Fully obsessed with the concept of Copia. He's over fifty years old. He's a gamer. His arrival coincides with the death of every previous Papa like he's the bringer of the bubonic plague. He rides little tricycles around the Ministry. He's apparently a professional dancer as well as being the vocalist for a metal band but has a Charisma of 8. He's pathetic (canon). He's literally the Satanic Pope. He loves his mom. He's kind of a bitch. He wears tracksuits with dress shoes. Tobias hates him but is chronically incapable of killing him off because he serves so much cunt. I really can't decide if I want to be this man or be inside him

cuz at first ajaa wasnt even meant to exist it was just meant to be the trilogy and thats it, then while theyre porting it over to the nintendo ds capcom gives them the green light to go nuts with a bonus pseudo-dlc case and By God Do They, making the longest case yet of RFTA with fully animated 3d cutscenes + an incredibly convoluted plot that makes the most out of aa1's 3 day trial system + fully modelled 3d rotational evidence, hitting heavy themes of police corruption and evidence forgery and whatnot like they went INSANE, cuz this was supposed to be IT. this was supposed to be ace attorneys big finale and farewell but SIKE oh my god the actual Ministry Of Justice has knocked on capcoms door and told them hey can you make some propaganda for us. so now the aa team has to make propaganda for them. right after burning themselves the fuck out from creating rfta. all that time spent on rfta which couldve been development time for ajaa.... too late. cant be taken back. apollo justice is designed in less than a week and theyre marketing this game while the team is still making it, takumi crazed madman that he is decides to not rely on old characters which while that is an artistic slay, sets up the stage for a marketing failure, and a new artistic team of infinite ambition goes nuts with creating derangedly detailed animations
Tumblr media Tumblr media
ā¬†ļø like oh my god are you insane. thank you so much BUT ARE YOU INSANE? all while still making 3d renders of evidence and random 3d animations and it looks so awesome BUT THERES NOT ENOUGH TIME, 3 wonderful cases are made but 4-4 falls on its face. 6 hours long instead of the usual 10 and only one cross-examination in the final trial and 2 whole main characters with no backstory like its bad. its going to be bad. but its too late. the most incomplete ace attorney game has to be rushed out of the gates and the sales are made But The Reception Is Bad. Real Bad. 2000s hater gamer crowds were the first of its kind, being massively fuelled by the internet, haters back then could sink their teeth deep into a company, which is what got nintendo scrambling away from their wind waker art direction to appease the gamers w twilight princess. so similarly when the hate for ajaa came on, cuz whattt phoenix disbarred and no šŸ˜¤ old characters šŸ˜¤šŸ˜¤, capcom scrambled to appease the masses. but oh oh whats this? takumi says 'yeahhhh Nah' and says he wants to make a game about his dog. OK. cant persuade him away from that. might as well let some new blood handle the franchise in takumi's place then, but for The Love Of God do not make an ajaa followup. the gamers will kill us. and so the aai duology was born....... cool........ first one's reception was so bad that localization plans were dropped entirely for the sequel. wow. takumi is fresh off from ghost trick but fucking what, 5 years has passed now, and the new hot console is the nintendo THREE ds. 3ds. wowwww. fucking... PROFESSOR LAYTON kidnaps takumi to make plvpwaa and ajaa continues to be left in the dust. fucking nobody wants him. poor orphaned kitten left in the street. all while the trilogy gets 9584948 million adaptations. and yamazaki twiddles his thumbs thinking abt making aai3 but after thinking it over hes like yeah ill try making aa5. capcom lets him and.......... its over........ they tell him sure go for it But Do Not Follow Up On Apollo Everyone Hates Him please make phoenix the protag. a recipe for disaster. and a disaster aa5 is. juggling THREE protags a complete mess and they do a popularity poll and wow would u look at who came first, fucking APOLLO. JUSTICEEEEEEE. its almost like.... gamers opinions..... are not valuable in the long run.. and popular opinion has never signified artistic understanding.... aa6 comes chugging along and yamazaki addicted to racism cranks out something even worse. both aa56 makes the sales it needs but mindless fanservice can only get u so far... its been nearly 10 years since the ajaa 'trilogy' titles released and the general consensus is that Aaja Was Good and aa56 Not So Much but what can you do now? heres the apollo justice trilogy please buy it and deeply lower ur expectations for coherent and cohesive narratives which have basis in reality thank u. bc u will not be finding that here. ajaa never stood a chance.. they werent doomed by the narrative. its worse. they were doomed by STUPID FUCKING GAMERS AND STUPID EXECUTIVE DECISIONS šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜

Beholder has me in an autism grip gamers and now I shamelessly have This Guy
Say hello to Elliott Vonel! He's, quite a long story! But basically he's an OC for both Papers, Please and Beholder. Anyways, as usual, more info under the cut.
He's M(ikhail) Vonel's half brother. Mr Vonel had a bit of an affair during one of his trips to the now West Grestin and Elliott was born. Elliott never really got to know about his father because he left not long after the pregnancy.
Lived his whole life with his Kolechian mother but marries an Arstotzkan woman and has two kids, a son and a daughter.
Only recently came to Arstotzka after the border reopened. He claims an official Arstotzkan citizenship.
Won the labor lottery for a position in the Ministry of Property Registration as a property manager/landlord for an apartment in the Altan district. In addition, he takes the role of a beholder as he has to spy on the tenants to make sure they do not go against government laws.
Elliott basically did not know Mikhail existed and vice versa, until they coincidentally met in a worker's audit. Mikhail didn't take the revelation too well and refuses to aid his half brother with the reason of not wanting to aid someone who he had never known prior and someone who's basically a Kolechian - thus causing both of them to have a severely strained relation.
Elliott is clearly upset by this, but tries to maintain his ground - claiming he's a good man. He's better than that government pet.
...and the bills pile up. And his wife is nagging him for daily needs constantly. And his son becomes rebellious and estranged. And his daughter falls severely ill. And so on, and so on.
... He's a good man. ... Is he now?
Other info:
The information above relates most to his Papers, Please version, but his Beholder counterpart isn't any different. Just switch the places around and he still retains the same story.
Mainly inspired by Beholder 1's protag, Carl Stein.
Elliott is 5'2". I forgot to put it on his ref.
His ref mentions he's Borean (?) just because the location of the State in Beholder isn't really clear.
Takes FOREVER to decide on something. his half brother scripts while he goes on the shittiest improv ever.
Insanely fast runner with insane stamina.
Does not have a sense of time (until he does and he gets stressed about it).
Heavy insomniac
Not really having the best mental health streak.
He needs to keep checking with the ministries because they keep fucking his name up in documents (Eliot, Elliot, Eliott, etc.).
He's so stressed out and paranoid it's unreal.
EZIC/New Tomorrow ... neutralist. For now.

Ghoul HCs - Rain edition.
(I've been having so much Rain on the brain, it's not even funny any more.)
Rain is the only ghoul who truly loves rain (duh) and tends to be in a pissy mood when it's dry and sunny for long stretches of time. Luckily, with the ministry set in Sweden, the weather is usually quite changeable. When Sodo and Swiss spend their smoke break under the wide arch of the north entrance to shelter from the downpour, Rain joins them - not because he smokes, but because he'll happily stand a few feet away in the rain and get absolutely soaked (he then leaves puddles on the stone floor and gets in trouble).
Not only is he obsessed with bodies of water, he also brings an insane amount of water bottles everywhere and lets them pile up in weird places. It's an issue on tour that Rain is constantly stressed about dying of thirst (and highly dramatic about it). Sometimes he sees a stranger chugging from a huge-ass water bottle out in public and could cry out of jealousy. [he's me]
Speaking of crying, he's completely helpless around other people's tears (even though they're water). Almost as soon as someone's eyes get wet, Rain will start crying too and needs to be comforted himself.
He constantly cracks his joints. All of them, all the time - and whenever he moves, he cracks involuntarily. The other ghouls don't mind, but Papa gets the ick every time. He's thought about tying Rain up (not in a sexy way, just to make the sounds stop), but Rain can't play bass completely immobilized, can he? Also, the first time Swiss witnessed Rain pulling his own tail to crack his tail vertebrae and sighing in relief, the multi ghoul almost choked laughing.
He absolutely loves vintage clothing, it's one of his favorite human things ever. All ghouls have their distinctive styles and preferences when out of uniform, but Rain usually dresses like a mix between Peaky Blinders and 70s fashion with a few ruffly Victorian shirts thrown in. Think Ryan Ross but cool. Contrary to many people who hc Rain with blueish skin, I imagine him very pale with greyish undertones and grey eyes, so he can pull off wearing any colour, too.
I almost forgot the most important one: Rain is an avid reader. I know gamer Rain is a thing in the fandom, but reader Rain is close to my heart, and actually... why not both? His taste in books is, um, very broad. He prefers fantasy and thrillers, but doesn't mind if they're bad, you know? He's even known to enjoy the occasional cheap paperback with a scantily-clad human woman embracing a highlander type on the cover.
In general, Rain is more of a quiet type around those he doesn't know well and has a very wry kind of humour, but he can be a loud AF drama queen around his pack.

Domestic December Day 17 - Hobbies Together
Some ghoul hobby headcanons with emphasis on them hanging out together
Notes: Prompt list by comp-lady. See prompt list here
Ghoul hobbies below the cut or on AO3
Cirrus: Puzzles. Cirrus likes puzzles because theyā€™re calming and meditative. She can set a puzzle out and work on it for hours without getting bored. Itā€™s good for alone time. That being said though, she loves when Cumulus joins her. Between the two of them they can knock out a puzzle in a day.
Cumulus: Jewelry making. Cumulus loves jewelry making. Anything from stringing beads on woven cord to pulling out her soldering iron and affixing settings to rings, pendants and earrings. Every pack member has jewelry from her that she made with them in mind.
Sunshine: Dancing. Sunshineā€™s favorite hobby is dancing because itā€™s a great outlet to use all her nervous energy. Being quiet and sitting still doesnā€™t really do it for her. This girl has got to move. Sheā€™ll just put headphones on, hit shuffle on her playlist, and go. She is also known for starting dance parties in the den common area.
Aurora: Painting. Aurora is an amazing painter. She discovered her talent shortly after being summoned and now the craft store is her favorite place. She has painted murals in all the ghoulā€™s rooms and has become the official portrait artist, mural painter, and overall art director for the ministry.
Dewdrop: Meditation. Itā€™s Dewdrop's fiery temper that actually led him to trying meditation. He needed an outlet and a way to manage his extreme highs and lows. He finds meditation grounding and it helps him relax even in stressful times like tours. Aether regularly joins him, proud of the effort Dew is making.
Rain: Video games. Gamer boy Rain, need I say more? He loves many genres of games from single player RPGs to multiplayer tournament style games. He has a group of online friends he plays with regularly but he also plays with the pack as well. Phantom took a liking to racing games so the two of them duke it out in the common room frequently.
Mountain: Gardening. Mountain is the ministryā€™s head gardener so it makes sense that he has a fondness for gardening. Even in his free time he's out in the gardens and greenhouse checking on his plants. He also has at least twenty different species of plant in pots in his room so part of his morning routine is tending to those as well. When the weatherā€™s nice, Aurora often brings her portable easel out to the greenhouse to paint while Mountain tends to the garden.
Aether: Reading. When Aetherā€™s not working in the hospital wing or hanging out with the pack, heā€™s reading. He loves books and learning. Heā€™s not picky and reads a bit of every genre but mystery and romance books are probably his favorite. Everyone gets him books for his summoning day.
Swiss: Cooking. Considering that Dew, Aurora, and Phantom had to be banned from the kitchen after nearly setting things on fire, it's fortunate that Swiss not only likes to cook but is amazing at it. He has tons of recipes memorized and is constantly raiding the libraryā€™s cookbook collection for new recipes to try. When it comes to baking, Cumulus often joins him to help.
Phantom: Watching nature documentaries. Rain was watching a documentary of sharks one day and Phantom was so enraptured that he ended up stealing the remote and watching it on loop for several days. Heā€™s since expanded and will watch basically any animal documentary. He still frequently rewatches the one on bats which triggered his love of the ā€œsky puppiesā€ as he loves to call them. When the pack took him to the zoo for the first time they thought he was going to explode in excitement.

Hey, @saltandlightarchive, what about video games? I have a theory blog where I sometimes draw parallels between games and the Bible, as well as streaming as part of a ministry to gamers that I've been trying to develop; and an art/fic blog where I've also been posting my ideas for game design (which I'm trying to learn... very, very sloooooowly...).

Guys! I attended the first-ever Nerd Culture Ministry Summit this week! Although as the anime fan in a conference full of gamers I was the odd person in the room full of odd people, I still had a lot of fun. And I learned so much from leaders in gaming ministry, which though itā€™s in its infant stages is light years ahead of ā€œanime ministry,ā€ which is what @beneaththetangles does. Cool stuff.

{Reading crusades. And my experience with the internet}
StotyArk: colorblind
(Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, Have Mercy on me, a sinner)
I think I started making DS3 videos, around the same time I started reading the Bible in online chatrooms....
The first platform where I began to read was the Among Us app. It took little time before grace granted me an audience of listeners. I was reading to some angsty teens n peers, discussing; The Lords Sermon on the mount. With well received response too! When suddenly the chat started to glitch! It happened like this: All black icons would enter the chat, phantom voices would echo without any icon indicating a speaker, it was spooky man. Some kid was explaining how it was a hacker! Whilst another said it was the "chat admins" who monitor communications. Continuing, everyone in the chat started to disconnect except me. Then suddenly, commandeering the chat; Men with foreign tongues began to interrogate me. Some spoke to me in Arabic, some in Russian, some in Hindi, some in Hebrew. Clarifying in english they asked me: "Who are you?" "Where are you from?" "Why are you doing this?" "Where did you learn these things?" "What are you doing in a place like this?" "How many languages do you speak?" "Dear one, What level is your education?" "Who IS this Jesus you speak of?" "What is it that you believe?" & "Who sent you?"
Lo "Whether he be a sinner or not, I know not! One thing I know, that whereas I was blind, now I see!" John 9:25
Lo ā€œI decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified!ā€ 1 Corinthians 2:2
I cannot tell whether or not I was talking to admins, hackers, spys, Angels, demons or blue-collar gamers... internet or not; This platform was the most unlikely place to happen across this sort of company. So there I was; Playing Among Us. Reading with my afflicted peers on what may have been, at that time: The goofiest AND evilist place on the internet.
When you enter a chat like that... This is a dangerous thing for your psyche. I have had Acid trips that buzzed my brain less then these; Thesis of speeches. With more or less~than lack to the luster of eloquence, you hear me? Unalii. This was a sound weapon who could so tame it? When I entered that chat; Violent demonic screaming, coming from the voices of youths. Those who should have been cherished and were cut off. And I did bear it. I lamented their anguish, the pain. So as you can imagine, it takes the parting of the red sea and some time to pacify such a woeful excitement. But eventually you get a few who are curious enough to listen and engage with you respectfully. And before you know it the Grace of God delivers us and everyone takes turns reading and sharing and making melody in our hearts unto the receiving grace of repentance. The key to the treasures of good communications are in loving thy Neigghbor, as thyself always. :)
Tumblr media
Anyways; suddenly the chat was commandeered by foreign linguists with their own religious and political opinions, and these gentleman had some questions for me, these were Scholars and Schicks, respectful and professional. it was the most charming company, in the most unlikely of places, a very interesting experience. I had a few more good conversations before the app became unstable.. My profile was cool, I liked it. After this invasion^, I went some months away into the deeper parts of Appalachia where I did receive ministry by angels for some time before returning to video games and reading online.
When I returned, I encountered some more, very incredibly charming individuals of whom my soul does still cherish. lovely and intelligent, all were beautiful people though some golden ones did seek to slay me.

Tokyo Street Fashion
Recently, I've been on a quest to reconnect with my fashion roots. It's high time to bring back the thin sparkly pink scarf paired with Claire's fingerless panda gloves. I was searching through the ancient depths of the internet all they way back in the primitive year 2008, when I stumbled across something incredible. I'm not going to tell you what it is yet, so don't get too excited. ~(ā€¾ā–æā€¾)~ Instead, I want you to participate in a thought experiment. Picture this, you are in charge of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs "Trends in Japan" website. You're trying to come up with new engaging ways of interacting with the world wide web. You've already made a section about food, tech, pop culture, lifestyle, even fashion, all the normal stuff... but something is still missing. You're about to give up, when you suddenly trip and fall down the stairs! You tumble down all the way to the bottom, roly-polying as though you were a delicious IKEA faux meatball (or Takoyaki if you're really that committed to staying on theme). You obviously hit your head a bunch on the way down, you end up with cartoonish sparkles surrounding your head. But that's when it comes to you. The answer. The one thing missing. A government sanctioned street-style section! āœŗā—Ÿ(āˆ—ā›ąø±į“—ā›ąø±āˆ—)ā—žāœŗ
Okay, maybe it doesn't immediately sounds that weird. Actually it kind of does.
Tumblr media
When you enter the Street Style section, this is the first thing you see. No clue how they found all these people, but you can click on these little faces and take a peeksy at three separate outfit-oriented pictures of them (many of which are honestly pretty feet-centric and the shoes aren't even that interesting).
Tumblr media
I'd like to add that this image showcases an outfit that is about identical to how I used to dress in 2008. Okay... I swear I'm going somewhere with all of this. Actually I'm really not. I want to know how they found the people to be in these government sponsored fit pics, what did they have to say to them? I'm torn between thinking these are really just fashionable laypersons and thinking that these people were hired to create cute little government propaganda outfits. And I'm really left wondering why all countries don't have a street style section on their website. It would be so much easier to plan your vacation wardrobe if government sanctioned outfits were the standard. I'd love to see what the people of Austria are wearing on the daily in 2008. I did try to search for more state supported lookbooks but I came up with nothing. Sadly, this seems to be a uniquely pre-2010 Japan feature.
Because my main goal was to discover inspirational outfit posts, I guess I would say I was successful. It's missing a certain anime-loser-gamer edge that I am craving, and still desperately searching for in my quest to become the best dressed freak in all of my town. If someone has tips for how to dress like you play D&D but are actually so so cool and hot please tell me.
Although I achieved my goal I have been left with many questions and a newfound longing for more countries to participate in this style of promotion. If you want to poke around on your own (highly recommend), here's the link Ł©(ā—•ā€æā—•ļ½”)Ū¶ <--- just click him

ā€œIn diversity, there is beauty, and there is strengthā€ ā€“ Maya Angelou
What a wondrous thing it is when people come together and help each other. After all, if we were meant to be alone, there wouldnā€™t be other people in this universe with us (there wouldnā€™t even be other universesļæ½ļæ½ļæ½ but thatā€™s a story for another time). This week letā€™s zoom in to crowdsourcing: the internetā€™s version of everyone coming together to help each other.
Though the term itself is pretty self-explanatory, Iā€™m going to clarify it for the context of this discussion. Crowdsourcing is a tossed salad of opinions and ideas from people of various backgrounds, usually who are not affiliated with large brands. Today, crowdsourcing has transformed mere opinions into catalysts for progress. So now the question is, how does crowdsourcing impact innovation and problem-solving across industries? Letā€™s look at the Malaysian examples of how crowdsourcing has impacted the technology, education and creative industries.
ā˜†ć€‚*怂ā˜†ć€‚ā˜†ć€‚*怂ā˜†ć€‚ā˜†ć€‚*怂ā˜†ć€‚
Tech This Out
Tumblr media
Firstly, letā€™s look at Petronasā€™ Technology Challenges (Petroliam Nasional Berhad 2023). In the 15th Technology Challenge the inspection technique of non-metallic underground piping, showcased collective innovation. The challenge drew participation from diverse local and international entities, culminating in Electro Scan Inc.'s victory with the "Machine-Intelligent Pipe Condition Assessment" technology. This groundbreaking solution, using a low-voltage, high-frequency electrical current, eliminates the need for excavation when assessing non-metallic pipes. Petronas' recognition of this technology underscores the collaborative effort in advancing inspection methodologies.
Similarly, Malaysia's dedication to 5G progress is exemplified in the "Malaysia's 5G Innovation Challenge" (Low 2023). Ericsson's role in deploying a second 5G network highlights the country's commitment to embracing cutting-edge technology. Challenges in 5G deployment, such as diversity and complexity, prompt a two-pronged approach. Engaging with the broader ecosystem and initiatives like Open Radio Access Networks (Open RAN) prove instrumental. Manufacturing partners, like Jabil, significantly contribute by providing cost-effective and efficient production solutions. With over half of Malaysia's populated areas now covered by 5G, the evolving ecosystem anticipates rapid growth, fostering innovation and collaboration between wireless entities and manufacturing partners. The future of 5G in Malaysia appears promising, with collaboration playing a pivotal role in this technological evolution.

The Study of Studies
Tumblr media
Another notable sector is the education industry. Malaysia's adoption of the Inclusive Open Educational Resources (iOER) National Policy (UNESCO 2023) and the widespread availability of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) (Department of Higher Education & Ministry of Higher Education 2023) exemplify crowdsourcing by tapping into the collective wisdom of diverse contributors. OER, shaped through a multistakeholder approach involving experts from 20 Malaysian public universities, civil society groups, and various institutions, demonstrates collaborative efforts to create inclusive and equitable educational resources.
Likewise, the extensive array of MOOCs, drawing from 20 local universities and engaging over 500 thousand students, showcases the collective contribution of educators and institutions toward accessible and free online learning. Both OER and MOOCs underscore Malaysia's commitment to crowdsourced educational content, where the collective input from various stakeholders enriches and democratises the learning experience.

The Artsy Creativity
Tumblr media
The creative industry has harnessed the power of crowdsourcing through platforms like KITA BUAT and community-made street art in Malaysia. KITA BUAT, established in 2019, serves as a global hub connecting artists, gamers, musicians, and YouTubers. It enables them to showcase their creations on various mediums like wall prints and fashion apparel. Through KITA BUAT, individuals can open their stores, fostering a sense of community and self-expression.
Community-made street art, prevalent in cities like Kuching, showcases vibrant murals and graffiti, transforming urban spaces into dynamic canvases. Initiatives like the #Tanahairku Street Art project, supported by Petronas, unite artists nationwide to express their love for Malaysia through vibrant creations (Bong & Cheng 2019). These projects, such as 'Wild About Kuching' and 'Leaping Feline,' portray unity, heritage, and cultural diversity.
Both KITA BUAT and community-made street art exemplify how crowdsourcing in the creative industry empowers individuals, fosters collaboration, and transforms public spaces into vibrant reflections of shared identity and artistic expression.

Now What?
Malaysia's crowdsourcing initiatives in tech, education, and the creative sector showcase the power of collaborative, community-driven efforts. From solving industry challenges to fostering inclusive education and vibrant street art, these endeavours reflect a collective spirit. So let us all explore these initiatives to witness the transformative impact of crowdsourcing in shaping a dynamic and innovative future ļøµā€æļøµ

Henk Roger in Chile
Henk Roger (actual CEO with Axeley Pajitnov of The Tetris Company), is a Game Programmer, Game Designer, various games, and Chief Executive of game companies, he arrived in Chile for Festigame 2023 on the 12 and 13 of August! I went on Saturday and I got to know him, he could sign me some Bullet Proof Software (best known as B.P.S too) games.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Was so fantastic his interview on the main stage of FestiGames. I will tell you the trajectory of Henk Roger before and later of Tetris.
The Birth of Bullet Proof Software
Tumblr media
Bullet Proof Software (known as B.P.S) was an American/Japanese game Developer and Publisher founded by Henk Roger in 1983 in Japan. In the next year, the first game developed by B.P.S was Black Onyx, which was the first introduction of the RPG (Role Playing Game)/ Dungeon Crawler genre for the gamer Japanese before they developed games such as Dragon Quest (Enix), YS (Nihon Falcom) or Final Fantasy (Squaresoft).
Black Onyx had Inspiration from successful American RPGs like Ultima by Richard Garriot in 1981, and Wizardry byĀ Andrew C. GreenbergĀ andĀ Robert Woodhead in 1981, obviously, those games are based on Dungeon & Dragon (a tabletop game created in 1974 by David Gygax and Dave Anderson), the original mother of all Rol Playing games.
Its development was for NEC-PC 88, NEC-PC 98, SEGA-1000 and, and had a sequel for Famicom called Super Black Onyx.

Tetris, From Russia with Love:
Tumblr media
I suggest you check the great documental: "From Russian with Love" created by BBC, but I will try to resume the story: Axeley Pajitnov's 1985 program Tetris his Electronika 60 in the Science Sovietic Academy of Moscu during the URRS, his creation did not have the proprietary right concept, the game was spread all over Europe. The game quickly arrived on different PCs until you reached a Computation Exposition in Europe. A man called Robert Stein from Andromeda Software was interested in Tetris, and he wanted to contact Axeley Pajitnov, but the Soviet government was awarded the game to negotiate with any wanted of getting the rights of commercialization for selling Tetris via Elorg, Ministry of Technology of the government.
Elorg sent the first step for negotiating to Robert Stein, but him believed that was a contract for the right of commercialization, he started selling the rights commercialization to Mirror Soft (a British Company created by the Multibilionaire Robert Maxwell), This company sold the rights to Spectrum Holobyte (game developer and Publisher in the USA) that this sold the rights to Atari Tengen (for Arcade and Console) and finally Atari Tengen sold the rights to Henk Roger from Bullet Proof Software for can sell Tetris for Famicom, during a CES of 1987.
Tumblr media
"This was the first version of Tetris for Famicom released in 1987, that didn't same NES version released in 1989 was developed by Nintendo Japan". But Elorg didnĀ“t know about the commercialization of Tetris in anything platform until 1988, when they saw the different Tetris versions on PC. Elorg contacted Robert Stein because he traded the rights without Elorg's permission., while Mirror Soft at the same time they wanted the rights to Tetris, and Henk Roger was contacted by Hiroshi Yamauchi because Nintendo they worked on a new Console Portable: Game Boy. Henk Roger, Robert Stein, and Kevin Maxwell made a trip to URRS, to negotiate the complete rights of Tetris, without knowing each one traveled with the same intention, was a legal fight and very bureaucratic, and this scaled to the KGB, Kremlin, and finally to the Mijain Gorbachov, but Henk Roger got the exclusive rights for develop and sell the game for Game Boy and VideoGame Home Console. With the rights to the Video Game Home Console, They can stop and cancel the version of Atari Tengen for NES, obviously, Atari demanded Nintendo in a Legal Trial for the rights to sell the Home Console (at this moment ATARI made a re-engineer inverse to the NES for manufacture own NES Cartridge without permission of Nintendo they had another legal trial).
Tumblr media
In 1989, Tetris was sold with the release of the Game Boy, which was developed by Bullet Proof Sofware, It was a success for Nintendo and BPS, but Axeley Pajitnov at all times earned nothing from the profits of his creation, Elorg and URRS kept the profits until 1996 when Russia change to the capitalist system and rights of creation were delivered for his creator.

Testris and the Friendship:
Axeley Pajitnov wanted to work as a Game designer and work in the game industry, and his best friend could help. Bullet Proof Software since 1989, opened a filial of development in Redmond Washington (very near the Nintendo of America office), Axeley Pajitnov could exit to the URRS, and traveled to the United States with his family. His first work in B.P.S was: - WellTris - FaceTris - HaTris - Knight Moves - PipeDream ( based on the PC game of Lucas Film Game) - Yoshi Cookies (based on an unreleased arcade game of HomeData) Later Pajitnov worked at Microsoft and in 1996 he founded with Henk Roger, The Tetris Company.

Speak your heart out gamer girl
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So, whatā€™s on your mind?
Tumblr media
...
Tumblr media
...Iā€™m sorry.
Tumblr media
For what?
Tumblr media
Thereā€™s...I...I have a lot on my mind. I-Itā€™s all coming to me at once, and I dunno where to start.
Tumblr media
Well, maybe start with what you think is most relevant?
Tumblr media
Okay...you knew what my parents were like back then, obviously.
Tumblr media
I did, yes. I was engaged to your father, after all.
Tumblr media
We discussed that before, didnā€™t we?
Tumblr media
I know, itā€™s just...I didnā€™t really know all that much about my parents. Before all this. I didnā€™t know my mom was a detective, I didnā€™t know my dad once worked for the U.S. military, I didnā€™t know grandma worked for the Ministry of Education...
Tumblr media
I donā€™t think I know much about anybody, honestly...
Tumblr media
Oh? What makes you say that?
Tumblr media
...Iā€™m not good with people, Hanami-san.
Tumblr media
I mean...when I came to Hopeā€™s Peak, I didnā€™t really think Iā€™d make any friends. I always get so focused on gaming. Itā€™s the only thing Iā€™ve really felt like I was good at for the longest time...
Tumblr media
And...this might sound like Iā€™m bragging, but Iā€™m really not: I donā€™t get why people like me so much.
Tumblr media
Do they need a reason?
Tumblr media
Youā€™re already doing so much to help your friend and her family, after all.
Tumblr media
ā€¦But Iā€™ve been really nasty to a lot of people too. Including my parents...and someone I really love.
Tumblr media
I dunno how to be, Hanami-san. I never wanted to hurt anyone, I just...get really angry sometimes.
Tumblr media
And people have forgiven me for that, sure, but...it doesnā€™t feel like itā€™s enough.
Tumblr media
You know, my friends made me class rep. And Iā€™m not even really cut out for it, I donā€™t think.
Tumblr media
I-Itā€™s not like I wanted to hurt anybody, Iā€™m just...I donā€™t know how to talk to people. I didnā€™t like how a lot of them treated each other, like how Hiyoko-chan used to treat Mikan-chan, or how much Hajime used to beat himself up...but I donā€™t know how to help.
Tumblr media
I...I do care though! I swear, I care, I just-!
*Hanami places a hand on her shoulder*
Tumblr media
Itā€™s alright. I believe you.
Tumblr media
Is that what you need help with?
Tumblr media
I just...really wanna be better. A lot of people really seem to trust me, and I wanna help them with whatever issues theyā€™re dealing with. But a lot of the time, I donā€™t know how. And sometimes I feel like everyoneā€™s secretly still mad at me for all the horrible things Iā€™ve said and done...
Tumblr media
A...A few months ago, someone I was really close to diedā€¦and one of the last things she told me was that self-pity just hurts more people. Iā€™m trying hard not to do it anymore, but...thinking about all this makes my head hurt.
Tumblr media
A-Am I making sense? Or am I just rambling?
Tumblr media
No, no, I understand. And you want to know something, Chiaki-chan?
Tumblr media
I think a lot of my old classmates can relate to that.
