hae kim ( cho miyeon ) was born in a line of psychics. her family has always been helpful to hunters that come to them for help. she wasn't sure if she was going to have those abilities until she turned fourteen. as she got older, her abilities became stronger.

nari seok ( park chaeyoung ) is a demon. her parents were selfish and accidentally got pregnant with her. their lives were miserable. a demon then soon entered their lives, granting everything they could ever want if they gave their daughter up. and to everyone's surprise, there was zero hesitation as they handed nari over. instead of torturing her since she was... well.. a baby. she was given the abilities of a demon. raised into one.

paisley campbell ( kat mcnamara ) is one of the third cousins of sam and dean winchester. on samuel's side. just like the entire family, she was born and raised into a hunter. much like sam and dean, she didn't have a say in the matter. even when she tried to live a normal life, it was always there haunting her. homeschooled and never made any friends outside of the hunting family. does she hate hunting? absolutely. but can she get out? absolutely not.

Lion

oKAY- So, this is like a side series of I-dle’s 7th member, I���ve written AUs for each era, with what the world’s like based off of either the lyrics, or the m/v itself. This, as you could tell by the title, is Lion era, it’s I-dle x Faline, they’re kind of lion/human hybrids, Yuqi and Shuhua are the only important humans so far. 

Hopefully what I wrote will give enough information, I know its not the best (*cough* the way I introduce everyone *cOuGH*) and its probably gonna have to go through some editing after I post this, but I did work hard on it, so I hope you enjoy :)

(Some parts are a little uh- ‘steamy’ so- prepare for cringe ig)

"So...." Soojin eyed the humans before her, her wife by her side, shifting nervously as Soojin spoke. "You want to marry our wife.." The eldest of everyone in the room, Miyeon, spoke before Soojin could, "Yes," The taller of the two humans, Yuqi, spoke, "And you know about our kind?" Soojin asked, eyes not leaving them until she felt Faline's hand tug her dress, giving her a silent plea to loosen up. "Yes, Faline told us all about the lions. We know how you feel about humans, and we understand why, but we love her, getting married to her would be an honor." Yuqi answered and Miyeon gave an approving look. "What are you two to each other?" The tallest in the room, Minnie, asked. "We're girlfriends, we talked this out and we really do want to go through with this." Shuhua said as she interlocked her and Yuqi's fingers with a small smile. Soyeon hummed "I.... approve." she said and Faline rushed to embrace her in a big hug, "Really?" "Yes, I can see that they care about you, darling." Soyeon brushed some hair out of Faline's face, "But the others need to make a decision too," Faline looked at the other lionesses with pleading eyes. Miyeon sighed, "If they make you happy and you really want this, my love.. I approve as well." she embraced Faline and kissed the crown of her head, "Thank you Miyeonnie." Soojin and Minnie looked at the other lions in the room then back to the humans, expressions unreadable. 

After some time, Minnie broke first, "Alright, I approve" she let out a huff and draped herself over Faline from behind. Soojin rubbed her temple, as much as she didn't trust humans, they look nice, they seem to make Faline as happy as she and the other queens do, and Soojin can see the pure affection when they look at her.. "Approved,," Faline squeezed Soojin in a tight bear hug, overflowing with happiness. She then went to Yuqi and Shuhua, giving them both short, but sweet kisses, making the other girls let out a low grumble. She went back to her wives and gave them all a kiss as well. "Thank you, I love you all so much," Faline purred. "Anything to make you happy, love," Minnie smiled as she wrapped her arms around Faline's waist, pulling her in for a much deeper kiss, tongue slipping into the smaller lion's mouth making the humans blush and look away awkwardly while the other queens growled and pushed Minnie off of Faline. Miyeon claimed the youngest's lips after they pushed Minnie away, giving her ass a light slap, Soyeon was next, and was made it much hotter than the last two, even going down to leave hickeys on her neck as she squeezed Faline's ass. Soojin growled impatiently and immediately connected her lips with hers after Soyeon pulled away. Pulling her impossibly close, hands roaming around Faline's body, palming every inch she could get to. "Dayumm, Soojin, you are one needy bitch-" Minnie rubbed her head when Soojin gave her a hard smack, and Miyeon turned to Yuqi and Shuhua, "Don't worry, you'll get used to it, these two are quite possessive of our dear wife, it's understandable, I mean..." Miyeon paused as she looked Faline's body up and down, "Look at her.. I uh- anyway, you're going to be queens soon, and you better treat our little cupcake like a god, cause the second we see something wrong, we will hunt you down and rip out your throats with our bare claws..." The two looked pale with fear and Miyeon laughed, "Kidding, kidding, but seriously, treat her right, its what she deserves. With that aside,

welcome to the queendom."

Soojin sat alone in her study, thoughts filled her head as she tried to focus on the book that sat on her lap. The wedding was a month away and she and the other girls have been getting along well with the soon to be queens. They've been planning on a way to bring lions and humans together, so lions all around could live normally, without hiding, among human towns and cities. If humans were to be married into the palace, it'd only be right, Faline had always wanted this, years of convincing Soojin to at least give humans a try. But the lioness stood her ground, not wanting to go into human territory, it was a sore spot in their relationship, until Faline confessed that she was in love with more than one person, and Soojin didn't know what to think. Yes, they had talked about Faline being polyamorous, but this was the first time she had shown interest in anyone other than Soojin, so she was nervous, thinking that maybe Faline had fallen out of love because of the human situation. Faline reassured her that she still loved her very much and that she'll always be Soojin's queen, so Soojin felt much better, and once she met the lions who caught Faline's eye, she knew she didn’t have to worry about anyone hurting her baby. Miyeon, Faline's best friend from even before she became queen, Soojin had met her a few time before and knew that Miyeon could be trusted. Minnie and Soyeon, both trusted soldiers who have fought along side her, Faline, and Miyeon. Soojin approved of them and soon Faline and the three got married. That was two years ago now, and Faline had told her about falling in love again about two months ago.

Faline had came into the meeting room, a room where important deals between kingdoms were either denied or accepted, she called her wives into the room to discuss something important and they complied immediately. The four other queens looked towards their wife when she opened the large door and gently pushed it shut. "Love, why'd you call us in here?" Miyeon asked as Faline made her way in front of Soojin, at the other end of the fairly large table. Faline's eyes didn’t meet theirs, making them worried, "Darling? What's wrong?" Soojin asked "I... I have something to tell you." Faline stated and the other girls nodded, urging her to continue. "I've fallen in love again,"

silence..

Faline looked at them one by one, they didn't move, processing what she has said. Miyeon blinked, "Oh... okay, what is their name?" she asked slowly. "Yuqi and Shuhua," the younger lioness answered and Miyeon nodded. "I've never heard those names around the queendom before," Minnie stated, tapping her chin, while raking her brain to match names to faces. "Well, that's because.. they... aren't from the queendom." They all sat up, "Then where are they from?" Soojin asked with an eyebrow arched "And how'd you meet them?" Soyeon added. Faline gulped, "T-They're.. humans." she answered after a few seconds. Soojin stood up, her chair scraping across the floor as she did, "Humans?! How did you even- Have you been going into that city without any of us knowing?!" she was furious, out of anyone she could fall in love with, why humans? "Soojin, please, trust me. They're nice, and even helped me treat my wounds when I got injured out on my walk." Faline tried to look calm but her scent was giving her away, a strong scent of anxiety emitted from her and the other lions caught it, and before Soojin could get another angry word out of her mouth, Miyeon interjected "Soojin, we should hear her out. We know what position we are with humans, but she said it herself, they're different, and Faline knows better than to get into a dangerous situation." Soojin growled lowly but bowed her head in defeat, she trusted Faline, she knows what she's doing. "Thank you, Miyeonnie." Faline said and Miyeon just nodded silently. "I'd want to get married if they'd be okay with it, and if they are, I'll bring them here for your approval. I only ask that you don't let your feelings towards humans direct your decisions. I have strong feelings for them and I feel it is mutual. I will be going now, I love you all, please remember that." Faline walked to the door, opened it and looked back at her wives, then went out. Silence ate up the room, no one dared to move, just looking towards Soojin whose head was still down.

Soojin sighed. At least she’s happy, she thought with a small smile. Where was Faline anyway? Soojin headed out of her study to go find her, she searched everywhere, but Faline was nowhere to be found. So Soojin went to Miyeon's room, knocking before getting the okay to enter. "Yes?" Miyeon asked, Shuhua and Yuqi were with her as well, looking through old pictures, "Do you know where Faline is?" Soojin asked. "She went out for a walk around the woods," Shuhua answered and Soojin's eyebrows went up, "Is someone with her?!" Miyeon snickered at Soojin’s worriedness, "Chill out, Soojin ah. That guy Jonas went to guard her"

Yuqi shivered, "That guy gives me the creeps, I feel like he doesn't like us that much." She said, referring to herself and her girlfriend, who nodded in agreement. "He's a bit of a weirdo, but he's just what Faline needs to stay safe on a stroll: an inferior guard with mediocre fighting skills." Miyeon replied with a laugh

The two figures walked around the wooded area, one figure being one of the queen, Faline, and the other being a low ranked guard, Jonas. Jonas followed behind the queen with a stone cold face, he didn't want to guard her, he didn't even like her, but queen, and general, Nicha ordered him to and he knew what happened to people who didn't follow orders. Jonas had a hatred for Faline ever since he heard the rumors of her wanting to make peace with humans, and now she's getting married to two and they're going to be queens. He wanted to stop it, ever since he was a child he was conditioned to hate humans and as far as he thought, making friends with humans would bring the queendom down, humans could not be trusted. He stiffened from the sound of twigs snapping from the distance. He looked to the direction of the noise, seeing two men in orange vests holding shotguns, one with a bow on his back. "Your majesty, hide!" Jonas whisper yelled and Faline quickly hid behind a large oak tree. Jonas switched into his lion form just as the two men came into shooting range. "Look!" one of them whispered, "Shoot it, quick!" the other whispered back. One of the men shot with his shotgun, but Jonas was quicker, running behind them in a flash and knocking them off their feet. The hunters backed away from the growling lion, having seemingly no way out, until one of them got and idea and threw a large rock at Jonas, hitting him right in the nose, if he weren't in his lion form his nose would be broken for sure. He winced in pain, giving the hunters time to get back up and run, Jonas chased after them on stumbling feet. He got a grip on one of the men's backpacks but the man quickly slipped it off and continued running like the winds. Jonas would've went after them, but it seemed like a waste, so he went back to where Faline had been hiding, shifting back into his regular form, rubbing his nose in pain. Faline peeked out and saw it was him, "Thank you, Jonas, if it weren't for you I might've been seriously injured." Faline gave him a small smile while he gave a fake one back. Looking through the backpack, he found a quiver and arrows, along with some extra ammo and bait. Jonas took one of the arrows and examined it, suddenly an idea popped into his head, he looked between the arrow and Faline, before dropping the bag.

"Oh your majesty, you shouldn't worry about hunters like them.." Faline turned to him with a curious gaze, "What do you mean?" she asked, stepping away as he got closer. "You should be worried about everyone, 'cause you can't trust everyone, not even your own kind."

The vast greenery spread wide as college students littered about either studying or playing about. The large college campus stood tall and proud, a prestigious school that almost everyone wanted on their resumes.

A slight cool breeze rustled through the trees as the sun beat down against the earth. You leaned against the metal railing with your head leaned back staring up at the blue sky. A few clouds littered about, the fluffy pillows seeming to call out to you as you breathed the fresh air in.

Your head snapped to the side when you noticed the front doors flying open. People made their way out of the building, most of them staring down at a piece of paper in their hands. The looks on their faces ranged from frustrated to smug, but you were looking about in search of one face before you recognized him coming through the crowd.

Your eyes gleamed with excitement when you saw Hyunjin; tall and handsome with his casual clothes being blown by the breeze. His head picked up, brown eyes staring towards you as your arms raised up with hands balling into fists by your face.

“Did you pass!?”

Your eyes welled up with moisture, a soft smile gracing Hyunjin’s face before he raised an arm with his own balled fist to shake it in triumph. You took a deep, shaky breath that felt crisp and light in your throat before you clenched your eyes closed and screamed out in happiness.

“This is how we’re celebrating, huh?”

The bell dinged as an announcement of customers, walking close behind Hyunjin into the convenience store. The two of you went straight for the noodle section searching for his favorite pack of the spiciest chicken flavor.

“C’mon, where is it…” Hyunjin spoke to himself quietly, eyebrows furrowed as his eyes scanned the section thoroughly. You stood behind him as his second pair of his eyes, searching as well before you got distracted by the pastry section next to it. You headed straight there with a noise of curiosity, leaving Hyunjin on his hunt alone before he sighed out.

“I guess I’ll settle for ghost pepper.” He relented, grabbing two packs of the instant noodles before getting up with one last look through. “I wished they kept my favorite stocked up.”

Hyunjin headed over to the check-out counter with you right behind in tow, your eyes shimmering in a deep, light colored blue before returning to brown. You watched him pay for his items and followed him out, thanking the employee silently as he rushed to the back as the two of you left.

You walked next to Hyunjin in the crisp, cool night humming a tune to yourself happily. Insistent buzzing in his track pants made Hyunjin reach into his pocket for his phone, noticing the caller ID on the screen as a small smile crossed his face before he answered.

“Hey.”

“Did you get in?”

Hyunjin didn’t bother scolding Jisung for not greeting properly as the smile on his face grew larger. “Mm. Yeah.”

“That’s my boy!” Jisung yelled happily on the other end of the line, whooping and applauding for the both of you to hear. You skipped merrily next to Hyunjin’s pace, a smug look on your face as you hummed knowingly.

“Of course he got in! Hyunjin studied his ass off all throughout the summer-”

“Didn’t Miyeon apply there too?”

You slowed your pace as soon as you heard the feminine name, stopping all together in your tracks. It wasn’t until you were short behind Hyunjin that you hurried to return to his side and match his steps. You glanced up at his face to notice his reaction only to have your heart slip a bit into sadness. A small, sweet smile graced his face at the mention of the name, his hand coming up to rub the back of his neck where the end of his hair tickled it a bit.

“Yeah, she took her test earlier than me and she got in.” Hyunjin answered, his voice plain sounding as if it was no big deal but you could tell, only you could tell with the way his eyes casted downward they were gleaming and he couldn’t hide the soft smirk on his face.

He still liked her.

“Maybe you might have better luck this school year with her~?” Jisung sang playfully, making Hyunjin roll his eyes as he ushered Jisung to change the subject and end his teasing.

You listened to their conversation with just one ear as you hang your head low to hide the frown on your face. You nibbled on the plumpness of your bottom lip, recognizing the subtle feeling welling up in your chest. Your body felt heavy but that didn’t stop your hand from reaching over to slip into Hyunjin’s free one. You thanked him silently for letting you stay like this, even just for a little bit as you were closer to home. His gentle chuckle to whatever joke Jisung was telling warmed your heart up, even enough to put a small smile on your face as you thought to yourself.

You wanted to stay with him longer.

“I wish I could have visited you guys over the break.” Jisung sighed, the speaker phone being placed on the small counter top as Hyunjin readied the pot filled with water on the stove. You went straight to the small coffee table in the middle between the bed and TV stand, waiting patiently for Hyunjin and continued to listen in.

“I bet Changbin is lonely without me.”

“You’d be surprised.” Hyunjin commented curtly, dropping in the two noodle blocks and putting the lid on top of the pot.

“I’m going to give him a call to congratulate him too. You guys are lucky to go to the same college even after high school.” Jisung ignored the comment, leaving a bit of silence over the end. Jisung left to go to the states before completing high school with his two friends. His parents wanted him to learn English, more so to ignore his feelings of wanting to stay with his friends. Jisung never let it get him too down though, always promising to return and visit whenever he had the money and time.

“Don’t have too much fun without me.”

Hyunjin sighed from his spot by the stove, emptying the vegetable packets into the boiling noodles. “Don’t worry, my college years will be all about studying hard, not playing.”

“Hey, what about college parties and hook-ups with Miyeon-”

“Good night Jisung.”

“Oi-”

Hyunjin hung up quickly with a swift tap on the red ‘end call’ button before he was turning off the stove. He brought the boiling pot over to the small black coffee table where you were waiting for him holding your knees close to your chest. He dropped into a sitting position with folded legs, hissing out when the pot thudded a bit too heavily on the table. A press of the power button on the remote and the TV turned on showing a rerun of the show ‘Running Man’ the both of you seen one too many times. Nonetheless, Hyunjin let it play as he ripped open the ghost pepper packets with his teeth, pouring in the sauce to cover the noodles.

You watched him eat, the sides of your lips turning up into a small smile. Continuous laughter played from the TV as Hyunjin stared blankly, already knowing what was to happen in this episode. Still, you continued to watch him, thinking how proud you were of him. He was going to start his college life alone, an apartment all to himself. Though it was quite small, you were his faithful roommate who would keep him company always.

Other than the soft volume of the TV and Hyunjin’s chewing, all was quiet as your brown eyes stared at him. The desire you held back deep within your heart was seen through your eyes in these moments when you had Hyunjin to yourself. They held even more, emotions that you refused to acknowledge. Not yet, not just yet.

Your arm was moving up, slowly, reaching towards Hyunjin and the softness of his pink cheeks with shaky fingers.

A buzz followed with a ‘ding’ made your movements halt as the both of you looked over to his cell phone on the table as the screen lit up. He grabbed the phone and held it up, the movement in his jaw halting momentarily as he chewed more slowly. You craned your neck over to see, staring over blankly at a name and text you recognized clearly.

‘Congratz for getting in!! College life here we come ToT’

He couldn’t hold back the grin on his face, lips turning up into a smile as he unlocked his phone and wrote back with his thumb flying over the keyboard. You didn’t bother watching what he wrote, settling back into your spot and pulling in your lips as your eyebrows knitted close together.

The night continued on like that, Hyunjin’s attention now on sending and receiving texts from Miyeon as the TV played on. Only until the clock was reaching close to midnight did he finally deposit the lonely and finished pot of noodles into the sink, opting on cleaning it in the morning. He got into bed once he turned the TV off, the room going pitch dark except for the tiny light of his cellphone. He scrolled through the messages with a face no longer having a smile but carrying a look of gloom.

You carefully crawled into bed and underneath the covers, snuggling gently against the firm back that was turned to you. You kept your eyes open with notice that the light of the phone didn’t dare dim as you kept quiet next to him in bed.

You held your breath when his body stirred, turning around to face you. You held your breath until you couldn’t anymore, releasing your breath before peeking up at his face in the darkness. You could still make out his features, soft full lips and smooth skin. His eyes were half-closed as he looked at you, eyelashes almost touching the bottom of his lids as he breathed softly.

“I wish she liked me too.”

You blinked your eyes, brown orbs watching his facial features relax as sleep called to him. Moments passed as he slept more soundly, your eyes still open as you watched him. These moments, you would never tire of. You scooted a bit more closer to him, feeling every release of his breath tickle over your nose.

And just like every other night, you sneaked a feather light kiss onto his lips.
