate for just a second, dumbstruck, then start moving to grab medical supplies from the bathroom/cabinets while asking you in a frantic voice “what happened?! oh my god ohmygodohmygod-” 

she would be very competent at helping to heal you (look at who her brother is). afterward, you would both need a lot of cuddling time to recover. you would spend the rest of the night (and well into the next morning) on the couch.

Asra: “Welcome back!” He’d greet you, hearing the door open. “Would you like something to dr-” but his voice would cut off as soon as he saw the state you were in. The world would stop for a second, Asra forgetting to breathe, but then time would rush forward and Asra would be there, your arm around his shoulder as he helps you to the couch. You’d feel the softness of his hands brushing against your skin, magic making them warm as you explain what happened, your cuts mending and bruises fading as Asra pours all of himself into healing you. You’d fall asleep on the couch together, Asra exhausted from pushing the boundaries of his magic, you from the injuries. You’d be wrapped into his arms, his lips against your ear whispering how much he loves you, how glad he is you’re okay, how whatever or whoever hurt you will pay. 

Julian: Freeze. Panic. Remembers he’s a doctor and then medical mode activated. All within the time span of three seconds. You’d be lying flat on the bed before even being able to register it. His gentle fingers would go to work, assessing the injuries, bandaging and even stitching you were needed with his face tight in concentration. But when his gaze meets your eyes his expression would soften, his familiar grin causing a smile of your own. As soon as you’re tended too he’d bundle you, softly, into his arms as you explain what caused your injuries. He’d hold you tightly all night, not daring to sleep. When you wake up in the morning your bandages would already be changed, his hands still lightly tracing your injuries as if they’ve burned themselves into his mind. 

Nadia: She immediately goes into crisis control. She’d immediately be calling for a doctor as she rushes to you, her familiar scent already calming your frantic breathing. Nadia’s strong and capable. She’d help you get comfortable on her bed as you wait for the doctor to show, her eyes and hands roaming your body to gauge the severity. She’d ask all the right questions without wasting any time, a cold fire stoking in her eyes as you explain what happened. She’d be right there as the doctor goes to work, holding your hand and keeping you calm, only leaving your side once you’re fast asleep, and only long enough to make sure whatever happened will never be a threat to you again.

Hi! This is most definitely not a dumb question- thank you so much for asking! I'm sure plenty of others were wondering the same thing.

For this zine, we ask that contributors stick to canon as close as possible, but due to the nature of the subject of trauma we will be allowing some divergence - but no AUs!

So with divergence I mean close to canon, but not necessarily following the canon storyline (but still quirks and such!).

What's going on with Fallen Hero? All of the reblogs for it are fragmented and I don't really understand what's going on. Do you mind explaining? I think all the server invites have been revoked, so I'm just lost.

Okay so, what basically happened is a lot of us FHR fans got utterly fed up with how the mods allowed racists, fetishists, antisemitics, the whole nine-yards stay within the discord community while banning those who spoke out against them because the bigot asshats were the mods' friends. It finally came to a head when the donation link for the BLM movement was deleted and THEN TAGGED FOR TRIGGER WARNINGS WHEN IT HAD NONE TO BEGIN WITH.

So, we pushed for something to fix for once, and it ended with all old mods stepping down and the community managers becoming mods, as it honestly should have happened ages ago, and every bigot we can find is being banned. However, this didn't just start with the server. Malin has completely let his fandom run amok and has done nothing to speak out against some of the absolutely disgusting things happening within it, and the person Malin has befriended most closely and is allowing to run his Alpha server is one of our biggest problems as she is a known fetishist of MLM; has made white supremacist, racist, and antisemitic commentary before; supported her friends stealing and plagiarising art; and many other things.

Both may have apologized but the apologies given were very unsatisfactory and really, we're (Rissa, me, and several fans) no longer supporting the FHR series nor Malin and will not be at any point in the future. Malin has done several very questionable things before and made very discomforting comments along with the willfully turning a blind eye.
