Oh boy, is my body sore! I have been changing up my regular exercise routine and throwing in all these handstand drills and my body is feeling it..... in a good way. I feel tired but strong and not burnt out. I know that the key to evolution and lasting change is devotion, consistency and persistence. I am learning how to sustain a strong, devoted yet consistent practice without running myself into the ground physically as well as mentally or Spiritually. Everyday I do some of the work and everyday I add a little bit more work to do, so the work is never done!
