Hello!! I have a question about Harumi, it is true that's she's CANONLY was an umgadi? I saw Tanya's intros with Kuai Liang about her, I thought Harumi have experiences with outworld but, I wonder if Tanya the only one who knows her in Outworld?

Now moving on to what Tanya talks about her:

Kuai: You know of Harumi?

I believe everybody agrees at this point that this is 100% canon confirmation that Harumi was the one who crossed Realms and went to Outworld and that's where she and Tanya met!

Maybe Tanya went to Earthrealm to help Johnny with his movies, but it's much more likely that he kept going to Outworld instead.

Plus, she clearly has known Harumi for a while, even longer than she knows Kuai! (Which is precisely what she's teasing him about, that they have a common friend)

As to, is Tanya the only Outworlder who knows Harumi? I think she's the only Outworlder *from the roster* who knows her, Kitana mentions her in a intro but I don't think she knows her personally, cause there's another intro that someone (I think Smoke?) Compares her to Harumi and she's curious to what he means, if they knew each other Kitana would probably get the comparison!

I strongly believe Harumi went to Outworld on a mission (why else would she be there?) And worked with Tanya. The Umgadi are a Sisterhood, a group, they fight together and go on missions together, so there's a big chance Harumi tagged along an Umgadi group and therefore all of them know her! (I so hope Khameleon was in this group too👀)

Kuai: You still haven't told me how you know Harumi.

Tanya: Only she can tell you.

This dialogue is interesting! I mean, why the secrecy here, Tanya?👀

I saw some folks theorise Tanya is implying she and Harumi were a thing, but as much as I am a big supporter of Harumi being into girls (lol, not only a supporter, FrozenBlossom is one of my greatest feats and I pride myself of it! 🌺❄️) I don't think that's the nature of their relationship!

As we all know, Tanya can't date because of her vows as Umgadi, and her biggest struggle is that she wants to remain faithful to her Goddess and her sisterhood but also wants follow the wishes of her heart (aka, Mileena)!

That's such a HUGE part of her character, and I think it would take much of its impact if she had already broken her vow with Harumi, you know?

To all Taleena shippers reading this, I need to know if there's already a Modern AU where Tanya is a religious queer kid struggling with staying faithful to her beliefs and true to herself!

And if there's someone out there who ships Harumi x Tanya, know that I would feast on your content, I'd very much ship them in fanon!

Now, as to what I actually think she means: She's teasing Kuai (and lightly scolding him too)!

I think she meant that as in "you've been distant for a while, how about you take some time to learn what you have missed out from your bride’s (my bestie's) life, huh?"

And yeah, I think it's a valid thing to say! Kuai inserted himself back into Harumi's life in the most abrupt way possible! And there's no doubt helping him brought a big change to her life.

She's done so much for him. It's only fair that he dedicates some time to keep up and get to know her better!

Kaito gardening? he had to get his roses from somewhere. Aside from the traditional roses his favourites have been blue flowers for ages (Aoko) but lately he's been interested in yellow ones (as golden as a specific detective's hair), red ones (like a certain Witch) and sunflowers (from the film). Maybe he likes orchids (Ran) too from their frequent encounters. I love imagining he knows Hana Kotoba and Western flower language too.

MK: Suki is a big sister/aunt kinda role for him, talking to him about his interests and reassuring him when he needs it. Making sure Mac or Wukong don’t train him too hard.

Wukong: So in Moonflower shipping, they are just friends, their interactions start off a lil sparse because Wukong feels awkward and a little guilty about knowing he was part of the reason she died in her past life, even thought she doesn’t remember, eventually he gets over himself and talks to her and they become friends.

But there is a ship for them (Sunflower Shipping) and a Poly ship (Eclipseflower shipping).

The chemistry in SunFlower Shipping starts off a little awkward like their friendship and slowly progresses into lovers though Wukong is hesitant as it blossoms cuz he’s worried he’ll get her hurt.

AC!Wukong is shy and confused by this because not many people from the heavens he meet or talk to are……not really nice to him so he would be expected was a harsh hit or yelling by this to be ‘proper angel’ but your macaques are kind and gentle to my sunflower and my AC!Wukong return to favor🥹☺️ by being adorable

I just had a thought- Spicynoodles in the MKEgged AU would probably want to wait for a bit before giving Haoyu a bio sibling, both because of the initial fear that his pregnancy gave them and because Xiaotian's body needs time to heal because Stone Monkeys aren't really built for multiple pregnancies.

But that doesn't mean they can't adopt!

Now I'm imagining my idea ages ago of Spicynoodles kiddos, but a few are adopted. I did conceptualize them before I thought of Stone Eggs

First set of babus were; Xuancao & Yingsu [#1 & #2], Zishan, Shuixian & Chuju [#3, #4 & #5]. Origin Post.

Then came "Iron Fan drawn from memory" Tiemian [#6]. Origin Post.

Then "You sure Tang didn't just mitosis?" Yinghuo [#7]. Origin post.

I can now imagine with Haoyu's creation being unusual + his birth not ideal - MK and Red Son would be more open to adoption than creating a fresh Egg.

MK is hanging out with Nezha - tagging along for the Lotus Prince's regular god-duties of blessing newborns and kids on their birthdays; only for them to encounter an abandoned baby.

Haoyu has been asking for a baby sibling so...

(*MK approaches his and Red's shared home in the city, nervously holding the tiny stray baby in a sling. The baby has reddish-auburn hair, and dark skin that reminds him of his spouse - little vitiligo-like stripes mark her skin. MK breathes deep to psyche himself up before entering.*) MK, walking in: "Heyyy Red, don't be mad, buuuut when I was out with Nezha we-" (*MK stops suddenly at the sight in the living room. Red Son looks a mix of flustered, horrified and hopeful, as he rocks a baby demon in a car seat.*) Red Son & MK: "..." MK: "How about you go first?" Red Son: "Thank you. I was visiting my father's parents in Youdu, and when I brought up the possibility of us adopting a child, they mentioned that the Underworld has a pretty large population of unclaimed young souls so..." (*Red Son guestures to the baby in the car seat; it's a little girl with dark brown hair and skin tone similar to MK. Seems to be mixed human-feline demon.*) MK, realising: "Aw! You thought she looked like me and couldn't even wait to ask?" Red Son, adoring: "Yes! I met with Kṣitigarbha, and they brought me to the banks of the River by Naihe Bridge, and this little angel just... floated to the shore." (*Red Son gently kisses the baby's head*) Red Son: "They said that it's how little ones... enter the Underworld before they have the chance to be blessed. Their souls come to shore when they find someone to claim them." MK, leaning down to meet the baby: "Ohhh, a little floater baby. Hi!" Baby #1: (*barely old enough to smile. makes curious burbling sounds at MK and the other baby in his arms. Her hands have tiny claws, betraying her mixed demon heritage.*) Red Son, fixing on MK's baby: "What's the story with your little one?" MK: "Well now my story seems boring by comparison! Nezha has been helping train my astral projection powers, and he asked me to come along with him in spirit while he did his baby blessings. All was okay - I saw a lot of 100 day parties. But then Nezha got this look on his face, and we like swooped down to this riverbank where-" Baby in MK's arms: (*angry kitten-like sound*) MK, soothing her: "Yeah, baby, I'm telling them... She was all alone and... they tied her up in a bag. A bag, Red!" (*becoming distressed*) "Nezha was only able to sense her cus she just turned a month old and didn't have her Man Yue blessing. If we hadn't found her then-" Red Son, calming him: "Do not think about the buts, sunflower. She's with us now." MK, tear of relief: "Heh. Butts." Red Son, small laugh: "Puerile as ever... have you taken her to a doctor?" MK: "Even better! Your other grandma saw us after me and Nezha had her checked out by Chen Jiggu - you know the paediatric goddess? When I mentioned Haoyu wanted a sibling well... you know Xiwangmu." Red Son: "She shriek-roared, burst into tears, and started hugging you and the baby?" MK: "Yup. I could barely get a word out. She's already started calling her sūnnǚ and demands we organise a proper Man Yue party for her." Red Son: "I hope she feels the same for the stray I acquired."

After tending to both babies, the pair notice that they have eerily similar features to one another... as if they were twins or close relatives. They try not to dwell too much on the possible reasons.

Within a few hours, news of babies Xuancao (named for a flower of remembrance; Poppy) & Yingsu (their little Tiger-Lily who's stripes have only just developed) gets out.

Haoyu arrives home after spending the day with Granddadsy and Gonggong Tang to see a pair of baby sisters in his old crib. He's overjoyed and accidentally wakes them in his delighted hooting (much to MK and Red's dismay).

Pigsy and Tang had been there to drop Haoyu off, and they quickly recognise the little cries that followed the hooting. The poor pig man nearly has a heart attack XD

Pigsy, pointing at the baby girls: "Since when!?" MK, holding one twin: "Haha - would you believe less than a few hours ago?" Tang, joking: "Wow. You two worked fast." Red Son, holding the other twin: "They were not made in that manner!" Pigsy & Tang: "Huh?" Haoyu, excitedly: "Oh! I know! Lǎolao says babies float on the Underworld's river, and they get out when they meet their parents!" Tang: "Well, it's not exactly-" Red Son: "He's actually right in this case." Tang: "EH!?" MK, gesturing to the respective twin: "Underworld freebie. Above-world freebie!" Haoyu, smiling smugly: "Told you, Gonggong!!" Pigsy & Tang: (*both thinking hard*) Pigsy, shrugging: "Eh. I literally picked MK off the street. Finding one or two on the river ain't that odd. Now - let me meet my granddaughters." Both Babies: (*excitedly reach out tiny hands to inspect their grandadsy's face*)

MK and Red Son's phones are quickly blowing up with calls and messages asking "WTF!? Since when you two were pregnant?!" Wukong in particular calls worried out of his mind, asking if MK is ok and getting medical attention. Seems that a wire got crossed with Xiwangmu bragging about her new grandcub to who anyone who'd listen. XD

The bull grandparents, all three great-grandparents, and the extended Monkie Kids gang, happily accept the twin girls into their lives once the Spicynoodles couple finally manages to explain what happened.

Macaque: "You ordered one and got two. A great deal, in my opinion." MK, teasingly: "You're just saying that cus you managed to have twins too." Wukong, holding Rumble & Savage: "It's a fantastic deal either way!"

DBK and PIF in particular are overjoyed. They understand that a biological grandcalf is a huge risk to ask of the couple - so they happily accept the baby girls as if they were blood related anyway. PIF can finally spoil her girls with all the little dresses and accessories they could ever want. And DBK has a pair of tiny girls who have him wrapped around their little clawed fingers.

Any future spicynoodles babies likely have similar origin stories. At least one is a biologically-conceived child, though it's hard to tell when're all together and acting like they've always been together.

The whole family will fight whoever claims they aren't "real" children to them.

ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT CHILD!WUKONG

this child Wukong is just innocent and doesn’t have a clue what’s going on, he stutters whenever he thinks he had done something wrong, he loves to eat peaches and draw a lot, discovers about shadows one day when he was locked in, he played with his hands and is always finds a way to make shadow animals or try his best to make a story but of course he fails to make one, he made a friend that’s a shadow that he made up to talk to someone,called ‘Macaque’ and he is the same age as Child!Wukong except only 2 months old.

he was born in a stone and woke up, he is so fluffy and squishy that u can’t even hurt this little sun.

he lives in a rich family but this family is not a welcoming family at all, he was kidnapped and was taught to be proper and clean monkey and to be obidient to their so called ‘parents’ of his, because of old family sold him off and the rich family see this Child!Wukong as a trophy or an object, poor Bebe was being punished or locked in a room to be staying for only 2 weeks long then anything else whenever he makes a mess to help them or become to annoying/nosey, even trying to make a gift, it ends up with him getting yelled at.

child!Wukong still is a cheerful and kind little monkey that doesn’t let this get through with his moment, he will always help out and try to do his best to help and be kind to others. He had to learn how to make food and do stuff all by himself with no help at all, but maybe only one maid that only took pity and helped him make meals and taught him how to be clean and change. (But so later maid was fired that child!Wukong doesn’t know why tho)

Child!Wukong is small, like he is a size of mk hips or Mei, or kinda shorter then bai he, with his fur being curly and soft, his eyes being gold, some scars that was from his parents on his bodies and small scars on his hands are from the knives he had use to cut fruits, and a tiny bruise from one of his eyes, if any of ur lmk au see it, (if anyone tries to ask about it, Wukong will blurt out and tell the truth but will say that it’s okay and he might have deserved that), his clothing choice is a red pants with golden lines and a rainbow line of a sleeve shirt that has a peach on it in the middle.

he has a sunflower hair pin on his kinda long hair, of course, his father say that it’s too girly and he should act like a boy but child!Wukong loves cute things and flowers, so he is a flower boy.

so my friend, what will ur lmk all aus say to this Child!Wukong and react to his story, will they all be kind,angry,pity or maybe hateful towards this Child!Wukong because he is the Wukong every aus sees, but maybe he is not.

First off, Child!Wukong's "family" is dead and they are finding that au's equivalent of Yuze and Chūn (ocs who are either his bio moms or adopted moms in my aus🥰) to get him a proper damn childhood!

He's getting a good and happy family that loves him, and this time his parents don't die!

The initial reaction from almost all of the Wukongs is "oh it's a fresh out of the egg untraumatized me" then once they learn about his "family" it's a "oh it's adorable 🥰 oh it's traumatized😰" moment. King's Game Wukong is just like "what's with this lost child? Why's it look like me?" Child!Wukong is very scared of him, he's got bad vibes.

For Rotten Fruit Wukong it's just "oh it's be after my moms were killed and before I realized nobody gave a shit about me. Hope that goes better for you little guy."

All the Macaques are just like "aww, memories of the good times" and then switch to murder mode when they find out about his family.

Child!Wukong is a sweet, innocent baby, he's literally a Wukong who's done nothing wrong, so it's really hard to not like him.

For Cracked Family, it depends on when in the timeline he's sent.

If it happens when Chao-Xing is between 1-9, it's good, the family just treats him like he's another one of the troops cubs. He gets to play with all the other monkeys and it's a little weird that one of his new friends is his kid, but that's not really something he needs to think very hard about he's just having fun. He's also very happy that he gets a pretty husband in the future!

If it's 1-2 years after that, well he's just landed himself in the middle of what I affectionately call Devil Town Ver. 2 part of the timeline, which is not fun for him to witness because now he sees what could happen to him in the future, things could get really bad, and what if it's inevitable and this bad thing has to happen.

If it's any point after that, it's not fun at all for him, it's really sad, and CF Chao-Xing is telling him to not fuck up as a parent in the future.

That's really the most complicated it gets, he gets to chill and have fun with any kids in all the other aus. And he gets a proper family at the end of it because none of these monkeys are letting him go back to those assholes!

Wukong is aro-ace, and has very little care for relationships outside of friendship and his troop, but he’s not against a relationship if the person in question is someone he deeply cares for and admires.

Nüwa is demi-ace, she’s very open to the idea of a relationship, but it takes her a long while to develop a romantic connection to anyone.

When they first met Nüwa had no idea who Sun Wukong was, something that offended Wukong in the beginning but would later come to appreciate as it meant that she would get to know the real him and he didn’t have to put up a front.

They originally bonded via their unique shared custody situation of MK and despite the rough start they both grew to deeply admire the other which eventually led to their relationship.

Both are very similar in terms of personality, but whereas Wukong is as bold as the sun, Nüwa is subdued like a star.

Nüwa admires Wukong’s free spirit and he admires her down to earth nature, and both adore the other’s kindness, ambition, creativity, protectiveness, and capacity for love (when either of them gives someone their love, they love wholeheartedly with no strings attached).

Their favorite pastime is sharing their art forms with each other, Wukong would teach Nüwa how to paint and fold origami, while she would teach him how to sculpt, they also love researching anything and everything together.

They’re both simultaneously the most intelligent and most naïve person in any given room, largely due to isolation.

Despite having the combined power to eradicate all of existence, both are terrified of papa mode Pigsy, and it doesn’t help that he usually has an issue with how they try to parent MK.

Wukong’s nicknames for Nüwa are: My Jewel, My Protector, Mango, My Star, Starlight, Starbeam, Starflower, Star Jewel, Shooting Star.

Nüwa’s nicknames for Wukong are: My King, My Hero, Peaches, My Sun, Sunlight, Sunshine, Sunflower, Sunstone, Sunny.

Wukong is Nüwa’s very first relationship, which makes her slightly insecure as she worries she’ll embarrass herself and make things awkward between her and Wukong.

Wukong was previously in a serious committed relationship with Macaque, and with how bad that relationship ended, he often worries that he’ll end up hurting Nüwa in a similar manner and driving her away.

This previous relationship is also why he doesn’t use My Queen as a nickname for Nüwa, as that was one of Macaque’s old nicknames, and it holds a bittersweet feeling to it.

Luckily for both of them they managed to become a powerful couple, as even celestials and demons that detest Wukong admire and envy their love.

Working on the prompts and their chapter art for the Sunburst duo Like I Am the Sun fic (but I’m stuck going through my finals for summer semester 💔) so here are the next four chapters going on ☺️

Day 11: (The Monkey King and the Monkey) Quest - In an alternate universe, Sun Wukong is summoned by the Jade Emperor, who burdens him with one final task. Wukong is to hunt down and kill the Harbinger of Chaos before he can lay waste to Heaven— and the rest of the world. But this has to be a mistake. The Harbinger of Chaos is just a little kid. Wukong’s next decision would be a lot easier if nobody else wanted the Harbinger dead, too. (Inspired by The Horse and the Infant animatic)

Day 12: (Three’s My Lucky Number) Discipline - Set during S1. MK, the Monkie Kid, Monkey King’s successor, noodle delivery boy, is giving Monkey King the silent treatment. And Monkey King doesn’t even know what he did.

Day 13: (Sunflower) (Baby’s Breath Pt 2) Splurge - Set after Day 8: Smile. After Wukong’s new little monkey accidentally catches fire to their only tent, the pilgrims arrive at a village along the way looking to replace it. In the bright, loud nature of this midnight market, it is easy for a spider to spin a web. Sun Wukong, the least qualified being by far to ever be responsible of a child, loses a child.

Day 14: (Monkey Business!!) Free Space (Catch) - Set after S5. MK spent most of his life without being a monkey. Now that he has a tail, he has to relearn to balance and flip and spin again. The monkeys of Flower Fruit Mountain step in to help.

What FLOWER do you associate with everyone?

OOOOO fun! Ok so-

Nezha is obviously lotus flowers. But to go along with it, I think Jing would be BLUE lotus flowers. I mean, if Nezha was made from pink ones, I think Jing would also be made from the blue ones. (Hint hint au hint 👀) although I also think Nezha could be associated with roses.

Azure Lion would be cyan forget me nots.

Muzha would be Chrysanthemum! I just think they’re pretty. Jinzha would be Hibiscus, both bc yellow and wealth symbolism.

The monkies would have flowers based off their fruits. Wukong would have peach flowers, Macawue would be Plum blossoms, and Mk would be the apricot flowers cluster. (Fruit flowers are VERY pretty)

Erlang to me would be a strawflower.

Pigsy I feel like would be Magnolia, same with Tang.

Sandy is Jazmine flowers, and often makes Jazmin tea (leaves from the vine-)

Mei would be a water poppy!

Redson for me is Amaryllis, while his mama is Anemone. Suprisingly, I think DBK would be Dahlia.

Yellow tusk is a sunflower, and Peng is a daisy! (🤣 makes no sense but that’s what I think!)

Xiangliu is a Passiflora caerulea, or blue passion flower.

Family: As far as lore goes she’s all alone.

Lovers: So there are two options for her..

MoonFlower: Macaque x Suki

SunFlower: Wukong x Suki

EclipseFlower: Wukong x Suki x Macaque

Macaque and her’s relationship arc is more complex and fleshed out than her and Wukong for now but I’m getting around to working more on her and Wukong’s path.

Best Friends: I could see her getting along really well with Pigsy, she comes off as very shy and sometimes a lil ditsy but she means well all the way and he might find that endearing and at the same time try to show her how to be a lil more sure of herself and confident, cuz girl needs it. They also bond over “Cooking with Chang’e”

Sandy and her definitely both like tea and also she shows him cute lil cat videos.

Like: She knows the rest of the monkey gang, but knows them in passing. MK knows her as “that lil monkey Macaque follows around.” And “Dad’s friend”.

No Opinion: Okay soo because of her past life she has technically met all the people in Yellow at some point. The Camel Ridge Trio when they used to visit flower fruit but not much interaction. Same with the Demon Bull family.

Never Met: Yeah she don’t know these fools.

Dislike: None there.

Hate: WELL FOR OBVIOUS REASONS..She hates them.

I made an art piece of Mk. 3 Power Armor from Warhammer 40k. I don't know what to call this custom chapter, but their symbol is a sunflower. If the Imperial Fists and Lamenters taught me anything, it's that yellow is THE color for a space marine.
