@cottonsense I don’t always have access to a car deadlift frame, here’s a variation I came up with to help simulate side handle car deadlift using a trap bar and rack landmine attachment. It’s not exactly the same but feels very similar. Not sure what the weight-in-hand is, I just added plates til it felt difficult.
