MLC ep5, enter Di Feisheng the boss that hates meetings

I'm trying to gather names and shit that I've forgotten for a fic and now rewatching the Di Feisheng scenes. I think on my first watch, I was distracted by his arrogant and fierce appearance/face that I didn't really track what else was going on besides "big bad cultist had arrived". Which I bet is totally a thing that happens a lot - because I think everyone in jianghu probably has the same impression where all you really notice at first is his size and his mean eyebrows. In his intro, he's so mild mannered, pleasant, and speaks with such a polite tone that it's actually very discordant with how much it clashes with his appearance and role.

Like evil sect leaders usually speak with a certain kind of forceful cadence that is completely absent with him. (aka Shan Gudao ahem)

During the throne room scene, it struck me just how much he looks like a manager coming into the office and not being particularly enthused about it. Like walking down the aisle with all his excited subordinates is equivalent to making that mile long trek from the elevators to his desk, bright and early on a Monday morning. And fuck there's a meeting first thing that he's gotta go to. But he keeps a professional face on because it's his job and he has responsibilities to keep tabs on what's going on. So he fires kills a couple ppl and gives some kudos to the high performers to keep them working hard. He's even like "Oh, this is a new conference room, it's... nice! Great job guys. Go team!"

The only time he shows genuine emotion is when Jiao Liqiao hands him the map to the elixir. Then again when he delegates ALL his work to her with palpable relief because it means he can now be out of office for the foreseeable future. Dude turned away so fast that his hair swished. You just know he was already mentally booking his flight out to the cursed mountain.

But not fave BLs. I don't know why, but I was thinking about this in the car earlier, so here goes:

The biggest baddy of them all, Bad Buddy Ep5. Pat realizing he likes Pran + that kiss? OKAY.

KinnPorsche Ep7. Um. Kinn screaming "Do you see the ring on this finger?" to Vegas was my lock screen for a long time.

Cutie Pie ep7. I love that stupid date they go on. Also, BounPrem!

Love in the Air ep5. Dunno, I just like it.

TharnType ep6. Dunno, it does something to me.

The Eclipse ep10. Kan + Thua 4EVA.

My School President ep6. Love the song, love the video, love the pool scene.

These are also my most-watched BLs, though again, not necessarily my favorites. It's hard to explain. I think at some point, episodes from NLMG and MLC will make their way here. Just not at that point yet.

Seriously did that person(The Jojo hater) took it as their job to spread the hate for that amazing man?(that responds to nobodys the likes of me on twitter!) cuz I found their yt comment saying they hste him in a reaction of ep5 from a different reactor! mate can you chill? just cuz you don't like something you don't need to make it your personality

To be fair I didn't go looking for it, it happend like last time I was reading the comments and someone talked about the MSP directors cammeo in ep5 and they responded saying Au(directors name) is the best gmm director Aof is good but Jojo is the one they hate... was that necessary? do you need to say it every comment you make? wasn't enough saying you love Au and you think his the best wothout having to bring in Jojo? also I again question if this person has even saw half of a Jojo show or the first episode maimed their fragile sensitivity so much they had to stop? anyway I am now expecting to find their comment on every reactors MLC video yt comments spreading the verb... I am not gonna interact with them and try to ruse them I have better things to do(bitch about them here lol)
