It loooks like I never posted a 'full' set of kwami designs yet? In any case, here they are! No Pollen as she's not one of the kwamis canonically at play. I loved adding in their shape language, if I show the full hero designs you'll see how they show up in their costumes too—Minus Chat Noir, which is to intentionally set him apart from the team.

since the kwamis can’t be seen on camera, i like to think the heroes cause some kind of interference when someone tries to record them. maybe differently depending on way holder it is. chat noir could cause cameras to straight up break if they focus on him for too long. ladybug’s probably just cause static, one of the lower levels of interference. rena rouge would make the lense process images that aren’t there. i’ll add to this when i get more ideas

THE KWAMIS ARE ANCIENT FAE. TIKKI AND PLAGG ARE CURSED FAE LOVERS AND HAVE A NEVER ENDING CYCLE OF TRYING TO GET THE LADYBUG AND CAT HOLDERS TO FALL IN LOVE SO THEY CAN BE TOGETHER AGAIN.

Miraculous Fairy Trees

Fairy trees are very common flora in Fairy Realm, but only two Miraculous Fairy Trees exist, under the protection of each of the two original main courts: Seelie and Unseelie, hence their titles. These Miraculous Fairy Trees gave life to twelve Kwamis each. Regular fairy trees are also capable of nurturing life, but those beings are referred to as Pixies, creatures far less powerful on their own without a holder to carry them.

Seelie Tree

The fairy tree housing the twelve Seelie Kwamis, guarded by Oberon. Though sadly over the years Oberon lost track of a few of them, they all seem to be getting drawn back to Sen City through various means...

Unseelie Tree

The fairy tree housing the twelve Unseelie Kwamis overseen by Queen Mab. Unlike the Seelie Tree, the Unseelie Tree's roots still connect to the Fairy Realm, making it currently more powerful and stable as well.

Could there be ‚evil‘ kwamis?

First time I am trying this. So far, we only met the chaotic but mostly neutral kwamis.

Even Plagg with the power of destruction is reckless but not outright evil.

And yes, I am aware that ‚evil‘ is a human concept and definition. But the kwamis that we met do have human like characteristics.
