The LGBTQ community is a vulnerable one. Predators will swim in the same waters as vulnerable communities and use it for their hunting grounds. This is not a vague "but think of the children!" epithet because a trans woman dared exist. Lily Orchard has real, tangible victims and has done real, tangible harm. It is not the same.

Let's just say user sucky-boi (who is of course a totally real person, nothing socky here folks) has been used in the past to triangulate potential girlfriends.

LO also made up Mod Ebara purely to triangulate Lizzy and make her feel like a bad girlfriend whenever LO felt she needed to. she uses Lizzy in general, or the made up monster version LO made of her, to triangulate Mikaila. Tara's biggest purpose was to triangulate Brittany and try to push her into a relationship with LO. as we have established, now she's using sucky-boi just to try to guilt trip Lolo.

the fact that LO is actually so bad at controlling multiple people that all her triangulations have to be done through fictional characters she made up herself is somewhat funny, down until you remember she did it to people she claimed to love and care about. it's quite gross tbh. besides that... i thought LO had given up on being polyamorous when she went into a relationship with Lizzy? and that is why she was such a horrible abusive monster? but now turns out that she did always knew and LO willingly, with no coercion or manipulation, decided to persue any other romantic relationships... until she got bored of that and cheated Lizzy on with anything and anyone willing to take her, behind her back and in front of her face. Let's try this again. Perhaps being more concise.

Frog, I know you're not trans, you mean well, and this situation is novel to you. Please understand I'm just trying to make sure my intent with this post is clear, because I would potentially consider calling someone a masculine name they no longer identified with, even if they still identify with a masculine identity, as deadnaming, an equivalent to deadnaming, or at least very deliberately rude depending on the circumstances. It's not the gendered connotations of the name that's necessarily the issue.

It's not considered disrespectful to call your own parents by their real names because they no longer identify with them, but it's understood to be a sign of disrespect.

Say your name was Billy. You've always went by Billy. No one's ever called you anything different. If I suddenly insisted on calling you "William", though it doesn't have the same political or social problems deadnaming a trans person does, you'd understand it as a sign of disrespect.

If you were in witness protection, if you inherented your birthname from your abusive father so you changed it, if your father was literally Hilter-- it would potentially put your life in danger to use your birth name.

If you were a First Nations child taken away from your community by CPS, given a white name, and later in life you reconnected with your tribe and were given a name reflective of your cultural and ethnic identity, addressing you by your white name IS kind of akin to deadnaming.

Some trans people keep their birth names. Some nonbinary people do change their name to something that is still gendered according to their assigned birth sex. My own real chosen name is gender neutral (though more associated with men), and an internation of a nickname I've had since I can remember. It IS technically also a birth name of mine, just not my legal one.

The issue with deadnaming trans people is that it's a form of social hazing and humiliation. It can also put them at risk if it outs them as trans. It is harder to socially function with a name that is not considered socially appropriate for gender identity. See: "A Boy Named Sue" by Johnny Cash.

The problem "CD-Call," "Lily Orchard," "Lily Peet," "Bhaalspawn," "Tara Callie," "Valkyrstudios," and/or "Mod Ebara" is currently having is NOT a trans issue. Is not an issue of disrespect. It is of her trying to obfuscate her predatory behavior by hiding behind a new ONLINE identity every time she gets found out and BRANDING.

It's why her deadname is, unfortunately sometimes relavent information. I would consider it a bit sus to even insist on listing out the 7 DIFFERENT online handles she's went by like this if she wasn't a known abuser using this as a tactic of obfuscation. "CD" is not a personal identity, it's an online handle. One she's taken on for the express purpose of trying to pull this shit again.

Lily is trying to unironically make an equivalent argument to saying calling Twitter "Twitter" is deadnaming.

I don't call Lily her deadname because I respect that name does not reflect her identity as a woman.

I haven't switched to "Casey" yet because it's unclear to what capacity she identifies by that name. That's also not the name attached to her internet persona, so it's not useful in that regard. And, there's a very decent chance she's chosen that name to spite Courtney.

"Lily" is the name Lily has identified with for years. Built her brand around. Is the name people recognize her by. She claims to not have gone by that name for "a while", but she's either lying about that, or committed fraud during her last copyright strike against Sai.

I'm not calling her "CD" because, by Lily's own admission, it was a half-assed attempt at obfuscating criticism. This is about the third of fourth time she's done this.

I don't refer to Sai by her real name because, though it was made public because she was doxxed, that is not the name connected to her online persona, and understandably she would like to maintain some sort of a private life.

I don't call Moist Cr1TiKaL "peinguinz0" even though that's been his channel name literally the entire time he's been a youtuber because that is a random username he gave himself as a child, and then his channel blew up.

Don't let Lily jedi mindtrick you into conflating a trans rights issue with her fucking PR problem. These are two seperate things. It's dishonest of her to try to pull this and transphobia in it of itself.

If Lily wants to change her private identity to something else, fair enough. If she had never used what was at one point her real legal name as her online identity, I'd say, "Maybe don't spread that around guys if it's not relevant information." If "Lily" was a deadname, I'd stop using it.

It is none of those things. It is a name soiled by her own actions she is trying to run from the responsibility of.

I don't randomly accuse people. I can tell when an anon is Lily based on how she types, and the wording she uses. She's incapable of masking her personality. That's not sockpuppeting, that's being a cowardly anon.

There's two known ones. Tara Callie, who she semi-recently started calling Allison because she realized the Tara Callie name is searchable, and Mod Ebara. Tara Callie also had a pen name that she used for fanfiction, Alchorative. Alchorative is Tara Callie's pen name, and Tara Callie was Lily's sockpuppet.

She had more back when she'd get into arguments on image board forums, but those were pretty much burners that didn't go anywhere.

indeed it does. i already saw all of this when the sankaku accounts came out. first the anons trying to be "this is obviously a lie and you're a fool for believing on it" and then LO somehow immediately knowing who it was that made that account... even though... how would she know? think about it for a moment. ebara is the name for an old sockpuppet account that LO used to triangulate Lizzy, but not in the traditional ways. she never actually created a separate account for it, she just posted "LO is feeling bad for the moment so i'm taking over now" and answered posts with "mod ebara" as a signature on the same blog that LO always used. it was painfully obvious it was just LO being more agressive than normal. nobody ever met ebara just like nobody ever met Tara/Alison. they wrote exactly the same. ebara never had any other purpose in life that moderating the socials for LO when she felt like guil tripping everyone or just wanted pity or control Lizzy. but do we have unquestionable proof that ebara never existed that could be held under the most rigorous scrutiny possible? no. just like we don't have it for tara either. you could, for the sake of argument, insist that tara just liked to use LO's computer and that's why they had the same IP. if you really wanted to go there, you could. so we know why and how we relate the username ebaratara back to LO. but realistically speaking, it could also be literally anyone else in the internet just coincidentally choosing that username.

that person could have been talking about literally anyone's sister. of course we'd relate that back to LO because obviously, but why would she relate it back to herself? how and why would she know exactly the purpose that account was created for and for what kind of people? why it couldn't be just a coincidence, a stranger? why couldn't just be the same person who owns the sankaku account and still completely unrelated to LO? futhermore, if it was someone wanting to incriminate her, her specifically, why not give the alarm themselves as soon the post was created? why wait for months only to then do it? did they just forgot? even though they went through the trouble of reading Courtney's facebook messages, react to his blog, create that account and only post that post specifically six days later after the account was made? again, this exact same thing happened when the sankaku accounts dropped. immediately, as soon the news was out, LO didn't waste any time into affirming that they were made to incriminate her and that always rubbed me the wrong way. how would you know? why couldn't be just a stranger than the "terminally online delusional stalkers" are connecting to her? why are you so quick into immediately picking up a guilty party and claim to know who they are? it sounds less to me like someone reaching a reasonable conclusion and more like she pointing fingers just to avoid the attention on herself.
