She's an antivan crow and a mage as her magic manifested very late on one of her first few jobs as a fledgling, while he grew up primarily in the antivan circle, after being found to be a mage early on.

Nyxie mostly uses elemental/storm magic while Nelwin is primarily a spirit healer

Lil thoughts on them in the game (spoilers under the read more)

Talked about Nyxie a lot as she's my rook, but some more on their relationship and Nelwin

Personal hc is they managed to keep in contact despite being in the circle, because she's a crow and could use those ties to get some letters to him and occasional visit once she was a full fledged crow. He didn't care for it much as he has a disdain for crows (for orphaning them both and turning his sister to a crow along with the 'criminal organization thing), and that whole 'feeling like he's getting special treatment making him a bit scorned by other mages'. So they were always bit tense as siblings in spite of wanting the best for each other.

In game I think once Nyxie goes missing in the regret prison, Davrin and Neve track him down, because she was always writing letters for him most that remained unsent, they thought he should know. He *insists* on being there to help and he is skilled as a mage and that's his sister (plus as twins maybe their connection being able to help find where she is in the fade). Emmrich and Lucanis help get him out of the circle with Emmrich's connections from Nevarra and Lucanis being 1st talon by that point.

Their reunion she thinks it's a trick of the fade at first, but does let go and cry seeing it's him! They're family and even though they do fight they mean so much to each other, all they have left. (Cut to a day later and they're cat slapping each other) Also nel and Davrin hit it off after he joins up with the group lol (Cause big hc is after game he does not go back to antiva but instead gets transferred over to nevarra and joins the mourn watch, it's both 'he takes an easy affinity to necromancer already being experienced with spirits and an interest in it)

“I fuckin hate you! I can’t live like this…” you sobbed to yourself as you got ready for work. You felt tension and emotion stir as Toji sat in the other room grumbling.

“I swear I’m tired of these emotional ass, ungrateful ass bitches,” he began loudly and leaned into his chair as you interrupt.

“Get the fuck out!”

“Unstable ass, confrontational ass, dumb bitches- you wanna bring a man down even when I’m tryna do right. We could go our separate ways right now, you could move on with your life,” he huffed as you made your way to him now in his face.

“Fuck you, you love a pity party, I won't show up. Always act like your shit don't stink, motherfucker, grow up.” You bend at the waist to catch his eyes that burned with an anger that didn’t match his “nonchalant” demeanor all he did is readjust in his seat and silently meet your eyes.

“Forever late for shit, won't buy shit, sit around and deny shit- Fuck around on a side bitch, then come fuckin' up my shit!” You say snatching his phone up and stomping over to your counter making him get up to follow.

“What? Fuckin' up yo' shit? You must be bleedin' and some more shit. Bitch, I don't know shit, fuck yo' feelings-“ he begins coming up behind you before reaching for his phone which you move away from him. You turn and meet those same eyes.

“You on some hoe shit See, I don't know why you like playin' mind games with me,” you out his phone in his pocket and continue.

“Bitch, I ain't slow nor ditsy, I know when you bein' distant- I know when you fake busy. Get out yo' feelings and miss me with that reverse psychology.” Your voice cracks as he reaches for your necklace.

“Bitch you trippin, who got you that Rollie Chain-“

“And who put that car in my name??”

“You think ima kiss yo ass?”

“Nah, your fuckin lame” the two of you go back and forth. You toss the necklace to the side and get in eachother face tossing the same insult back and forth until Toji breaks away and moves back to his seat.

You let out and aggravated breath and go to your room to find the papers on your bed as Toji once again begins following you around.

“Wastin' my time and energy tryna be good to you- Lost friends, family, gained more enemies 'cause of you! Bitches starin' at me in Zara, hoes scratchin my cars up! Should followed my mind and just moved back home.” You refused to make eye contact with him anymore but he still continued.

“Oh, what, that's my fault now? Bitch, you power trippin', or guilt trippin'? I held yo' ass down-“

“You just kept me down, that's a big difference!” You sat down and continued getting ready for work as he stood in front of your way.

“Stressin' myself tryna figure why I'm not good enough… Goin' to church, prayin' for you, searchin' for good in us,” you sigh tiredly gettin up and in his face. Sayin anything to make him hurt the way he hurt you.

“Lil' dick-ass who can’t take care of his kids-“

“You was still suckin’ this dick tho-“

“Well shit I shoulda sucked his!”

His eye twitched as he tilted his head getting a little closer to you.

“Fuck you say?”

“I said I should have found a bigger dick!” You challenged clapping your hands each word for emphasis.

He backs up and you take the opportunity to grab you bag and leave laughing

“Aha you mad, lil feelins shot- go text that raggedy bitch and tell her you all that she got. Let her know you packin yo shit n gotta move by the first.” You turn to grab your keys but Toji grabs them first and holds them above him.

“Gimme my keys, ima be late to work.” You try and jump for them but he moves again.

“Fuck yo job today gon’ be the day you walk to that bitch-“

“Gimme my fuckin keys-“

“Nah, I like you parked in that bitch”

“Gimme my fuckin keys!” You continue to jump for your keys as Toji keeps moving eyein you and your sorry attempts with a smirk on his face.

“Ahh now you mad at me, I got you hollerin for nothin-“

“I do the same when we fuckin”

“Act like that pussy ain’t loose”

“I’d rather act like I’m cummin~”

“I’d rather fuck off the juice-“

“Id rather fuck on yo cousin-“

You grin and he two of you go back into spitting the same insult back and forth. Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you. During the argument he attempted to lock himself in the bathroom but you came around the other side that connect to your bedroom.

You two take the argument to the living room where he turns on the ps4.

“I don't even know why I fuck with you-“

“I'll be damned if I stuck with you,”

“Changed my number, I'm duckin' you, bitch.”

“Bitch, whatever is comfortable.”

You took a deep breath trying to regulate yourself but you’re so warm, raw and emotional that you couldn’t reason.

theyre particularly scared of top students like you mentioned that the mc would be in the special program where it has the top students of each batch and i recall zhongli, diluc, xinqui, and the twins r in it with some other people too!! errr yeah asteria has to be held down and dragged to attend that program's meeting because theyre deathly afraid of everyone in that program ESPECIALLY zhongli and diluc even if they claim they wont do anything to asteria... errr asteria will probably pull some bullshit excuse and pull it off as some suave and cool smart ass but inside theyre crippling and wants to go cry in the bathroom just because of the intense pressure theyre feeling just from talking to the two 😭

Hi! I totally understand, no need to apologize! The warnings are there for the people who are sensitive to those topics, and I always want my readers to put their mental health first!

You won't be missing a lot at all! It is the details of Bunny's attack, but you don't need to know the details to understand the story.

All you rlly need to know for Ghosts of The Past is that Jungkook was at the hospital the same time she was, had been obsessed with her prior to the attack but tried suppressing his fixation, and that Bunny now knows he was there that night, keeping her attacker from her.

Those are the narrative bits that will carry over that I can think of, but always feel free to ask either publicly or privately if in any future chapters you're confused!

Ayy thanks for clickin the readmore- this’ll be a lilll scrambled bc im just tossin down shit off the top of my head hahah,, here we g o

Basically the idea behind this is like uh- Chara comes back as a ghost, befriends Alphys and Mettaton. They kinda off-handedly comment abt how they always wanted to do somethin w/ gardening n cooking like Once and uhh, MTT immediately convinces Al to make a body for them so they can do a segment on his show. Some things of note:

-Chara keeps their identity hidden to everyone except Alphys and Flowey! They have intense guilt over what happened, and don’t really wanna bother their parents/reopen any old wounds.

-Their body wasn’t built for fighting as much as MTT’s was, they’re more for the Collection of Souls. Not to say they’re not sturdy- they can definitely take a hit- they just don’t have nearly as many weapons attached. As a result they rely more heavily on their own magic in a fight. Their main summons are these kinda- spikes/thorns they can shoot about with precision 

-Since CARE is Alphys’s second go-around in the Big Robot Building department, they’re smoother and a bit more advanced than MTT- Chara, however, requested that their full design be based around a doll, so they Look a little more rudimentary than MTT. They just think it’s neat.

-Since they don’t really care much about Attention- they wanna avoid it alot of the time anyway, best to leave questions unanswered and un-asked in the first place- they get along pretty well with MTT. They kinda just hang out to the side and cook whatever it is they’re working on together, and their gardening segment is pretty low-key. 

(A lil transcription bc my handwriting is Terrible) Alphys: “Shouldn’t we at least tell Asgore?? He misses you so-, so much” Chara: “Ah, Him,... Alphys, I,,... I’m not who he remembers, nor could I be if I tried. It’s better this way, really. It would just start the grieving pricess all over.. Trust me on this, it’s for the best.” Alphys: :(

Henlo, what's up? It's me, ya girl. Back with another ramble review! 😎 It’s Friday night, my belly is full of wine and biscuits, is there any better time to read The Most Cutest Fic Ever?? Nope. No there is not! Review might be a tad more rambly than usual because I'm a lilll lit. But all the more fun! 🤭 (hopefully)

TL,DR: this story is great and just as hilarious and sweet on the second read. So READ IT. (Special mention to Google Docs for spell checking my review because WHEW it would be a mess otherwise.)

Spoilers below~

Okay okay so first things first: Joy's humor is Unparalleled. Like I was LITERALLY laughing out loud through most parts of this fic. Smiling to myself like a total idiot in others because this MC is just so relatable. Maybe the characterization is so well done because Joy has her own signature brand of soft, clown energy that she brings to the table. The MC is SUCH a millennial meme child, I can truly see myself being great friends with her if not just BEING her. I mean, every time Hobi is mentioned, MC and Yoongi have that little insider saying “A moment of silence for our boy Hobi.” And I LITERALLY wheeze! I was absolutely rolling with the continuity of the joke too. Like not only does MC remind Yoongi to observe the moment of silence at one point, she also acknowledges it in her own head later on! Absolutely, Genius *chef's kiss* It's little insiders like that which really give characters ~personality~. Like that wasn't just a throwaway meme: it's an actual part of MC's relationship with her friends. Add to that, her Ample Thirst for this doe-eyed, beautiful, muscle pig and we have a very lovable and personable main character. Urgh Joy, b i g meme brain.

Now, I've never worked at a grocery store, but I HAVE worked retail, so the setting was so familiar to me. This fic truly made me miss the camaraderie of working on the same shifts as certain coworkers. The shared ~trauma~ and Boredom really do help bring people together. You can see that reflected so well in the way the characters interact with each other. It's the little things like Yoongi and MC having their coffee break ritual. Or MC knowing she can always hid behind the bakery counter because Jimin's always ready to lend an ear. Or even the comfortable way in which Sejin and MC communicate and how he trusts her to do well whenever he puts her. It makes me miss One of my old managers specifically because she would literally have mercy on me some shifts and put me in sections she knew I preferred (Shout out to Maria, you a real one 😌👌🏾)

And this Jungkook. He's just so GOOD? ADORKABLE! I love how we, as the readers, can totally see from a mile away that he's into MC from the get go. There are alllll of these little hints that he's interested in her. Like when he hears that she'll be reducing in the meat section and he perks up because it's adjacent to fruit and veg. Even when she's just blindly thirsting over him in their first interaction, he lets it slip that he knows who she is. Yoongi notices him staring over at them, but assumes he's just gonna narc about the contraband coffee. But we know. We KNOW. And the whole situation with Kook nosing into her conversation with Namjoon because she was clearly too comfortable and happy alone with him 🤧 Soft jealousy, we love to see it. He's also just So endearing??? Like the way he goes out of his comfort zone to attempt to make conversation about the coffee. Or when he offered her his heating pad because he thinks she's on her period. Or when he lifts the pallet for her and goes on a tangent about his gym routine. OR WHEN HE OFFERS HER HIS JUMPER BECAUSE SHE HAS A COLD. HOW DARE HE BE THE PERFECT MAN. I AM R U I NE D FOR ALL MEN

(Idk how I'm 4 paragraphs in and I still haven't managed to sum up All of the points I wanted to make. Tipsy me is worse at this than sober me.) I love how we see these two idiots blossom into a soft friendship. When Kook told MC how much he admires how friendly and kind she is I busted the PHATTEST uwu. And all of the lunch dates where they get to know each other better. Then when Jungkook confesses it's literally because he can't even hold all of his feels anymore. It's so sweet that they are both so disbelieving that the other could Possibly be interested in them. But that's because they see so much good in each other 💕 This is just such an honest portrayal of a budding relationship among the #youth and I can't get enough! (Can I call myself a youth even though I'm 25? I'm young! I'm hip! 😬)

Long Distance Cuddle Bear [May 19, 2020]

Zippy stays draped across her bed, danglinnnnnnng off the edge as she lies her cheek on the cusp of the edge, her cheek pusheeed up as a result as she holds her phone between her fingers and her socket pop, her lips cruiiiiising up as she sees Noen on the screen, “What you doingggg?”

Noen holds the phone as he looks under the bed, trying to see if the new cat was hiding there....”I’m trying to look for the new kitten, but...he’s Sneaky...” He offers, moving to show what he was looking at. “Think he’s under here somewhere or should I press onwards...?”

Zippy’s lips naturally push to the right, trying to See, “Move a lilll to the lefttt...” She says as she narrows her eyes, “I don’t see anything...where else do you thiiiink?”

“I’m thinking...Mars’s room, but I also think he’s sleeping right now...” Noen trails off, before deciding to give up the Search for now, moving to flop back on his bed, looking at Zippy. “Everything been good over there?”

“yeauhhh...” She lowly groans out, half hugging the side of the bed as she starts to feeeeel kinda wooooozy, moving her head back from the edge, as she takes in a slow long breath and pushes it back out, feeling like a ballooooon, but the sad kind. “...just kinda bummmed and I feel like rapunzel...”

“Do you want to talk about it...?” Noen gently ventures out, looking at Zippy.

Zippy’s lips push out as she teeters on if she should or if it was dumbo stuff...moving her arm across her and cuddling into it some, “...just feel like everybody is disconnecting and leaving the chat...and making new ones without me? and I’m just here. by myself. While everybody else is doing cool stuff and I’m...big fat sad about it? and I miss being able to Do Stuff...like, a lot...and I know there are a lot of Bigger Stuff and Scary stuff people have going on but....mnnnphhh...” Zippy clamps off, moving her shoulders up a little...

“I’m here with you,” Noen softly, warmly reminds her, giving her a smile as he moves his fingers onto the screen. “And maybe if people are leaving you out of the chat...it’s just a sign you have to join new ones. Maybe I can introduce you to my friends in one? They’re really super cool, and I’m sure they’d be super down to e-hang with you?” He offers, feeling a bit of internal annoyance if it was Those Friends of Zippy’s leaving her out of things while they were off on their Usual Misadventures....

“Yeah...but, you not at the same time...” Zippy says lowly back, just really missing seeing people in real life, hugging, touching all the human life stuff, not really wanting to be back in...big fat bubble land, a soft sigh moving out of her...”...sorry, didn’t mean it like any kind of Way...” She gently apologizes to Noen as she looks back at the screen, not wanting him to feel bad for feeling like she was and stuff...hnnnm..a little smile appearing, “You wanna add me to The Group Chat? You sure that’s Biggg....”

“No, it’s okay, I understand, it’s hard, with the distance, and everything going on...” Noen gently replies, before giving a nod. “I do, I want to introduce you to everyone, though we can also take it a few at a time, too?” He offers back with a little smile, not wanting to feel like Zippy Had to join the big group chat with everyone, knowing that could be intimidating when everyone else knew each other, but you didn’t know them.

Zippy’s lips softly twist as she tries to not...feel Bad...”...I did meet some of them?” She tries to offer out, her shoulders gently moving up as she takes in and releases a breath in short order, “They’re kinda sacred and stuff though right? Maybe the next time I’m down...I’ll fit in...?”

"If that's what you want," Noen offers with a gentle smile, before giving her a little nudge and a little wink. "Still gotta introduce you to Az and C, and a few others, but I already think the verdict will be a Yes, that they'll love you," he reminds.

“Az and...C?” Zippy repeats back, adjusting her grasp on her phone as she looks over at Noen’s room, seeing the bear she had gotten for him when she was visiting, a touch of a smile peeking through as she hears how they would Love Her, “...how do you Know...?”

Noen gives a nod of his head, the smile spreading across his lips. “Because you’re super lovable, of course. It’s just Fact.”
