Migraine?  It is said that 95% of people will suffer from a headache during their lifetime. There are 3 main types of headaches: Migraine Headaches,Tension headache, and Cluster Headache.
Migraine headache are the most common type of headache. It is usually felt like a one sided  headache and can last from 4 to 72 hours. May feel like a constant headache with a sensitivity to light or nausea.  You may also experience loss of appetite, abdominal pain, fatigue or dizziness, paleness, or you may see bright, flashing dots or lights (aura).
Tension headache can result when the head, neck or face muscles do not relax.  This compresses blood vessels in the muscles and reduces the blood supply there. These can last for several hours, they usually affect the front, top or the sides of the head.  It can be difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep.  This can cause irritability and can disturb your concentration during the day.  You may be mildly sensitive to light or noise.
Cluster headache recur in groups or cycles (clusters) and affect more men than women. You can get sudden, debilitating pain on one side of the head, along with watery eyes. This may be continued with nasal congestion or runny nose on the side side as the cluster headache.  You may also feel restlessness or the inability to get comfortable. These are very severe and should be treated by your physician.
