orthax || the legend of vox machina

Scanlan uses Bigby’s Hand to put on a pair of sunglasses. He raps as lights flash and multiple depictions of Bigby’s Hand dance in the background.

vax’ildan vs sylas & delilah briarwood || the legend of vox machina

Vax is facing the viewer and protecting his face with his arm from a flare of fire that has just passed. He looks up, shocked, and turns around to see Delilah and Sylas standing behind him.

A determined expression comes over Vax’s face. He stands with his back towards the fireplace, facing the Briarwoods, then charges forward in an attempt to break between them and escape. Sylas grabs his collar and stops him, and he looks up into Sylas’ face with a scared expression.

Sylas licks the blood from his lips, grinning widely, as Delilah stands behind his shoulder. The shot changes to a side view of Vax who has escaped Sylas’ hold -- his eyes are no longer gold and he clutches at the wound on his neck, panting.

Vax lunges at Sylas twice with a large shard of glass but misses both times. They are both still standing in the water feature, so water splashes around them as he does this. Sylas lashes out with his claws at Vax’s chest, tearing his shirt and drawing blood. Then Sylas grabs Vax by the throat and lifts him off the ground. Vax drops his glass shard and clutches as Sylas’ wrist.
