...beyond the stereotypes!

okay okay hear me out okay hc brainrot midnight time im jacked on caffeine and the night is young aight

so lets get this straight: so first off i imagine the nations are like 96% "stereotypes of ttheir nation" (e.g. the more people think or are americans that digest too many burgers, to more likely it is America himself eats attrocious amounts of burgers. The more people say Germans are swrious, the more likely Germany is a serious dude. etc. the normal stuff we all know off.)

but the other 4%? That's the nation's "person" side, seperate from their "nation" side. It varies a little depending on country ofc but that's prob the average.

E.g. hungary and austria "divorced" but they clearly care for each other. They can't be together for literal reasons but the non-nations parts of them wouldn't mind at all.

prussia is knwon aa a great warrior so that's what he is. But his non-nation half has self doubts and the need to keep an eye on his family. Like llease, Prussia how did you know what Austria wears and eats??? I get a feeling this wasn't in the mdidle of WW2, probabky right before if i had to geuss. Austria wouldn't have moved in with Germany and by exention aprussia yet....and he waa following the dude....prussia is an overprotective helicopter parent of an older brother, canon.

France and his distaste for technology. Exhibit A: french music was consistantly the one doing the weird innovative stuff in my music history class when it wasn't Schoenberg. Besides that, i could see France not liking tech as much due to being literally a thousand. Heck, i'm pretty sure half the old nations are a bit iffy about it just because "wdym now i can't just didappear lff the grid without anyone getting cocnerned and i need passports and phones and shit?" Except maybe Denmark, China, and Japan. Those three are 100% ipad kids in old men bodies.

iceland oozes gen z. enough said. The man might be obsessed with finding tourists and his northern lights and his weird museums but the thing where his beothers are throwing plates at his door and he's like "hell noooo"? The one where he's going off to make friends over ding-dong soup with the ASEAN dudes? That's allll Iceland, the person. austria getting lost is just a him thing. That's not normal for austrians, music part is very much influenced by his people. His preference to chopin might be him though since Salzburg is in Austria and that's Mozartland. Also, Chopin is Polish.

I also choose to believe Sweden can grow a beard if he really followed the stereotype (no seriously. Why os the image i get of Sweedish guys just dudes with beards? Someone has a really nice sweden somewhere ln this site where he has a lovely beard and it just makes him look like the embodiment of sweeden, no questions asked). But he doesn't like it, which fair o imagine beards aren't fun when stiff gets stick in them or whatever, so he just shaves or leaves some stubble. Def not cuz Asians and beards is just not really a thing so Hima prob just didn't draw beyond the stubble.

Latvia being a secret brainiac that plays mental chess against himself while doing other stuff, all hidden under an alcoholic who can't get rid of his past. Pretty sure his blabbermouth thie is his own personality. I did see somewhere that there's a steretype that Latvians have six toes and i kinda wanna just believe Latvia got that one too cuz why not!

This was months ago, so I understand if you don't remember, but I told you about a mochi place in denmark and I was wondering if you were ever able to try it? Sorry if this is weird lol

No I forgot about that, but I did at a point find excellent vanilla mochi ice cream as a special offer at my local supermarket and consumed the majority of them singlehandedly!

Due to being overwhelmed by all the people, I muted the general and helltalia channels soon after joining the mochi server, only allowing notifs for catching mochis. I am so glad now that I made that decision but I'm sorry you had to deal with that. How does "interpret as incest" even work as an enforceable rule? I regularly see some Nordictalia fans consider Iceland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden as all siblings not just Ice and Nor. So would Den//Nor be banned from being talked in the server? *Benoit Knives Out voice* It makes no damn sense!

I also was overwhelmed with the amount of messages but had notifications on for mochi updates. I also pointed out how the new rule is extremely vague and even tried to suggest better phrasing such as saying no colony x colonizer ships as that seems to be the ships they don’t want discussed. I was pretty much ignored though.

I also pointed out how France calls himself big brother to England a few times so shouldn’t that count? But no, the kids in there say it’s not problematic (help I’m laughing so hard) do it’s fine. Like the rule is vague and not clear. I’ve had a few people say they should just write a list of ships not allowed which I think could also work.

The main problem though is how toxic it is there. There have been many people who have said something to me in the past like 18 hours about how they either; are in the mochi server but have it muted cause they don’t feel comfortable, left because they felt uncomfortable, or didn’t join because of all the shit they heard about how bad it is.

Like. Italy is so. Stupid(/pos) and its so fuckinb endearing, and like. I dont like the dub bc of, like reasons, but hes probably the best part of it when i do watch it. Im on the beautiful world and his stupid dancing in the credits is. I love this man. Hes so fucking stupid. Gah!!!!! And just the way he. Like when hes walking with germany and japan and he has is arms out walking like an animal crossing character, or like sways back and forth when he talks to hungary. Hes so fucking cute.

And like. America is also really dumb, but hes trying his best and its so cute, like. Hero club, that time he put a burger on englands head to make him feel better because he had a cold. The like mochi version of him talking is. Adorable honestly. Hes also probably one of the better parts of the dub, more specifically episode 2, when russia attacks him n hes like "dude the cold wars over!!!!" Achb!!!!!!!!!! I love him. And he and russia cannonically (in the dub) having a safe word is fun too. I love him. Adghhggg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And denmark!!!!! Like. Yeah i just met him more or less but hes also stupid and i love him. I cant say much ive only seen him like. Technically twice. I think. I watched the dub cause i was busy and i think it was den and swed attacking russia that one time. I like russia a lot tho so that does take away points from him but hes stupid so its okay.

Russia isnt stupid but i love him lots too. Hes, more oblivious than anything i think. When i was younger, i like. Copied him so hard, he was my favourite character. My dad made me like a pvc magic metal pipe of pain for my shitty cosplay i had of him. I really like russia. :3

Also while im thinking abt this episode, the dub is funnier specifically with canadas club. just coming from a Canadian.

not that i know off. my mom did want to call me Margit though, since that was her mothers name. but my cousin already got that as her middle name, so they didn't wanna reuse it.

2. when was the last time you cried?

well that would be yesterday.

3. do you have kids?

no, and i would prefer to keep it that way. nothing wrong with kids, it's just not for me <3

4. do you use sarcasm a lot?

i do. but mostly in verbal conversations as it's easier to extinguish then, when there's tone and body language to help carry the intention across.

5. what sports do you play/have you played?

does scouts count? because i don't actually really do any sport other than that. in dk it is classified as a sport so i guess that!

6. what's the first thing you notice about other people?

i would love to say personality or something like that, but it's very hard not to notice looks and body language first when you see someone irl. online it's probably more vibes, as cliche as that may sound.

7. eye color?

greenish7hazel i guess? although depending on lighting they do sometimes appear almost blue or yellow-toned.

8. scary movies or happy endings?

always happy endings. i can't watch scary movies i will be scared to even breathe for days.

9. any special talents?

not that i know of? i can decipher morse code and tie a squareknot (that's what google says it's called in english) on my back, with my eyes closed? does that count?

my interests does shift often but i guess writing, reading, making gifs, crocheting, watching anime? so forth.

yes. i have a cat named mochi. i also have a dog from a previous relationship that lives with my parents now. she's a german shepherd and her name is ahri.

around 173cms. i have no idea what that is in inches or whatever it's called thoguh.

14. fav subject in school?

i always loved danish. which is probably what english is those who have that as their mother tongue. later on i learned to love english and history. oh and chemersty. loved that too!

15. dream job?

i don't actually know. never had a dream like that which is definitely biting me in the ass now when i'm actually working and don't know what to do with my life.
