Mj steals pieces from Peter's lego sets while he's building them just to mess with him

Between classes they always kiss each other in the hallway

They have study dates at least once a week

Peter forces Mj to watch star wars movies with him

While watching star wars movies he talks throughout the whole movie, rambling about facts about the movie and lore

She hates star wars but she agrees to watch them because she finds his rambling throughout the movies adorable but she'd never tell him that

Mj rambles to Peter about true crime and murder mysterys all the time

Mj has multiple sketch books that just have drawings of Peter

Peter is extremely clingy and wants to be held by Mj as much as possible

She pretends to be annoyed with his clingyness and complains about it but she secrecy loves it

Both of their love languages our physical touch, but Mj rarely initiates physical contact

Peter is the little spoon and Mj is the big spoon

He nuzzles his head into her hand non stop until she plays with his hair/massages his head anytime they cuddle

Peter struggles to understand things like tone and body language, so he often copies Mj's tone and body language

Whenever Mj feels any strong emotion (weather it be happiness, nervousness, sadness, ect.) she plays with the necklace Peter gave her, which he finds adorable

They constantly steal each others clothes to the point were they have multiple hoodies and shirts that they have no idea who it actually belongs to

Sumary: Just some wholesome stuff and a bit of angst (if you can even call it that) of a day in the life of Cat and Peter going to school together.

Note: it's a bit more slice of lifey than i thought it would be, hope you enjoy it. Art/picture is from Google, credits go to whoever made it.

Peter had worked on this project for what felt like months, yet it had only been 4 weeks. He wanted to get a good grade, but most of all he wanted to show his class what an amazing cat Cat was. Peter had spent days doing research on cat behavior and hours with Cat and either Loki, Wanda or Vision. He was going to do this project perfectly, if only Cat would get into the damn travel basket. Steve and Bucky were helping him since they had the same struggle a little while ago. 

“Come on Cat, you know the travel basket, you know it doesn’t harm you” Steve spoke to Cat as Bucky held her up in his arms. Cat was stuck to Bucky’s shirt and refused to let go of him. Of course she knew that travel basket was harmless, but she just didn’t want to be trapped in it, at least that is how it felt for her. Peter looked at both men and Cat with worry. “Maybe I could just leave her here, it’s not like I really need her to be with me for my presentation.” Peter said but he looked down at the floor when both Steve and Bucky gave him a look. “No, Peter, you worked so hard on that project, Cat is going with you no matter what!” Bucky answered before Steve could even say anything.

Before one of them could do anything else Wanda walked into the room. “Hey, I heard a commotion, what is going on?” She asked as she slowly made her way to Peter’s side. “Cat doesn’t want to go in her travel basker, but she needs to so I can take her to school.” Peter answered Wanda as Bucky tried to stop Cat from clawing at his skin. Wanda looked over at Bucky as he struggled. “Let me talk to her,” Wanda said before carefully removing Cat from Bucky. “Hey, kitty Cat, what is wrong?” Wanda started, she held Cat close, almost holding her like a baby. “I don’t wanna be trapped in the basket! it’s so closed, i don’t like it! they trap me and then keep me prisoner for hours!” Cat answered Wanda, to the other it sounded like a bunch of meows. 

“Oh Cat, you know we aren’t trapping you in there, it’s just so you stay safe while we travel. We do not want you to get hurt on the way to get too tired.” Wanda explained to Cat while gently petting her over the head. Cat started to purr a bit and leaned more against Wanda. “But it scares me, I don't wanna be… Be… Be… trapped!!” Cat continued to meow a lot to Wanda. Wanda kind of understood what Cat meant, but she still knew Cat had to go into the travel basket. “I know, I know honey, but we do not confine you, I get that you feel that we, but we don’t mean for you to feel that way. Now, I'll talk to the others and get you a bigger basket, but for now, could you please, for us, for Peter, get in the basket and go to school with Peter.” Wanda reassured Cat as she cuddled Cat close to her. Cat purred and let out a small “yes.” meow.

So with Wanda’s help Cat got into the travel basket and stayed there until Happy got there to help Peter take his things to the car. Happy was carrying a big cardboard poster while Peter carried all the other stuff to the car. Wanda carried Cat, talking to her the whole way to the car. Cat was still scared, but she would be brave, for Peter.

After a long car ride to Midtown high with Peter and Happy Cat finally was let out of her travel basket. Peter helped Happy put Cat in her harness. Happy didn’t really get how the harness worked when Peter explained it to him, so he let Peter do it after a while. Cat then waited as Happy and Peter got everything out of the car. She watched all the other students walk past them. There were a few who looked at them, and only one came up to give Cat a quick pet and say hi to Peter. 

Happy helped Peter to put his project in the correct classroom before leaving to do some minor tasks for Tony. Peter happily let Cat sit on his shoulders while he walked to his locker. Ned waited there for him. Once Peter got to Ned they did their secret handshake thingy. “So Cat is joining us today?” Ned asked as Cat nuzzled into Ned’s hand when he reached up. “Yeah, it’s easier to have her here with me all day than to ask Happy to do extra car rides and put Cat in her travel basket. Even this morning it took four of us to get her in it. But Wanda did most of it.” Peter explained to Ned as he grabbed the books he needed for the next few classes. “She seems fine now, but then again Cat is special so her behavior is a bit odd at times.”

“She’s a cat Peter, all cats are a bit odd at times. Plus she has the orange gene, maybe not a lot, but she has it.” Ned said as he and Peter walked towards their first class. Cat was happily listening and looking around the school. “Yeah, but she has black cat genes too, and brown and white cat genes. She has a little bit of everything.” Peter answered Ned before putting Cat down on the ground. “So a little bit of everything all of the time?” Ned asked. “You could say that” Peter responded as he opened the classroom door. “explains a lot actually”

“It sure does” Ned said before sitting down in their usual seats. Cat jumped onto the table and lay down in the middle of it.

Cat spent most of the classes asleep next to Peter. Some classes she slept on Mj’s lap or curled up around Ned’s neck. She was a good kitty and at lunch she got a lot of extra pets and attention from all the other students. She waited until it was her time to shine. 

Finally after multiple hours of just napping in class or thinking how annoying the teacher was, Cat finally got to shine. Peter was setting up his project at the front of the class and Cat sat patiently on the table. A few of the children looked at Cat with big interest. Cat saw this and jumped off the table where Peter was still setting up and trotted over to them. She gave Peter’s classmates headbuts and pawed at their legs for attention. This went on for a little while until Peter was ready. He grabbed Cat and put her back on the big table. “You can do a little round around the class after i showed anatomy” Peter whispered to Cat before starting his presentation. 

And so after cat anatomy and a bad Grey’s anatomy joke from Peter, Cat started to trot around the classroom again giving more headbuts and paws. By the end of the presentation Cat was back on the big table and Peter was ending his little list of end facts. “Owh and Cat can see ghosts.” Peter said ending his presentation. Everyone laughed when Peter said Cat could see ghosts, but Cat didn't. She was a bit annoyed that Peter got everything right but the ghost thing. But overall she had a good day and wasn’t so scared of the travel basket anymore. Which meant she wasn’t really mad at Peter.

The two of them got picked up by Tony after school and Peter proudly told him about his grade from the project and his school day. Cat happily sleeping in the back seat listening to Peter yep on.

Summary: Foggy broke them up by vociferously admiring the progress Karen was making on her vomiting gourd. They all rallied around this artistic monument for a bit. May decided that everyone needed to drink hot cider and Matt waited, kindly and politely, until everyone was holding a drink and nervously giggling about the silliness that was The Conjuring. “You wanna hear something actually scary?” he prompted to sudden silence.

My thoughts: Actually hilarious in a kind of dark way because its Matt telling an orphanage story so of course it is. 100/10. The whole series is kind of fantastic, but specifically reccing this one in the spirit of Halloween and all that jazz. But lobster rolls (which i linked below) is also hilarious and you should read it.

Part 6 - just roll with it: Peter swore up and down that the guy was legit and MJ needed an internship, so she ended up only slightly bullying her way into interning for Mr. Matthew Murdock, Attorney at Law that summer. And really, she was bestowing her grace upon him because Jesus. Christ. It was so much more work than it was worth. (MJ meets the team)

Part 27 - lobster rolls: He looked up to see Double D holding out a green and black can. It was a Monster. The kids at school drank them all the time; Abe from AcaDec drank them on the study days before competitions so he could cram for longer. “May says those’re poison,” he noted. “No, poison is poison,” Matt said simply, “These are friends." (Peter discovers energy drinks. Wade has an abundance of feelings about it.)

Part 29 - can’t always fly: Peter stood up. The tension in the room went as taut as a pulled thread. He picked up his bag, and wordlessly walked out. (MJ watches Peter struggle with bullying at school. When he finally cracks, she and Ned get scared and go try to find him some help.)

➙ IT was your first day on the job.

Your first day at the small cute, local coffee shop called Peter Pan donut and pastry shop. you happened to discover one day when you were walking down the streets of New york. Apparently they were hiring and you happened to be a broke student in need of a job and needed something to do to pass time as well. So you hurried to take the opportunity and you got hired by the rude owner of the shop almost immediately.

Now here you were, wearing a long-sleeved white shirt underneath with the uniformed blue and pink buttoned up shirt on top that you have to wear. Behind the counter with the cute curly haired girl that you were too busy falling for.

Her name was Michelle, but she told you to just call her MJ with a quirk of a smile on her lips. She's a worker at the coffee shop and has been for a while now. with being the only one working here besides one other named sasha. she has to show the ropes and basically give you a tour and tutorial on things since it's your first day.

“Okay so y/n, first day. Alright! So have you ever made a frappe?’’

You shake your head in reply to her question, indicating a “no”

You then see the girl make a face as she sighs, “of course she hasn't made a frappe, she has no experience. Good one mj” mj told herself with a duh tone surrounding the edges of her voice, chuckling when she saw you giggling at her words and actions. You cover your mouth in another giggle before dropping your hand down with a grin.

“It’s okay”

“Okay” mj chuckles with you as she begins to walk you to the machine where you make the frappe’s.

“Frappe’s are the easiest drinks to make, besides from our milkshakes. It's really simple so you’ll get the hang of this fast” She looks back at you to see if you were paying attention. When mj looked at you she caught you staring a little too intently at her face and laughed while waving a hand across your view. “Uh helloo, is y/n there?” she teasingly voices out, laughing when she saw you snap out of it. “Dang, am I already losing you? We haven't even got to the baking yet” mj quips with a lift of her brow.

You immediately widened your eyes and slapped your hand to your face. It's your first day on the job and you're zoning out in the middle of learning how to work here, you're so screwed. All because you fell in the trap of the girl's beauty and voice. What if you get fired before you could even talk to a customer, what if she tells the boss and oh my-

Mj noticed your quick little panic episode and placed a comforting, a little awkward hand on your shoulder. A warm and kind look swimming in her eyes as she tries to reassure you.

“Hey, it's okay y/n. It happens, no need to worry and stress about it” you sighed at her words and lifted your head back up. Immediately meeting her brown beautiful eyes and her cute little smile she seems to always do. “I'm truly sorry, I don't know what happened there. I promise it won't happen again mj. I'm sorry” lying straight through your teeth. Not about the sorry part but about you not knowing what happened. You knew exactly what happened, her beauty is what happened.

Mj shakes her head, her teeth now on display as she moves her hand to swipe a piece of her hair up and away from her face. “y/n don't be silly. There's no need to apologize. See, I already forgot what had happened. What happened??” she asked you with really convincing cluelessness written all over her face.

You smile widened tremulously, your cheeks at the point of hurting.

“Nothing happened,” you replied with a shake of your head, your brows furrowing in fake obliviousness. You swore you felt your heart skip like 5 beats when you saw the smooth wink mj sent you with a knowing look and a grin painted on her lips before she turned around to the machine again.

“Oh my lord, she is so freaking cute” you mind shouted at you.

“But I was just saying making a frappe is really simple and easy and that you would catch on really quick” she turned back around and when she got a nod of understanding from you, she turned back around to contuite her little lesson.

“So I'll just make one first just to show you how it all works, then I'll let you take it away, sounds alright?’ mj asks you, facing your interested features with a kind glint in her eye. You nod once more with a “yes” leaving your lips before paying close attention to mj as she begins making the drink. Once she successfully makes the drink a bit too expertly, she turns to you, her curls bouncing as she did so.

“See! Not so hard, making these are actually kinda therapeutic” she speaks as she begins to move over to another part of the counter. Moving around the shop like it was second nature to her. walking up to the part where the lids and straws were held, grabbing the appropriate lid for the cold drink and then stuck a straw into it.

Looking at you with a little smile before it dropped into a look of determination. “Now, you can have a free excellent, delicious, cold caramel frappe if you can make your own. And trust me, you’re gonna want to try my frappes”

The drink did look so refreshing and good, and you were going to get it. “Deal” you stated with your own look of determination, amusing mj and even yourself. But mj knew u had this in the bag because if you didn't you’ll need to have a lot of things covered.

After a small rocky start, you ended up with a successful creation that was a simple caramel frappe. Mj proudly but teasley congratulating you and like she promised, she gave you the frappe that she made which did look different than yours for some odd reason and you gave her yours. Both of you trading drinks to one another. The cup has the shop’s go-to trademark “we are happy to serve you” on a sticker that's put onto the plastic.

With eager movements you took a long awaited sip of the frappe and your eyes were quick to widen with surprise. Mj almost immediately knew why your face lit up, curdoisy of staring at your features ever since she first gave you the cup.

You lifted your brows before taking another sip to make sure and you were definitely sure of it. “Okay, so this is oreo and not caramel” you laughed at mj with a little look. Mj was looking at you with a shy little smile on her face, raising a finger to move another strand of her curly hair away from her face before speaking. “Yeah i uh… slipped some oreos in there without you noticing and managed to blend it all without you catching on. I wanted it to be a surprise” she explains to you, her mind screaming a million thoughts as she watches your reaction. Wanting you to love her idea or something.

‘Oh so that's why they looked different, you thought to yourself.

You actually feel a euphoric little butterfly swirling in your stomach when you notice the girl was feeling shy and nervous about it, god she’s so cute. “You said that a million times already idiot” you screamed internally. “Mj i love it so much, it literally is so delicious. Thank you for doing that” you warmly smile up at her, dying when she showed her teeth at you. She nods her head in reply to your thanks with a quick “no problem” leaving her.

“God, she's so freaking cute” you thought to yourself once-

“Uh.. what??”

“Oh my fucking god i said it loud that time” you cursed with a loud huff, your face srunching up in complete cringe. you did not want to see mj’s face at all, not even a little bit because what if you just completely messed everything all up. Your eyes were locked close as you just felt so done in that moment. What finally made your eyes open was the next words that left mj’s lips.

“I think, your so ‘freaking cute’ as well, y/n”

The both of you stared at each other, a moment of silence passing as you both stared at one another. Your mouth opened and closed in shock like a fish and that is what triggered the laughter from mj and quickly her’s triggered yours. Both of you are in a fit of laughter.

Soon enough both of your guys' laughter died down and a nice, comfortable silence fell over you two. Well that was nice and comfortable until it was interrupted.

“IT SOUNDS TOO QUIET, YOU BETTER BE TEACHING HER MITCHELL” the loud, ear bleeding worthy voice of the owner shouts from the back. Michelle immediately rolled her eyes before he could hear his sentence. She's clearly over him and his voice and been over it, you could tell. “I, AM! AND ITS MICHELLE! … fuckin’ dickwad” michelle groans lowly, annoyance and irritation laced all in her voice and tone. She couldn't stand him. Her scowl quickly turns into an amused look when she sees you slap a hand over your mouth to cover a laugh.

“Before he says anything else, lets moves to baking shall we”

“Lets!”
