Tired of Eye Strain?
Computer eye strain is becoming increasing popular. Also may be known as 'Digital Eye Strain', which is group of eye and vision-related problems resulting from prolonged computer, cell phone, or other digital device use. Many people may experience eye discomfort or visual complications when viewing digital screens for extended periods, and these problems increase the more time a person spends staring at a screen. Like other muscles in the body, the eyes can also suffer from fatigue. Some eye strain symptoms may be; tired, red, dry, sore eyes or you may experience headache behind eyes. There has been a lot of research into Harmful Blue Light exposure and its implications as a potential contributor to retinal disease, lenticular changes and ocular surface disorders. What is Blue Light? (link http://bit.ly/2rTPaAG) Blue light is part of the visible light spectrum and comes from a multitude of sources including the sun, fluorescent lighting, and digital screens. Blue light rays, which are on the opposite end of the visible light spectrum, have short wavelengths and high energy and are referred to as blue-violet or violet light. Just beyond the blue light spectrum rests ultraviolet (UV) radiation. As people become more dependent and immersed in technology, especially at such a young age, there is concern that this added exposure to blue light might have potential consequences to eye health in the future. It is a topic that frequently surfaces, particularly those with young children growing up with technology. It’s no secret that light emitted from digital screens effects sleeping patterns. Blue light exposure, especially before bed, can deplete the brain’s ability to produce melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep. The high frequency flickering light emitted by screens also increases the strain on our eyes, making them tire more quickly.
There is an anti glare filter for your computer that can help reduce the blue light or sun with a neutral tint which can help with headaches. (This is not the same as a monitor privacy screen, which limits people trying to read your screen.) Learn more about Computer Eye Strain at: http://bit.ly/2teQSKV

See Results in 5 Minutes!
Have you ever spent hours at your work desk, toiling away until you realize you have a temple headache, neck pain, shoulder pain and back pain and you have an inexplicable ache all over your body? Your eyes start to become unfocused and you can't help but count down the hours, minutes, seconds to when the clock hits 6 and you're free to go? For many people pills, such as antidepressants are not an option, due to addiction or harmful side effect. I did researched on more holistic alternatives and found a wonderful guide in 'Pure Natural Healing'.http://bit.ly/2rjWHsC
This is a comprehensive guide surrounding the concept of meridian therapy, also known as acupressure, which is similar to the more popular acupuncture. Unlike acupuncture, acupressure doesn't require needles to be penetrated into the skin. Acupressure uses massaging techniques to stimulate energy flow between the meridian points of the body. It may sound like some New Age kind of therapy, but actually it's a proven traditional method of Chinese medicine for centuries. What I love about meridian therapy is that it cures the root of the problem, and not just treat the symptoms like so many of the modern medicine nowadays do. If you get the flu, the antibiotics get rid of the flu, but they don't boost your immune system to help you counter the next flu virus that comes around. Meridian therapy serves to get to the cause of what's affecting you daily, such as stress and blood circulation. A well-rested mind and body are absolutely essential to overall happiness. Alleviate Your Headache or Migraine Symptoms
An All-natural Method that eliminates both migraine and frequent headaches. Christian Goodman is the author of the Natural Migraine and Headache Program. Here are some of the things he has discovered. All types of headaches are caused by a few "triggers". Such as; lack of sleep, anxiety and stress or the wrong kind of diet. And a thousand other things that may act as triggers. What he has discovered is there is one single trigger that is more powerful and active in causing headaches than any other trigger. It is Oxygen Deprivation. Your brain is being starved for oxygen. Headaches are caused by the veins and cells around your brain being swollen up. As fresh oxygen is rushed to the brain, the veins swell up even more, putting pressure on the nerves around them. Oxygen treatment is effective to cut-off so called 'cluster headaches' and also works to reverse the symptoms for about 50% of migraine sufferers. To permanently eliminate headaches, you must make sure your brain get enough oxygen all the time. In Christian Goodman's program, you will learn how to train your body to breath deeper. The program first explains how to cure headaches and then gives you a simple, step-by-step approach to deal with it through easy exercises. Get yours at: http://bit.ly/2sE0S0I

Is Food Triggering Your Migraine?
Certain foods that you eat can trigger your headache or migraine. Sometimes the best prevention for your migraine may be your diet; choosing foods that are wholesome, fresh and unprocessed can eliminate many of the chemical triggers for headaches or migraines. For example: caffeine has been associated as being a trigger for some migraines or processed meals containing high levels of nitrites, food additives such as Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) has also been associated with being a trigger. It may take anywhere from a 1/2 hr up to 72 hours for a headache reaction to occur, making it difficult to pinpoint the consumption trigger. An alternative, could be to keep a food journal so you can keep track of your food intake and when you get a headache or migraine. Snacking though the day can also remedy your headache. You will want to look for quality ingredients that will support your blood sugar levels through the day. Otherwise you could find yourself going in a circle with cravings that can effect your energy, mood swings, lightheaded and nausea. Some quick snacks could be; kettle corn, baked, kale chips, celery w/peanut butter, or trail mix. Refresh Your Environment
Deep in the Himalayan Mountains was found one of the deepest and oldest quarries, a 250 million years old natural salt crystal deposit. The translucent crystal, once lit, emits negative ions that naturally refreshes the air while glowing hues of orange promotes calm and peaceful relaxation. Himalayan Salt Lamps can help with migraine relief, temple headache or as a computer headache remedy. What is it? Himalayan salt is naturally hygroscopic (taking up and retaining moisture). It absorbes water molecules from the air which may carry pollutants, mold and allergens. The water molecules touch the surface of the salt, depositing these air pollutants, then releasing the cleansed neutralized water vapors back into the air. Besides cleansing the air around you, Himalayan salt lamps can also help to counteract electromagnetic radiation (EMF) due to computer use. The closer the salt lamp is to you the better job it will do at couteracting the negative effects of electromagnetic radiation. Lloyd Burrell with 'Living a Naturally Healthy life in Our Electromagnetic World', explains in detail about EMF's (Electromagnetic Fields). http://bit.ly/1yPnkEw The lamp featured is hand-carved from 100% pure Himalayan salt, dimensions may vary since each lamp is unique. And the answer is...
As far as 50 years ago, people use to spend more activity time outdoors. Riding bikes, playing ball, walking, going on picnics and other activities. There was the television, but, it only had limited channels. Through the years, the television has come along way. Instead of only a few channels; you can have hundreds if you prefer. As the TV evolved, we started to become less active and more sedentary. Instead of being outdoors, we can sit for hours watching our favorite programs. Which brought new terms, such as 'binge watching' or 'being a couch potato'. Now many of us are no longer stuck to the couch, watching the same program over and over again. Or all those channels and nothing is on. Many people now control thier own variety of programs and information with the internet. With the click of a mouse the world is at your fingertips. Someone who spends large amounts of time, either for leisure or work, on the computer, laptop, iPad, gaming systems or other electronic devices. This now has a new name. Hence, the term of 'Mouse Potato'.
Some symptoms you may experience are:
Headaches Eye strain; tired, dry or sore Stiff neck, shoulders and back Fatigue
Since I am also a mouse potato, I designed a website around some useful tips to help improve some of your symptoms. Check it out at: www.mousepotatorelief.com
