He was so damn right! This band just rocked. This is probably one of the greatest debut records, song for song our such standouts. Mine is #mrbrownstone as it has this unbelievable beat & rap and yes this band did indulge in everything as that was rock n roll and these boys did indulge!!!! However they were so original as at that time so many hard rock bands then were all attempting to shred a million notes per second, where Slash was a soulful blues guitarist combined with Izzy best Keith Richards . This album is their 2nd attempt as they went in with another producer who was not the right fit and this album’s producer said all he had to do was mic them up and let the tape roll, I had a cassette of this album stuck in my deck with the original Robert Williams cover.
