ÂżA dĂłnde te fuiste y por quĂ© no has vuelto?

___
Itâs been about an hour now since Mage decided to rest in his room after a busy day full of various shenanigans regarding political issues, meetings with influential people, and tons of other matters resting on his shoulders. He had been the ruler of Astrallis for no more than a day now, and yet, he still didnât feel like it was something that could satisfy him. Not in its current shape, perhaps.
Quite frankly, he never wanted to be a part of this convoluted hierarchy. Still, he knew that if he hadnât taken responsibility in his own hands, that place would fall miserably under the reign of greedy businessmen, who would stupefy the nation with their unreasonable promises. Fortunately, the turnout of the election was in his favour that night, as he obliterated his opponents with, as he thought â exceptional results. At last, the people of Astrallis could rejoice, and that fact alone was something at the top of his priorities. But with that, there came a cost â he was forced to put his old name behind him â at this point, he had become the Astral Mage.
His chamber, located in the Nighthold palace, was one of the more spartan ones, at least in comparison with many others. Though it was not without its own luxuries.
It was a small, circular room surrounded by the walls painted in purple, with a bed, as well as a little desk and a closet. One could assume that this place was fairly ordinary, however in the middle was something more, a truly marvelous feature. It was a structure built from the column-shaped, steel grilles. The tube extended from the floor up to the roof, and its interior was filled with an enigmatic substance, neither liquid nor gas-like, which swirled and whirled quietly and was shining intensively, resembling glimmers of fire. It was arcane â the source of Mageâs mysterious power, concentrated here for additional protection or, if needed, in case of an assault. He was staring intensively at the column for a long time, as its lavender glare stared at his face, still clean-shaven in order to look the part during the endless meetings that passed, as he approached a balcony behind him.
The street lamps have faded away, and people have returned home after a long day of work, but in the distance, there could still be seen a small number of Astrallians, who were hovering above the ground, getting back to their living quarters. Observing them was an activity that was a kind of routine for the Mage. Every day he stood there, looking at his happy citizens with a gazing smile. âIf only I could live like them⊠peacefullyâŠâ he thought, as he took a step back to his chamber. Something was up in the air and he knew it, but he wasnât sure if in these times he and his people were safe. He closed the door, next, with a turn of his hand he formed a night attire on his body using magic and he went to bed, which seemed strangely more comfortable than it usually was. After that, he fell asleep and immersed himself in a nightmare that he could never think of.
As he was standing on the top of the palace. His hands raised up, as they were repeating the same sequence â a turn and a strike. A tiny swirl of arcane flowed out from his palms.
Mage didnât think much of it. He often liked to relax after long days of work, shooting trails of magic into the night sky. But he couldnât have predicted that as it travelled towards the dome surrounding the building, beyond it a horror was unfolding.
On the dark sky, as if it was night, there could be seen a massive, black point. It was feeding upon the remains of the energy of Astrallis as well as of the soil, which was being sucked in by the hole. Mage knew it had to be one of those.
âBut how⊠whereâŠ?!â he narrowed his thick brows, trying to spot its meddlings. The dimension was guarded by one of the strongest spells ever created, even a black hole wouldnât go past it⊠And yetâŠ
âI have to find the Councillors if I want to have any chance to escape. It is too late for the othersâŠ"
He summoned a staff thatâs been immediately stuck to the roof of the Nighthold. The staff hooked itself inside the dome spell, as it resisted against the consuming power of the black hole. Thanks to them that place could still even exist.
As Mage turned into a white raven, he knew that in order to save Nighthold, he had to preserve the knowledge contained within. He needed it. Apart from that, the building possessed a significant amount of power, which Mage gained from.
In his mind, there was nothing quite like it.
He flew to the Court Hall, where he often debated with the Councillors about the future of the nation continuously. When he thrust into the room, the first thing that he could hear, were the screams:
âSire! What is happening?! That thing isâŠâ said the Councillor of Necromancy, Xulthemius, but Mage didnât let him finish.
âYes, Iâm aware,â he called, âbut we donât have time to think about where it came from. Now our main goal is to move the Nighthold!â his voice was rapid, but calm simultaneously.
âBut, My Lord,â they were interrupted by the Councillor of Fire, Ignitros. "it requires a tremendous amount of energy! We canât make it, that hole will swallow us!â
âAnyway, we have no other option, we have to try!â Mage insisted. âWe have to find out whoever is responsible for this mess.â
He knew that the black hole, which tried to suck the palace into itself, was made by someone or something, which most certainly didnât agree with the existence of the dimension. Only huge amounts of arcane and quick thinking were able to destroy the spells that surrounded Astrallis. Mage swore to himself that he wonât stop until he finds the one who caused this.
âOn my word, quick! Everyone, focus! Focus as much as you can! And now, one, twoâŠâ Mage screamed.
As soon as he said âthree!â, he raised up in the middle of the chamber. Every single one of the Councillors (who were responsible for one of the seven components of magic: fire, water, air, necromancy, nature, light, and darkness) has shot at Mage with a beam corresponding with their element. The incumbent ruler focused on the palace. A dome, which was supposed to protect the Nighthold, was weakening, but at the same time, the building was soaked in the arcane, which started to cover all of the rooms, towers, roofs, and balconies. âYou can make it, you can make it, you can make itâŠâ Mage muttered to himself.
His hands were burning from the energy he produced, and his brain was on the brink of fainting, but he didnât give up. He had to transport the Nighthold and he knew where. His people out there, on Earth will undeniably notice a stadium-sized palace materialising on the ground, so hiding it will become a necessity. At this point, three-fourths of the building was ready to transfer. Just a little bit longerâŠ
But suddenly he heard a sound, like a thousand bubbles popped at once when poked with a small needle⊠The barrier couldnât stand it. He turned around and in front of him, he saw a dark void and a silhouette of two creatures in it. These contours were getting bigger, and bigger, and moments later⊠they became alive as they pulled him into the darknessâŠ
He was flying across it, as if through some kind of tube. Around him, there were⊠glimpses of someoneâs life, if that made any sense... And then this damned smile, trapped inside the non-existent boundaries of the abyss. And then, moments after, everything started to turn into the shape of something that resembled what could only be described as a hurricane.
At the end of it, Mage saw something truly intriguing. In the distance, there appeared a curious shape rapidly approaching him. He tried to study it, when⊠a shady person emerged from the structure.
âBeautiful, isnât it? Thereâs only you, Mage⊠only you and me⊠Just a moment and my brilliant scheme will work out just⊠rightâŠâ
***
He wanted to respond, when he heard another voice, approaching from a distance.
âSir? Sire?! Are you alright?! SIR!!!â
Suddenly, he felt like something splashed on his cheek. He was all soaked. The blanket was under the bed, and above him, there was a figure standing.
âItâs you who is guilty! YOU!â Mage shouted, still thinking that he was dreaming.
Then he started blinking in confusion, seeing one of the Councillorâs proteges before his bed. She mustâve ran in here just about now.
âAugustinde? Wha⊠whatâre you doing here?â
âItâs all right, itâs all right. It was a nightmare, nothing moreâ she said. âYou alright⊠my lord?â
He grunted. âWell, yes⊠Was that bucket really necessary?â he jolted, lifting himself from the washed-out bed, following the girl as she walked across the room.
âSorry. Happens to all of us, My Lord. I tried to wake you up more conveniently but with little effect. I⊠I had to use something stronger. My apologies.â Augustindeâs voice was still breathy and shaky.
âYou know you donât have to call me⊠that?â
âLike what?â
âWell, you know. All of these titles⊠Itâs giving me a headache, honestly,â he gave her a coy, but sincere smile.
âMage will suffice.â
He walked up to a small nightstand in one of the corners of the room. She followed him there, picking up a small, ornate glass.
âI think you may want a sip of this,â she handed him a glass of arcaneberry juice, berries, the seedlings of which were feeding on small animals and organisms.
âBottoms up, it clears the mind. Come on!â
He chugged it down his throat. Truth be told, he rather enjoyed the mix of herbal sensations this curious plant often gave him.
âBetter?â
âYes, thank you.â
âShall we sit and assess this mess?â he asked, glancing back at his bed.
The girl nodded at this invitation, sitting on the opposite chair.
âSo, whatâs the big idea? I was taking some time off at the balcony, stargazing, listening to birds singing. And then I heard your scream. I⊠I tried to alert someone, but itâs a hard time trying to find anyone this time at night, soâŠâ she spitted out. âWhat happened?â her hands were fidgeting. âWere they skinning you, or something?â
âNo⊠it was worse, Augustinde,â he exhaled.
âThe whole world disappeared.â
âIâm sure it was not that bad⊠âItâs all right, itâs all right. It was a nightmare, nothing more!â
Mage leaned on his arm.
âI donât think it was a nightmare, you see. It couldnât be. It felt too real. And well, if anyone can tell the difference, Iâd be one of them. Trust me.â
Augustinde glanced at the desk across the chamber. âUm, was it because of that?â she pointed at the lilac-tinted rock lying on it. It shimmered in the warming glaze of a lamp nearby.
He looked in that direction.
âWhat made you think that?â he narrowed his eyes.
âMaybe it just had some, I dunno⊠effect on it?â she clicked her lips. âHeard that some gemstones can do that.â
âI saw someone in thereâŠâ Mage leaned in his chair. âIn this⊠in this⊠tunnel, roaming, buzzing with energy of some kind. Canât put my finger on it, but their presence was alluring⊠somehow.â
âWell.. if thatâs of any help⊠My neighbour had a nightmare once⊠her house burned in it. I asked her about it, she also thought that sheâd dieâŠâ she straightened her back.
âTurned out the whole hussle was just about a dry sheaf of grass in the backyard. What if that nightmare is trying to tell you what you should do? It canât be without a reasonâŠâ
They sat in silence for a bit. It was Mageâs fault though. His face looked intense, as if he tried to consider the possibility, accessing his knowledge to the deepest extent.
âWell, I donât know. But I know what I saw,â there he raised voice. âIt was like a premonition, a⊠vision, thatâs for sure. But it being real? Thatâs the question.â he explained.
âOhh⊠Never took you much for a clairvoyant,â her voice trembled. âI wouldnât take it personally, thatâs for sure. You know, maybe it was something stupid, like that thing about this new composter theyâre adding to the saplings?â
âIâm quite afraid that it may very much be⊠personal. Thatâs what visions like these do, they⊠feed on those fears of ours, those⊠feelingsâŠââ he bit his lip. âAnd if youâre trying to imply me practicing some unorthodox, herbal remedies, then fear not. My line of work is more than enough. Ask your mother.â
He started to walk in circles in his room, thinking. What if it really was a vision of the Astrallisâ end? Itâs not the first time he heard about them, but they didnât always play out as perceived. Maybe it is his fate? Who were those contours in the vortex? Could they be responsible? Are they and will they be behind all of what could happen to the Astrallis? And how will his vision change? So many questions, and yet still no answer of knowing how much time is left.
He heard the door creaking.
âWill do. Sorry, but I need to leave, or⊠you know, while the night's still young.,â she sputtered before leaving. âGoodnight. And please finish that juice!â
âYes, of course. Night.â
But Mage did not follow her advice. He didnât return to bed. He was too fixated on the vision. There must be some way to ensure the safety of his people. Add more protection spells, monitor the outskirts of the dome, and most importantly, talk with the Councillors. Yes, these were some possibilities⊠After all, it would be an understatement to say that getting the whole realm torn down would be nothing short of a PR disaster.
Whatever the case was, he knew it was time to take some measures. He knew that his world was at the edge of destruction, and if it had to come, it would be him who would avenge all of those, who would dieâŠ

[Repost and Original upload of the mini story was in 19 feb] Kat Pov: Not that long ago after I found a lost Niffler hiding in the branches of the Whomping Willow as shelter. I found out that the Niffler I found in the 17th of February left of the Hufflepuff common room causing me to go in a panic and search for her as I found out that the Niffler I found that day was a baby Niffler because I took the Niffler to Hagrid to see if the Niffler was a baby or a adult but Hagrid told me that the Niffler was a baby as the Niffler didnt had any traits of a adult Niffler as well I found out that the Niffler was a girl.
After a while of searching for the Niffler which literally took me so much time to find than it should. I found the Niffler near the Auspicious Tree all safe making me be relief that they werent harm by any danger. I notice that the Niffler was playing with the snow as I saw her create small snowman which melted my heart and ofc the Niffler notice me causing her to walk towards me. She seemed like she was done creating the snowman and I bended down so I could pick her up now that she was very close to me "Lets take you back to the common room" I said and began walking back to the castle with the Niffler in my arms "And lets not sneak away from the common room, got it?" I added up as I look at the Niffler making me see her nod her head "Good, just ask me if you want to leave of the common room to go somewhere" I said while still looking at the Niffler as I hear her make a noises that ofc Niffler makes and see her nodding her head making me smile softly.

PJO PRIDE HEADCANONS PT 2
âą Castor was pansexual while Pollux is on the aro spec (demiromantic). Whenever Castor had a crush, Pollux would insist his twin could do better, or that they were "okay."
âą Holly and Laurel compete in everything and if they ever end up crushing on the same person, it will also be a competition. Whoever can give them the best flowers, best date, etc. Essentially who can win the person's heart.
âą If they crush on different people, the competition changes to who took their partner out on a better date.
âą Nyssa is sapphic or unlabeled, probably just content with her work though she can point out a cute girl when she sees one.
âą Chris Rodriguez is a bisexual, ambiamorous icon. (Ambiamorous is having more than 1 partner only if the person you're dating is okay with it. You don't mind not having more than one partner.)
âą ^ Chris, Beckendorf, Silena, & Clarisse were definitely a polycule and when Silena and Beckendorf died, Chris & Clarisse got a tattoo with all 4 of their initials inside of a heart on their chests. (Clarisse won't ever say anything about it or admit to it.)
âą Everyone thinks that because Butch is an Iris kid, he has to be LGBTQ+, but in reality he is just their biggest ally. He thinks the LGBTQ+ campers are extremely brave and admires them.
âą But there's also trans Butch which I've started to like a lot
âą Most campers think Connor is bisexual, but he's actually demi. He just likes to confuse them even more because he only hangs up the MLM flag.
âą Connor tried to ask Malcolm out through a prank, because that's how Travis asked Katie out and it worked for them.
âą Travis and Katie are Bi4Bi
âą Clovis isn't labeled, so many (young) campers just think he's hetero. He's not awake long enough to care.
Warning: Leeluke below, don't like, don't look đ
âą Lee was the one to ask Luke out after 3 months of them flirting
âą Luke fell first, but Lee fell harder
âą Lee was pansexual, Luke was bisexual
âą Luke always had his arm wrapped around Lee's waist or shoulder because Lee had so many people crushing on him due to his nurturing nature.
âą Luke's betrayal was like a punch to the gut to Lee because the boy didn't leave anything for him. Not a note, goodbye, nothing.
âą Lee saw Luke one final time before his death in BotL. It was right before SoM.
âą For the first time in years, Lee had gone home for the school year, and Luke showed up outside his school. Lee punched him in the face before hugging him. It was an entire show for the courtyard. They spent the day enjoying each other's company. At the end of it, Luke told him everything he planned on doing, and said when Kronos rose, he'd come back for Lee.
âą When Luke entered Elysium, Lee refused to talk to him at all. So many of his younger siblings had entered and he was rightfully upset.
âą It took them 8 months before they could even be in the same room, but Luke had changed for the better and if it wasn't doing things to Lee's unbeating heart.
âą Lee fell first this time, or maybe he had never really stopped falling, and asked Luke out, asked for a second chance for them.
âą Turns out, second chances are worth it sometimes. Michael's jaw dropped when he saw and ranted endlessly, but Lee was happy that Luke had changed in the end.
âą "Ain't no way I DIED and you're out here FORGIVING HIM!!!" - Michael Yew
âą "I LEFT MY BOYFRIEND, LEE!!!"
âą "And you can wait for him, Michael."
âą "Bitch."

đŠ tell us about your current wip!
Woh, my first ask! Thank you dear friend!!! If any other friends (or soon-to-be friends) wanna add in an ask, here's the summertime writers' asks list! I plan to have more ask games/memes going on soon, to get more interaction :))
The Aetherium is, basically, a sci-fi-ish story that takes in a dimensional plane called, well, The Aetherium! In it, Aetherics (the main population) thrive in their liminal space of a home, and in recent times, have been experiencing an era of Peace, mostly due to the efforts of the 10M Company, specifically Akina Charoite, The Knight. The 10M Company, through their hard work and overwhelming skill, have been able to knock down the Aetherium's enemy, Black Mamba, into a comatose/dead state that won't be easy to wake from.
But that's not the story I'm telling today folks! Nope, we're flashing around 2,000-ish years after those events, where a recent batch of New Recruits have an odd outlier. Said outlier, Zenith, is sent to the 10M Company due to their memory problems. They have nothing in them that tells them their identity, not even a Vessel of Heart! (Something that all New Recruits usually gain after graduating). So, the Conglomerate (the higher ups, if you will) decide to make use of this blank slate and train Zenith to become one of the best in recent times. That's where 10M Company comes in!
And yet, while there's no mental memory in their mind, muscle memory sure does kick in! It kicks in so hard, that somehow, Zenith manages to keep up with a majority of the Company, which is insane and interesting at the same time.
So the Company decides that there's got to be a little more to this kid than expected, and go off on ways to try and find out just a smidge of who Zenith is, what happened to them, and perhaps even unlock things that they couldn't before.
Can you tell I'm really passionate about this? It's been in the making for practically 3-4 years (started in 2020), and while the main plot has only begun forming, there are countless other stories that I hope to tell that reside in The Aetherium! Maybe after Zenith's Tale, I'll dive into that little snippet of Black Mamba and the 10M Company, as a treat :)
Thanks again for the ask ^^

gashuâs intentions behind rangers creation is put in an entirely new light now... the lack of positive emotions was purposeful. he regrets ever letting kai and sei see each other as anything other than rivals. not stepping in soon enough - although at the time he didn't have any idea the lengths asunaro would take to curate their finest assassin, that doesn't stop the guilt.
rather than jealousy toward a specific person, as kai wouldâve faced, rioâs resentment is toward humanity as a whole and awaits the spark for it.
the âsparkâ in this case, would be the candidate he kills purely to destroy the inferiority he feels toward them - in particular itâs this sibling relationship he sees himself fit to rise above (which is... deeply ironic with the information we now know, and also genuinely does indicate his ability to kill kai wouldnât have been hindered if theyâd never connected on a personal level. if gashu had remained a trainer from an objective stance from the start...)
however much it would prove to gashu that sei would be âstrongerâ than kai once pushed to this point, itâs also very telling that he wouldâve inevitably faced execution as well out of his own version of âselfishnessâ ... itâs interesting to see what motivates both kai and sei to pursue âvictoryâ - for kai, itâs those glimpses of affection gashu does offer; for sei, it is to disprove heâs âjust a pawnâ which creates a problem in its own right should he disobey asunaroâs word in the future.
neither was ever meant to succeed, but gashu still lingers on what couldâve been... hm.
#very normal feelings abt this. clearly#i honestly do have some critiques with kai's ministory x_x but for the most part i understand what nankidai was going for#jestersvaguely#yttdposting#yttd meta#yttdlb

đ MINISTORY: A DEATHLY VISION
In a distant realm of Astrallis, its newly elected ruler experiences an unsettling vision, that has some serious consequences. But who could be behind a nightmare that he just went through?
Ok, first of all, I thought I'd mock up this fan cover of Colin Farrell as the Astral Mage, whom you will meet in this story for this occasion, as I didn't plan to have any graphics for these additional shorter chapters, and making an BF audio cover for it seemed fitting. I probably won't do more of these .
But there it is, the first entry in that whole thing. There are some teases, some you will get answers to soon, others not so much, you may pick up references to the lore of a certain MMORPG game, or not, there was definitely some inspiration for the lore.
This one wasn't chronologically the first in order of writing, but it was always fairly obvious to me that this is the beginning, in one way or the other.

so it turns out when you download a fic from ao3 in HTML format and import it to gdocs, gdocs gets rid of the empty lines between paragraphs, so you have to manually add them back
now this sounds like a problem, but actuallyâ
I'm doing this for a fic in a style I absolutely adore and I'm learning SO MUCH about pacing just from actively recognizing where this author uses paragraph breaks. great use of a 13hr flight, thank you ao3
#stygius textpost#seriously this is so interesting. I need to do it more.#I always struggle with where to split paragraphs and this has been truly enlightening#I'm always afraid of too-long paragraphs turning readers away but#seeing long paragraphs done compellingly and how they're structured made sth click#they say 'each paragraph is its own camera shot' and now I get it#this is why this fic was so easy to read. every paragraph is its own ministory#ahhhh I love pulling things apart to see how they work!!

Something that's interesting for One Eye characterization is how Star Flower is his only surviving family member. Apparently, his mate and kits died when Star Flower was too little to remember them, and he raised Star Flower on his own. And this is just headcanon territory of course, but I kinda like the idea that they died from the illness in "The Blazing Star". Which tracks because the plague had happened once before. Maybe the entire family was sick, including One Eye, and they were barely scraping by, and by the time One Eye was able to scrape together a cure, everyone had died except for him and Star Flower, and so he used it on the both of them and named his daughter after the plant that saved them. And this experience makes him paranoid of getting sick or weak again, so he hoards food and herbs for himself and grows incredibly territorial and fearful (Clear Sky parallel oooo?).
Also villain who loves their child and would do anything for them trope my beloved.
#btw uhhhh i havent reread dotc in years so sjdklfsjdklf#i honestly dont have much interest in a dotc redux. at least not a hypothetical 6 book arc#but more like a small miniseries. one small arc detailing the events up to the first battle and then a code of the clans style format#how all the different rules came about and whatnot. ministories about who the other groups were#maybe one eye would show up earlierrr? nah maybe just a ministory#hes used as like a strawman for outsiders where he's demonized and used as an example for pro xenophobia#but while his story is indeed bloody no one considers his background or anything idk
