let me explain what emmerdale doesn’t want you to know (they really don’t, i posted it as a facebook comment once and they deleted it)

OK, so we have James ‘Jamie’ Tate

Jamie was born September 24 1996 - which makes him 23 now.

Millie was born in 2014 - when Jamie was 18 (only just because she was born September 30th).

Millie was conceived when Jamie was 17.

1999-2019: Life away from Emmerdale Around 2012, Kim was sent to prison so she tasked her right-hand man, Graham Foster, with keeping an eye on Jamie for her. At the time, Graham was in the depths of alcohol addiction and Jamie didn't want anything to do with Kim so Graham enlisted Andrea, a barmaid at the pub he frequented, to get close to Jamie and report Jamie's movements back to him. Andrea stopped reporting back to Graham after about six months as she had fallen in love with Jamie. Jamie and Andrea went on the marry, and have a daughter named Millie. By October 2018, Jamie and Kim had completely lost contact and he had been training as a vet. 

We know he met Andrea when she was spying on him for Graham and “fell in love” with him. According to this that was “around 2012″. Jamie turned 16 on the 24 of September that year. So depending on when exactly she met him - he was 15/16.

During the OMG MILLIE MIGHT BE GRAHAM’S drama, Andrea said she and Jamie had been sleeping together ‘for months’ by the time she got pregnant with Millie.

Millie was born September 30th 2014 (conveniently *just* after her father’s 18th birthday), nine months back from that makes it January 2014/December 2013, when Jamie was 17. But they’d been sleeping together “for months” by then so it’s safe to assume they started sleeping together when he was just 16. And assuming they didn’t jump into bed together right when they met and she reported to graham for at least 6 months, I’d say she met him when he was 15. Andrea fell in love with a fifteen year old boy when she was old enough to work in a pub and serve alcohol - so at least 18 but judging by the actress they cast, I think Andrea is meant to be in her 30s, so in her 20s back then.

Also - they’re married. I don’t know if you can get married if you’re under 18 in the UK... but if not... they must have gotten married FAST if they wanted Millie to be born within marriage.

TL;DR: Andrea met Jamie when he was 15 and she was in her 20s, started dating and sleeping with him when he was 15/16 and got pregnant with his baby when he was 17, giving birth just a week after his 18th birthday.

Ein Lebenszeichen

Da Tatsuki’s neue Wohnung noch kein Wlan hat, hab ich mich endlich mal zu Starbucks geschleppt um hier ein kleines Update zu geben.

Die letzte Woche war ich ein paar Tage in Hiroshima und habe neben meinen englischen Freunden Millie und Evan noch Mat (Neuseeland), Peter (Kanada) und Dylon (Australien) kennengelernt. Die beiden Tage, die wir zusammen verbracht haben waren die besten Tage seit Langem. Wir sind auf Miyajima zusammen den Berg hoch gewandert und haben uns abends im Hostel zusammen das ein oder andere Bier gegönnt ;) ... Wenn ich das nächste Mal an Internet komme werde ich auch ein paar Bilder von mir (und/oder von Millie und Dyl) hochladen!

Mir geht es jetzt....naja...ich bin mir manchmal nicht sicher wie es mir im Moment geht.  Ich habe noch 43 Tage übrig und jedes Mal, wenn ich daran denke, dass ich “bald” wieder nach Hause fliege, überkommt mich eine Welle an verschiedenen Gefühlen. Auf der einen Seite bin ich super froh, meine Familie und Freunde wiederzusehen (die ich teilweise ja wirklich eine EWIGKEIT nicht gesehen habe) und endlich wieder in meinem eigenen, super bequemen Bett zu schlafen, etc, etc aber auf der anderen Seite bin ich sehr, sehr, sehr traurig. Ich hab hier so viele neue Freunde gefunden, die sich jetzt wieder über die ganze Welt verteilen oder eben hier in Japan wohnen.

Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh........ Jedenfalls treffe ich mich nächste Woche mit meiner Gang aus Hiroshima in Tokyo und muss mir dann überlegen wie ich meinen letzten Monat am Besten verbringe.
