Is it weird to mourn for a character we’ve only seen, at most less than an episode?

I’ve come to love Emperor Georgiou but it feels so tragic and cruel that we got to know Captain Georgiou and we lost her soon after.

She embodied so much of startfleet and then she was gone too soon.

The main thing that bugs me about Emperor Georgiou is that Prime Universe Philippa Georgiou seemed like such an awesome character and she was just utterly wasted.

Very weird that the Star Trek franchise has a star as big as Michelle Yeoh willing and available to make a movie for them and they're making it a section 31 movie instead of something accessible to everyone.
