This dragon is... bizarre to look at, to put it mildly. Most of its scales decorate the dragon's body with blue and red stripes (including its wing membranes), but these scales abruptly turn black at the hip, giving the illusion that this dragon is wearing clothes. It has a pattern of golden scales on its underbelly that somewhat resemble the letter 'H'. Its head is the strangest part, having a line of black scales that almost resemble stitches going down the front of its face. Its eyes are a goldenrod color. While it has teeth, two large tusks protrude from its upper jaw a la the babirusa. Unlike the babirusa, this dragon's tusks don't curl back towards its head and instead stick straight up into the air. Said tusks also coincidentally resemble red and blue colored pencils.

When it moves, it almost seems as though this dragon is not a single entity, but two beings that each control the left and right sides of the body. Its breath weapon is a spray of what looks like the drawings of children. This substance vaporizes flesh on contact and those killed by it will sometimes rise again under the dragon's control.
