So

I'm all for the headcanon that Anastacha is Francis' daughter. There's even the famous phrase 'The Milkman's Daughter'.

However, it's because of this phrase and the story behind it that I'm just not on board with the idea that Francis and Nacha were married and now divorced. Francis is THE MILKMAN! It's a long time joke (and it stems from many, many true stories) that housewives have affairs with the milkman while he does his rounds. When a child looks nothing like the rest of their family, people might jokingly refer to them as 'the milkman's kid', implying they're an affair child. My thoughts on all this? Nacha and our milk boy, Francis, did some homemade milk shaking while Nacha's actual husband was either at work or getting eaten by Doppelgangers. Or maybe Mr Husband noped out of the marriage when he figured Anastacha wasn't his.

Maybe there was never a husband and Nacha just found herself knocked up with the Milkman's kid. Either way, I don't think they had a relationship that stemmed more than just sating each other's needs during the milk round. I don't think Francis even knows he has a daughter unless Nacha would have told him. But hey; there's room for them to grow close together and bond if that's your kind of thing. I just don't think they were ever married or in an actual, dating, relationship.

by the time i saw her for the first time, i was so in love with her design. i love how she looks, she is so pretty /pos !! a little bit silly, mayhaps... but who cares i like her !!!! the design, i meant .

i am intrigued that the devs used the nine eyes doppelganger of anastacha as a basis for making it (well, it's implied though, i can see the comparison between them ^^). also i love biblical angel motifs and the while thing makes it more ethereal than ever !!

i like how she's living with her dad's nightmare counterpart instead of her mum's :3 it gives off thst the fact that shes the milkmans daughter, after all. putting the final nail on the coffin with that.

i was supposed to draw her with food, showing that even though she can speak via telepathy, she couldn't eat food (hence the mouthless appearance). anyway here's how i interpret what her full sprite would look like, since most sprites in the game only go down to their waist. most of them.

Lovely Chef

She is so pretty. No wonder a certain someone fell in love with her.

Some people say she is a chef in a resto, which is plausible. For me, she may be working in a bakeshop/cafe and working as a pastry chef. And then met Francis. I imagine they developed a secret passionate love and then Ana came in and...She and him decided to broke off their relationship because premarital affair is considered a taboo back in the 50s. While they are no longer together, Francis is still willing to help her for their child's financial needs, much to her delight. That's why he is overworked as you can see in his tired eyes. Both of them has decided that its best that they look for another partner and both are okay with open relationship.

But if things get tough, like they had stressful times at work or it had something to do with Doppelganger issue, they do call or see each other secretly if they needed some emotional support and...physical intimacy.

Meanwhile Ana is unaware that her father is Francis (that is until the story progresses) but she finds it weird that Nacha is acting strange whenever she comes across with the milkman, and one time while she is on the way to the kitchen, her mother is talking sweetly to someone on the phone, as if she is talking to a lover. When the kid asked who that was, her mother just brushed it off and said, "Its just a friend, honey...oh look at the time, I have to cook your favorite pancakes!"

Nacha knows that her daughter is clever enough to realize she is hiding something, and so she make sure to hide the secret letters he's been receiving from Francis as well as the uhm...condoms she bought from a local adult store.

That's just my theory.

Showing off what they've found, what was previously being hidden away from public eye.

A pilot who's mind races with endless possibilities and visions of death, who's witnessed carnage both of reality and illusion. Behind a stone faced facade and obscuring shades, paranoia clutches the mind and eyes dart nervously towards every shadow. The constant nagging of adrenaline and panic being held trapped behind an un-moving mask. An all consuming mind, seeing danger at every corner, only ever knowing peace while in the emptiness of the skies.

A woman who wills herself to be blind to her harsh reality. Portraying herself with an energetic and bubbly attitude, while miserable inside, refusing to speak of her past. Silencing herself for the sake of her and her daughter. Pretending she doesn't see that her daughter looks nothing like her ex husband, pretending she doesn't see the resemblance to her neighborhood milkman. Staying quiet, eyes and lips sealed shut. Keeping her secret away from even herself.

An uncaring, boring man to the public eye, who secretly relishes in the silent chaos he's caused for numerous marriages. Going about his day, hiding his sadistic smile behind a mundane lifestyle and tired eyes. Knowing the effect he has on unsuspecting and lonely housewives, it does wonders for his ego. He keeps it inside, not showing his twisted delight for home-wrecking.

It goes on, many doppelgangers seeing people's true colors and proudly putting them on display.

A miserable seamstress, a model with an fake smile and endless hunger for fame, a reporter melting under the pressure of his journalism- having to do stories on these monsters day in and day out, exposed to endless horrors.

Many may look at these mimics, call them lazy, say they don't understand what a real human looks like. But they know better than anyone what's in your heart, their depiction more accurate than those only portraying what's on the surface level.

A button is pressed, the curtains fall, and their performance is done as a siren mocks the sound of applause.

How time flies

I just like their dynamic ..even though it’s mixed up. I can’t decide between different headcanons. And I’m still deciding on the ages. I just like giving appreciation to dads.

I searched up 1950’s pajamas for their clothes. 1940 newborn clothing for The baby Anastacha clothes. Would’ve gave them hello kitty or Sesame Street pj’s if it was around in the 1950’s.😔

This game is kinda interesting with the characters, in a sense that we don’t really get to know them as people

What I mean that we just see them pass by, so we as a player just kinda left guessing who they are

so it is my understanding from books that it used to be that you went to the grocer(y store) and went up to the counter and told the grocer or the grocer's assistant your list, and the grocer was like "cool" and went and grabbed everything off the shelves and brought it to you while you waited at the counter. okay so I don't like the way we are doing things now.
