Haruki: I've seen some of you guys blaming each other, blaming Miss Yukizome... blaming me. Well, the truth behind that incident is... I was trying to use a spell to make the tree grow faster, but it depends on emotions. And I got so frustrated with you pulling me away from it that it ended up turning the tree into a monster. First things first, I'm really sorry about that. But... a lot of you have been overwhelming me with constant requests since our first year. I'm your friend. Friends are always there for each other, and of course, I don't mind supporting you and doing favors for you guys every now and then. But you can't keep relying on me for every little thing.

*He soon turns away in embarrassment as he rubs the back of his neck.*

Haruki: ...Though, in hindsight, I realize that none of you could have known what kind of spell was working with, and it didn't really register to me until I got that final request and was too exasperated to bother saying anything. And I really should have brought this up a long time ago. I'm sorry about that, and I'll try to be more open about it. And on the flipside, I'm your friend, and I always will be. But you've all made friends amongst each other, too. I know I'm the class rep, and I brought you all together and all that, but I'd love it if you could try to trust each other enough to support each other too. Believe it or not, I'm not a perfect guy, and I'm not gonna be able to fix everything. Maybe there are others who know more about certain things than I do.
