The Orca's handle design allows for a natural hand position - meaning, you don't have to strain your hand by moving your thumb or fingers in a position that is not how you would naturally just place them in the shear. This handle also features a second finger hole that keeps the stylist's hands from sliding forward, therefore giving the stylist better control and more power transferred down to the end of the blade.
