Poi i've been having a blast with this last scene, gigging and smiling evilly with Bashira's respulsed reaction to the idea of Ayame having a kid with Kizuna + "If you had a kid it would run away from you" (Honestly? Base/canon Kizuna would definitelly be a shit mom, -2+2 Kizuna is an exeption and not the rule, but i found it hilarious nonetheless)

So here's Bashira and Akira and a completely intentional design choice, i love adding small stuff like this to things

DTFA Lore Bit: Kingdom of Novoselic

A country in Northern Europe in between Lithuania and Poland whose creation came from the start of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth between 1569 to 1795 which became a product of its dissolution, as a surviving kingdom. The Kingdom of Novoselic is an extremely small country governed by an absolute monarchy. Though the population is small, its economy is thriving, so the people of the country can live comfortable lives.

For generations, the royal family has protected the Kingdom and its people from its neighboring countries. Thanks to that, the people still have complete trust toward the royal family.

As such there is quite a treasure trove of history and knowledge about this country…

History:

The creation of the Kingdom of Novoselic came from the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, it formed in 1795 when it started to be considered by Russians as a protectorate of the Russian Empire, this lead to one Jaromir Nevermind to form a country of his own named ‘the Kingdom of Novoselic’ which Russia did not take kindly to.

This began many conflicts and wars between the 2 countries for years, despite Lithuania and Poland turning into Russian states, Novoselic didn’t want to go down.

Novoselic started to gain allies from other neighbouring countries; such as Denmark, Germany,Austria and Hungary to name a few which by 1801 led to a temporary truce between Novoselic and Russia but tensions were there.

As a newly formed country, the kingdom of Novoselic had started to prosper and even discover new species as well. As the country devoloped and grew into its own, but suddenly when World War 2 had occurred, the one person known as Zofia who had become very sympathetic to the Nazis had let them into the country despite it being an ally of the Allies which lead to Zofia’s brother, Miloslav Nevermind taking the throne and executing Zofia.

After Zofia was remove, Miloslav has try to restore and make change to Novselic as much as he could but this lead to a group that didn’t want Novoselic to be lead by the Nevermind’s due to Zofia’s mistake so constant attacks, Coup d'etats and terrorism which later on a women by the name of Danka who trained the soldiers and army to fend off this attackers, she later on became Miloslav’s wife.

This led to their daughter, Natasha Nevermind to soon be trained to be queen, which she took the throne in 1985 when she turned 18, however this was during the Cold War.

Russia at full power had started another attack on Novoselic and it resulted in the male population dwindling down including Natasha’s future husband, Mirko to lose his family but soon meeting - they later have a daughter named Sonia Nevermind which she was raise but the pressure of being the next heir became too much and soon took over as a Dictator Queen on May 30th, 2013.

As of now, Gordana Nevermind who never wanted to take over the throne is trying to fix the mistakes that Sonia has left as of today…

Geographical Landscape:

The Kingdom of Novoselic shares very similar to it’s neightbors, Lithunathia and Poland; quite the diverse country; although most of the central terrain is flat, there is an abundance of lakes, rivers, hills, swamps, beaches, islands and forests. It even has mountains and hiking trails that are often used for touring.

Novoselic has some well known beaches as well, beaches have a mild climate with refreshing wind however during the winter it does get frozen over which has become a very popular location for skating and sledding as well.

Fauna and Animals:

The species and fauna in Novoselic is similar to its neighbours but during the 1700’s they had discovered various species in the country and have preserved it for centuries which became extinct while the only location is located in Novoselic.

Makango - A type of bird that was discovered in the 1700’s after an incident involving some sort of life threatening event and killing one ended it. Of course scientists had a scientific explanation for it in the modern times and it was on the endangered species list, the normal color ones have brown feathers but a golden one is very rare to find.

Skong - A type of sheep which is known for it’s grayish blue wool that is often used with various alcohols and other species which when you turn 18, you are to eat this which was a tradition set in 1955 however the species is near the point of extinction as of 2007.

Bolongo - A species of pig that is often used in children’s games such as Makango Bolongo and Borongo Twisting which is very popular with children, however it is good at truffle sniffing which are quite popular, especially when its season which gets sold out very quickly.

Cobain Mountain Dog - A relative of Great Pyrenees Dogs! The difference is that the dogs have black spots all over their bodies and can have blue eyes. They’re known for being family friendly dogs and are very popular with the children.

LGBT Rights:

Novoselic has always been a LBGT+ friendly country for the longest time. They always treated homosexuality as normal thing, but of course in older times they kept quiet about it. As modern times came along, it became one of the first countries that allowed same sex marriages and is one of the few royals that did have a gay marriage with a prince and his husband in 1985.

Alexander Nevermind and his husband, Marco (he’s Italian), who are Sonia’s beloved uncles. Let’s say Marco influence Sonia’s interest in serial killers thanks showing her true crime videos. Her uncle Alex gets annoyed at his husband showing his niece that. Alex is born in January 7th 1988, while Marco’s born March 23rd 1988.

Alex is serious, straightforward and a bit hot headed, but is caring and sweet. He taught Sonia her sword skills and is a known swordsman. I’ve imagine him having pale blonde hair that’s pulled into a side ponytail and sharp blue eyes.

Marco’s laidback, optimistic and open minded, but is surprisingly smarter than he looks. It’s why he’s a good politician. Marco would have dark brown hair, green eyes and olive skin.

While trans rights has risen too. Through there’s still some transphobia in some smaller places, Novoselic is one of the most trans friendly countries.

The most famous transgender people in Novoselic are.

Prince Kaarle Nevermind, formerly Princess Katrina. One it the first royals who came out a trans man and went through phalloplasty in the 1940s. He was a well known trans man activist. He lived from May 9th 1912 to September 3rd 1975. He died from a heart attack.

The current family that makes the famous Novoselic chocolate. Their middle son came out as a trans man recently. Mackenzie Bokun, born in April 12th 1989. He’s working to be run his family’s business.

Princess Gordana (Sonia’s cousin), formally Prince Goban, the first trans woman in the Nevermind family. Not much is known about her as she likes to keep her life private and show no interest in the throne. Gordana prefers to live her normal as possible. She’s polite, humble and well organized, but also blunt and a bit too serious. She has a close relationship with Sonia. She’s born in December 12th, 1990.

She’s one of the few Nevermind family members that didn’t inherited the iconic blonde hair. She has her father’s black curly hair, brown eye and a pale complexion. People used call her “Male Snow White” as a joke. Now they can call her “real life Snow White”.

Due to the Cold War and Russia’s attack at the time, this lead the polygamy law being created in 1995 due to the population of males which this law was created, this of course lead to the royal family even being open to polygamy as well even other relatives having more than 1 wife or husband to regrow the population.

School/Education:

Novoselic's Elementary Schools teach a course on warfare, to the point where grade-school children can operate a tank which some are even trained to use firearms and even protect themselves but parents do need to supervise of course.

However, aside from that, Novoselic’s education is quite similar to Polish schooling and education system.

Currency:

The Kingdom of Novoselic is a country that had join the EU back in 2009 and like other countries have use Euro as currency.

Relations:

The Kingdom of Novoselic does get along well with it’s neighbours, Lithuania and Poland due to sharing a very long history and culturally would be like brothers. It even has strong relationships with Denmark, Germany and other countries of the EU however it has a very strain relationship with Russia due to various attacks by the country in the past and has form another treaty.

I guess in terms of powers/abilities of the sonas mine would have the standard ones from the Brc playable characters, since it's heavily inspired by it anyway

That means; Basic kick combos, being able to use the standard boostpack so temporary enhached speed (which can knockout people if you run into them) and the best of all! Spray painting characters so it obstructs their vision!

Fun stuff all throughout (I do think she'd only fight if she can't run tho, that's basically how i always play this game)

The Cross road of 4 Missions
