Gideon was walking along the treeline. On occasion, he enjoyed being near the fragrant wisteria. After a few moments of solitude, he senses eyes on him...

He has a look around, and his attention goes to a small shape that ducked behind a tree. He could just make out the outline of a child.

He smiled. Turning himself slightly, he stretches and yawns loudly.

"I sure am glad I'm alone out here right now, so I can practice my amazing singing that no one will ever hear..." He smirks.

And then proceeds to sing in the most obnoxious manner, listening to see if he can hear a giggle from the hiding child.

Dōma had been excited for a specific person to visit him, the world had changed quite a bit without Muzan present anymore, The surviving demons where now humans and attempting to return to a normal life, Doma, In a sickened state after absorbing the insect hashira. Now later in a futon, white covers pulled over him and his eyes half lidded as he stared at the door. It had been a while since someone had came in. Besides the occasional Vist from former upper rank one to replace the cloth covering Dōmas forehead. His followers rarely came in, the only vists being prayers that he would get well soon.

*You hear a knock on the door to your room then the door is quickly pushed open, Milo pushing past Kokushibo who was trying to push her back out so Douma could give her the clear to come in* “Nee san!” *The young 14 year old girl called out, trying to get past the man blocking her out. Her cat ears flattened in frustration*

Rp Event: New World Economy Crisis

It was unusual for a global catastrophic event to happen everywhere at once. It was worst at certain areas, causing disturbances in certain areas in the New World. The most important problems are happening in the Xuissedora Empire, Aurorium, and Radena with people from Sunken Reef Lagoon actively taking stuff from the other areas of the New World. Where is your muse currently?

She got turned into a demon and she couldn’t be more upset by it. She wants to go back but she’s terrified of what people will think when they see her..*

*Amari's searching through the forest because she senses a demons presence but immediately stops when she hears crying. She runs towards the sound, only sheathing her sword when she finds Milos crumpled body against a tree. The demons presence..Milo..oh no...*

"Milo...what...what happened?" *She keeps her hand on the hilt of her sword just in case, not getting any closer or further*

[It's cold where they are.. And Milo is shivering, but she notices a certain someone.. Hiroyuki. He lends her his haori in an attempt to keep her warm, but it doesn't seem to help.]

Milo Suzuki was a neko yokai known for her kind heart and gentle spirit, but she had always been sensitive to the cold. No matter how many layers she wore or how close she stood to the fire, the chill seemed to seep into her bones. As the wind howled through the narrow streets, and the temperature dropped to unbearable levels. Milo, shivering uncontrollably, wrapped herself tightly in her thickest coat and ventured outside.

As she noticed a familiar face. It was Hiroyuki, a young man known for his warmth and generosity. Hiroyuki had always been kind to Milo, and she couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort whenever he was around. Seeing Milo's trembling form, Hiroyuki approached her with concern in his eyes. 

Hiroyuki: Milo, you look like you're freezing! Here, take my haori.

He said, gently removing the warm garment from his shoulders. Milo hesitated, not wanting to burden Hiroyuki with her own discomfort. 

Milo: Oh no, Hiroyuki, I couldn't possibly take your haori. You'll catch a cold. 

But Hiroyuki insisted, his voice filled with sincerity. 

Hiroyuki: Please, Milo. I can't bear to see you suffer like this. It would bring me great joy to know that you're warm and safe.

Reluctantly, Milo accepted the haori, feeling an immediate wave of warmth envelop her. She couldn't help but notice the lingering scent of Hiroyuki, which only added to her comfort. As they continued walking through the village, Milo's condition worsened. The cold seemed to penetrate deeper into her body, causing her vision to blur and her steps to falter. Overwhelmed by the freezing temperatures, she collapsed onto the snow-covered ground.

Hiroyuki, alarmed by Milo's sudden collapse, quickly scooped her up into his arms. He carried her to his small cottage, where he laid her gently on his bed. Worriedly, he began to remove her wet clothes, replacing them with warm blankets and rubbing her icy hands to restore circulation.

For hours, Hiroyuki tended to Milo, never leaving her side. He brewed hot tea and fed her spoonfuls of warm soup, hoping to revive her weakened body. As he watched over her, his heart filled with a deep affection for the fragile woman before him.

Finally, as the night sky turned to dawn, Milo's eyelids fluttered open. She found herself wrapped in Hiroyuki's embrace, her head resting against his chest. The warmth of his body and the love in his eyes brought a smile to her face.

Milo: Hiroyuki, you saved me.

Hiroyuki smiled back, his voice filled with tenderness. 

Hiroyuki: Milo, I would do anything to keep you safe and warm. You mean the world to me.

From that day forward, Milo and Hiroyuki's bond grew stronger. Their love blossomed like the first flowers of spring, and they faced life's challenges together, always ensuring that the warmth of their love would never fade.

✨️💜Basil's Backstory💜✨️

General Info

Basil is pansexual intersex and uses he/they. He is a double below-arm amputee. He's not exactly human, as I'll explain later. Their favorite food is pesto and their favorite drink is orange juice.

Their creation

The planet they come from has a lot of kind people (some of their personalities and appearances were passed onto basil). They were invaded by a foreign planet they had been at odds with for decades and thought they were going to be wiped out. The ruler of the planet had been developing the meteor basil would grow from for a long time, and decided to send it out now. It had no specific trajectory. In the magic au, they add something in to give basil the ability to harness the powers of the meteor (meteor magic) and wish granting.

Around 1000 years ago, around when Muzan was turned into a demon, a tsunami hit Japan. It wasn't horrible, but upon closer inspection, the Japanese people discovered a meteor had it Earth a few kilometers out to sea. They decided to leave it be, and it sunk to the bottom of the ocean. Over the next 500 years, a few alien insects escaped the meteor to observe the human life. When they got back to the meteor, it changed into something like an egg, and started formulating its own human being. The human was a small child with short white hair and pale skin. The meteor floated it to the surface and sent it on a wave to the nearby shores of Japan.

Early life

Basil was found on the beach and dropped off at a nearby orphanage. They were taught how to be a normal human, but were bullied because of their light, colorful features. They suffered horrible abuse until they were 10, and left on the sidewalk. During their time there, they lost their left arm due to an accident. Around a year after they had been abandoned on the street, Shinobu and Kanae found them and brought them back to the Butterfly Mansion and helped them get on their feet. They named him Basil Kocho and started training him to be a demon slayer.

During this time, they discovered he had insane strength and ability to fight. It was because the alien bugs had observed people's need to be protected that they gave her this strength. Of course, Basil had no idea of his origin. By the time he was 15, he likely could have fought alongside Yoriichi. He developed his own Meteor breathing, a very powerful skillset. On a mission he was sent on at 14 years of age, he bested Akaza and became the Meteor Hashira. However, he lost his right arm in the process...

Turning into a demon

Basil does get turned into a demon, and the story is here. Be warned, there are manga spoilers.

Characteristics

Basil is incredibly strong. Both mentally and physically. He enjoys building others and himself up.

Purple streak au

This au is focused on the relationship between basil and @larz-barz 's oc, Milo Suzuki

2 or 3 weeks after Basil started as shinobu's tsuguko, they met milo. Me and larz role played how they met on our role play accounts (i tagged it as basil kocho 1st rp)

Modern au

In this au basil has the same backstory up until shinobu adopts him. She sends him to school along with most the other ocs. He also never loses his other arm and never discovers his physical strength.

Magic au

This au includes anyones oc who wants to participate

In this au, Basil is grown in a natural meteor and arrives on earth that way.

Wish granting: Basil chants something, their eyes glow and their pupils dissapear, and they black out. They temporarily awaken in a spirit like state where they can walk around separate from their body. Here, they see ghost-like hallucinations showing them what the answer to their wish is. If it was future or past vision, there hallucinations act it out without talking. If their wish was a desire, the ghosts act out how it happens in the human world, but the humans don't see it happening, they only see the effect. Basil is granted the ability to grant one wish around every month, and the way they know one is ready is that their magic symbol changes color into a golden yellow.

I haven't gotten to meteor magic yet but it's similar to meteor breathing

*Milo and Gideon are on a mission together and the demon they’re fighting hits her with its blood demon art and she turns into a toddler. She’s crying a lot from how scared she is since she only knows pain and fear at this age. She tries to scramble away from the demon then it picks her up and she starts crying harder*

Gideon was shocked at the power of the blood demon art... It had transformed his fellow slayer into a literal toddler in an instant, and he moved quickly to end the fight.

He silently apologized to Milo, for she was the perfect distraction to allow him proximity. Swift on his feet as a thunder breather, Gideon propulsed himself to swing his hammer hard at the demon's head, sending it flying like a T-ball. The nichirin metal of his hammer face would ensure no regeneration for this enemy.

And though everything demonic was fading to ash, blood had still hit Milo's little baby face. As the blood faded too, Gideon picked up the small child.

"Shit- I mean uh... Shoot! What... What am I going to do with you?! I hope this fades?? You can't just be a baby now... Right??"

He shoulders his hammer and holds her close to his chest. "In any case, we are getting you out of the woods and into Shinobu's care."

Meet Michio Suzuki!!<333

Michio is Milo’s older brother and he’s 17!

He became a demon slayer at 12 years old and a hashira at 15:)

His personality is pretty similar to Milo’s. He’s very kind and compassionate, but he’s also pretty teasing if he knows it’s not gonna bother you.

He’s fiercely protective of Milo.

He gets along well with Tanjiro though so he trusts him with her!

He’s also very affectionate so he’s usually hugging and carrying Milo like she’s a teddy bear.

“…Onee chan can you put me down…?”

*Grumbles softly and tightens his arms around her* “No.”

“B-but Tanji needs my help…!” *Trying to escape to go help Tanjiro in battle*

“He’ll be fine.” *Holds her tighter* “I don’t want you to get hurt.”

“Onee chan I’ll be ok!!”

*Tanjiro finishes the battle by the time Milo convinced Michio to put her down*

That’s a typical example of how protective he is.

He’s a very good big brother.

Michio ran away from Haruki’s house when he was 5, he couldn’t take Milo with him so he ran away by himself.

He went to live with their Aunt Aika ( @aika-writes’s oc).

He’s regretted not being able to take Milo with him ever since cause Haruki did a lot of terrible things to her.

When he became a hashira he immediately went to get Milo from Haruki cause she was 12 at the time so this was before she became s slayer.

He’s the Ice dragon hashira.

Ice dragon breathing has 5 forms:)

1- Shower of Ice (Shards of ice come from the sword and stab into the demon, distracting it so the user can behead it)

2- Freezer burnt flames (Blue flames come from the sword and instead of burning, they’re freezing and they temporarily paralyze mid and low level demons and slow down high level demons)

3- Calm before the blizzard (The area around the slayer and the target becomes subzero temperatures and slows all demons, allowing the slayer to behead it)

4- Flaming blizzard (Causes a blizzard to starts around the slayer and target but instead of snow its freezing flames. The flames temporarily paralyze all demons allowing the slayer to behead the target)

5- Fluctuating flames (Creates flames that constantly go from hot to cold and they cause the demon to be immobilized or slowed depending on the strength)

So basically this breathing style mostly immobilizes opponents.

Michio created Ice dragon breathing himself when studying the dragons on Mt Natagumo (based on @vampireandwolvesreborn’s universe).

Michio is shipped with @muitsuri’s new oc, Ayama Mitsuki.
