#I don't know how OCs work for most people but for me there are characters with stories who would stay in the same age#for story purposes#which I never write but let's not talk about that#I tend to create characters with the same age as me so there multiple groups of OCs I made throughout my life#middle school. highschool. university. and adulthood. each with different stories and themes#and I never write or think of the ending so they just sort of go on forever in that time#and randomly I would think like. oh maybe this is how they would be in their 50s#but they would mostly stay in the timeline they're in when their story happens#and some of them just sort of grow older with me#like friends
