Some old sketch art abt my take on the villain miraculous universe.

LB and CN would start off the same for the most part but they were given their miraculous by the guardian organization of their world and are told that they are to fight the HM of this world and retrieve his miraculous.

During a big fight CN accidentally uses a strong cataclysm on LB. It’s really early on in their relationship in this world so this has a big effect on it.

They get impatient and move onto more destructive ways of luring HM out and are constantly out and about, fighting regular criminals or making public appearances around the city.

Marinette has a distant relationship to her friends and family because she’s always sneaking around being LB and no longer makes clothes and only barely draws. Being LB gives her that creative freedom and she ends up spending a lot more time “as her” because of it. That freedom also causes her to be a good bit riskier in this au so París doesn’t have a really good opinion of her

Adrien also likes the freedom that the cat miraculous gives him and is extremely reckless at first which is what causes him to get reckless and hurt LB. After this he grows extremely reluctant of using his cataclysm and this causes him to use another power catastrophe(which causes bad luck to the victim instead). He also grows worried about LB being as risky as him and tries to tell her off but they end up fighting many times over this. As adrien though he continues to be that nice model boy type but he never gets close to anyone. He still likes LB and enjoys being able to be truthful with her secretly.

Gabe is mostly normal about his dead wife 😬👍. it took him a while and now he is trying to foster a relationship with his son instead, but his son has been closed off and jittery recently so he doesn’t know what to do. A lot of his time is taken up by being a magical hero. Something about LB and CN makes him feel like he needs to help them right now but they seem to be dead set on getting his miraculous. HM uses his ability to fix the damage and help civilians as he fights against LB and CNs tracking attempts. He was once contacted by another agent of the guardian organization but he got bad vibes and fled with nooroo and dusuu. He thought that he had finally shaken them off his tail until LB and CN appeared. He’s kinda like a detective in this one.

LB and CN aren’t really villains and HM isn’t really a hero 🤷‍♂️

This may bring about a bit of controversy.

This is a genuine question that's been stuck on my mind for some time and while some people may gawk at the comparison, it feels way too close for the both of them to not be made and I feel like I should ask this question. Plus, since I'm still working on some things, I may as well take the opportunity to settle this question in my head.

I've been thinking, what if the reason the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous were given to kids is because the Order of the Guardians discovered that unless they had trained with them since a young age, adults had a tendency to eventually be driven mad by Miraculous use?

Like, using a Miraculous basically involves fusing with a Great Old One on a fundamental level. Having a god stuck in your subconscious can probably do a real number on your mental health if you're not used to it, but a child's psyche is more elastic than a grown-up's. Particularly if they're in the midst of puberty, when their body image and sense of identity are already in Flux.

This would explain Gabriel's descent into madness and villainy. He started with only one that was already opposed to him philosophically, then he added another, and then he added fifteen more on top of those two. Having sixteen gods who hate you trapped in your subconscious will probably scramble your brains real good.

Hawkmoth is a real one for this. The fact that he just hears that Chloe is doing literally anything and keeps an akuma on standby is the smartest move tbh.

"What are you doing, Ms. Bourgeois? Where is that natural cruelty I'm counting on?!"

This episode give absolutely zero f***s about Chloe. I need to just post this now because I keep pausing to write about what is maybe the funniest dialogue in the show thus far.

Animation speaking, the episode was beautiful

Tikki and Plagg real form hello??? Incredible. Gimmi too, but poor thing appears once every thousand year and people don't bother to chitchat with them

Otherwise it's weird

Gabriel mini redemption arc? But not really? His statue? Adrien not even here? The hero at the end? Like if Lila become the next villain she knows almost all of their identity (Marinette's too no?)

And no one telling Adrien about hawkmoth? Poor thing won't understand why tf they where fighting in his basement

The role of Felix? Zero, he had all the key, didn't say the useful things, but still join the team at the end, after all he has done?

Edit: also miss bustier as a mayor okay but the whole thing of Paris is a new ecological place where everyone loves everyone is kinda like "a hair on the soup" (french expression perfect for the occasion) like it has no relevance I just thought it fell weird🤷‍♀️

Overall kinda frustrated with the plot, and the fact that there still isn't the reveal (not sure about this sentence, English isn't my first language)
