Solo reasons to keep going <3
Getting to shower without feeling dysphoric
Watching yourself slowly grow more and more beautiful every time you look in the mirror
To be able to look at your past pictures and know you don't look like that anymore
The feeling of self-control
Feeling your hunger and cravings fade
Being able to eat desserts without feeling bad about yourself
Loving how your body looks and feels
Watching the progress as the numbers go down and your body gets slimmer
Feeling your body get lighter as it gets easier to move
Watching your bones slowly come into view

2 week feather fairy themed diet!!
I do requests! Extra tips under the cut
For extra fairy feels, I recommend eating lots of fresh foods- if possible for you, try eating vegetarian or vegan! Otherwise, lots of fruits and vegetables are key, and try making some simple homeade desserts as well!
Mealspo
A fresh fruits bowl filled with rasberries, cherries, and nectarine slices~
Ice cold water left overnight with cucumbers and strawberries~
Cut a hole in a slice of bread and place it in a skillet, then drop an egg (or egg white) in the center and fry it- i call this one eggy in a basket, super cute~
Make your own smoothie, then pour it into ice trays and stick toothpicks in them to make your own mini homemade popsicles~
Spending time in nature is a great way to calm you mind and get into all those fairy feels <3
Take a nice walk and pick up anything you find along the way- feathers, flowers, cute rocks- anything goes~
Go find a spot a little ways away from where you live and sit outside there and take the time to do something creative- perhaps drawing, writing, or crochet~
If you can, try climbing a tree and sitting up there for a while~ maybe even build a little nook up there with scrap material and turn it into a little fairy clubhouse~
Look around for things in nature and build cute little fairy homes out of what you find~
Maybe do some yoga or exercise outside for a change in scenery and a refreshing way to stay fit~
As always, stop immediately if the diet starts posing a genuine health risk such as:
You start getting super dizzy or passing out
You feel really weak and can't function properly because of it
Your vision starts going out or spinning/blurring
You are experiencing another serious problem that is known to be caused or worsened by food restriction

Since this diet is so long and so high res, i added metab days once every two weeks to keep your metabolism up throughout the diet!
Some things you can do to fit the vibes:
Drink plain water or tea, and eat lightly flavored foods or things you consider "delicate" (if that makes sense)
If it's safe for you to do so, take your walks at nighttime
Spend more time doing things at night or stay awake more during the night
Dress for the vibe of courseee
Try reading more or taking up journaling or writing

Rice cakes with some jelly or cream cheese~
Slices of prosciutto and cheese, maybe olives too~

As a warning, this one's mostly about exercise and public appearance- it's MEANT to be toxic and make you feel bad, please don't read this if you're trying to recover or avoid triggers!!
Oh, come on. Really, you're back here? Scrolling brainlessly, again? You could be being so much more productive right now if only you would just fucking try and stay disciplined for once in your life. Get up off your lazy butt and go take a walk at the very least- maybe a whole workout too, its looks like you've gotten a little chubbier recently..
You know, this is why people look at you like you're an animal. Honestly they're not wrong at this point, right? Lounging around, living off crappy food and dopamine hits from your phone.. It's no wonder you're so fat, it's disgusting really.
And just look at the state of yourself! You've really let yourself go, haven't you? Ana expects so much better from you.. You just keep disappointing her over and over, it's obvious to anyone who sees you that you aren't even trying.
And then you cry and wonder why you aren't getting results. Maybe if you actually put in some goddamn effort, you wouldn't be such a pig, huh? Why are you even still reading this, honestly- get off your fat ass and go exercise, you clearly need it.

Since my eating habits have been working- here's my routine in case anyone wants to try something new!! Tw edsheeran obv
So i have a lot of sweet cravings so in order to not binge i kind of prioritize those- in my mind as long as theyre within my cal limits im good
I yapped a lot in this one so its nice and sectioned for yall
TLDR: Chobani flip for breakfast, small portion of craving for lunch, regular, slightly limited dinner
Breakfast
I've been having those Chobani flips, I really like the key lime and strawberry cheesecake ones but as far as i know theyre all 150c, which is just enough to keep me going until lunch without feeling like dying 😭
Lunch
At lunchtime ill usually have a craving food bc by that time i almost always have smth i really want. Yesterday i had oreos, the day before that i had a cookies and creme bar- obv these are high cal, if you don't want to eat that many calories, which i typically don't, I only eat some of the package, usually around half. That way my cravings are kept down, and I get to eat things I enjoy!!

Dinner
I still live with my family, so i aim for 400-500 cals combining breakfast and lunch, and then I'll eat whatever's for dinner normally, maybe have a smaller portion but in order to keep up appearances I'll have a pretty average sized dinner. This takes up the rest of my cals for the day and i typically end off somewhere in the 1000-1300 range! I always eat smth at home bc my mom starts feeding me more and getting worried if I don't eat much at home.
Excuses
If im feeling really insecure about my eating ill stay out late or call my mom before she gets home from work and ask if I can make myself dinner, then all i have to do is eat chicken broth or soup of some kind and leave the dishes out, I keep the pot and bowl on the table so it feels like more dishes and I'll clean it up once shes seen it.
Also with food sharing is caring!!! When I eat lunch I will eat the whole sugary food if I don't do smth with it- for me that is sharing with the people around me :) they love it and i get to eat less
Extras
Outside of meals, throughout the day I have those Mio or Crystal Light water flavorings, yknow the sugar free ones, just makes drinking water more enjoyable. I also tend to have Coke Zero or Monster or smth cause caffeine really does help my hunger its great, and then i get to have a sweet little treat throughout the day

3 week practice makes perfect themed diet
I do requests!! Extra tips under the cut
For this one, I recommend eating lots of fruit and cucumber water- this diet is meant to feel fresh, sweet, and meditative <3
Mealspo
A refreshing strawberry chicken summer salad with pine nuts and a little balsamic dressing~
A skewer stacked with blueberries and cute, heart-shaped cuts of watermelon, ate by itself or rolled in sugar or jello powder~
A cute water bottle filled with icy water, berries, and cucumbers~
Some fresh bell peppers sauteed and sprinkled with your favourite seasonings for a crunchy texture with an array of possible flavor combos~
A cute dessert cup filled with soft, airy mousse with a dash of whipped cream on top, maybe with some cinnamon powder and a cut up strawberry placed on top~
Tiny cubes of nice cold jello, a refreshing treat after a long day~
Getting lots of sleep is essential~
Before going to sleep, consider washing your face with cool water to reset your brain and relax your face muscles~
Maybe tie or push your hair back and do some skincare to sit with your thoughts for a while~
Put on your comfiest clothes and listen to some soothing music as you settle down for the day~

I make moodboards, sweet/meanspo, and themed diets!! My requests for all are currently open, feel free to send requests for anything EXCEPT:
Fatspo. I will never do fatspo images, period. If you ask for fatspo boards, i will block you.
Anything involving extremely sexual topics or nudity. Pet names or slightly suggestive stuff is ok, but this is NOT in ANY WAY a kink blog- nothing graphic.
Thinspo including only one person or based off of one individual, unless it is JUST vibes-based. Idk I just think that's really harmful to the person yknow: eg melanie martinez vibes are cool!! Love those!! But if you asked me to make a whole spo board with JUST melanie's body, i wouldnt feel comfortable doing that like thats weird. Thats a real person.
Other than that, you should be good!! Keep in mind i always reserve the right to deny a request.
For sweet/mean/combinationspo, tell me which type you would like, and any key things you want included if you want such as names, events, or phrases, and anything that you consider a hard limit that i should not include if you have any.
For moodboards, tell me if you would like aesthetic images, spo, or both- either way, let me know what aesthetic/theme you want and provide any specific images/things you want me to include/base it off of if any!!
For themed diets, let me know how many days/weeks you want (4 weeks max) and what you want it themed/based off of!! I will also need your cal range, from the least youre willing to eat to the most.
