Haii!! I know your currently on break and I hope you feel better soon dude!! Butt if or when you come back is there any way you could do a Pixel Pizzaz from equestria girls theamed diet for 4 weeks??? I dont mind omads, fasts or monos and my cals range from 100-900 :3 I love her sm lol!!

A great way to keep yourself motivated is to to things that remind you of the character!!
Dress up in her style if you can!! If not, try giving yourself high pigtails or incorporating bows or bright colors mixed with black.
Picture yourself as Pixel- try to act like her, even if just when youre alone, roleplay with yourself!
Try doing some active activities, exercise ofc but also stuff that doesnt feel like it- dancing, spinning, walking around a mall, etc.
For this diet, try having fun with your meals <3
Satisfy your sweet cravings with zero sugar swiss miss mixed with just a little bit of water to create a delicious pudding~
Mix fruit into your meals- berries are a good option! Put them in your water, your salads, even as a side to a meal or a whole meal in itself~
Low-cal jello is a great option as well, and you can mix flavors together to make fun colors, maybe pour them into chocolate molds as well so they look extra cute~
As always, stop immediately if the diet starts posing a genuine health risk such as:
You start getting super dizzy or passing out
You feel really weak/shaky and can't function properly because of it
Your vision starts going out or spinning/blurring
You are experiencing another serious problem that is known to be caused or worsened by food restriction

Eeek I love ur blog and all its stuffs :3 I’m sorry u aren’t feeling well, me too though (;-;) November is a doozy rn,,, glad I’m not alone lol
Anyboo—- I’ve been fixated on Hulu’s horror movie Mr Crocket- could you please do a one week , Monday-Sunday, diet plan based around him? My cal limit its max 700 on bad days but usually around 500-600 on most days. My lowest is 230<3. I’m okay with fasting and monos btw :]

This diet is all about being childish, yet creepy: here's some things to fit the vibes.
Be sweet to those you enjoy and value, and take this week as an opportunity to rid yourself of all the toxic people in your life!
Watch the movie sometime during the diet to motivate yourself and get the vibes going
Do child-like activities (e.g. coloring, go to a playground)
Watch live-action, claymation, or puppeteered kids shows!! Think stuff like Sesame Street or Muppets. But you could also watch those creepy vhs tapes on YouTube that look like kids shows :)

Red meats are always a great choice, they just scream horror movies~ <3
How about a cute kids meal? Some chicken nuggets? Mac and cheese?
Combine the two!! Red, childish food- Alphabet soup with grilled cheese, steak fingers with ketchup, etc~

3 week practice makes perfect themed diet
I do requests!! Extra tips under the cut
For this one, I recommend eating lots of fruit and cucumber water- this diet is meant to feel fresh, sweet, and meditative <3
Mealspo
A refreshing strawberry chicken summer salad with pine nuts and a little balsamic dressing~
A skewer stacked with blueberries and cute, heart-shaped cuts of watermelon, ate by itself or rolled in sugar or jello powder~
A cute water bottle filled with icy water, berries, and cucumbers~
Some fresh bell peppers sauteed and sprinkled with your favourite seasonings for a crunchy texture with an array of possible flavor combos~
A cute dessert cup filled with soft, airy mousse with a dash of whipped cream on top, maybe with some cinnamon powder and a cut up strawberry placed on top~
Tiny cubes of nice cold jello, a refreshing treat after a long day~
Getting lots of sleep is essential~
Before going to sleep, consider washing your face with cool water to reset your brain and relax your face muscles~
Maybe tie or push your hair back and do some skincare to sit with your thoughts for a while~
Put on your comfiest clothes and listen to some soothing music as you settle down for the day~

I make moodboards, sweet/meanspo, and themed diets!! My requests for all are currently open, feel free to send requests for anything EXCEPT:
Fatspo. I will never do fatspo images, period. If you ask for fatspo boards, i will block you.
Anything involving extremely sexual topics or nudity. Pet names or slightly suggestive stuff is ok, but this is NOT in ANY WAY a kink blog- nothing graphic.
Thinspo including only one person or based off of one individual, unless it is JUST vibes-based. Idk I just think that's really harmful to the person yknow: eg melanie martinez vibes are cool!! Love those!! But if you asked me to make a whole spo board with JUST melanie's body, i wouldnt feel comfortable doing that like thats weird. Thats a real person.
Other than that, you should be good!! Keep in mind i always reserve the right to deny a request.
For sweet/mean/combinationspo, tell me which type you would like, and any key things you want included if you want such as names, events, or phrases, and anything that you consider a hard limit that i should not include if you have any.
For moodboards, tell me if you would like aesthetic images, spo, or both- either way, let me know what aesthetic/theme you want and provide any specific images/things you want me to include/base it off of if any!!
For themed diets, let me know how many days/weeks you want (4 weeks max) and what you want it themed/based off of!! I will also need your cal range, from the least youre willing to eat to the most.
