Betsy exhaled, “Mom, dad. I’m bi.” She looked down, twiddling her fingers. Brooke and Kelso just remained silent, trying to process. Jay pat his sister’s shoulder in consolation. He knew how hard this was for her to tell them.

Brooke exhaled and smiled, “Come here honey.” Betsy squealed, going into her parents’ arms for a hug. Kelso pat her on the back, “We accept you for you are, no matter what. You��re our child Bets, and we love you.”

Jay turned on the radio, making the three break it off. “I think this is a good time for a celebration. I’ll get Oak.”
